Amazing space, very clean and lots of amenities.

The suite/apt facility appeared to be brand new and was in immaculate condition. Great communication/ easy check in and check out/spa tub & shower. Delightful place and private too. Wonderful amenities and easy safe parking in a very pleasant neighborhood. Host (Karen) thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended!

This was perfect for us! Karen has paid attention to every detail. Everything is clean and beautifully put together. Nothing is forgotten, so you have everything you could possibly need. The shower/jacuzzi was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. Its in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to everything. Its a small space but was just right for the two of us. Was perfect for my wife and I. Was a little drive to Siesta Key but we had a great stay. Uber ride was $15 each way.

The gem of Sarasota! Beautiful, quiet and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in! Karen is wonderful and offers just about anything you could possibly need! Location is central to many attractions and nice and close to the beaches! Look forward to staying again. Shhhh! Don’t everyone about our favorite secret place! 😉

Karen’s place is spotless. Everything is labeled so you know where to find and how to operate things. She has everything that you need to cook. Great TV, WiFi, washer&dryer, and cable channels. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room has high quality fixtures, cabinets, sink, toilet, granite counter tops, lighting. The space is on the small side. Two people who sleep in the same queen size bed works. I stayed there with a friend who is a big guy. I slept on a portable foldable twin xl foam bed. That took up some space and it worked, but made things more complicated.

An excellent place to stay. Very clean and convenient to stores and tourist attractions.

Tony has a simple but very comfortable place in a great location. The room was perfect for our needs and the bed as comfortable as any I’ve slept on.

Megan is a warm and generous host, who goes out of her way to be helpful eg. provided us with bicycles and drove us to and from the airport. The suite is very well located and had everything we needed. A pleasant surprise was that Megan is well connected with the tennis community which was wonderful.

Megan is a super host who goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She is easy to reach, responds quickly and has many good suggestions. Her place is exactly as described and the location is wonderful. And, you really can walk to the theater, shops and some restaurants. There are so many places close by, you'll find plenty to do.

Megan is an excellent host. Her place was spotless, comfy bed, great location, super quiet and lots of little extra touches. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back.

Elena’s place was detailed exactly as it was on Airbnb site. It is close to shopping, Public’s groceries, and restaurants. Elena and Judd are great hosts and we have no problem recommending this little oasis to others who are visiting Sarasota.

Excellent accommodation. A small, well-equipped studio with everything you need and surrounded by greenery. Close to beaches! Elena is a charming, helpful hostess who gives invaluable advice. I recommend 200% !!

What a great place. I (and my dog, Ferris) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely retreat. It is in a great location - great for restaurants and in a nice neighborhood and fairly close to the beaches. The garden was beautiful and my bloodhound enjoyed exploring the yard. I hope to return next winter.

La Casita will not disappoint. It is in a private, peaceful, beautiful garden and every amenity you could want is provided for. The location is convenient to beaches and the cultural offerings of Sarasota. Your hosts are warm, welcoming and responsive, enjoy your vacation at La Casita.

La Cassita was in a great central location to all of the beautiful beaches in Sarasota. The grounds surrounding the little house are beautiful and tropical. It definitely feels like old Florida. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was a great space for a solo traveler.

Elena's place is awesome! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, the place is set back behind the host's house (and through an amazing landscaped yard!) so it's very quiet. Only a short drive to downtown Sarasota and an amazing beach too, so access to all Sarasota has to offer is easy. The place is as described and shown in photos - small but very clean with a comfy bed and everything needed for our stay. Looking forward to our return visit!

It is a very convenient location overall; close to a good supermarket, Siesta Key and public transportation, and at the same time quiet and peaceful with a big garden! Great place!

This is a superb place to stay. Right in the heart of Sarasota, making all the local amenities and beaches easy to drove too. The room and was very well furnished with a stocked kitchen. There is an area to park a car off road. A car rental is needed for this area. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave helpful local knowledge tips. I would highly recommend this location.

Manolo and Fabiola's place is well situated off a major thruway. Only ten minutes away from the historic downtown area. The private covered patio is a plus. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is very clean.

