This apartment is an absolute beauty. Its located centrally, overlooking the park and mountain. I felt like I was stepping back in time. Its so pretty and has everything you need. It was warm and extremely comfortable. Easy pick up for the keys and communication. I want to live in Bulgaria now.

Very nice place, better than i expected as i didnt see the bathroom before i came. Very nice indeed. Dimitar and Silvi responds very quick on messages and wants to help out. The view is very good, even at night. I loved the style of the apartment.

Perfect place!

This is my 3rd stay here and I come back for a reason. The apartment is large, smart and stylish, the view over the park, national palace of culture and Vitosha are outstanding and the location is very convenient. If you wonder about my rating of 'its as I expect', its because I have expectations when staying here and the apartment always meets them.

The appartment was wonderful! Everything was clean and organized. Chavdar met us when we came and gave us all the information we had to know with some tips and recommendations for Soffia. He was available and helped us with everything we were need. The appartment is realy in the center, a very good location!!

This apartment is in a really good location for accessing the centre of Sofia. Chavdar is a great host who quickly answered any questions we had, and provided lots of good tips on places to eat/drink etc. The apartment has everything you would need and was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect spot in the heart of the main drag but still quiet. Great large space with everything that you need. The host was lovely and really good at keeping in contact and providing all the information that you need to find the place as well as taking you through it and he also provided excellent food and drink recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice apartment. Small and intimate, perfect for a couple! The bathroom is very small, shower is linked to the sink, but all in all you have all you need! Bed is very comfortable. The apartment is close to the city center (10/15 min by walk) and close to a very nice bar where you can have breakfast (barka coffee gossip, recommended!).!

The apartment has a perfect location. We were able to walk almost anywhere. The rooms itself were very clean and they provided lots of Tipps and maps for the city. The communication was easy and check in is very flexible. We definitely had a great time and would like to come back one day! :)

The house is small but comfortable, it has everything you need. About 10 minutes from the center, there is a market where you can shop for 5 minutes and the tram stops. We only saw the host on our departure but it doesn't matter because he was still very present through the messages: he asked us how it had gone on the first day the morning after our arrival, he gave us advice on how to move in Sofia and when we needed he answered right away. We recommend it!

Great place to stay. Close to city centre walking. It’s like the pictures. Very comfy bed and all stuff to stay a couple of nights. Momchil is a great host and very helpful during all our stay.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Sofia. Admittedly it is really not large and there is no separate room for the bathroom and the WC. However everything was very clean and Pavel was really very responsive and accommodating for our arrival. I highly recommend.

I had a good stay. The wall is quite thin so one can hear the people in neighbouring apartment. There was a Chinese family who were very noisy. I had to use ear plugs. Otherwise it is in a good location and I would return back.

If I go back to Sofia this is the place I would stay. Alex was a great host, very quick responses to any messages. Apartment is very clean and spacious as well as being finished to a high standard.

The apartment is spectacular, even though the building is pretty old, the flat is completely renovated and new. The kitchen has all the utensils you can ask for and is functional. The living room has a comfortable couch and the TV with Netflix (perfect for when you come home tired) and Alex had put a lot of information about what to see and to do in Sofia. The bedroom is very comfortable with a huge window to see the city. The bathroom is very functional and modern. All the stances have calefaction so you won't have cold even though the building is old. Overall we had a wonderful experience, the flat was a cozy and warm place to come back from the chaotic city of Sofia, something that we appreciated a lot. We came very late to check in (3:30am) and Alex was awake to help us open the doors (we had problems with the app) but inside you have keys you can use the rest of the stay. We couldn't get in touch with him the last day we had to check out but everything went fine. It is pretty easy to follow the instructions since they are perfectly explained.

Excellent place, close to everything, easy to reach from the subway station from the airport, although small is very comfortable for two people.

The appartamento is small but well organized. Perfect for 1, 2 people maximum. It’s very warm (so excellent in winter) and extremely closed to Vitosha, the Main Street, and the Palace of Culture. The area in which the apartment is, is full of typical and international restaurants, pretty and well organized with public transportation. I kindly recommend this apartment to anybody who’d like to visit Sofia all year long. Also, the host is very responsive and extremely nice.

It’s the right choice for a short stay

Ani's place was absolutely wonderful. Lovely and clean apartment, close to all the main sites. Ani has such stylist and decorative taste. We went to Sofia to spend Valentine's day weekend and the small touches of: a small Bulgarian wine, chocolate and small balloon really made us feel special. She also left guide books/ maps with a list of places to eat which helped a lot. I'd definitely recommend Ani's apartment and plan to return soon!

We had an amazing time in this apartment! It was outstandingly clean and was a great location. Only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. The host left some wine and nuts on the table which I thought was really nice. If I were ever to return to Sofia I would 100% book again!

I loved staying at Ani’s studio. It is very clean and charming, and Ani is a incredible host! The building is a little too old, but don’t be scared, inside of Ani’s studio has nothing to do with the outside. The only thing, like others guests commented, is that the bad is a little small.

