This is my first time to San Francisco and I was lucky to stay in Brenda's house. Everything is good and sweet. I like the location and the convenience of this area so I really want to go back again and again. Here is my only one choice!

Brenda is super welcoming and her apartment is gorgeous! I loved the location and Brenda's thoughtful travel advice.

Awesome host & place

Was my first experience in airbnb. Brenda is a great host, she is always worry about you are confortable in her home and have the best time in SFO with recommendations for food and experiences.

A lovely and hospitable place to stay.

Brenda was an amazing host. She goes out of her way to help her guests. I had a late check-in due to a late flight and Brenda stayed up to help me get settled in. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was also very convenient

I enjoyed my stay at Brenda's place! She's very thoughtful. She asked me how I slept last night and what I was going to do every day. I also enjoyed the accompany of Boo (her dog) and Mumu (her cat). Location is perfect. It's convenient to get around. There are so many good restaurants close by. I will recommend her place to others.

Brenda was flexible, straight forward and respectful. The house photos are accurate.

Mike and Nic are charming and caring hosts. The accommodation is perfect for a couple. Everything is clean, good mattress, good hot water, good WiFi connection. Bernal Heights is a quiet residential area with a few local shops. The only downside for users of public transport, you will need to allow at least 45 min for a trip to the city center. Lovely, beautiful decorated, very private and cozy apartment in an excellent neighborhood. The communication with hosts was very efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was fantastic! The neighborhood was wonderful; we walked to breakfast every morning, and watched the sunset from the hill behind the house. Mike & Nic were out of town when we arrived but Chrissy took great care of us, and gave us a bunch of great tips for places to see/eat while we were in town! We couldn't figure out the gas fireplace the first night but Chrissy came right over and helped us. Loved this apartment, bigger than it looks in the ad and well-appointed, cozy, just all around a wonderful experience. We will definitely book this place the next time we visit San Francisco!

Perfect in every way. My two daughters and I stayed and this will be the only place we stay from now on.

Great location

Super cute space. Great location. Within walking distance to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Parking on the steep hill is a little challenging but you get the hang of it. Highly recommend!!

We’ve just returned from a 6 night stay at the Garden Retreat. It was a perfect location for us as it is a peaceful neighbourhood away from downtown, but all the sights were easily accessible by public transport - about 15 mins on the metro. Cole Valley is nearby with some great places to eat and it only takes 30 minutes to walk up to the Twin Peaks viewing point for unparalleled views of the city. Can’t recommend the area and the accommodation enough.

Sara is a great host, very flexible and easy to communicate with. The place is nice and clean with lots of great extra linens. Very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Sara's airbnb and I would definitely recommend. The location is so great for accessing Golden Gate Park and a quick commute downtown. Sara was a perfect host and we felt right at home in her cozy place. Will be back!

My partner and I had a great time here. Sara was very helpful and lovely. It's in a great location to explore San Francisco. It felt very private and safe staying here. There is so much to do and see in San Francisco we wanted to stay longer!

Beautiful place in the heart of SF. Close to everything. We would highly recommend.

Sarah's place is charming and quiet...facing a back garden with windows that open..a lovely gas fireplace in the living room..a bathroom that can be used by both the person in the bedroom and the person one the sofa bed. The location is really fun with shoes and places that are walkable. It worked well for me and my friend. She let us get in earlier in the day than check in time because we had luggage to store and that was so nice..

Sara was amazing, she helped us get to the place even during odd hours on a weekend.

I definitely recommend staying at Sara’s place. It’s a lovely apartment - very private, on a beautiful street of classic SF Victorian townhomes, a short walk to the fun Haight St shops and restaurants, a great market, and the beautiful Buena Vista and Golden Gate parks.

Great base for exploring San Fran. Handy for transport links to the city, ocean beach, lands end & we recommend doing the coastal walk. The apartment is a great space & we happily returned to it to relax after a full on day exploring San Fran, highly recommend!

Amazing location and wonderful accommodations!