My stay in Sarasota at Manola and Fabiola’s place couldn’t of been much better... Really can’t say anything negative about it.. The space was perfect for me... It was exceptionally clean... very comfortable and a great location.. Loved the patio,, it was like another room all in itself... Unfortunately I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Manola but Fabiola was a gracious host ,, very nice and accommodating.. I Would stay there again without any hesitation and I would recommend there hospitality to anyone that’s considering it.. Cosimo

Paul’s place was clean, bed was comfortable, backyard was private and quiet. We really enjoyed being able to expand our living space. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, and Paul was quick to respond to any questions and updates. Publix is 2 blocks, convenient to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Wicked Cantina, just down the street is a great spot for Mexican food.

This location is CLEAN, has a private entrance, and is in a nice area within walking distance to groceries, take-out, and restaurants. There is a lovely park across the street. Two thumbs up!

Great location, quiet area, wonderful outdoor space. Bathroom is a little tight. But then, we are 70 plus so that might explain it. Paul is an exceptional host!

Then space is very well kept and comfortable for a couple. Paul left some thoughtful touches and I communicated with me every step of the way. The only comment I would make is that the space is connected to the kitchen I believe whichwas fine but may have made me feel uncomfortable had I been travelling alone. Other than that the space was great for the two days and was super close to downtown. Would book again!

It is a cute, cozy, private stay for 2 guests. It is neat, in a nice location, and we enjoyed our stay. The grocery store is right next to the place which was very convenient. There is also a TV with Netflix which is fun. There are many fun things to do in the area but they are all mostly in driving distance from the place. Highly recommend!

Outstanding hosts in a special tiny house! Very private, safe and peaceful. House is comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Location is ideal—two blocks from SCAT busses which run to dowtown, airport and beaches. Close to store, CVS, movie theatre, gym, yoga, and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House. Mo and Don have added many special touches-chairs and towels for the beach, breakfast food, and a gorgeous tiny house decorated beautifully. Wonderful experience and close to Sarasota Downtown and Siesta Key

If you are a runner like myself, a Middle School 4-5 blocks south has a running track available for public (presumably) that I had a chance to make use of. I would certainly stay at John's place again...

Kaylene's home is beautiful, relaxing place to stay. A comfortable (and comforting) private room and a shared home filled with art, music , a lovely garden,screened in porch, sweet animals (cat and bunny) and warm, friendly host. I was in the area for a yoga training and it was the perfect complement to come "home" to. Having a bicycle provided was especially nice as a way to get around the area. I highly recommend Kaylene's place as a place to relax and enjoy...during work or vacation!

Kaylene’s place is very quiet. There is a delightful back yard looking over a large bamboo clump, ferns, and palms. It is very lush. Very serene with water features.

Vicky is a phenomenal host. The property is impeccable and very comfortable. She’s found a way to make you feel like you are truly at home. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea makers are a special treat. She also had several toiletries, blow dryer, charging cables and more available. She’s really thought of everything. The outdoor area is also clean and comfy for a relaxing glass of wine. If coming to Sarasota, this is where you want to stay!!

Will and Faiths place is a great place to stay and in a super location while enjoying the amenities of Lido Beach. Short walk to the nature park (kayaking the mangroves) and lido beach (with a pool to) and St armands circle (restaurants and nice shops). The clean and well-equipped unit is compact but has everything you need even beach chairs and umbrella. The sofa that becomes a drop down bed is a clever way to manage the space and is easy to operate. The photos are accurate. Easy checkin and Responses by owner were quick. We enjoyed our stay.

A sweet little first floor flat. Very accommodating, clean, in a quiet little nook of older small condos in a terrific location at a fair price! The photos and descriptions were right on. This was our (wife and I) first try with an AirB&B. We were very happy and satisfied with the condo, the accommodations, it's condition and location. Texted a question to the hosts and it was answered almost immediately. Was a very pleasant full week experience for our first time. The hosts certainly know what they are doing. We would stay there again.

This is a great spot. Modern, clean, close to the beach and 200 yards from a rustic county kayak rental facility. Lido is a wonderful place to visit. I would definitely rent this space again.

This place is nestled in nature while still being in Sarasota. We were pleasantly surprised how enchanting it was. It was nicer and better equipped than we expected (the photos don't quite do it justice). There were snacks and coffee and some food for breakfast, so cute! Dealing with Bridget was no nonsense, effective, clear. Beds are comfy with a memoryfoam pad for the sofa bed that made it super comfy. Would stay again for sure.

Bridget thought of everything for making this a cozy, comfortable visit for two adults and two teen girls! We could only stay one night--wish it could have been more. Such an adorable, rustic, well-located place. Nice neighborhood, easy access to Sarasota landmarks. Would totally stay there again if we returned to the area.