Great wee apartment. Very warm and comfortable. I wasn’t keen on using public transport as don’t speak Bulgarian but it only takes approx 45mns to walk into Sofia. Couple of nice cafes/bakeries right beside apartment too.

Friendly host!

Possibly the best airbnb we've stayed in, Boris and Alexs were so helpful before we came with our changing dates and their communication was excellent. The apartment was amazing, we arrived at night and couldn't be happier with the place, only to wake up to the beautiful views out of both windows, it was absolutely stunning. And I would have to say definitely the best bed we've ever had in an airbnb, which is a bonus when you are away. Last time we were in Sofia our place was very cold and drafty, but Boris's apartment was very solid and warm, even when it was cold outside, but opening windows on both sides meant a lovley draft of fresh air. The location is the best, central and near to everything we needed, we love Sofia and if you are looking for a place to stay we totally recommend Boris'. One thing that may be an issue for some, the lift was broken when we arrived so we took the 7 flights of stairs up, when it was fixed the next day we still kept taking the stairs to compensate for all of the extra food we were eating in Sofia, so for us it was a bonus, but if you can't do that it and the lift is broken it may be an issue.

Hristo is very helpful and kind hostess! He helped us to everything we wanted! The apartment is in the center of Sofia ! It is renovated and has all things you need for your stay (fridge,iron, hairdryer,tv etc,shampoo, toothpaste etc) . It was clean and bigger than the photos! There is a supermarket few minutes from the apartment and a lot of cafeterias . Also the apartment has key box and it was very helpful ! We are highly recommended!

Steep stairs 5d floor and no elevator if you have much luggage, and if you are not quite fit is difficult to manage.

I strongly recommend staying at Vassiliy and Borislava's flat ! Everything is clear, the flat was super clean, well placed, there were little attentions, great reactivity The front door is a bit tricky at the beginning but you get used to it very quickly ! Like we say in France, BREF, don't hesitate, Vassiliy and Borislava are great hosts !

The best thing was the communication with the host, who answered quickly, to the point, and they were very caring. The apartment was nice, it had everything we needed (even nice coffee and rakia and beer). The bed was quite small, but comfortabel. The showerstream was awesome. The apartment is amazing, very clean, tidy and modern. Desi is great, he has welcomed us with two beers in the fridge (an unbeatable detail). There are incredible views from the terrace, especially at the time we had to go with the snow-covered roofs. It is very close to the center, it is well connected with buses although taxis also leave very profitable due to the central location. It is definitely worth staying at this Airbnb!

This is a great stay in a central location with a great view of the mountains. Comes with good facilities which meant that we could cook at the flat when needed. Great for getting around Sofia as you are always in the city centre. Good to have a gate on the staircase as it made the flat feel very secure as below this there were some rough sleepers which was slightly awkward to get past late at night. Couldn't recommend enough!

The location was fantastic, making it very easy to quickly reach everywhere in Sofia within minutes and easy to reach with public transport!! Also the required things for a short stay are all available! Just the shower/bathroom is very small & get wet after showering, would recommend taking slippers with you when staying here!

Lovely little space right in the city centre!

The place is great - loved the roof windows. It is a small but cozy place - has a nice view and everything you need. The only thing I would point out is that the front door is shared with another apartment. From the front door you go into a tiny hallway and there you have two separate doors for the Gramophone apartment and another one. You could easily hear the ppl from the other apartment through the wooden doors. This did not bother us very much but the shared front door should be considered if you are looking for a complete privacy.

Alex’s place was perfect. More amenities than you can imagine needing. Sparkling clean, comfortable, very modern, just as pictured. He also provides wonderful guides that are extremely helpful and is great at communication. If you arrive late at night for check in, just be sure you have your phone ready with the number to unlock the gate. We did and it allowed quick entry inside. Amazing stay, definitely recommend for both short or long stays!

Cozy house at an amazing place! Right in the middle of Sofia, the place was awesome and THE bed was amazing. Very well thought space, you have everything you need, and for the ones worrying about the shower... Don't! It's not bad, just weird the first time. We only got to meet Tony and can say she's friendly and really helpful. It made our stay at Sofia a truly awesome experience!

Nice little stay for 2-4 guests for a weekend away in Sofia. From the outside it may look run down/ average. However inside it is stunning and has a very nice set up. We enjoyed our trip there was three of us and it comfortably handled us. Host had set the keys away for us so we could easily check in and out. Awesome experience. We love your place Nikolai.

Nikolai was a great host. He was helpfull and flexible. The appartment is well located in the city centre and you can easily visit the city centre by walking from there. The neighborhood is really nice with many restaurants and shops. We had a beautiful view on the church from our room. I recommend Nikolaï, and I recommend this appartment. We really enjoyed our trip in Sofia.

Excellent appartment and location. Perfect for families. Only minor criticism is that there was a smell of cigarette smoke when I arrived despite being advertised for non-smokers. The smell was gone after a couple of minutes of opened windows.

Centrally located accommodation. On the corner a lot of taxis and the metro. In principle the accommodation was clean, but in the bathroom it was apparently forgotten to wipe the floor after the last guest. Unfortunately, that was very uncomfortable.

