I enjoyed my stay so much!

This was such a cute little place. It was perfect for two nights. The place is small but has everything you need. There are all the thoughtful touches you hope for in an Airbnb, such as shampoo and conditioner and a coffee maker. But, there are also the above and beyond extras such as refrigerated creamer, oatmeal, and cereal. It is in a good location and quick to get to Paso Robles and Templeton and is just a short drive to downtown Atascadero. Ellen was extremely responsive and check in and check out are about as easy as it can get. Thanks!

Cute and quiet place to stay. We visited Paso Robles for wine tasting and Pismo beach while we stayed here and found it convenient to both. Location was easy to get to and close to downtown Atascadero. Ellen was quick to respond and easy to rent with. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and the fridge was stocked with dairy and creamer for cereal and coffee. Rugs and linens were all soft, comfortable, and good quality. Great experience.

Ellen's place was very nice with lovely touches. Very comfortable bed, fresh and airy beddings, and everything needed for toiletry, shower, and morning coffee and snacks. She had a bottle of wine waiting for me, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive and a collage visit to my son. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place with very thoughtful touches (complimentary bottle of wine, to go coffee cups (Keurig and coffee pods supplied, oatmeal, granola and fig bars, good quality shampoo and conditioner, etc). Quick responses/great communication. Close to hiking trails (Three Bridges was beautiful). Only 10-15 minutes from Paso Robles and super close to the very cute downtown of Atascadero.

Wonderful stay and John was extremely helpful and friendly! The place is cozy and in a beautiful area! You can easily take the car and ride along highway 1, up and down the beautiful coast! Lovely hosts that made the stay just perfect!

Beautiful and unique location. Its surrounded by trees and nature. It's a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. It was perfect for my weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Didn't have the chance to meet John, but he kept great communication. Maridel greeted us when we arrived. She was really sweet and informative about spots to visit. I enjoyed hearing about the back story of the location. Hope to come back soon!

The treehouse was cute and perfect for a visit to Cal Poly. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Very cozy place to retreat. We (me, my wife and our 3yo daughter) stayed here for 2 days and had a really good time. John provided us with many suggestions regarding scenic places to visit and recommended a few places to have breakfast or dinner. All of them turned out to be great. Thanks!

A very nice place with many great sleeping areas for a great price. So many thoughtful amenities . We really appreciated the many helpful labelings, instructions, and notes. Everything was very clean, and the location was superb. We highly recommend.

Ryan (And family) have truly thought of everything. Not only is their space sparkling clean, comfortable and safe, but you’ll want for nothing. They have side tables exactly where you’d want them. Place to charge your phone? Again, right by the bed where’d you want. Sleep warm at night? There’s already a fan set up at the foot of the bed. Sleep cool? Look to your left, a space heater is waiting. Need a local recommendation? The binder is stocked and in eye sight. Need a Doctor? Number is listed right by the door. My point is, if you’re looking for a no brainer welcoming space Ryan and Family have you covered. I highly recommend if you’re traveling from another country or really want to feel like you have you’re own space. The neighborhood is nice. Their dog is sweet and derpy. The pool is well maintained. I will be booking with them again for future visits.

Our stay was great - the space was super clean and comfortable. They had really nice extras like filtered water in the fridge, music plug-in, and plenty of toiletries. Not to mention their extra sweet dog Sadie...we loved every minute of our trip!

Perfect place for stay with kids. Most facilities and decorations were handmade diy by the owner and u can feel their happiness and creatives. Frankly speaking it's the dream house for us. Hopefully we will get there again together with my new born son in near future.

Sarah and Anton’s place with its stellar reviews did not disappoint! We booked it knowing our toddler would have a great time and It was better than what we expected. He never wanted to leave. Sarah was even gracious enough to accommodate our last minute request for an early check-in. From the unique theme, thoughtful touches, the dedicated parking space, the hospitality, everything was much appreciated!

We wish we had time to stay for more than one night. We would have loved to enjoy the courtyard and firepit. The lifeguard tower was such a cool place to sleep.

Nice clean place in a great area.