This suite was extremely charming. So many unexpected touches - super well stocked! (Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, board games and cards, extra blankets, etc) It was very clean and comfortable. It got cold at times but we looked forward to the heated bed every night! Although the location was a bit far from downtown, the area felt safe and had lots of hidden gems nearby.. as well as an amazing view of the bridge from Baker beach! We’d definitely stay here again.

The location in perfect, near the parks, near the bridge, parking in the zone is not so dificult as the rest of the city, and you can go any where from there with the public transport. Dennis and his wife are present, and they re very helpful in everything. The room is confortable, and very nice decorated, and with a playgroung outside. Definitely the perfect choice for two people on San Francisco

We had a wonderful time in the appartment of Dennis in San Francisco. There are a few absolut wonderful Restaurants across the street and a market. There is also a laundry and a food-market with great breakfast in the neighborhood. The appartment was absolutely great and we felt right at home. The interior is made with so much love and its everything there, you need. I would say, it’s one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever been. There is the absolute amazing Baker Beach within 10 mins by foot, where you have a wonderfull view to the golden Gate Bridge. We would definitely come back!!!

What an amazing find! We loved the location--short walks to Baker beach and the Presidio, as well as great little spots like Pearl 6101. And the price can't be beat, especially for such an amazing space with everything you could want. Dennis is very responsive and has thought of everything you may need. Great spot for anyone wanting to spend time in this part of the City.

This place is a sanctuary. So cool, peaceful and relaxing. Lots of space, short walk to an area of restaurants, yoga & cafe’s. Close to beach and park too. Loved staying here and will definitely book again.

Great place for a solo traveler or couple. The space was clean and the hosts were very friendly.

Stay of a month in this pretty little apartment located under that of the guests, recommended for 2 (privacy limited to 4 since the sofa bed is a few meters from the bed). Near a Safeway, rather cute and very nice area for a long stay (close to the beach, near the Golden Gate Park, no homeless, it feels very safe). Adorable and attentive hosts, they have solved all the worries that we have encountered (breakdown of heating, need to borrow their number for a delivery of food ...) in a very fast time! The only real flaw in our opinion, parking is more difficult than it seems to be in the ad, in any case in general it's true that it is easy to find a place in the day, but it gets harder and harder as the clock ticks on, so be prepared to turn in a lot of streets if you come back late in the week. Advantage nonetheless, the parking is completely free, just pay attention to weekly or monthly street cleaning but it is very well indicated on the panels.

Josh and Lizzie were amazing hosts! Very responsive and accomodating. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots to do around the corner on Balboa. Buses are convenient and take about 30mins to downtown.

Josh was a great host, very helpful. He addressed all my questions and needs in a prompt manner. Flat is nicelly equipped and very cosy. Has beautiful garden. Location is great for people who lobe peace and quiet, nature ans ocean. Well connected with down town SFO. Beach is beautiful. Must try - devils teeth bakery and java beach coffee shop. We were lucky enough to spend two whole months living in Josh and Lizzie’s 'Beautiful Beachside Home' and it is just a beautiful as the photo’s suggest. It is a great space, bigger than we imagined and in May and June the garden was beautiful with all of the plants in bloom. When the sun is shinning the garden is a real sun trap with protection from the wind that sometimes comes from the sea, which is only a few blocks away. The location is excellent, with not just the beach on your doorstep but also Golden Gate Park, Sutro Heights/Baths, Seal Rock and Lands End a short walk away. In fact if like us you love to just stare are the Golden Gate Bridge then there is a great view of that from Lands End just 10/15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood facilities only a short walk away in Balboa Street are excellent, with many varied resturant options to suit every budget and having a cinema on your doorstep was really special. Look out for the classic Thursday movies which include old favourites and movies you might have missed on their first release. The monthly theme is usually the director of the movies. We spent our two months here without a car! The bus services are excellent and great value (use the MUNI App) as is UBER and if you don’t mind walking there is so much more to see as you explore the different neighbourhoods San Francisco has to offer. Josh and Lizzie are the perfect hosts, never obtrusive but always there when you need them, they made us feel very welcome and at home. We would have no hesitation in staying here again it was so much better than staying in a hotel downtown. We felt like we really got to know San Francisco and this was probably our 5th of 6th visit in 25 years.