Bridget's cottage is wonderful. It felt like you were staying in a rainforest. The outside was so full of beautiful greenery. The inside was very clean and had many windows and skylights to let the beauty of the outside in. The breakfast was great and the surprise snack basket was very welcoming.

The cottage surrounded by vegetation is private and lovely. You definitely need a car to get to beaches, sights, shopping etc. but it is worth it being in such a quiet and unusual setting. Makes you feel like a native!

I paid for the air b n b for our adult children and niece to stay nearby during a family event. It was convenient and close to all Sarasota has to offer. My children said it comfortably accommodated 6 adults, 4 children and 1 dog nicely. They enjoyed their stay!

We had an event near the airport and this home was perfect. An easy 8 minute drive and we were there. This home is surrounded by woodlands which gives you the feel of being far from "civilization". However, you can walk to the nearest grocery store and other shops. One of the main roads through Sarasota is just yards from the home with more grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Walmart was less than a 1/2 a mile away. Although you do feel secluded during your stay, Micheal is just next door. Far enough away to feel alone, but close enough to respond to any need. The home is an apartment upstairs with a music studio below. During our stay there were people in the studio on occasion. In the evening when we were there we could hear them faintly, but it did not detract from our stay. The add mentions the stairs to the home. They were not a problem for us, but they do have a lot of switch backs - it is not a straight stair case so be cautious of that. I know the home can hold a lot of people, but we only had three. During our stay, one room had a queen bed and a bathroom attached that also was accessible from the common space. On the other side of the common space there is a little hallway that has the other two bedrooms as well as the second common bathroom. Another bedroom had a queen bed and a single bed. This room opened up onto the balcony and that ran the front of the home. There is a nice sitting area where we enjoyed the beautiful night air. The last bedroom was the largest with two queen size beds and also had a door that opened to the same sitting area. I believe more beds can be added depending on the number of people. I would confirm bed types and arrangements for larger parties. I did notice a safety gate on the balcony at the stairs incase of little ones - that was a nice safety feature. The kitchen had granite counter tops as well as newer amenities and was fairly well stocked with the basic small appliances - Micheal was alway just a text away if we needed anything. The dining table was sizable sitting 6-8 with ease. Family room had large comfy furniture and a large smart TV. ( Bring your Netflix, Amazon, Sling passcodes). Wifi was free and easy to connect to as well. The washer and dryer were newer, good sized and conveniently located. The home also supplied beach towels as well as an umbrella and 4 beach type chairs. Micheal really cared about our comfort while staying in this home. If you have any questions about the home, he is a kind, friendly person and I know he would have no problem trying to make your stay the best possible. So don't hesitate to communicate with him. :)

This house is so wonderful! We have a large family of 7 (plus friends often). We had 10 on this particular trip. From the moment we walked in, we were so pleased with how clean and orderly everything was. The house is in a very convenient location. Michael and his children have thought of so many special touches, for example they provided breakfast for the first morning we were there. We had plenty of towels and blankets. They also provided filtered water and a special bag of coffee. Any questions we had were promptly answered. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house! Also, we were down over the college football playoffs. We invited 2 other families over to watch our beloved Clemson Tigers play on the big flat screen tv. We had a house full, but everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of parking space. Great memories, we will be back!

Great quiet place! Look forward to the next time

We had a lovely break in Sarasota. The town is all within walking distance from the apartment with great restaurants and shops. At the end of the road is a small restaurant, The Fountain, for b’fast, coffee or lunch. We only took the car out to drive to the keys - Siesta Key is wonderful and only a short drive away. The apartment itself is private, quiet and bright and had everything we needed.

Inna & Vladimir’s Place was awesome! Great location — just footsteps to all the downtown trendy restaurants & shops that Sarasota has to offer. It’s also a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (Siesta & Lido) we’ve ever seen. The apartment was very comfortable & clean. Communication was outstanding. Vladimir offered to help with our luggage. He also responded immediately to a request for additional supplies that we needed. The neighborhood was very safe, upscale & quiet. Should we return to Sarasota again, we’ll definitely book with them again!

Vladimir is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I loved the area, pineapple and orange streets are both close by and got a lot of good stuff there. Also the pool is wonderful and the washing machine and dryer are excellent.