Melanie’s place is by far the best AirBnb I’ve stayed at to date. The setting is serene and peaceful, the studio and patio are beautifully decorated, and literally everything we wanted or needed was thoughtfully provided. We could truly relax and enjoy - and even found some new favorite places, thanks to the hosts’ recommendations. Comfy bed, thick, soft towels, a thoughtfully-stocked kitchenette, and even a hammock and space to hang out and enjoy the view on the private patio. Definitely our go-to for future trips to SLO!

This studio was perfect for us and our 10m baby for our vacation. There’s plenty of space for a pack n play and still plenty of room to move around. It is so close to everything and situated in the perfect little neighborhood in the foothills. The views of Bishop Peak are stunning and the patio is very relaxing. It was easy to drive less than 10 min to Cal Poly, grab a bite to eat, or go Downtown and it took only 20 min to get to Montaño de Oro state park. Melanie and her husband were very communicative and hospitable. We felt very comfortable spending time on their beautiful property. We would love to go back!

Amazing place & even more amazing hosts!

I loved my stay at Melanie's. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful views. I loved its proximity to good food and coffee shops, hiking, and the city rolled into one. Melanie was a fantastic host, respectful, attentive and cared about her guests. The studio itself was sparkling clean. Everything was in perfect order. I would not hesitate to recommend the studio to anyone, and would stay with her again when I'm back in the area.

If we could have given this place 6 stars we would have. It is one of the most lush Airbnb’s available. So much love and detail has been put into this place and it truly feels like home away from home

Delightful inlaw suite in SLO. You can, in fact, walk to downtown SLO from there as my partner and I figured out, but we recommend a car for the less intrepid (or 45m walking inclined). Scout coffee is very nearby and is a can't miss. Also Melanie and Scott are lovely people and the space is SO cute.

Melanie’s place was awesome! The studio was detached from her house and had its own private entrance. The kitchenette had appliances and silverware, even snacks! The studio was spotless and Melanie had everything we could have needed already in there. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again if ever back in the area!

Barry is very friendly and hospitable! His house is beautiful, cozy and special. Barry prepared evrything for us: instructions for staying in Morro Bay, TOP places to visit, some food for breakfast and so on.

Barry is a fantastic host! He was super communicative, friendly, helpful, and all around a pleasure to have as our Host. I came for a weekend getaway from LA and it was perfect. My three dogs and I stayed at Barry's from a Fri-Sunday and honestly wish we had stayed longer. My fav part was the little outside nook that had plants but also was a type of "sun" room that shielded us from all the wind and cold at night. It was a great place to have a cup of tea and write/read. Barry's place is in a cute quiet neighborhood with a park and dog park walking distance, as well as a brewery a few blocks away. Everyone is really friendly and there's lots of casual beach and hiking activities to do. Will def be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Barrys place! It’s unique and cozy and I couldn’t have asked for more. Great value! The added plus was all the kitchen and breakfast amenities that I made myself breakfast and tea at night with! The cleanliness was great for me. this is truly a little piece of haven. located near major stores and transportation. the room it self was amazing and had many great touches from the Polaroid to "Narnia" this stay made our trip so much more fun and adventurous! thank you and this stay is highly recommended.

Even if you do n’t see the host, you can always feel his enthusiasm. The surprises he brings you, such as toys and cards, such as a projector, such as a camera, you seem to have come to the old friend's house, Free and comfortable, there are not so many constraints, but there will be dog barking when walking downstairs, it is shocking.

Peter was very nice and came outside to greet me when I arrived. I could see he put a lot of effort to making the room look nice! The room was very stylish and had a modern looking bathroom. I was also impressed by the room having a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, bottled waters and granola bars!

Peter's place was very comfy. After a long day of hiking and other activities, it was relaxing to come back to such a quiet place.

Comfy room close to the university. Appreciated the water and snacks upon my late arrival. Peter was thoughtful and gave me a call to be sure I could get in to the room since I would be arriving late . It is our go to place when we visit SLO.

