Excellent location. Two bathrooms which is very important when there are more people. Right across the road from Spar supermarket. I recommend Gusto restaurant. 180m from ski bus stop. Overall great. Very easy communication with the hosts.

Great stay, quick communication, clean rooms and good location!

We booked at short notice on Friday morning and are on a Saturday. Never thought that this works on the portal - with Philipp and Vera no problem. A nice and fast communication, a great apartment. Two adults, two kids and unfortunately a lot of luggage for a few days. We have everything great. Enough space, in the apartment 2 even two bathrooms with two toilets, shower and bath. A large balcony with plenty of chairs in the middle of Sölden. Our car stayed the whole day, with the Ötztalcard and the bus the whole Ötztal can be explored, the Freizeitarena and even the Therme- the whole thing for free! In the morning fresh bread or cold meats, everything next to or opposite. Although on the main road the noise was low. A little tip: if you like us with lots of loose little things in the car - packs the better to carry in-house in big bags, because you can stop well on the road, but also easy to traffic obstruction. Parking is great on a large free parking, which can always be easily reached. We thank you for the great hospitality and the great time with you.

Great stay in a perfect apartment that offers everything you need during a stay in Solden.

We were there in September and felt very comfortable with our baby. You can start various hiking tours directly from the accommodation and then relax in the sauna in the evening. We especially liked that the travel cot and a sensible mattress was there. Generally the apartment was very clean and the equipment was very new and high quality. We can safely recommend the accommodation for a family holiday with baby.

We were in June for three nights with three people in the apartment. Double bed and pull-out couch are very good - also for 4 persons. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The location is very quiet and so central that you can walk in the place. The communication was perfect and the checkin easy and convenient. We would like to come again!

The accommodation is really great! From the property you can ski directly to the lift to the valley. Since it snowed a lot with us, I would definitely recommend all-wheel or snow chains. Also the equipment of the apartment very modern furnished. We would definitely come again!!!

Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean and modern. Combination with the Otztal Premium Card is ideal. Walk to the main street is a short (10 min) but tough climb / fall. Lots to do in the area, great value for money.

Our first mountain biking trip to Solden and it was a great experience! Martina’s place was excellent, clean, organised, very convenient for bikers. Martina was very welcoming and accommodating when we asked for some help with laundry which made our stay very comfortable. Martina is very friendly and helpful and her apartments are very clean, modern and comfortable. They are also well equipped. The location of the house is very central and there are many restaurants nearby. The house also has private parking directly in front of it. I was there by bike in the summer and the lockable garage has enough space for several bicycles. Everything great!

A great place in a really clean and comfortable home. Martina was always available, my car was parked right in front of my window, the resort was right across the street. Great places to eat nearby, quiet area, river outside the window, with a great view from the patio.

Very good location! Top shops on site! Party Mile is easily accessible on foot, as are the ski lifts! Those looking for 5 * will not be happy here, who goes skiing during the day and dinner / party is already going on. we would come back anytime!

This place is an ideal location! Only a 7-10 minute walk to the gondola, a grocery store across the street, and a ski room for gear. Hosts were helpful and communicated well. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic localization for skiers - 50m from the slope. Spacious, comfortable apartment, ski depot, sauna in the building (included with the price). Definitely worth coming there next time.

Everything was perfect

We just came back from our stay in Sölden and had a wonderful time in the apartment, not only the place is very spacious, but also clean and fully equipped! We enjoyed some great moments on the big terrace, had some fun cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed the relaxing bath after our daily trekking in the mountains! We most surely recommend this wonderful place!!!

Nice apartment with a top location right on the slopes. It was super clean, everything went smoothly and the hostess answered quickly and friendly to all requests.

Nice accommodation. Clean. Quiet location. 23 minutes to run up from the village Sölden. Beautiful view. Host is not on site. Once delayed response when we had difficulty arriving due to massive snowfall. Host was not accommodating. He did not have to, but I thought it was a pity. Is not a hotel, but AirB & B. Had already seen more understanding hosts in the world because of the unforeseen. It seems this is all about business.

We had great days in Sölden. The apartment is very central and corresponds exactly to the pictures. However, I would not see more than 6 (adults) people in the apartment. Nevertheless! Everything top and easy going!

Clean apartment, looks exactly as in the pictures, very responsive owners, always ready to support even with last minute changes, very nice with check out( let us stay couple of more hours with an upfront email notification). It is fitting nicely 8-9people.

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the ski slopes. It’s a 5-10min walk to the gondola and a little further to the main town. The breakfast Barbara serves is amazing! The hospitality they gave us was just lovely. I wish I had known more German to be able to thank them more!

Perfect location! With the ötztal map you can do a lot in the area. Even in summer, the region is very worthwhile, there are simply offers for every taste. Apartment was spacious for 6 people, three bathrooms were great! Gladly again!

A top apartment in a prime location in Sölden! Ski lift can be reached on foot in a few minutes without any problems and the town is only a few minutes away on foot - skiers, eating out, partying etc. Everything close by - perfect! The apartment was clean and well maintained and very suitable for us as a group of four! The check-in went smoothly and was quick and the hosts were always available to answer questions. Thanks to the great accommodation, we had an unforgettable holiday and would love to come back !!!!

The apartment of Philipp is a great base for hiking enthusiasts. The apartment has everything you need: a spacious kitchen with the necessary equipment, plenty of storage space, a balcony with mountain views and a large bathroom. Practical, but clean and well located! It is also great that the apartment is located outside the tourist bustle of this city on the edge of the forest. We will be back!

Hi I have rented a large apartment at the bottom of the house and it was just as you see in the pictures ... we were here in the summer and there are 2 eating places right by the house, but otherwise about 1.2km to the city, where there is enough to choose from. all in all, a delicious place.

The apartment was very clean, modern and 3 bathrooms also ideal for larger groups. The communication with the hosts turned out to be extremely uncomplicated. Overall a very successful stay. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, easily and quickly. The accommodation is very cozy, quaintly furnished, has fast WiFi and enables two brisk baths in the morning to get ready for the slopes in good time with 10 people. We only noticed a few small things that could be improved: - There was not enough cutlery for 10 people - The cleared entrance area was very slippery due to snow and ice - There were unannounced people in the house when we were on the slopes The accommodation was just right to have a nice week with friends. Thanks a lot!

Fresh modern apartments. Ski In / Out no. In general, I liked everything except for one point: the Internet is very uneven. 2 hours may be all right, then for some time the connection disappears. The apartment is in a great location, with the inclined railway you can easily reach the city, yet it is the hustle and bustle, it was pleasantly quiet. Equipment and cleanliness were very good. The sauna in the house was a highlight for us!

Especially the two bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet are very convenient! The location is perfect so you do not have to do any trip by car. Still very quiet (we were there in summer). Tip: the pizzeria under the apartment is great! Very nice staff and we could take the pizza on plates in the apartment, absolutely uncomplicated! We'll be back!

The place was amazing. The location on the main street is very good: close to the ski lifts, a very good cheese fondue restaurant down the road, few meters away from a supermarket. Having two bathrooms is very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the apartment is great: clean, well equipped, 2 bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the village street and right in the village. It is surrounded by supermarket, bakery, bars, pizzeria, etc., also to the valley station Gaislachkogel it is only 350m. The check-in and check-out was absolutely no problem, as well as the contact in advance! You could park the car for free! Especially noteworthy is the price-performance ratio for Solden. We had a great time and will come back!