Josh and Lizzie's place was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay there again.

I’ve now found my new favorite place to stay in San Francisco. I travel here frequently and have stayed in a number of Airbnb’s and jeffrey’s is the best. It is a stylish space with plenty of room, a great bathroom, comfortable bed, wonderful neighborhood and, despite its central location, the quietest sleep I’ve had in the city. Jeffrey was responsive and it’s a good value. Thank you!

Space was stylish, the bed was comfortable, check-in was a breeze, and everything was sparkling clean! The host, Jeffrey, also sent some great suggestions for nearby food. Overall it was a great experience!

This spot is perfect for a visit to the city of San Francisco. The en suite room has all the amenities you'll need, and everything is spotless. Jeff and Mike are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the space is comfortable and cozy. Jeff and Mike gave lots of recommendations before I arrived and also pointed me to terrific dining areas just around the corner once I was ready to explore. The space is safe for a woman traveling alone, and the hosts are very quick to respond to any request or query. I would return to this location without hesitation. Thank you, Jeff and Mike!

I was fortunate enough to live in Blair's apartment for the past year. The apartment is stylish, chic and well equipped. The location cannot be beat with fabulous Filmore and Union Streets just blocks away. Blair responded immediately to any questions or issues I had. She is also super nice and super helpful! Staying in Blair's apartment was a very positive experience. I was sad to say goodbye!

Blair's home was well above what we could have ever hoped for. The place was very stylish, welcoming and in a great location. She was extremely responsive to all our questions and made our stay a real pleasure. Can't recommend more her place!

We were fortunate enough to stay in Blair’s apartment for 5 months. It was absolutely perfect. The apartment is stylishly furnishes with everything we needed for a long term stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Furthermore, the location is perfect. You have easy access to the best part of the city (in my opinion). A quick walk to Fillmore street as well as Union, Chestnut and Polk. We will would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is an incredible place to stay in the heart of Pac Heights. Just steps from Filmore St. with tons of bustling restos, shops, and cafés. We loved the dramatic views down the hills surrounding Blair's place. The apartment is incredibly stylish and the perfect size for a couple. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was immaculately clean. The comfort of the home, stylish design and great location made the stay worthy. The host was very responsive to help and even offer to come over to help me with the tv. I had a wonderful time staying here.

I loved the room, and all the house, everthing always clean, and had everthing that I needed to cook in the kitchen, and when I needed to talk about something you were available to help, My stayed was incredible, I just want to say thank you for everthing!

Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood that is super close to the L Muni stop. My roommate and I loved the cute kitchen and having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. You get your own locked room inside a shared apartment and you share two bathrooms that are frequently cleaned by the owners themselves. When we arrived, it was super easy to get into the apartment through their padlock. Their beds were a good touch on the experience, and this place is also super close to the Shabu Shabu place that is down the street (along with Safeway/Walgreens).

We stayed at Je and Derren’s place for a little over a month, and it was everything we needed for the temporary long term stay. Je and Derren were really friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating during our stay and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Our room and the shared spaces were cute and modern. We couldn’t have ask for a better host experience and would totally recommend to anyone looking for long term stay!

Amazing place! Stay here if you get the chance. The place was extremely clean and updated with modern finishes. It was centrally located, so it did not take us long to get anywhere. The street we stayed on is super quiet, but still close to everything we needed. We were also able to park for free on the street right outside. Je & Derren greeted us when we checked in, showed us around, and made themselves available to us during our stay. Their guidebook and tips were a great touch as we used them to find places to eat. Overall, great stay!

This place is fantastic! So clean and was insanely convenient to go to and from when we needed to. They really have this down to a science! Also, we took them up on some of their local tips and got our BEST MEAL after 5 days in San Fran from a Cuban place called cha cha cha.

I & Derren are caring and always smiling hosts! The house is located 5min from the L line, which in addition to passing very often, is perfect for quickly reaching downtown San Francisco. We were also close to all kinds of shops, from the supermarket, restaurants and laundromat. The neighborhood is totally secure! Common areas are clean and maintained by a housekeeper. We had a great time, not to mention that our hosts were kind enough to take us to Twin Peaks at night, one of our most memorable memories! Thanks again I & Derren :)

So convenient. Perfect for the two nights I needed. It was modern, clean, and very much built around servicing Airbnb customers. I recommend it for anyone spending a few nights in the city! I would come back.