Pauline's place is great! Perfect for one person or a couple. The yard is beautiful. There's surprisingly a full service kitchen in this small place! A great fridge, gas range/oven, utensils/cooking equipment, and a very nice sink. I didn't cook while I was in SLO but you could cook whatever you want here. The bed was also very comfortable! I never met Pauline in person, but the place is great :) Very clean.

I was traveling from San Francisco to LA and stopping at SLO for a night to visit my daughter who is going to Cal poly. This location is close to downtown, and was ideal for what I needed, which was a clean and comfortable place to stay for one night visit.

Avenue is situated perfectly near the town center - easy walk. Good value!

John and Maridel were the best hosts. Not only did they give us great suggestions on things to do and places to visit before we even got there, but they even accommodated our requests to check in early as we have a small child who takes an early afternoon nap. When we got there, they greeted us in person, walked us around the place and made ya feel so at home. It felt like we were staying with family, not strangers. Will definitely come stay here again If we are ever back in SLO, for the hospitality alone.

Excellent location within walking distance to Downtown San Luis Obispo! Fantastic hospitality - the friendliest hosts I’ve experienced at an Airbnb (Thank you very much John and Maridel!) They offered many suggestions of things to do and places to eat, as well as a lot of history about the area and the home! Very comfortable beds! Beautiful back yard! It is attached to main house, but has a separate entrance and complete privacy. Very clean! Some nice extra touches like tangerines and coffee! Only thing lacking was a sofa. There were 2 director type chairs in the living room area. One bed was in this main living area and the other in a separate bedroom. It was perfect for our needs (girls’ getaway), and would be great for a family, but might be a little awkward for 2 couples.

John and Maridel were the most welcoming hosts! We were welcomed upon arrival and they were so helpful with suggestions. A wonderful couple.

We were touring the west coast of America as a group of 4 and stayed at John’s place for one night. It was a fantastic base for exploring San Luis Obispo town. The beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen was very well equipped, parking easy and great hosts. Plus if you love dogs, Maggie the Lab is extremely friendly & fun.

I and my wife enjoy staying, the couple of the host are very nice and friendly, house is very clean and comfortable, everything’s is completed, environment is safe and beautiful, location is convenience to find anything needed. We have good memory during our trip stay there.

John and his wife were wonderful hosts! They waited for us till late evening for us to arrive from our drive up from LA and made sure we were welcomed and briefed on the amenities. They even took the time to share with us about them and their histories. The rooms were cosy and warm when we arrived and the bed was more than what we expected after a whole day of exploring and drive up from LA. John recommended a breakfast place near their place and we were so thankful for that! Food was good and price was reasonable! If you are looking for a stop for your drive up from LA to San Francisco, be sure to stay at John's place. You will be very thankful for that!

This apartment is beautiful and clean. John was a great host. He and his wife received us so warmly. We were doing a road trip through the west coast and they suggested us things to do before we got there and after we left there. Such a lovely couple.

Elaine and Dan's place is great! We loved that downtown was a mere 15 minute walk away, perfect if you want to check out the Thursday night market. We also enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. They were quick to respond and kept the place really clean. We also liked that the kitchen, though it was just a fridge and sink, had knives, bowls, etc. for us if we needed them. Wouldn't highly recommend!

Perfect place for a couple to stay near downtown SLO (especially if you like cats!) Has all the amenities you would need. Quiet neighborhood. Feels very private, as it's separate from the main house.

This is a lovely location, easy walk to town for restaurants and super handy to the highways leading to Hearst Castle, beaches, wine country, etc. The space is also lovely and met our needs nicely.

Fantastic location for walking to downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit itself is charming and we liked being able to sit out on the porch/patio to have coffee or evening cocktails. This is a perfect spot for two people. Will stay again.

This is a well-placed little house in the backyard. Nothing special, but just feels good. Comfortable bed, large kitchen, trees, and couple of blocks from the Fremont Theater. The guidebook was an absolute delight, with well-seasoned comments on everything and everywhere. Even if you don't need it, read it!

Quaint little place close to downtown. Enjoyed his restaurant reviews in his informative guest notebook. We went to La Enquicina (?) that he recommended and it was fantastic. Everything is there you need in case you forget something. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with the overhead lights.

