The loft has two floors, a double bed, a full sofa bed, bathroom, and kitchen. It is located in the Juarez neighborhood on the border with the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods and a pedestrian distance from the city's historic center. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a garden area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located within walking distance of the Historic Center, Chapultepec Forest, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. It is also close to major public transport stations. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the subway bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand.
