Very clean very close to airport and downtown is a plus! We we were only there a short time one night but the host and house were good, quiet neighborhood easy to find and the cutest little dog . Everything was decorated so nice and clean .. the bedroom and bathroom are small but great for one person maybe two.

Ms.Baerbel is the most gracious hostess I have encountered in my Airbnb experience. The property is beyond a 5 Star...it was so clean I didnt want to touch anything. I knew the host cared about your comfort when I noticed the cushion hangar, very classy. "Cozy" is an understatement when describing the room i stayed in. I highly recommend this hostess and property.

Baerbel’s home was inviting and very clean. She was happy to help in any way. The bed was very comfortable and the full bath was perfect. The description is accurate and it was helpful to have a separate entrance, use of the pool area, and access to the free local shuttle. I was able to use the kitchen and she appreciated the respect of keeping the area clean. I would definitely be a guest in Baer’s home again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cassandra was easy to work with and communicated quickly. The apartment was basic but nice. The pool was heated and we enjoyed the proximity to old town and downtown scottsdale. Great value.

This is such an amazing location! Walking distance to a bunch of cute restaurants and shopping. The pool is heated and hot tub was a great plus. She did a great job at paying attention to details like Q-tips, makeup wipes, stocked coffee bar, pool towels, etc. She was also very responsive to messages. Exceeded our expectations- we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was everything we wanted! Very clean and nice. The building has nice amenities including pool and hot tub (though we ran out of time to use either). The parking garage was also great for our rental car. We were very satisfied!

This is a wonderful apartment and a quick walk from Old Town Scottsdale with all its museums and shops. The apartment is spotless and modern and the hosts were excellent with communication. Highly recommended!

Good location. Short Uber ride into old town Scottsdale. Plenty of things to do that are close. Casino, top golf, baseball games, bars, and restaurants. Apartment was small but clean. Checking in and out was easy.

I’m originally from Phoenix, and when I stayed at Heather’s place I felt right at home! The sleep space was cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and Heather was super hospitable. It’s in a great location especially if you’re wanting to spend time between Scottsdale and Tempe. Heather was helpful thorough my trip and was respectful, especially since I was working and coming in at odd hours. Would recommend to anyone

Heather's place is exactly what she says - quiet, clean, comfortable. It's located just a couple miles from local attractions, easily within walking or Uber range (bus stops are also close). Heather is wonderfully communicative and quick to respond to messages.

Great place to stay, especially when what your looking for is a place to stay! We had a great time with this stay as a base for our hiking nearby and found it a very relaxing place to retire to at the end of our busy day. Close to groceries, dining, and more... The coolest thing we heard was the pack of coyotes howling at night.

Jennifer & Jeremy have a lovely casita and home. The location was much better than expected with beautiful scenery and a private feel. The casita itself was adorable and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts accommodated every need and made the stay feel very private. We will definitely be coming back!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Communication with Jennifer and Jeremy was very easy. Check in could not have been smoother. The casita is warm and inviting. Everything was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Plus the location for my purposes was excellent. Their casita will be my first choice for future stays in Carefree.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about Sandra’s place. She was very hospitable, timely in her responses, and upfront about her expectations. The room was clean and tidy and the amenities were readily available. If you don’t have something, she will do her best to accommodate you. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was on my own for a week here and Sandra's place fit me perfectly. It's in a great spot to catch the free public transportation both to Tempe and Scottsdale and hang out there everyday. I didn't need more than the room and the bathroom so this was exactly what I was after.

Unfortunately I had to check in 2 days later cause a flight cancellation from Italy. Sandra has a very comfy room in her own house. Very clean, she provided everything for a nice stay.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. The owner leaves great suggestions to eat or visit. I especially liked the shower. At 6'2" I usually have to duck under the shower. He, its above me. Best part is the location. You within 10 minutes from everywhere. Mesa, Phoenix. Great place for two.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. Her home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. I was taking a workshop at Scottsdale Artists’ School which is just 3 short miles away, straight down Scottsdale Rd. A comfortable space, it provided everything I needed. Nicole has created a hospitable, cozy home-away-from-home that warmly greeted me in the evening where it was easy to relax.