Cozy and comfortable bed, nice space if you want to use the living room and you’re there in the evening. We came just to sleep and shower the next morning. All was clean and as it should be, nice quality towels!

This place was in a safe and quiet location. Check in was easy. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Bed had a comfy memory foam padding which made my sleep quality great! The nice thing is that the airbnb is separated from the host so you get your own privacy if there isn't anyone staying in the other room.

Greg's home is perfect walking distance to downtown SLO. Greg was very knowledgeable about spots around town and the neighboring beaches and wine country. Everything was clean and served as a perfect home base while we explored the area. I would highly recommend this spot.

Greg's place is perfectly situated for being in town but not being in the thick of it. A spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, nice living space and Greg is very friendly and warm without being intrusive. A good place to stay!

Great location. Very easy entry. Bed & bedroom are very comfortable. Large, clean, comfortable bathroom. The kitchen is all yours. The host is a great guy, but I hardly ever saw him, so I had the whole place to myself. Nice. Easy walk into town. Easy access to the highways for exploring the area. Exactly what I needed for the week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND~!

Great location! We just had a two-night stay as we were in town for a weekend wedding. All we needed was a bed and a shower and we were good. The bed was very comfortable and it appeared the bathroom had just undergone some renovations that looked great. This is a very charming older home within walking distance to downtown SLO.

This was truly the perfect stop as I made my way south on the Pacific Coast Highway. Great proximity to some challenging hiking trails and the space is breathtaking. Definitely stay here if you can!

A must stay if you're going up or down PCH!

Outstanding space. Spotless, super comfortable, stylish, functional, private, quiet, fabulous location centrally located. We drove south to Avila and north to Cal Poly to visit our son/go out to dinner downtown SLO and we were ideally suited for everything, including to/from airport. Bonus was the nearby hiking trail at Irish Hills right around the corner. Gorgeous views of Morro Bay from the top. Backyard outdoor space is peaceful. Loved reading on the patio overlooking the hillside listening to the birds. Have been up to SLO a few times to visit our son and this was our favorite stay. We hope to be back and highly recommend!

Jessy’s place checks all the boxes. From the detailed check in instructions, to the little thoughtful touches - you can tell she knows how to make her AIRBNB listing stand out among the rest. The location was amazing - away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet only minutes away. Beautiful backyard views, life sized Jenga, a big comfy couch, and automatic lighting adorn the outdoor area. Once you check in - you realize how perfectly equipped the space is. A very comfortable bed, robes / slippers, seating area, lots of desk space, and a big TV. A map on the wall above the bed allows guests to pin their hometown - and it’s fun to see how far some have traveled to stay at their place. I’d happily book this location again.

Adorable place that was in a great location, cozy and very updated. The hosts were extremely accommodating providing local fresh baked goods, eggs and other food in the fridge/pantry. Will probably check out again.

Extremely great experience staying here. Communicating with Kimberly she was professional and positive from the time booked to after departure. The apartment is very very clean hip and has all the amenities. Including an expresso machine and goodies in the fridge!! The bed is super comfy and the couch a big plus! We really enjoyed the patio area! So nice, my son goes to Cal-Poly and he enjoyed studying there and I enjoyed the twinkle lights at night. We walked downtown several times or took a Lyft around town! Kimberly left us a surprise Valentine -chocolates, a great personal touch to our arrival! They were yummy!! We will be booking this spot again!! Best Air B and B experience yet!

We arrived to farm fresh eggs, fresh pastries and more goodies in the fridge and the pantry was well stocked with the things you may need to complete your meals (oils, spices, etc.) plus just about every cooking tool and appliance you may need. I am a coffee fiend and loved the Illy espresso maker. Every space was super clean and well-appointed. There were quarters and laundry detergent provided for the washer and dryers. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets, linens and towels. The outdoor patio was a beautiful, peaceful little oasis. The place is a short walk to downtown and very close to the train station. Very peaceful. I will definitely stay again!