Best experience possible! Everything was perfect! No issues, ever. Plenty of tips for things to do, room stocked with all necessities& more, kind and tentative hosts that allow you your privacy, and great room! Every time we messaged these hosts, they replied almost immediately. Thanks again for a great stay!

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to book this room for a full month. We love how open it is. We have a cat that loves the room as well, as it is spacious enough for her to have her own area. She also enjoyed one of the window ledges that was perfect for her to look out. Tyler and Chloe are great hosts who make sure that you have everything you need. We read a negative post from some guests complaining about the hosts. We have had the complete opposite experience and find their review to be untruthful (all together we have rented their rooms for over three months now with not even one issue or complaint). Yes, in this room, you enter into the bathroom area; however, it’s a large area and we actually found it to be awesome because when we came back from our days at the beach, the sand didn’t get all over the rest of the room because we could immediately rinse off. We found it to be pretty clever :) Thanks again for a great stay!

What a cute little space! Perfect for what I needed and really comfortable. It can get a little warm, but there’s an extra fan in case you need it. I slept great and everything was a breeze. Thank you Tyler!!

Good location and stay

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Close to shopping, cafes and bars. We had a very wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Charlie and Tia’s place was fantastic. Super simple, but very accommodating. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the weekend. The Bistro downstairs was a great addition. We loved the live music, and the menu. Easy to go downstairs and grab a coffee in the morning too, although there is a keurig in the apartment with some complimentary coffee as well. THE LOCATION was AWESOME. If you want to be in the downtown area this is the perfect place. Burns Court is a neat place with little restaurants and boutiques. Main Street is a short walk, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. If you do want to drive over to Lido and St Armands it’s a quick trip right over the bridge. Everything is so close. We will definitely book here again when in the area. One thing I will say, is that if you don’t like noise and you’re going to complain then don’t stay here. The music from the bistro is very good but it is easily heard and you can even hear hallway chatter sometimes while in the apartment. This did NOT bother us, and the music promptly ended at around 9:45PM every night we were there.

This was my second stay here. It's very clean, lots of extra touches, warm hospitality and a great location in the downtown area and close to the beaches. I'll definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend the apartment! We found a super, super, super clean and well equipped apartment with great style and high comfort bed. We loved to stay there. It was very easy to find a parking spot nearby the house at no cost. We heard nice jazz music from the Cafe underneath the apartment I believe, but by 9 pm, I guess, the music stopped, so noise was no problem. All the time during our stay we felt safe and welcome! Wonderful hospitality and very cute space.

The cottage is in a quiet location close to groceries and restaurants. It is comfortable and an easy to drive to all attractions in Sarasota. The drive to those places takes a bit longer than noted due to lots of traffic in Sarasota. We enjoyed our stay . I would recommend it.

Nice place, great owners! They were right on top of everything. Only thing is all glass plates and cups and the island is high for younger kids. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great spot and value ! We had bicycles and we could get to siesta key in 10-15 minutes ! Safely also ..always bike lanes or sidewalks .

Nikola's place was super clean and with all the amenities that we'd need for our family trip! We were able to barbecue and had all utensils necessary in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and we even had an umbrella and some sand toys for my niece. The location is great and I highly recommend this place.

Such a great house to stay at! I love to appreciate the little things like extra towels, comfortable billows, quality bed, entertainment for kids (trampoline), awesome porch for outdoor dinners, and just super cozy all around. This vacation was way better than I expected with a 9 month baby, Nikola made it super comfortable. He was also very flexible with check in and check out. I would definitely stay there again. Location is also great, short drive to everything.

This airbnb was very clean and welcoming. It was in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance. We liked walking one block to Sarasota Bay. The unit was private and quiet. Overall, it was a nice place to spend a week and enjoy Sarasota.

This studio is amazingly clean and quant. We enjoyed staying for three nights as it is centrally located in the city and has enough room for two people to be comfortable. The price was amazing and definitely worth it! Tyler went the extra mile to come over almost immediately to change a light bulb in pouring rain and he was super easy to get ahold of when needed. There is no blow dryer in this house and as we had to pack light I wish there would have been. We appreciated the shampoo and conditioner as well as the water filter in the refrigerator! Overall the studio was nicely done and we would definitely stay again!

It was exactly as described and for that I would recommend a stay here. The location is pretty central to most any activity you may wish to do in the area.

John's place was an overall amazing experience. Check-in and finding the entrance was very simple. We had our own room and bathroom with a private entrance while still having access to the rest of the house. Everything was in nice condition and clean!

