What en an epic time we had . To start off our host we’re the easiest more generous and comforting people . They really took their time to answer all our questions and guide us around town so we knew what to do if we stepped out of the treehouse . The treehouse was more then we could’ve asked for it was simply Perfect and amazing everything from the cozy living room to our bedroom is was just perfect . All the amenities you need are right at your finger tips . What a great time and relaxing little getaway for us . Can’t wait to book it again .

Great place, cosy spot and super easy to get to Park City from the location!

The Treehouse certainly exceeded our expectations. The drive up to the property is beautiful. Communication with the hosts was easy and fast—even responding immediately to an issue we were having late at night. The Treehouse was very clean, cozy, and most certainly unique. The bed was incredibly cozy.. and we appreciated the extra blankets and yoga mats. I just wish our trip was longer! I would highly recommend staying at the Treehouse if you are looking for an “off the beaten path” place to stay. Adhere to the rules regarding the need for 4x4!

This location couldn’t be more scenic! It felt excluded yet only 15-20 minutes from Park City. It does get a bit cold at night but everything was addressed between extra blankets, space heaters, robes ❤️. Our little reprieve from visiting family (Grantsville, Layton, Ogden) but we didn’t expect such a romantic space. Perfect way to say goodbye to my husband before he heads to Iraq. 😘❤️❤️

The treehouse is an amazing place to spend some time with your loved one(s). It was cozy, comfortable, and in a breathtaking location. The journey to get there was an adventure and not difficult with the clear instructions from Rocky & Gianni. Great location and even greater hosts!

The treehouse is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! The design is so thoughtful and beautiful, and the location can't be beat! We had the BEST time renting a jeep and having a fun adventure traveling up the snowy mountain roads! I was struck by just how quiet it was with all of the snow muffling the sounds. The views were breathtaking! The hosts are SO responsive and wonderful to work with. Their instructions were thorough and helpful. They also provided many great recommendations for us. They really think of everything to make your stay wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was amazing! It was the perfect getaway that we were looking for. You're not too far from the main attractions in Park City, but hidden up in the mountains so you feel completely secluded. I have a small SUV and we still used chains and would highly recommend you do the same. I'd love to come back and visit this place in the summer or fall because the scenery surrounding the cabin would never get old! Rocky & Gianni were amazing and responsive hosts as well!

My partner and I had a great experience at this cozy treehouse. We loved the remoteness and the silence, and enjoyed amazing views (we arrived on a snow day). Rocky and Gianni were accommodating and awesome at communication. We appreciated they made sure the parking area was clear with all the snowfall that had accumulated. Great space and great hosts.

The Cottage was everything we had hoped for! The views and location are amazing! If you are one that likes a place with true character, this would be your choice.

This was a cute little house in a wonderful location with an amazing view. We found parking uphill of the house and were able to park and walk to town, and bus to the ski hill. Not having to drive was great.

The location is PERFECT! We came for Sundance Film Festival and walked literally everywhere. The view was a dream! The house is quaint but that's all we needed :) It is a bit tricky getting to the house with the steps and the walking path in the snow and ice - so if you book in winter, "try" not to sprain your ankle on your first night like I did! It was really magical though and we loved it!

This place is a great place to crash after a day on the mountain. The path to get there is a little treacherous, but nothing that should keep you from staying. The view is incredible and the space is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot! Thanks Matt!

Very cute place. Location relative to downtown is awesome. Nice touches and amenities. A little tricky to find but the instructions given were very good. The hike to/from the car to the front door is a bit of a challenge and needs to be planned for. Wouldn't recommend any heavy bags as it is all stairs and a short stretch in the open snow. Aside from that challenge, it is a great spot.

