Cat’s place was super cute and perfectly fit our needs during our short stay in Sedona. We loved the mini kitchen and bathtub. Looks just like the pictures! The kitchen was stocked with basics if you wanted to do some cooking. The patio would have been awesome to use if the weather was warmer!

The place was so cozy and clean! Every details of the studio are simply great. We had an amazing time :) Cat has been extremely responsive and accommodating!

Loved this camper! Views are breathtaking. Close to amazing hiking trails. Close to stores/shopping. Kate is an amazing host...helpful when you need it, otherwise you are not bothered. This is a must stay!!

This spot is the PERFECT get-away from the city! I loved that it was secluded from everything else and it felt like my very own! The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and the heater heats up the whole space for those cold nights. It’s a small space, perfect for 2 people...coming back from a long day of hiking and exploring. The area of this space is perfect because you’re not too close to the town, and there is a beautiful trail right around the corner. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and I will be coming back!

Kate has made the trailer into such a cool and hip spot. We had a lovely stay and loved being able to experience a camper. The bed is also very comfortable :)

Kate’s camper was just what I needed during my solo trip to Sedona. I had the most quiet, peaceful sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Just slightly off the road from the action, but not too far to do a quick run for food or anything else you might need. Check in was very clear and easy, and I was a quick drive from all of my hikes. Would love to stay again if I’m ever in Sedona again!

This camper is adorable for a short stay in Sedona. The location is perfect, it’s nice and private, and it’s a cute space. It is small, but that’s what we expected. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel, this isn’t the place. But my husband and I loved it.

We had a such a great night staying here. Was super cozy and felt so homey. Perfect location to get to everything around town and great spot right by trails! Would stay here everytime we come back!

I loved staying here! If you come in understanding that it’s a camper (tight spaces, etc.) then I think you’ll really enjoy it. It was perfect for my solo overnight in Sedona—cute (nice little touches), REALLY comfy bed (holy crap so comfy!!), private. I read in another review that the shower water might not get super hot, so I just washed my hair in the shower without getting in, but it felt like it got plenty hot. I also liked that I didn’t have to interact with anyone like you sometimes do using Airbnb (haha, I was in full introvert mode). Thanks Kate!!

Great place and location. Beautiful hiking spots and no driving required. Laura is so sweet and very helpful. The place is far enough away from all the crowds but only a very short but scenic drive down into Sedona. Would stay again!

Laura was a super good host. She took lots of time to give us the lay of the land, very thoughtfully left us some special provisions and when we needed a humidifier due to having acquired a head cold she was able to loan us one

We went to Sedona to unplug from the buzz of the word and plug in to more important things. Laura’s Zen Retreat is the perfect place to do. Just off the beaten path enough to be super quiet. Nestled in amongst the red rocks of Sedona (you can actually walk to Oak Creek and Cathedral Rock) it is still super close to all the Restaurants and shops that Sedona has to offer. Laura’s place is simply the best of everything...including the host!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here. We came up for a weekend away and the location was just right. Beautiful views, nice and quiet.

The place is an easy walking distance to Sugarloaf in a quaint neighborhood not far from 89A. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, though it was not the quietest space we stayed at during our trip.

Excellent place to stay for privacy and easy access to the trails. We saw javalina walking through the yard on the first morning. Loved having a few basics on hand like pbj and coffee. Great area for a bonfire. Felt more connected to the spirit of Sedona than if we had been in motel. Beautiful views from the front window!

Sitara's place is conveniently located to stores and restaurants but feels secluded. The Sanctuary was sparkling clean, had a super-comfy bed, a hot shower, and met our every need for comfort and convenience. I can't recommend it enough. We will happily stay there again when we are visiting Sedona.

Such a lovely place in a perfect location - close to shopping and great restaurants and an amazing trail right out the back door. So many amenities in the place that made the stay pleasurable and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Sitara has an amazing space that fits the vibe of Sedona perfectly! You are on some amazing trails and feel secluded yet are close enough to town that you have access to so many other amazing trails and activities. Definitely a great space!