Je and Derren were wonderful host and this is a great place to stay while visiting San Fransisco on a budget. They have everything you could possibly need during your stay on hand. Maps, tips, even some quick breakfast items. A bit off the tourist path but that is actually a plus in my opinion as it is not expensive to get an Uber back and forth, you get to sleep in a quite and safe neighborhood and your uber ride allows you to explore areas of the city you would not have walked/hiked during you visit. Book it!

I LOVED staying at Carlos and Graciela's place for a little over a month while I was in the process of relocating to the area. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and had great natural light. Carlos and Graciela were responsive, professional, and courteous. The place had everything needed for a long-term stay - including a washer and dryer, toiletries, and supplies. Underground garage parking was a HUGE plus and safe (but note, only compact cars fit in the spot). The location was incredible - close to Civic Center, walkable, with lots of bustling city life outside - but quiet inside the building, along with friendly neighbors. The adjoining building has a rooftop with amazing views. Absolutely recommend staying here while you're in San Francisco!

The studio was clean, well-organized and fully equipped with everything you would need. Great central location - multiple Muni lines close by, convenience store right around the corner, and walking distance to Hayes Valley. Graciela was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating with check in/check out. Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was modern and had pretty much everything I needed to settle in. Very safe--you need a key fob to go up the elevator. There was a Peet's coffee and a CVS just across Van Ness, which were both really convenient. I really appreciate Graciela's hospitality!

A great cozy apartment-modest and modern and just as described in the photos. Land lady is good and responsive. Me and my husband had a lovely stay and will definitely be back in our next visit.

Graciela's studio was clean, new, and very comfortable. I lived here with my partner for four weeks between our move from Denver to the Bay Area. It was a lovely place to call home for a few weeks. Graciela was very accommodating with my check in given that I arrived from Denver with four suitcases before my check in time. While we were there, SF experienced some seriously hot days and she graciously purchased a fan for us during that period. The studio is in the Tenderloin which has a reputation for a reason but I felt safe during the day but rarely ventured off at night when I imagine things get a little seedier (Graciela equipped the tv with Netflix so why would I leave...). Thanks for a great stay, Graciela!

I loved the location of this apartment and the quiet of it. I stayed here for over a month and was very happy. Graciela greeted me the first day and explained everything and later attended quickly to the toilet which was running all night about two weeks in to my stay. She was responsive and helpful. I totally recommend this place.

Budi is an easy-going, friendly guy who asks thoughtful questions and really cares about his guests. The room was large and cozy with a comfortable bed. The area is quite strategic as you are very close to GG park and GG bed. I would stay here again.

A very comfortable Airbnb in an excellent location. Close walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and the Golden Gate Park. Budi is a very responsive and thoughtful host. Would definitely come and stay again when visiting San Francisco.

Budi is a kindness person, and we prayed together and got a good fellowship in his house. The parking lot is more convenient and I found some good foods and Chinese restaurant around his house. I like it. Budi is a very friendly person, Easy parking and delicious Chinese food around!

Thank you, Budi. Perfect location near Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Bridge. The room is big and the bed was wonderful. Sheets, pillows, covers were high quality and so very soft. Slept wonderfully. Parking was splendid. Budi was attentive and very kind. Pat sat down for breakfast with us and told us where to go and what to look out for. We forgot a toy under the sheets. Budi texted me about it and will be mailing out. My son loves that little dragon! How thoughtful of them to keep it and contact me rather than throw it away. Just an example of the kind of people Budi and Pat are. Lovely, kind souls.

Jan and Bernard are the most caring hosts I've had so far using Airbnb. They checked in every now and then to ensure my experience was remarkable. The studio has all the amenities you could need for every day things. It was very convenient to have a Safeway so close to the area.

This is clearly the best place to stay in SF !