This loft in SLO was perfectly situated in a convenient location to the beautiful town. Bed was SOOOO comfy, linens were soft and luxurious. The kitchen and bath was well appointed with modern and thoughtful touches. Great little spot with all we needed! Highly recommend!!

It’s difficult to give a review because I want to keep Anne & Tony’s to ourselves. This sweet place is a perfect getaway from busy urban living. Bike-rideable to downtown SLO, where things are always lively and innovative, the Amtrak station, and so much more. Anne & Tony are quick to answer questions and their place is so private, you can kinda pretend you live there for a weekend. We’ll be back, and this will be our 4th time.... enough said. ;-)

I would definitely recommend staying with Anne and Tony if you are planning on visiting SLO! Great value for the price, and 5-10 minutes to everything. The room looked exactly as pictured and had everything we possibly needed. Easy check-in/check-out and a very nice, clean and private space.

Extremely clean and the perfect size for two people on a weekend trip. Coffee, clean dishes, and a mini fridge were all provided. So much more enjoyable, and affordable, staying at this home than it would have been in a hotel. Definitely hope to come back!

We loved our stay at Anne and Tony’s. Added bonus: they have the cutest dog named Wiley! Prefect location (about a ~3 min drive to the main drag of SLO). We had an all-around great stay!

The space is immaculate, with a bed and coverings that are extremely comfortable. We visited Our daughter at Cal Poly SLO and needed a place to just rest and refresh ourselves. This was the perfect spot, especially since we don’t usually spend a lot of time hanging around during our visits. It was so nice to return after a busy day of visiting and just lay our head down in a beautiful, private, and comfortable setting. Thank you, Anne and Tony for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danielle & Seth’s AirB&B. The place is private and cozy, which was perfect for us. Danielle & Seth have thought of everything a guest could possibly need - this is the most well-stocked AirB&B we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a great location for exploring SLO and environs. We’d love to return when we’re back in town.

Danielle and Seth are wonderful hosts. They communicated well ahead of time, and were very responsive in promptly taking care of an unexpected issue (which wasn't their fault). The location is very convenient to the main part of San Luis Obispo...it's walking distance for those who don't mind walking about 15-20 minutes, and easy driving distance for others. There is ample cheap parking in municipal parking lots in town. The place is well equipped with everything one would need for a short stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were extra supplies of everything we could imagine needing (paper towels, soap, etc.). For those who want such things, there is Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the TV. The size is absolutely perfect for 2 people, and would be fine for 4 if the place is used primarily as a place to spend the night while one spends days out and about in town or in the incredibly beautiful area around this part of the CA coast.

Perfection! This stylish little cottage is perfect for your weekend getaway. As someone who lived in SLO for nearly six years, I can assure you that this is definitely one of the best neighborhoods to stay at in town. I would definitely stay here again, it's wonderful!

Jean’s place is quiet and centrally located. Bedroom and bathroom had all one could need, including snacks, water, information on local attractions, towels, soap, shampoo etc. Bed was very comfortable. Jean provided great suggestions on exploring the area, was welcoming and available but also allowed privacy. The highlight of my stay was definitely hanging out with her two dogs—super sweet girls!

Jean was a great host and gave us great recommendations, as well as complimentary wine tasting passes. House is clean and well located. Her pets were a bonus. Thanks for having us, Jean!

Jean's place is lovely, sparkling clean, comfortable, cozy, warm, ( I was there during a cold snap), charming. Sweet, well behaved pets! I never heard them. The room is well appointed, plenty of closet space. Many extra touches, including menus from nearby restaurants. I slept comfortably on the ( I think ) queen size bed. Jean is so welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Jean's place highly and would stay there again when I go back to S.L.O.

My stay with Roxanne and Jon was great! I enjoyed the convenience of having various amenities in the room (fridge, Keurig) which was spacious and accommodating. The location is great, 10-15 minutes from various hiking and downtown SLO.

It’s a clean spacious room with amenities such as coffee, tea and toiletries (if needed). The neighborhood is beautiful and close to downtown SLO. Jonathan and Roxanne are very gracious hosts. I will definitely stay with them again next time I’m in SLO.