The Trailhead Casita was perfect for us. Being hikers, we could go out the front door and be immediately on an extensive trail system. It was also minutes away from the heart of Sedona. The kitchen was very nice with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a good assortment of pots and pans and utensils. We were able to prepare many meals there. The casita was very quiet and comfortable for our week long stay. we opted to stay in the ground floor bedroom rather than climb the steep stairway to the loft. Sitara was very friendly and attentive to our needs and gave us some good tips on the area. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the casita.

This was a great place in a great location! Always felt safe, even at night when I was alone. I’ll miss this place it was like a little home away from home

Having the trailhead at your doorstep cannot be underestimated. It’s about 2 hours round trip to the top of Sugarloaf and the views are incredible. Location is close to shopping and dining, yet secluded enough that you don’t feel like you are in a tourist area. Everything we were hoping for.

Great stay in the middle of Sedona

Amazing view, great host, full house with kitchen, peaceful, convenient to everything. Make sure you understand there is no TV, so bring your laptop or tablet if you need this. Great stay ;)

Rainbow House was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal. Close to all the marvelous things to see in the Sedona area. We highly recommend this home!

Cat was very nice and efficient, checked in to make sure everything was working for us. The place is clean and cozy, it is a larger place but feels cozy. The views are very nice to watch the sun rise or just any time really. Kitchen was excellent: professional gas stove, microwave & toaster oven and a well stocked refrigerator. I would highly recommend her & her home.

The water filter system and location was the highlight of our trip! The area is so quiet and peaceful and truly captured the spirit of Sedona. We will definitely be back!

This was a fantastic place to stay for our couple of nights in Sedona. The location is a block away from a couple of great hiking trails, and driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops and other fantastic hikes. Both Peggy and Kate were in touch ahead of time with check in info and local suggestions. The room was nice and clean and the kitchenette was great for prepping light breakfasts and lunches, and outdoor seating was a nice touch. Hope to be back again soon!

We loved our stay at Peggy’s for our first visit to Sedona! The location and privacy were perfect- so close to the trailheads (walking distance to some) and we loved being away from the touristy areas. Peggy’s place was clean, beautiful, and everything we could have wanted!

This place is very well decorated and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. Loved the toiletries! This room is located in a walk out basement but well lit and own heater.

Sandra’s place was perfect location for exploring Sedona. The style of the apartment was also spacious and worked for our group of 4! We felt tucked away from others and could really bond with one another in this space, but didn’t feel cramped. Would recommend to groups of 4 who are willing to share a bathroom!

Make sure to read suzis binder when you get there - it is loaded with information. The trailhead up the block is beautiful.

Highly recommend for your stay in Sedona! The location could not be better: walking distance to hiking, shopping & dining, and very close to downtown and many of the best hiking trails. Suzi has everything you could ever want/need for your stay and marvelous recommendations for things to do/see and where to eat. Very clean and fun. Communication is fantastic. This is a beautiful space with loads of interesting visual details, in an amazing location. Hosts were prompt in reply and clear with check in/out procedures. We loved the cozy outdoor space and all of the wonderful decor!

Suzi's place absolutely exceeded expectations- beautifully set up, and the location couldn't be better for access to trails and getting in/out of town! All the basics are there. Of note, if you're a light sleeper, take advantage of ear plugs provides as the dogs can be loud at times. Host was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay, would recommend to friends and family :)

Had a wonderful stay here! It is a block away from the Sugarloaf trailhead which holds some breathtaking views and great hikes. The space itself is decorated super cute and holds a lot of amenities. Close to many great restaurants. It's a shared space so shared wall noise is to be expected but it's a great price and feels right at home! Highly recommend for solo or couple travelers!

