Andrew and Camilla were very kind. The house is really in an ideal location, less than 5 minutes walk from the sea. In the same street there is also a small supermarket. Really convenient! Surely if we return to Gatteo a Mare, we will return by Andrew and Camilla.

Andrea very courteous came to meet us with check in and out times. Apartment in the central area also very convenient x beach, under house butcher-brewery, 50 mt piadineria, pizzeria, supermarket. I recommend leaving car in blue rows in car park area 50 mt from house 3 euros, so many streets are area b. Simple yet functional apartment with beautiful terrace always ventilated. No problem all as actually described.

Luca is the best airbnb host we had a pleasure to visit! He's very helpful, will tell you everything you need to know. And makes good cofee! :) The apartment itself is very comfy, well equiped kitchen, and a fan in the room, which helps with the heat. Shops near the place, close to the beach. Overall, would recommend this, and every other Luca's place!

We visited a beautiful house with excellent hosts. Very nice, spacious and bright room. In the kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the sea 600 meters. Nearby there are shops and bars. If you are traveling by car, next to the apartment there is free parking

This place was perfect! If you are into small cities with easy access to everything and a short walk to the beach this place is for you! The house and rooms were clean and comfy! I arrived late and check in was still a breeze , I travel with a closet ( heavy suitcases) so it was a haul getting up the 4 flights of steps but they helped me when I arrived and when I left to carry my bags. Short nice walk to the beach and many shops and food on the Main Street the house was on. A couple blocks the other direction there is a huge shopping mall (major plus for a shopoholic like myself) and more food choices. There's a main bus line right down the street that takes you down the coast and to the main train stations. I was gone most of the time but when I was at the house it was nice and quiet and they were available if needed but allowed for privacy. I had a couple short conversations but they were super sweet and welcoming. Wifi speed is great! I would definitely stay here again if I am back in town.

We really enjoyed our week at Luca's apartment! It's cozy and modern, close to the sea and bus stop. Our room was big and clean with amazing balcony. It's also quiet. She was very kind and friendly and even got us bikes which were really fun and convenient to move around. The shower was challenging at first but we got used to it and it worked well for us in the end. The place represents good value and is perfect for small families as the location is very child friendly.

Great little place. Located within walking distance from the village center and the beach, with a small cosy yard and quite a variety of things we could use for breakfast or snacks (water, marmalade, fette biscottate, croissants etc). The apartment itself is pretty basic, with old furniture and utilities (no AC), but it was perfect for us (family with small children) for a budget holiday. We choose this place for afternoon relax on the beach and evening trip to San Marino. Location is perfect for both. The kitchen and shower is OK if you are expecting a building near beach.. We were able to cook and shower there in 4 people. Morning breakfast in the garden was amazing ☺️

The place is and old private house at the back of the family's garden. The rooms are very spacious, no problem staying 4 people (with space for someone to sleep on the floor as well) The beach is in biking distance and we got to borrow three bikes which was really fun! Its a huge tourist-beach with everything you could imagine. But we were happy not staying at a hotel in the "tourist-area" by the beach, but to have our own place in town. We came by car and it's a parking lot just 50 meters from the house, so finding parking was easy.

Alloggio confortevole e arredato con gusto. Davvero vicino al mare, in zona tranquilla. Al secondo piano con ascensore. Bel bagno con ampia doccia. Camera molto luminosa, terrazzino utilissimo con stendino per asciugare i panni. Piccolo cucinino dotato di tutto il necessario. È un monolocale ampio, adatto fino a tre persone. Io e le mie due figlie di nove e sette anni ci siamo stati benissimo.

L'appartamento è un bel monolocale, sufficiente ampio per il soggiorno da vacanze estive per il quale ci siamo andati. La cucina è giustamente piccolina (frigo, 2 piastre a induzione), ma nonostante avessimo l'esigenza di usarla spesso per nostro figlio, siamo riusciti ad adattarci benissimo. Gradita la presenza di un Bimbi che ci ha velocizzato la preparazione di alcuni piatti. Il letto è comodo, così come il bagno con la sua ampia doccia. Nel disimpegno di fronte al bagno è presente anche la lavatrice, semplice da usare. Le finestre danno tutte verso il mare per cui il sole batte al mattino. C'è un piccolo balcone con un piccolo stendino per i panni. Non è presente l'aria condizionata, nelle giornate più afose abbiamo patito un po' il caldo, anche perchè quest'anno sono state fuori dalla norma, ma è possibile chiedere il ventilatore ai proprietari che abitano sullo stesso pianerottolo.

mi è piaciuto tutto di questo monolocale: arredamento, dotazioni sia di biancheria che di cucina, vicinanza al mare, silenziosità, cordialità e discrezione oltre che di Lucia e della sua famiglia, anche degli altri abitanti della palazzina. Ho trascorso otto giorni di vacanza, alcuni dei quali in compagnia o di mio figlio adulto o di mia figlia, anch'essa adulta, davvero molto piacevoli

Abitazione moderna, piccola ma con tutti i comfort indispensabili, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Non è vicinissimo al centro del paese ma è a due passi dalle spiagge, locali e negozi. E' perfetto per coppie anche con un bimbo.

We stayed at 4 for New Year's in the apartment Ivana, not very big but cozy, with all the essentials. It is a few meters from the sea and is great for day trips in all other areas of the coast. Ivana received us warmly giving us various signs to spend our days and has always been available, even for message during the stay, to give us more advice.

The appartment is for the families, as there are 4 beds and as the first all beaches have children playgrounds. We have spent a very nice time in the appartment.

Meet basic needs even better.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend a family (children aged 7, 5 and 1 year) a few days. We found exactly that, topped off by the relationship with Nicholas that was effective kind and fast. House complete with all accessories (to be sure we did ask). In the small bedroom in addition to the two beds of the house there was also our normal travel cot for a small child, although little remained room to move. Alternatively it would be very comfortable in the large room. The town does not offer much out of season (many shops were closed), but it was just what we needed and still is a well known fact that certainly does not depend by Nicholas!

Katias apartment was the perfect space for us to stay during our 5 days. Very spacious, cleAn, quiet, and comfortable. The Air conditioner was a must in the summer heat, so her apartment was perfect. She also met us upon Arrival to show us all we needed to know- very nice and sweet host. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Parking for our car was also right in front of the building. It's just minutes Away from the beach but we used her two bikes she let us borrow and we biked around the whole city with the bikes- highly recommend using her bikes to see the area. The beach rents out beach chairs for 10 euro per day, otherwise it's a private beach and you can't lay out on your towel. There is also a beach about 1 mile away that is a public beach to lay out.

L'appartamento è ubicato nel pieno centro di Bellaria vicino a tutti i confort, ma l'annuncio non è preciso nella sua descrizione: il posto auto privato non esiste, bisogna cercare il parcheggio nelle aree limitrofe anche a pagamento, l'appartamento è ubicato su una strada pedonale a traffico limitato sorvegliato da telecamere pertanto non raggiungibile in auto, non c'è l'ascensore, nella zona è presente la racconta differenziata porta a porta peccato che nell'appartamento non ci sia alcun riferimento ai diversi giorni di racconta, nè sacchi precisi, nell'appartamento sono presenti molti piatti, bicchieri e posate, ma soltanto 3 pentole (quella per la pasta, una padella antiaderente e una bistecchiera) davvero molto limitante.