Jan and Bernard’s rental is excellent and highly recommended. It comes well stocked. The location is great, near Bart and many fine restaurants. We enjoyed hiking up to the top of Bernal Park daily. J&B were very quick to answer any text questions we had. If you need a long term rental you won’t find a better value in SF.

I stayed for a month and really loved my stay. The flat was compact, yet very efficient and looked and felt spacious. I was concerned about having the bed so close to the fridge, but it was a very quiet fridge. Everything was so comfortable about the space. The walk through the neighborhood was always enjoyable. I commuted everyday via a walk to the 24th and Mission Street BART stop and then it was only 3 quick stops to Market and Powell Streets. Nearby on Mission, I enjoyed a few nightly stops at great neighborhood bars - Virgil's and The Royal Cuckoo. And Safeway was a short walk- with great views on the way back home. Thanks Jan and Bernard for a wonderful stay. I wish I had San Francisco on my schedule again soon...but you'll certainly hear from me again someday.

Spent a month at this studio and everything was phenomenal. Jar of cookies waiting for me at my arrival, after my own heart for sure! Very clean, very functional space. Having a private dishwasher and washer/dryer is a touch of class I'm typically not graced with! Location great as well. Nice quiet neighborhood, but steps away from the essentials: grocer, convenience store, drug store not to mention all the wonders of Mission and Valencia mere blocks away. Had a great time and Jan made everything easy. Cheers!

The apartment is very comfortable. everything is thought out to the smallest detail, in the kitchen there is absolutely everything necessary for cooking. very cool that the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is clean and cozy. next to an incredible park, from which a beautiful view of the city. Thank you Jan and Bernard for everything:)

After booking the trip I was told by a local that I had made a mistake, and that this hotel was in a bad neighborhood. They were absolutely wrong. Yes, there was a transient presence at night, just like any other city, but the neighborhood and hotel themselves were fantastic. The lobby was beautiful, the room was spotless with large tv and modern air unit, the bed was VERY comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The hotel itself is within close walking distance to awesome neighborhoods. There is even a great little grocery store a block away. For $100 bucks a night, it doesn’t get much better than this at ANY hotel, let alone one in San Francisco. The locals were a little nerdy, though.

Beautiful hotel both inside and out. Soon as you walk in you just see beautiful architecture and grand designs. Very nice rooms too with soft beds. Wonderful service. Love that they text you and you can ask for anything through there. 10/10 would stay again

Went to see Hamilton - Easy valet and accurate listing. It’s not the fanciest but it’s certainly not the worst!

Excellent location in the heart of San Francisco. Stay was true to what was described. Great aesthetics and interior design inside the hotel main lobby.

Great for the price. A little loud with street noise, but overall a good place to stay to see the city!

The hill is huge. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you may need a car. Everything else was good. The host was very careful to relax and the two cats were so cute.

We were very comfortable and Michelle was super accommodating. It was a nice peaceful place to return to after a busy day in the city. Michelle is an awesome host. michelle's place was lovely! It has artsy touches and it feels cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt at ease and inspired in her family friendly space. it was not in the hustle and bustle of downtown SF but close enough by car to go anywhere and 10-15 min away from the airport. We met briefly in the am and she was very sweet, approachable and genuine! Would definitely recommend! ~River

The additional mattress was only equipped with a thin layer of blankets, which was not found during the day, and at night it was directly frozen to death because of no heater. In the end, it would only be one night. In addition, the landlord got up very early. She wrote it herself. It was true. If you need to get up late, please consider carefully.

This is definitely a diamond in the rough. The place was very clean and the interior design was very well put together. We felt like we were at home. Which is the best feeling ever being out of town somewhere. Like everyone says, “Right next to the freeway with a 10-15 min Uber ride into the city.” It was averaging around $10-$18 depending on the range/ time of day. We will definitely come back to this place again. Plus free parking on their driveway. That is one of the hugest pluses when going into a city with crowded parking. She is a great host and responds so quickly. Don’t try to be bad and boujee. Just book it.

Everything is really what it looks like in the pictures loved everything about it, it was very cute and home like also clean and came with everything you needed just in case you forgot something at home.