It's definitely worth it: close to all main attractions, yet isolated and quiet. WiFi is very fast and reliable as well as private parking garage. What else would a traveler need? :)

At Mirela you will find all the space and comfort you need for spending vacation days or even on business trips. There is more than enough room for two people, why not three. Lots of kitchen equipment is available (mini oven, microwave, oven, food processor, ...). A shower with toilet and other toilets with sink are available. There is even access to a terrace. The entire living room with the kitchen had been privatized and Mirela fully respected her commitments. In addition it is very available and until late at night (we arrived around 00:30 and we have easy access to the place). It was really great to stay with Mirela, to do it again with great pleasure! The accommodation is close to several very nice stores (cheese dairy, bakery, grocery stores, park, ...).

This place is very central and the room is very large. I just seen the house owner once but the communication was actually better by messages as her was not very good. Otherwise, I really appreciate my stay.

This is a very, very nice place where to stay in Sofia! Huge room with a kitchen and balcony, all the kitchenware you might need for cooking, table for working with computer or having a dinner. Everything is very clean. Despite the language barrier, Lalka was really welcoming and helpful, a great host! :) And even more - this place is in a walking distance from the main tourist attractions and metro. 100% recommend to stay here! :)

Boris and Aleks were great hosts. The place was very clean, location perfect (very central and a few minutes walk from NDK and Vitosha boulevard). The check in process was very quick and easy and the hosts also allowed us to check in ahead of time. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Sofia.

Great location and space inside the BnB. It is on the 5th floor (6th US floor) without an elevator. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in Mihail's apartment for two weeks. It was a wonderful two weeks. Checking in was very easy. Mihail's apartment is very clean, cozy, organized, the decor is beautiful and has everything you need to feel comfortable. There are extra bed cloths, several towels and all the basic items for your stay. Near the apartment there is a market, fruit market, cafes, hairdresser, cafeteria, shopping mall, cinema and a large park. The bus stop is just a few steps away. When we arrived at the apartment, we had delicious chocolates, water and coffee. After a week Mihail offered us to clean the apartment completely free of charge. We find that very kind. Mihail always responds very quickly and is always available to help you with whatever you need. We really recommend Mihail's apartment. Sofia is an amazing city and the local food is wonderful. Mihail thanks for everything! If we return to Sofia we will probably stay at your apartment again. NOTE: If you work remotely as well as me and my husband, Mihail's apartment is excellent for working, as it is quiet and has two super comfortable office chairs.

We had a nice stay at Nicolai‘s apartment. It was clean and the center of Sofia wasn‘t very far away. Nicolai was very kind and answered very quickly.

The apartment is well located and so clean. In every aspects, we love the house. So close to Serdika train station and 10 minutes to center places.

Nikolai's apartment is excellent. It is very close to Lion's bridge. 2 rooms with plenty space. Very accurate with the pictures shown.

The flat is centrally located with the Ladies’ market right around the corner. All the main sights are also within walking distance and the area is well served by public transportation. I can only recommend!

I had a very comfortable stay at Genadi and Zlatna's place. The room spacious and Genadi was very accommodating. Warm shower and Bulgarian chocolates in the kitchen for guests! There's also a wonderful bakery kitty corner to their place. I would gladly stay here again.

This is a really lovely flat in the heart of the city centre. Great design, most importantly warm & very cozy - cudos to the designers who have come up with the original ideas for the living room 😊 When I came in it was warm and pleasant which was a nice touch, it's very clean as well. You're pretty much independent, the self-check in is very easy and overall perfect stay. Everything you may need locationwise is around the corner as this is the very centre or the capital. As a suggestion - it would be nice to also have cable tv apart from Netflix, and a blowdryer. A favourite spot already 😍 Will be returning with pleasure ! Thanks for a lovely stay, it's a little gem.

Alex’s flat is in the perfect spot from which to explore Sofia. Don’t hesitate just book a week here and explore all that Sofia has to offer.

Unbeatable place in value for money. In the heart of the city. The only drawback was that the bed was quite noisy. But we put the mattress on the floor and arranged. The mattresses are very comfortable and you could not tell they were on the floor.

Bery good location

Alex was a great host! He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location in Sofia was excellent! I found the internet to be fast and reliable, which allowed me to work from his apartment. It was nice having access to a washing machine and a small kitchenette to make a few basic meals. The apartment was quiet and it had everything I needed for my three week stay. I would recommend it!

Very nice hoster

As it is a cheap place don't expect wonders. The solutions are reasonable for the size of the flat and price. It is scary to take a shower at first, but it is fun, and i was able to manage it without problem. Close the toilet door and use the mop after you finished. The building is not in a too good shape, but the flat is fine after you close the door behind you. Try the Restaurant Panchetata near as they are good and friendly. ;)

Perfect location to get into town. Subwaystation, supermarket, restaurants, shopping mall - everything is within 10-15 min walking distance. A small, but well positioned room with a smile. A good option for a short stay in the capital.

Nice little room, a good location. The bathroom is indeed very small, but that’s indicated in the announcement. The room has all the necessary utensils to store food and eat, etc. Lilly’s instructions were very clear as well, so the check-in/out was smooth. A great price-quality ratio!