Suzi’s place was simply adorable. Cute, unique, and clean. It is obvious that Suzi takes pride in creative decorating - thinking of every detail. The kitchen had everything you need. The bed and pull out couch was comfy and the location could not be better with hiking trails just a quick walk up the street. You will not be disappointed. Plus, you can have your cards “read” since the room has some you can experience with. Enjoy your stay!

Fabiola and Jakob's "yoga retreat" room is a very restful space to stay. It was perfect for us as we enjoy quiet accommodations and natural surroundings. The location was perfect: only a couple of miles from Sedona with a view to die for and also located within walking distance of Crescent Moon Park which was a real treat. Both Fabiola and Jakob would check in every so often to make sure we were contented, had everything we needed, and to see if they could answer any questions we might have. They are both lovely hosts. If you're looking for a quiet, centering experience this is for you!

Great space, loved the decor and amenities included! We used the yoga mats provided and went to a nearby hot yoga class (Hot Yoga Sedona). Fabulous had given some suggestions for great outdoor spots as well! Location is great, near Red Rock State Park and a few amazing lookout spots. We made some coffee in the room and took it to enjoy the sunrise! Felt good to get a little bit away from the crowds of Sedona.

We had a great stay in the yoga retreat while venturing in Sedona. Thank you for such a nice place! The set up is cool; private room with bathroom, dining area with coffee & tea set up yet there is a full shared kitchen right outside the door. Felt like a hostel set up. Then there is a great yard with amazing views. We will definitely stay again<3

An amazing host, with an amazing house, with amazing views. Sedona is one of our favorite places to visit, and this place could not be a more perfect Sedona retreat. It has some of the most amazing views of the red rocks. Suzi has done an amazing job utilizing every inch of the outdoor space so guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful, natural surrounding. We brought our two young daughters and our 2 year old loved running around the porch and backyard. We had the pleasure of meeting Suzi, and she was even kind enough to bring over a coloring book for her. The house is groovy and inviting and has everything you need to cook a full meal. Also great that it is literally steps away from the sugar loaf trailhead, which I highly recommend. Would love to hike more than 50 feet once our wild daughter is a bit older and less insane. The only regret I have is not staying here longer. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Suzi's personal touches, friendliness and kindness really show through in her rustic cabin property! We truly relaxed and enjoyed our extended stay. Suzi is the best host we have ever encountered. Her property description is very accurate. Being close to the Sugar Loaf trailhead was amazing. What a great way to spend the first couple hours of our day and stetch our dogs legs. The views are breathtaking from the front covered deck and great room. Panoramic sunsets are included every evening. There is a smart tv and a stable wi-fi connection too. Thank you for the wonderful getaway and the new friendship!

This place has so much charm and wonder. Suzi has done a magnificent job decorating/designing this wonderful home and its yard. The house was spotless and Suzi's communication was top notch. We loved being able to walk to hiking trails and taking a short ride to town for dinner/drinks. The views from the living room and outside deck were absolutely beautiful to wake up to. The pups enjoyed it too! We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona. Worth every penny!

Suzi’s place is everything you’d want from an AirBNB stay: a lovely and unique home in a spectacular setting. The photos and description were totally accurate, which we really appreciated. You can walk to town, but you can also take the trail up the hill and do the whole airport loop if you want panoramic views the whole way while doing a hike from the house.

Suzi’s place was so well situated between the essentials and the beauty of the red rock. Very close to shopping and great eats, with a place to enjoy each morning looking at the reason we come to Sedona. Her place is very homey and easy to enjoy. The magical hour is amazing, and makes you just want to stay and relax.

I really enjoyed staying here. The resort is really clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen and some other great amenities. The deck looks or over the parking lot, but it also faces the sun which I really liked to enjoy the November sunshine. It was quiet and felt safe to me at all times of the day. I would definitely go back here!

Scott was excellent. We had some mix in our reservations and some trouble responding to messages due to service loss. He was super patient and quick to respond. Would definitely book with Scott again!