This is a gem of a place if you are looking for something outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s fairly close to the freeway, but the noise was soft at night and it was nice to be able to Uber into the city on a whim. The bed is luxuriously comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.

Great hotel very clean good amenities. Out of towners, especially those with children, should know it is not in a great area.

Perfect location to walk wherever we needed, a simply gorgeous Historic Hotel , and the best/most thorough customer service I’ve experienced In terms of travel directions and recommendations. To top it off, the little cafe in the lobby had wonderful (AND well priced) breakfast sandwiches and pastries that made our early morning travel predicaments much easier to swallow- pun intended! We told our friends that our stay in the Whitcomb was the closest Thing to staying in a hotel in Europe I’ve experienced in a while (and not just because of the sparkling water available on tap in the lobby!)

Hotel Whitcomb was all that I had hoped it would be. Elegant and historic - such an amazing place. The room had high ceilings and felt very comfortable. Loved the decor. Highly recommend if you enjoy staying in unique places. If you want modern cookie-cutter, then HW is not for you. I loved it very much.

This hotel is super conveniently located, the staff was incredibly helpful, they moved us into a bigger room and made sure we were comfortable. The cafe was tasty. Definitely would stay again when we come back!

My wife and I loved our stay. We got to enjoy the beautiful hotel and even learned some history about the hotel itself. The front desk was very hospitable and made us feel right at home for the evening. The room we had was great. A++++

I would recommend staying here if you want to save money compared to other expensive San Francisco hotel rates. We stayed in room 251 and the hotel room photos were fairly accurate. Bathroom may be slightly older. The room was clean and staff were nice. Not sure why they are rated poorly on airbnb and google. Because it's San Francisco and there can be additional fees and taxes, I messaged and clarified what the total fees and taxes would be via airbnb messaging. Management did confirm total cost which was very nice. They accidentally charged our card upon checkout however we received the money back a week later. They sometimes host events in their halls so be sure to confirm this prior to booking. We had a Salsa Dancing 2-day event during our stay. You can hear people laughing in the hall but we didn't mind it too much. The hotel cleaning staff were nice and provided us with bathroom supplies that we forgot to pack.

Great location - in walking distance to everything & access to pub trans. Stephen is knowledgeable and happy to share local tips on where to check out and grab a bite -loved our time in San Fran.

Our stay at Stephen's place was great. The location is impossible to beat, the street is peaceful and there are cafe's, supermarkets and parks right around the corner. The house itself is beautiful, and with a lot of charm. The room is big and very cozy, and with amazing window views through which beautiful light comes in in the mornings. Stephen is a great host, it was a pleasure to meet him. We know we will be coming back to San Francisco, and the first place we'll look for availability will definetely be Stephen's place!

Nice place in Castro.. had no problem to travel around the city. We stayed for 7nights, and we were pleased. There are 2 adorable huge cat.. which we loved. You can also meet raccoons at the balcony ! they understand english apparently... Anyway, we had a great time in SF and this house was part of it.

The location is great and Stephen is a really communicative and helpful host. The library room was quaint and the perfect rest spot between sightseeing around San Francisco. Would highly recommend to anyone staying here for a few days and looking for a charming central location!

It’s a lovely space charming as it is. Cats are fluffy and quiet. Super convenience transportation and food and market are within walkable distance. You can see raccoons in the backyard. Stephen is very careful too, thanks for hosting! I quite enjoy the experience here.

The Library room is amazing; appreciation for cats a must! Stephen was incredibly patient with my last minute travel issues. And as a thoughtful touch, he'd saved a recent newspaper review of a play I was in town to see. Had it waiting for me in the room :-)

Very cozy room, with great heating. The look is very warm and snug, and perfect if sharing with a significant other! Stephen is a very kind person, and is always quick to respond and offer tips!

Great stay and beautiful spot to wake up to. Close to a gorgeous experience of San Francisco night life. I Suggest super duper burgers not too far from the place if you’re a fan of good food in general.

Location of Nando's place is excellent, close to the pier and public transportation with excellent views. Check-in was smooth and easy. Nando was super responsive to any questions I had. The room was basic but spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was great with hot shower. Living room and common areas could be lit up better but otherwise good place to stay for a weekend.