We had a lovely time at this place, enjoying the garden in the patio. Was clean and very quiet area, near by the Siesta Key, the best beach in the world.

The place was very clean and felt private. The bed was comfortable. Also available are 2 beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and cooler for use which were super helpful to us. The space is limited, which was okay for me and my significant other who were not home during the day, but keep that in mind if you are looking for a big space. I would recommend.

Vicky's place was a perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to stay while in Sarasota for a wedding weekend. Her instructions on check-in and check-out were thorough and we had everything we needed in the room! Even though it is a small space there was a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, coffee pot, etc. which was great. If we have another trio to Sarasota we would definitely consider booking the Dolphin Suite again!

Vicky’s place is so comfortable and stylish and thoughtful. I’m very impressed with how the place is set up. I slept very well, which is important for a place for staying. The garden is very cute. Fabulous, comfy, nicely decorated space. Very calming colors with great bed, soft cotton sheets and towels. Great host with wonderful suggestions. Huge outdoor area to be enjoyed twice a day! Walked, bike rode or took the bus ($.60 for Seniors!) everywhere we wanted to be! 5 stars to Vicky and her wonderful city of the arts. We loved staying in the dolphin suite :) The bed and pillows were so comfy, and Vicky thought of everything!! There was stuff for tea and coffee, and even water in the mini fridge! The place was absolutely spotless, and so adorable! We loved that we had our own entrance and could come and go whenever. We are wanting to come back sometime when it’s warmer to take advantage of the beach more, but we loved all the tips Vicky had for what to do in Sarasota! We would definitely stay here again! <3

Think of a tiny house and thinking "How did they do so much with such a small space?". Well, this is the same thing, only in a room (and bath)! Just about everything you would find in a nice hotel was here. Her numerous listings of things to do, places to eat are tried and true places. And location is amazing! Lastly, she's an awesome communicator before and after checking-in. I would definitely stay here again, if Sarasota brought there again :)

Great place in good location.

For a downtown apartment this little jewel is amazingly private and quiet. Totally remodeled with an inviting decor, it felt both spacious and pampering. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom modern, the kitchenette really cute. We especially liked that we could so easily walk to the bay park for the beautiful sunsets and walk to several great restaurants. Thanks Tia and Charlie for your part in making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the location and it's proximity to the farmers market on Saturday and many restaurants and places to walk. Apartment had all the amenities we needed - especially the washer /dryer. Easy access and parking. Space was very clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Room was very clean and within walking distance to many nice restaurants! Siesta Key, Longboat, and St Armands are within a 15-20 minute drive. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Can’t beat the location. Very clean and comfortable with restaurants nearby. The free city parking lot mentioned does have a no overnight parking sign, but the hosts list on a piece of paper at check in that the police are cool with it. I’m not comfortable with that (call me square) so I ended up more my car to the spots with hourly limits until the evening. Way worth it for not paying hotel prices.

The best Airbnb one could get! Main Street and the bay (pelicans and great sunsets) are in walking distance. Great amenities with a good gym, a huge community pool and whirlpool. Marcella is a wonderful host and will make you feel like home!

The place was even better than expected. It was spotless and greatly decorated. Everything was easy to get to and the Publix next door had great food, hot and cold. The place was conveniently located where there were many places to walk and enjoy the scenery as well as a beautiful marina close by as well as the bay to enjoy! It was a trip I will remember and talk about for years to come and I definitely plan to go back!

Marcella's location is great - very near Van Wetzel Performing Arts Center, Downtown, Ringling and more. Super lovely and clean accommodations with garage parking space. Marcella is super kind and sweet. You will love her!

Bigger than expected room, very peaceful location. Very close (walkable) to facilities such as supermarkets, Starbucks, Denny’s. Dyson heater/ fan if needed and works well as the weather was unseasonably chilly when we were there. Large walk in wardrobe helps when you have lots of luggage as we did. Yard is quiet and sunny. All the facilities you would need are supplied in the room. Very comfy bed and nice bedding. Use of beach chairs, umbrella and bikes a bonus treat. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend and would return without hesitation.

Not far from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Enjoyed fire stick movie and popcorn provided. Dyson ac fan unit was a super nice touch and beach chairs were available

Space just as described/pictured. Little extras provided such as beach towels, two kinds of coffee, bottled water. Room was clean and plenty big and comfortable for the two of us. We had a great stay.