My husband and I come to Park City every December for our wedding anniversary with our corgi babies and this was our first time staying here at Matt's and it was our favorite trip yet. The house's location is literally perfect, walking distance to Main Street and pretty much everything PC has to offer. The home itself was super cute, very clean and cozy - they had all the necessities in there as well including a corkscrew which I had forgotten to bring for our wine so thank you for that! The communication and instructions from Matt were great, everything was laid out clearly for us so much so that we pretty much didn't have a question the entire time. I thank Matt for a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some comfy cozy digs to enjoy Park City - we will definitely stay again in the future! :)

Jill's place was AWESOME. Clean, spacious, super comfortable, very close to everything you could want, and how can you beat a hot tub literally 20 feet from the front door. She was super responsive and made the whole trip a breeze :D

Very cozy studio. Well equipped. Very good location with shuttle bus to main ski resorts just steps away from the apt. The hot tub was a nice add. Jill was very attentive. Check in is very easy, especially when arriving at very late hours. Will definitely stay at Jill’s place next time we go to Park City.

I enjoyed my stay and would go back again. It’s spotless and comfortable. It’s very convenient to skiing and restaurants.

Jill's studio is the ideal place to stay in Park City. We were in town for the Sundance Film Festival. The studio is literally next door to the Prospector Theater, and an easy walk to the Eccles Theater. The included parking pass made finding parking a non-issue. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day skiing or sitting in dark rooms watching movies. And her studio has so many extremely thoughtful touches: toiletries, snacks, water, oatmeal, coffee, even a couple beers, and the small kitchen is well-appointed with all the cookware you need, as well as a toaster and drip coffee maker. And the fireplace at the foot of the bed is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, and the space is spotlessly clean and well-decorated. And Jill was extremely responsive if we ever had any questions or needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this studio again, and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Park City! Thank you Jill for a wonderful stay!

Jills place was absolutely perfect for a few days on the mountain. Check in was easy, her place is on the main floor close to the entrance which makes access quick and the ski storage closet was a very nice touch. It was clean and exactly as advertised. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is cute and a short drive from multiple restaurants, coffee places, and shopping! You can expect to enjoy the wonderful features of this tiny home inside and out, and the host is very good with communication if you ever have questions! Would definitely recommend.

Loved staying at this tiny home in Salt Lake! The space was stylish, clean and had everything we needed. Location is not far from SLC’s main attractions. Would recommend!

If you want to know what the space is like, read the description of the property. Brittany nailed it... The space is really very small, but, particularly for one person, once you have been there a day or two you will get yourself organized and in a groove. If you are wondering about what it is like staying in an RV park... This is a quiet, friendly residential area. The kids that are picked up by the early morning school bus will be playing on the basketball court in the afternoon. You will see a lot of your neighbors in the laundry room or out walking their dog. It feels safe, friendly, and comfortable. The RV park facilities are very close to the house and helpful...The showers are very clean and the water is hot. The laundry room is also very clean. There is a little store that sells ice and necessities like milk. There are lots and lots of restaurants, etc., and two very nice, large grocery stores a short drive away. Pay attention to opening and closing times — many restaurants are closed on Sunday. If you happen to be a skier, there is a quick route to the mountains via the highways (I-15 and 215) but rush hour traffic means it won’t be the best route if you are an early bird. On the otherhand, the route up Draper Highway (12300 Street) is easy and pretty quick - generally 45-50 minutes to Brighton Ski Area if the canyon road is clear of snow. The NOAA cottonwood canyons forecast and the canyon alerts Twitter feed can help you plan for getting up to the resorts. .

Great little place to stay.

If you’ve wanted to experience a tiny house, this is a great option. It’s convenient to freeways and grocery stores so you can get why you need and go places quickly. It’s a tiny house, so don’t expect a lot of extra room, but the use of space is well thought out. The bathroom feels much larger than anything else, which was nice. Proximity to the freeway made it a little louder than we were used to at night. But, we were there for the tiny house experience and we got to experience that.

We loved living tiny for the weekend! So much cozier than a hotel and an awesome location!