The Sunshine Studio was perfect for us! Located in West Sedona, we felt like we got more of a local feel for the town. Trails were easily accessible- walking distance from the house- so if you enjoy hiking, trail running, mountain biking, it is very convenient. Restaurants and Whole Foods were very close. Sitara was a great host- had great communication and included lots of info and recommendations for the area. The place itself was super cute with a lovely outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

The location of this place is incredible!! It will be hard to find another place with the easy access to trails (Solider's Pass Trail Head) , sunsets (the backyard, hello!), and all that Sedona has to offer. We stayed for 5 nights and utilized Whole Foods (just down the street) for many of our meals (used toaster oven/microwave and rice cooker, since there is no stove top) and snacks since we spent a good amount of time in the AirBnB at night (instead of going out) and it was cozy, warm and just what we needed. Madelyn was a wonderful host and provided all the amenities we would need, including extra blankets to enjoy a cold evening at sunset! You won't find a better space in Sedona!

This is our second time staying in the studio. Madelyn, is the perfect host, very communicative and always available to answer any questions. The property is set in the most wonderful location, with breathtaking views. The neighbourhood is friendly and very quiet. You also have the added bonus of being so close to some of the hiking trails. The studio is clean,comfortable and excellently decorated. It is now like home from home for us. I would highly recommend staying at this properly.

What a darling little studio! The place was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a quick girl’s getaway! Maddie’s hospitality made our first time in Sedona super relaxing and stress-free. Her informative binders covered everything including eating, hiking, shopping, and much much more! We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!

Absolutely lovely! Clean and cozy studio apartment with modern amenities and a rustic style. Well stocked kitchen with snacks and water to take with us on hikes and a bottle of wine for relaxing during the evening creek-side. The bed was comfortable and the sound of the creek lulled us to sleep at night. Hosts Cheryle and Bill were easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants. Creekside Retreat is a gem. We’d stay here again and highly recommend to other travelers.

A great little retreat in Sedona, on the banks of a creek. Close to everything, yet peaceful with the burbling creek at your door. Nice touches included a bottle of wine. Cheryle was accessible without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! We listened to the creek falling asleep every night and woke to amazing sunrises and views of the red rocks all around.

What a wonderful little place to unwind and unplug from the world. It on a little island and you have to cross a little stream to get to the place. Right on the river and kept windows open to listen to river at night. Only issue is that we are both tall and shower head in shower is on the lower side for us (no fault of oweners, just how pluming was put in) Nice bottle of wine and snacks was a great welcoming package. Would stay here again.

Sean’s home was beautiful and in the perfect location for all there is to do in Sedona. The views from his home are spectacular. He had great tips about hikes, food, and shopping. If you enjoy hiking, this home is in the perfect location, just minutes to many of the top hikes to do in the area. The place was very clean, and we had all the privacy we wanted. Sean is a great host and will be happy to share his knowledge of the area to suit your desires. You will not be disappointed!! We will go back!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting!

Sandys place is in this perfect little spot of Sedona. It’s so close to town, some amazing hikes, and really close to the red rocks. It was incredibly easy to communicate with Sandy and she made our little home so cozy. Perfect for a couple of people who want to get away and explore Sedona! I already want to go back!

Cozy and comfortable! Dieter stopped by shortly after we checked in to give a little tour of the place and explain a few things. Sandy was very prompt with communication. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was great to have a trailhead within walking distance which we took advantage of after dinner one night. Our favorite meals were at Wildflower Bread Company and Tortas de Fuego. In addition to our short hike from the front door to lower Chimney Rock trail, we hiked to Devil’s Bridge (via Mescal trailhead), Fay Canyon and Soldier’s Pass. We also did a Pink Jeep tour to the Honanki cliff dwellings. Wish we had more time in Sedona. It’s definitely on our short list of places to return we want to return to. When we do return, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Sandy’s place again.