The room and guest bathroom were sparkling clean and perfect for my stay. Roxy responded quickly to all my messages and was a great host.

This is my fourth visit to Denise’s studio apartment and every time is exceptional. My daughter’s family is 2 blocks away and being able to have my own space and be so close is the best of both worlds. The studio has all the amenities of home - very comfortable and clean. Even a peaceful private deck area to relax with refreshments and enjoy the 75 degree days in February! Denise is a wonderful host and your visit will be the best! I’ll be back for my fifth visit for sure!

This is a great space. It was exactly what we needed and I got to take a lovely walk to the Back Bay Cafe for breakfast.

Sharon and Tirso were great hosts. Very laid back and chill. When staying in the shed/tiny house in back I still had access to use the kitchen and bathroom . The little heater works perfect. I slept like a baby and so did my dogs.

The bungalow is adorable. So many little touches like stars on the ceiling and crystals strewn about. Was very relaxing to lay on the blanket setup outside a read a book. Great value!

Sharon, Tirso, and their son are so hospitable and such great hosts. They responded quickly when we needed anything. The bungalow is a cute bohemian getaway with a heater. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and it’s such a bonus to be able to bring our pups.

This little camping setup has all you need! A power outlet threaded into the tent, a fridge in the shed just behind, easy access to the indoor bathroom, ambient string lights. The town is quiet at night, I slept like a rock. Tirso, Sharon and her son Guy are so relaxed and welcomed me in like a friend- I especially enjoyed playing on their aerial silks with Guy! The perfect spot for a solo traveler on a budget, I’m so glad I found it.

Laura & Mike's place was the best! The mattress was unbelievably comfortable, everything was very clean, bathroom was quite large, and the bottle of wine left for us was an amazing touch. The location is a few blocks from the center of town, which is a quick walk and nice at night that it is not too loud. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is even more adorable and homie in person than in the photos! As you drive up you can tell that you’ve arrived, as you roll over the hill a house covered in colored lights comes into view. Oh yeah I got there late, like after dark because travel does what it wants to but Sharon was up and ready to greet me even though I got in much later than expected. The property was adorable and I wish I had more time to enjoy the outside spaces and hula hoops. The room was precious and inviting and I enjoyed the Oracle Deck sitting on the bookshelf very much as I forgot my own deck at home and was in need of guidance. I pulled the Owl card the card of Secret Wisdom but it was inverted warning me not to hide myself, which was good advice🦉There was plenty of room for me in the fridge and a towel on the bed just for me, the whole house hold of roomies, kids and even a Cat where all very welcoming. I hope to come back and stay again someday and enjoy the property even more the next time around. Wonderful hosts, thank you ever so 💜🙏🌅

The room is very spacious and clean. I visited for a day in January (a bit chilly) so the host turned up the heat for my bedroom before I arrived so that it was nice and warm when I got there. Very welcoming hosts.

Sharon and Tirso are such kind, genuine, and welcoming people. From the moment you arrive, you are treated as if you’re part of the family, and they really want their guests to have an enjoyable experience. I am so grateful for the time I spent with them, and for the friendships we developed during my stay. I look forward to visiting them again soon.

Jarred’s place was the perfect spot in SLO for a quick and fun overnight! The room was clean, comfortable and it had a beautiful view off the balcony. The shared space was cozy and filled with all the amenities one needs- hot coffee, sourdough pancakes and great conversation :) Jarred was very responsive and the check in process couldn’t have been easier! We will definitely keep his place in mind the next time we are traveling in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Solid, cute, quiet, good value. Pancakes were yummy, coffee pretty good, location central enough. There's an iron and ironing board in the cabinet, though I don't think it's listed under the amenities. Jarred was very timely and concise in his communication, and the hostel folks were friendly. I'd come again!

Two Palms Cottage is the perfect home away from home. We love everything about it - the location, the comfortable bed, the kitchen with everything we needed, streaming tv options, it is ideal for us. We spent our days hiking and exploring all that the central coast has to offer, then had lovely relaxing evenings at the cottage. We look forward to the next time!
