Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. The vintage barn studio offers an open living plan with Queen bed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a cozy seating area w/ fireplace. Once an artist's studio, it is has been painstakingly renovated with a "reduce, reuse, recycle" philosophy. This beautiful circa 1850 farmhouse is nestled between two rivers. While it feels secluded, it is located right in Grafton Village and only a two minute walk from the Grafton Inn.