Sandy’s place is incredible!! Just a short walk to wonderful hiking trails that give you exactly what you’re hoping for from Sedona. The space is lovely and very comfortable. We can’t wait to visit again!

It doesn’t get much better than this place if you’re looking to for a peaceful stay surrounded by the red rocks of Sedona. This spot was in a perfect location and a quick drive to hikes, restaurants, and shops in Sedona. The hosts are very attentive and give great tips on local spots to enhance your trip. The place was great and we loved calling it home for the few days we were here. Highly recommend and will hopefully make it back to this peaceful spot someday soon!

Very cozy, perfect for a couple

This place is exceptionally located at the base of Thunder Mtn. Dieter was warm, welcoming and everything was super smooth. The property is old but is spotlessly clean and you’ll have everything you need. Has the vibe of a small cabin. Hikes at your doorstep and minutes to town. Don’t hesitate.

An amazing place for the price! Jakob and Fabiola were very welcoming, even supporting us while my friend was sick. The bed was very comfy, noise was minimal. You can hear some noise upstairs and with any neighboring guests, but this did not affect us at all. Expect plenty of space inside the home, generous ameneties, local tips, add-on services (if desired), and excellent hiking/views near the backyard. Also, expect the drive near the house to contain one of the best views you'll find on a Sedona road! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Fabiola and Jakob are wonderful people. Their place is unique and peaceful. They thoughtfully helped us put together a wedding ceremony that we will forever cherish. Fabiola's breakfast is delightful, the beds are comfortable and the views of Cathedral Rock from the back yard are breathtaking. If you want a place to relax and regroup this is the place for you!

What a great place to stay in Sedona! The location couldnt be better. Set enough off of the main road to feel remote, but close enough to get an Uber to the downtown, you get great value with sweeping views and a beautiful outdoor space. Feels a bit like communal living with shared spaces but the hosts provide slippers and robes so even with others around you can relax and feel comfortable in this lovely space.

I came to Sedona for a month for healing and stayed here. Very lovely and cozy space. The views of the red rocks from the backyard are breathtaking. Fabiola is the queen of quick responses and thoughtful touches and I felt so safe and welcome in their Sedona home. One thing to note is that there is no phone service so connecting to WiFi is a must. Otherwise, GREAT stay!

Jakob and Fabiola are two extremely warm and radiant hosts. The space they offer is warm, peaceful, clean, and cozy. It is everything they describe it as and more. I went to Sedona on a solo trip over my work’s Christmas break. Jakob and Fabiola, as well as their children, offered holiday warmth and cheer while also providing great suggestions for local places to check out. Their children were very kind and respectful. I also booked a healing session with Jakob, which was honestly life changing. I highly, highly recommend this space and will definitely be returning.

Fabiola and Jakob’s place was better than what we had imagined. The space was spotless clean and invited a sense of tranquility and peace. Communication and instructions to get there were clear and efficient. We wish we had had more time to try their meditation and yoga. We would definitely stay again if we visit Sedona.

This place was located in a fantastic location close to restaurants, bakeries, and of course, hiking! Everything on the inside was a bit dated, but the view was incredible, and the location unbeatable. Also, the host did a great job with communication, which I really appreciated when I got there in the dark!

Craig’s condo was very conveniently located, just next to many trailheads by foot. The apartment had all the amenities and was very comfortable. We rented bikes downstairs (same owners) and all the staff was very helpful. Craig answered all our questions, provided insights on the best trails to do, even penciled a map for us. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Would highly recommend! We liked staying in Oak creek rather than Sedona itself since it was much quieter and laid back but had all the services.

Great views from every window of this well-kept 1-bedroom apt. Bike rentals are just downstairs, and trails are across the street. Perfect getaway location!

