Large and renovated cottage in scenic Overby Lyng on Sjællands Odde. Located 400m from the water, well hidden on a main road and free of road noise. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and large kitchen/living room. In addition, garden with trampoline, large terrace, barbecue and wilderness bath. Short walk down to the beach at Sejerøbugten. In the opposite direction 700m to Kattegat. Note: - The guest will bring their own bedding, towels and tea towels. -The guest cleans completely before departure. A small cosy House

Personally decorated, beautiful, cozy and well-functioning holiday home close to the beach, forest and beautiful natural areas. Suitable for a boyfriend trip, cozy with girlfriends or a small get away for peace and quiet. During summer holidays it is just nice to use the outdoor room and there is plenty of room for a small family. any larger children can sleep in their own dept. in the annex. There is the opportunity to sleep outdoors, make fires, cook outside and enjoy life on the wooden deck with and without cover.

Lovely holiday home on large and private natural grounds, close to Kattegat and Gnibens beautiful natural areas. The house is about 50 sqm with light kitchen, bath, bedroom and a cozy TV cave, which can also serve as a double bed for children or guests. Around the cottage you can enjoy the sun on a large terrace facing the completely uncharted garden. The beach is about 100 meters from the house and there is only a short drive to Havnebyen with supermarket, fish shop and newly opened ice and coffee bar.

Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Fantastic house with sea view 200m from the beach.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

Lovely child-friendly cottage, beach 300m

Masser af afslapning i et lyst træhus med orangeri, skønne terrasser og en stor sydvendt have med legeområde til børnene. Til bilen kan en 22 kW type 2 ladestander benyttes. Her er fred og ro og 300 meter til stranden med to badebroer i Sejerøbugten, og til stranden mod Kattegat er der 1 km. Der er 1 km til grill- og iskiosk, og få minutter til bageri, indkøb og Havnebyen. Vi leverer gerne anbefalinger til udflugtsmål, restauranter og indkøbssteder. Hvis spørgsmål så skriv endelig.

Two smaller but well utilized bedrooms as well as inviting annexes in the garden. Smaller, newly renovated bathroom with shower. The house appears inviting and bright.