They provide free breakfast such as oatmeal, franks and eggs, and coffee that you can make for yourself. I like that it is 5 min away from the KT, or the Muni bus, which makes it accessible to many places.

Great hosts if you're planning on staying in the SF area! Super easy and accessible parking as well. Definitley recommend.

Loved staying here!! Everything was really clean and the bathrooms were easily accessible, no matter how many people were in the home. Really cool experience meeting the other guest who were staying also. House was in a great location and I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything went well, better than expected. You have to realize there are two other rooms that are being rented as well. You share a common kitchen area with other guests. For me the accommodation was quiet and I had little interaction with other guests. My room was clean and nice. Fa was quick with responses and very helpful.

Fa was a great host! She communicates super quickly and helps get you situated during check in. I was nervous about getting there at a time she was able to help check me in but she was ready for me at any time. She showed me around her very clean and cozy home (with amazing updated amenities!) and showed me all the food, snacks and appliances I had access to using. Then I saw the room I was staying in and was blown away by the hotel like feel! Looked beautiful, was super comfy with a big tv and fluffy pillows and had a lovely, well lit bathroom. The door code and key made it very easy to leave and return as needed. Fa even allowed me to leave my backpack in a safe location for a few hours past check out so I could explore the city! Overall amazing stay in a great area. Super easy to catch Uber/Lyft rides too. Thanks Fa!

Fa's place is really great. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Public transport is close by which makes it easy to reach the city centre. Her place is super clean and the ensuite room just great. Everything you could possibly ask for. I can highly recommend staying with her. I would come back at any time.

Exceptional location close to all the places to visit. Free street parking exceptional for a city like San Francisco. Apartment located in a quiet street and above all very steep which makes it charming. Ideal for a couple there was all the equipment we need. Insulation with the apartment above to review. If you are into watching t.v. when relaxing, bring a lap top to watch movies or etc., otherwise there's plenty of interesting books to read. The street is steep, but an amazing workout, & amazing view for a night time stroll.

Perfect! Completely self-serve, but the host is super helpful and communicative via messages (or sticky notes throughout the studio). Great location, nice neighborhood, and nearby bus line takes you to the Caltrain or BART metro to downtown within an hour. Very nice place.

Great location! Right next to the Golden Gate Park and walking distance to restaurants and markets. Fortunately Roerto's house has a driveway to park because street parking, while free, is tougher to find at night. Saw a few reviews complain about the bathroom, but it was very clean and stocked with fresh towels when I was there. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, includes a mini-fridge and portable heater. I also saw a couple reviews complaining about that it was cold so I brought flannels to sleep in but never felt the room was uncomfortably cold and it was chilly outside that night. Roerto was always available to reach....I got to the street but couldn't find the house at night but a quick email to Roerto and he came outside and flagged me down. VERY nice gentleman, just wanted to make sure I was taken care of and had all the info I needed before I went to the room. Photo portrays accurately what the room looks like. Of course the house IS old so does have creaky floors, etc. But for the price it was great....I was only there for a quick night as I had to be at an appointment in the morning and flying out that night.

Great location close to N Judah Muni and a lot of restaurants. Getting to Fort Point and the Golden Gate bridge was a snap with the bus lines near by. We only stayed one night but this place is perfect for exploring GG park, the sunset, Presidio, the Richmond, and Haight street.

This place is a great VALUE for the city. The neighborhood, although not right downtown, is lively and the location next to Irving Street and Golden Gate Park is very walkable. The room is exactly as pictured- large with lots of closet space. The room felt very private. The shower curtain liner could do with replacing--it was gross. The rest of the bathroom was cleaned right before our arrival, we could smell the cleaner when we got there. Overall we would stay again, but not for a long term stay-- since there's no common kitchen and because the bathroom left a bit to be desired.

The MulkHouse was amazing. It was just right for us. We felt like we were at home. Colleen had very quick responses and also allowed us a late check out, which was great. It's very conveniently located near the Muni Transit line. The bed was super soft. They stocked the fridge with snacks and waters. I would definitely recommend the location. The were the best host. I am looking forward to booking again on my next trip to SF.