Rented bikes Dec 15, 2019 from Trail Zen, located below condo and across road from system of trails. The gentleman manning the shop was extremely helpful. The bikes were well maintained and nicely suited for the trails, we only rode trails across the road from shop, nothing technical but very enjoyable. Highly recommend condo, bike shop and nearby trails for a couple of days.

This place is a little slice of heaven in the desert. Great amenities and super clean, cute neighborhood within short driving distance to downtown, and very responsive host. I’d stay here again!

Easy to find, just a few minutes from North Sedona and pretty close to all the main trail heads. The back yard is great, and we were the only ones so we didn’t have to share it :-) unfortunately it was a wee bit too cold to enjoy the pool when we were there.

Great location, and very clean airbnb. We were looking for some privacy and although the listing says entire place, it was disappointing to arrive and see that there is other Airbnb in the property. Overall great location, a bit high for what your getting. But I think it's pretty typical for Sedona.

Tranquility Base is just that; a perfect peaceful base for exploring Sedona. Perfect convenient location. Enjoy the hot tub after hiking all day. The well equipped kitchen was perfect.

A warm and inviting place nestled in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. It has an awesome loving vibe and is easy to settle into. Yet, is close to everything! Host are caring, understanding and out of sight. Feels very private.

The Flower Den is a lovely stay while your are in Sedona! I was pleasantly surprised how large the space was and that it was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for venturing to downtown Sedona for the arts and mystic scene or for finding yourself out on one of the many gorgeous Sedona area trails.

Clean, and a bit bigger than expected. Easy check-in/entrance. Only stayed for about 12 hours, just needed a place to sleep, but had no issues!

Sandy has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into her space. I stayed at the "Flower Den," which was huge and very clean. Everything seemed new as well. It was a great deal and one of the best AirBnBs I have booked.

Very clean! Great location. We were hiking near the Devils Bridge area and it was only a few miles away. A lot of other trails are close by too. Directions to get in/there were easy. Quick response to texts. Has everything you need including a washer/dryer, Keurig, space heater, extra towels/blankets and the price was perfect. Read the helpful local suggestions/tips on the desk -had a great meal at Vino de Sedona as well!

I had wonderful stay! Sandra is a fantastic host and the room is so cozy. I love the hiking trail from her home that leads you into a incredible view of Cathedral Rock! I would absolutely stay here and again and recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Sedona.

Sandra’s place was cozy and clean! This AirBnb is located in a very scenic part of town just a quick drive from the hustle of the tourist center. Sandra’s instructions were very clear and communication with her was easy! Loved this small space for a quick overnight stay. While the space is private, it’s possible that there could be other tenants in the room right next door, so if you prefer to be a little more removed from others, keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend this spot!

This place is a fantastic find. The location is at an ideal point between West Sedona and Uptown. The house has everything you can possibly need. My husband and I lived at this location for an extended period of time and never wanted for anything. Pots, pans, dishes, you name it--it's there! The home has a beautiful red rock view from the living room. There are enough beds to sleep 5, but there is also a futon that could function as a bed. Both Stefanie and Buck were tremendously hospitable and helpful, giving clear check-in instructions and helpful tips. I highly recommend it! It's an answered prayer.

Clean and comfortable home in a beautiful, quiet & safe location. Bob & Stephanie were great hosts, very friendly & kind, providing everything I needed and being available, but not intrusive. Very central location, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful area. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood for almost a month. The home offers a lot of space for a couple and our two pups. Though we did not meet Stefanie, but did interact with her husband a few times and was so kind and helpful when needed. Your host provide a great deal of respect to you and your space - yet were quick to respond if needed. The living rooms views couldn't be beat to wake up to each morning. Recommend this home to anyone traveling through and need a long term stay. Also great for a base to do local travels. Beautiful location and attentive hosts. Cheers!

Stefanie’s place was the perfect spot to stay in Sedona. We felt like we got the deal of a lifetime. The views are spectacular and the house is very spacious. Stefanie provided us with everything we needed to feel completely at home. There are awesome trails super close by and it’s in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Sedona. Very quiet and very close to everything. We hope that we can stay there again!

