This is a farm house style studio apartment above an office space. The studio is one block from Main Street shops and restaurants and it is a 10 min walk to the lake. There are seven restaurants, several pubs and two breweries within a 5 min walk. The apartment has a 12 foot deck with a table that overlooks the city skyline. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal).