Nicole’s place was absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to check in and she was great to communicate with. Her place was central to every where we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

We loved loved our stay at Nicole's Cozy desert oasis! It is in a perfect location, close to so many cool things like papago park, Desert Botanical gardens and old town scottsdale. We loved how cute the space was decorated and it was even a bit bigger then we had expected. The only thing is I wish there was a little bit more light in the corner of the room where the shelves for clothes are because it was hard to see even with all the lights on to unpack over there and hang up clothes! but obviously, a small thing and over all it was 10/10 and we will be back some winter in the future we loved it so much and would recommend it to family & friends!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy 1BR just north of Scottsdale. The apartment had a few basics that made the stay enjoyable, and the covered parking was a welcomed respite from the sun. The instructions were clear and the team was responsive over text and phone call. Will definitely look for this place again for a future stay.

The place is clean and plenty spacious for our weekend getaway. Communication was on point with Frontdesk. The check-in/out process is such a breeze! Nice to know our cleaning fee actually covers cleaning and we don't have to spend an hour of our own time laundering and scrubbing. =) If ever we're back in Scottsdale - we know where to go!

My wife and I stayed at Jim's place for a few days, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The guest house we stayed in was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Location is great as it's walking distance to a main road with food and shops, and is just a short drive to Old Town and most of the great golf courses in Scottsdale/Phoenix. I would recommend anyone staying here with Jim!

Keith’s place was perfect for my trip to Scottsdale for a 3-day conference. It was clean, nicely appointed, stylish, quiet and comfortable. It was also close to Old Town (about 1.5 mi - but a super easy drive and easy parking), where there are lots of great restaurants and shops. Would most definitely stay here again!

We have never stayed in a room in a home. The price was great and the location excellent for our purposes. Michael was excellent. He opened his home to us. Access was easy and his communication was great. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was exactly as advertised and Michael’s hospitality and open home approach, made it even better.

Although Not centrally located in old town, the condo is 20 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. And, you didn’t have all the congestion of being at the waterfront. It was very easy to park there. Privacy and a real pleasure to return to after a long day of driving and touring. I wanted a kitchen for cooking or preparing what I wanted to eat. This was just enough kitchen to accomplish that. It was always easy to get back to after exploring the area.

Ana and Spencer’s “casita” is the the perfect little getaway suite. It’s clean, bright, and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the birds chirping and see quail running by. We would definitely stay here again!

Spencer and Ana’s Casita was great!! We spent a week there, and had plenty of space to really make ourselves at home, and come and go as we pleased. Spencer and Ana were very quick to respond to anything we asked about, and they were super helpful with accepting our baby rental equipment before we arrived, as well as making sure it was picked up after we hd already left. They live on-site in the main house, so if you need anything, they are very fast at accommodating. The location was great for us as we really liked being a bit outside of the busy centre of the city.

The place is exactly as advertised. Clean with lost of extras: full kitchen, washer dryer, private location and the use of a pool. We highly recommend.

Beth's place is in a terrific location near Papago Park, Scottsdale, Tempe. I had a great time biking from her house and going to Tempe to see my daughter. Beth is a kind and thoughtful host with a very nice home in a great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Nice back yard to relax and have a meal. Nice parking. Great brewery and restaurant options close by. Will definitely return if I need a place in the future! Thanks Beth.

Very comfortable and great location. Beth is a kind host and she leaves you freshly cut oranges and grapefruit (from her trees) in the morning. Lovely backyard with table and chairs to relax. A special place to find in Phoenix, easy distance from Art Museum and Desert Botanical Gardens.

Beth’s place was very clean and, although tucked into a quiet neighborhood, closely located to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Beth herself was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed during the stay. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay while in Phoenix.

Beth's place was an amazing oasis in Phoenix! She was so friendly and welcoming, as were the other guests. It was like visiting friends! The breakfast was a wonderful bonus, and it was a huge treat to be able to have fresh oranges and grapefruit right off of Beth's backyard trees, and to eat in the sunshine on her back patio. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and had every amenity you could need. The beds themselves had to have been the most comfortable I've ever slept on! You literally melt into the memory foam mattresses like you're sleeping on a cloud! I loved Beth's place so much that I actually stayed a day longer than I planned. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Beth's place is great, I relaxed a lot on the back porch and enjoyed walking over to the hole in the rock. The oranges and grapefruit from the trees out back were super delicious. I've been here before and it was great both times.

I loved landing at Mickey’s place, after a very long road trip. It was exactly what I needed. It was super safe and comfortable. And, I awoke refreshed and ready to get on the road again. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a pretty charming apartment off a very busy area in North Scottsdale. The area is great with lots of commercial shopping and is close to dang near everything you would want to do. The apartment was a perfect base camp space for my busy week in Scottsdale. The apartment is right by a busy road. So, you will get some road noise that may be bothersome if you are a light sleeper. The owners give great communication and were quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely stay here again.