Sedona is a magical town, and Stefanie's house is a great find for us, or anyone. Very reasonable price, excellent location in West Sedona, everything you would need in a lovely house with beautiful surroundings, and a very attentive landlord. I would highly recommend this house as an Airbnb rental.

This is a great spot for anyone visiting Sedona. It is within walking distance of both "uptown" and beautiful trails. The rooms were large and comfortable. The views were gorgeous. The back porch was a lovely place to have an evening drink. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed walking around, looking at all the interesting architecture. We'd love to spend more time here.

Fantastic stay in Sedona! Theresa was a wonderful host with great communication before and during our visit. Space was nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We even made use of the dryer after visiting Slide Rock for a chilly swim. Location was perfect for all of our activities and dining.

Theresa’s place is perfect for any couple looking to visit Sedona. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. All of the restaurants we dined at were recommended by the host and they were all delicious. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. I only wish the weather was a little warmer so we could stay out and stargaze a little longer. Overall it was a great place to relax, especially after a day of hiking/driving up to the Grand Canyon.

The house was well-equipped and absolutely spotless at check in. But the best part is the proximity to trailheads. Several great hikes, including Chimney Rock and Sugarload are literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. The views are great as well. Will definitely be back if we return to Sedona!

We planned on taking a short 3 night action packed trip to Sedona and to the Grand Canyon. Sedona is centrally located between Phoenix and Grand Canyon and this home was perfect for our needs. We hiked during the day and relaxed in the hot tub for a bit each night. The home was clean and the pictures on Airbnb are up to date as of feb 2020. The attention to detail and decorations were everything needed for a peaceful stay. Perfect home for couples looking for a relaxing get away. The host communicated timely and had a lot of information about the area available if needed. Hopefully we will be able to return to beautiful Sedona again some day, we would definitely rent this home again.

Cute private bedroom. As a woman traveling by myself, I felt very safe. The room gets good light. I LOVED the organic products (soap, herbal teas, lotion, etc.) available during the stay. I also appreciated the fact that Kat had bins for recycling, compositing and trash. Luggage rack and hangers are thoughtful touches that enhanced my one-night stay. I’ll definitely be back and look to stay here again!

Everything was super Cozy!!! I got exited when I saw the singing bowl, seat pillows and yoga mats lol. I came right after Christmas and even though it’s chilly, inside the capsule it’s nice and warm. The bed is heated and there’s another heated blanket provided. Also, a cute and efficient space heater was provided, and super helpful. Everything was turned on waiting for us to get snuggled when we got there. Thank you!

Kathy's capsule was everything we wanted! We arranged a check-in time where she met us in person. She explained the capsule and showed us the shower and other amenities. We stayed in December so it was a bit chilly. Kathy left a space heater and heated blankets on for us ahead of time. My husband and I were able to celebrate a relaxing night under the stars in a warm and comfortable environment. Would highly recommend.

The tiny home is so cozy and has everything you need! The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including spices, coffee etc. The shower and tub are lovely. Outdoor area and hammock are a great touch. Location is great, close to everything yet very private and quiet. We would stay here again for sure and absolutely recommend to anyone.

Such a great place to stay while in Sedona. We were only there for 2 nights but would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very clean and easy to get to place with outstanding scenery!

Cat’s place is incredible! It was such a perfect place for a quick romantic getaway. The hammock & great views add such a great touch to the cute tiny home! Cat was quick with responses, check in and check out process was simple and the place was easy to locate. Location is great! Close to town but also about a mile away from all the congested traffic. A lot of trail heads close by too! You do have to take a ladder to the bed so if you are injured or pee a lot during the night keep that in mind. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

It is a cute little house . You must be able to climb up and down from the loft . Cooking at the house is possible but limited . But when you are traveling who wants to cook ?!?