This was best experience I’ve ever had at an air B and B. The room was clean, Colleen has been an outstanding host. The space is so cute. There are many thoughtful touches she added to make it feel homey. I will absolutely be back.

Worked out well for me but be prepared for two things 1. Bathroom is separate and 2. You need to put on the bed sheets when you arrive. This was unusual for me. Other than that perfect stay! No issues.

Andy is a kind host, his place is in an ideal location, and I love how he set up his home! The room was very cold at night and I would have said something had I stayed longer than 1 night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Andy's place is literally perfect. Check in was so easy... he lets you know every detail you'll need to know. The location is fantastic (in the mission); there are a number of coffee shops, restaurants, cute shops and corner stores within steps of his place. Very walkable, close ish to Bart... cheap Ubers anywhere. He has outdone himself with providing thoughtful touches all over the airbnb (there's shampoo, bodywash, blowdryer, iron, an air mattress, a heater/fan and literally an extra *anything* you might have forgotten to pack. Shared bathroom was always clean and available. It felt extremely comfortable, private, clean and on top of it all the whole space is very aesthetically pleasing. Loved it here!

The hospitality Andy provided was unlike any other air bnb we have stayed at! He is responsive, provided necessary travel items, very generous and made things feel like home - even offering his own food for us to eat!

Andy’s place is spotless, with many sincere touches, and next to a late night mexican food spot on 24th st. I enjoyed my time! There are other travelers but you still feel alone to enjoy your stay. He’s communicative and responsive! I’d recommend for a few day stay.

Great location off Haight Street in the heart of the neighborhood. Easy walk from bus stop thru a beautiful park. My room was cozy tiny but the price was right and it was just me so I have no complaints. Bathroom was clean and stocked with soap, etc. MAYBE a kuerig in the entryway would be a nice touch? But really I had no complaints and would stay again.

it's like a hotel. the place is so convenient to go to the any hot spot. I want to go back there.

Just remember the room 316, reminds me John 3:16. Seems the cheapest room that you can get in the downtown. A life saving for all of you like me who come to the US and start as an immigrant. I booked the room for 41 days and exactly a week before I checked out I got a job offer and start to move to nearby my office location. What amazed me is the price, no other can beat for this room, unit 316. With such a great location in downtown just a 1 minute walk to union square and close to everything, Bart station, shopping center, you name it, I have no any complaint. I can't figure out why the other rooms has much higher price than this one. But it would be different topic. Good luck!

João is an amazing and warm host. There were thoughtful touches throughout the unit that made me feel comfortable and right at home. Towels and sheets were immaculately clean, and it’s clear the unit is deep cleaned before your stay. João also provides an excellent selection of snacks and local coffee. The layout of the house is perfect—the bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and it’s like living in a private suite. Location is perfect: a short MUNI ride away from downtown for work or walkable Hayes Valley for fun. The building amenities like a gym, outdoor patio, and door person are everything you could want in a luxury apartment building. I appreciated there was laundry and toiletries at my disposal. I could not have felt more comfortable, and would recommend this beautiful spot without any hesitations.

João's place is absolutely lovely and he was a wonderful host. The building and space are very modern, and the room was extra comfortable. Truly, there were a few mornings where I did not want to get out of bed... it was so cozy! João's amenities are great and the rain shower is a dream. Maria’s house is exactly as pictured! It’s a great location, very walkable and her home is so well decorated! Super cute, would definitely stay again 10/10!

Maria's is a beautiful home in a comfortable residential neighborhood. The common spaces are gorgeously decorated (including some wonderful home made art), and the bed rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including great light, lots of books, and super cozy beds. The vibe at Maria's is so fun and welcoming; it almost felt like staying at a friend's house. It's very easy to come and go as you please, to relax in the living room or the backyard, or cook a quick dinner in the kitchen. Noe Valley isn't a hopping neighborhood, but we easily walked to other neighborhoods and the metro stops one block away. There are plenty of options for the essentials in walking distance; a few bars and restaurants, a whole foods, and a cafe, Martha's, literally around the corner that we ended up going to every morning. Would absolutely recommend a stay at Maria's home!
