Apartment Elizabeth - central with beautiful views

This house has a cottage character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Apartment on the top floor of the house, located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 min. on foot. Through a key safe (to the right of the entrance door of the apartment), the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 p.m. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Guest card possible on request and payment of the guest tax. Parking for 1 CAR.

Nice apartment centrally located in Schruns

In the short term from December 2023, we rent out our beautiful, centrally located apartment again and look forward to old and new guests. The Hochjochbahn and the village center are within walking distance. The buses towards Silvretta and Gargellen run right next door. Various restaurants are within walking distance. The terrace is available for exclusive use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, in the living-dining room there is a pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 people.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
