Train station, Aldi, Morrisons and the bus service are also conveniently located within a 10 minute walk. Small dog allowed with prior agreement. Very spacious self-contained flat for 2 right on the IoW "Coastal Path". Walk down to the sandy beach, or stroll/cycle along the top to Sandown or Shanklin. In your flat you find a well appointed kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher + washer/dryer, a good size bathroom with walk-in shower, a spare toilet, a large bedroom with Euro King size bed, and a spacious lounge with access to a patio. Pls note: The flat faces the front and back garden, but has no sea view!

Situated in Sandown in a quiet Cul-de-sac with parking for three cars on the drive and within easy walking distance of the beach and countryside. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories.