Scott's loft is the perfect space to unwind. I will absolutely stay here next time I am in SLC

We stayed in Scott's aframe loft at the end of February in SLC and were so glad we did. It is super cozy with a heater, fireplace and extra blankets. It seems like you are in a cabin nestled away from things but in actuality you are close to many happening things-- a win win! It was very quiet and relaxing. Just the vacation my husband and I needed! Highly recommend. P.S. I found using the bathroom at night even with the stairs totally fine. The skylight from above casts a soft glow lighting the way-- you won't even need a nightlight :)

Scott's place was in a great, suburban area. The place was stylish and very creative. His communication was top notch and I would recommend the place to anyone staying in SLC. Within an hour to Park City and very close to the amazing state Capitol!

Scott’s place has VERY convenient access to downtown Salt Lake City! It’s also a very convenient spot to be if you’re there to hike ( I went to a few different spots in the area— all 30 minutes from the BnB— that we’re FANTASTIC). The hosts were great at communicating and even called me on my way to SLC to let me know about a snow storm hitting the city. I’ll be staying here again if I’m back in SLC anytime soon! This U of U parent will be back. Private entry. Comfortable layout, furnishings and overall feel. Close to the U and just above DT SLC. We didn't use the kitchen, but we could have prepared a home cooked meal for our daughter while visiting. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful evening view. Relaxing and quiet.

Really cozy, perfect spot— felt like I had a little oasis in the city. Everything you need to cook for yourself, and a great spot to read a book. I see other reviews mentioning the shower—this was the only issue I had (6'2") but still, I managed. There are a lot of stairs, a steep driveway, and a ladder to get to the loft with beds..so if you have any physical restrictions I would recommend making other arrangements.

Great place. It is a great winter getaway. My family and I enjoyed the quality time together. Minimal technology, but great WiFi in case of emergencies.

Karen’s cabin is a cute & cozy place in a beautiful secluded spot in the mountains next to Park City. She was super quick with her responses and gave us perfect directions to find the place. It’s very clean and the perfect getaway for a romantic couple’s weekend or even a fun place to stay with the whole fam!

Cozy cabin about 30 minutes from Park City ski resorts and shopping. We really appreciated the space especially the wood burning stove after a long day on the slopes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked for preparing simple meals and spacious shower with good water pressure. We appreciated Karen's excellent and timely communications. You definitely need all wheel drive in the winter. Overall, a perfect retreat for a family ski trip.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this cabin. It was a wonderful vacation. Very relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend this for the perfect get away. Will stay here again.

My family has such a great time in Karen’s lovely cabin! We loved the three decks, and beautiful views. We even saw a mother and baby moose!

This was a pretty delightful cabin stay - though honestly I expected a bit better equipment in the kitchen than what was there. The kitchen equipment such as the scraped up frying pans and the rusty sheet pans seemed unsanitary and concerning to cook on - and I think replacing those things would be really beneficial to your patrons in the future. We picked up a small container of aluminum foil and left it there for people after us. Overall it was a really great cabin stay and we appreciated the chance to spend our anniversary in your cabin.

My husband and I loved staying at Charlie’s and Dru place. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Probably one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Communication, price, cleanliness, and convenience were excellent. Even adjusted our stay to have an extra day. We highly recommend them and definitely will be back to visit. We went for snowboarding and every day we drove to Park City about 15 minutes from their place and it was perfect.

We loved this space! It was the best location for our time at Woodward. The unit is very nice, clean and well appointed. We loved the decor and everything was very comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I am looking forward to having an excuse to stay there again!

Everything about this Airbnb was great. It’s in a nice area right off the interstate (but doesn’t feel close to the interstate). The space was clean and stylish and the bed was comfortable.

My car sadly got stuck in the snow, and Charlie was so sweet and helpful, she didn't hesitate to pull out their snowblower, and put in the grunt work to clear the driveway for us to get our car out. PERFECT! This place was amazing. Very close proximity to the city. The room was clean and even had a mini fridge with water! Towels and a little coffee/tea bar were provided as well. Would 100% go back and recommend!

Khanh’s place was very space for an overnight stay! The check in was really simply even though I accidentally took both sets of keys(oops). I slept really well after a 10 hour day on the road! I’d highly recommend this place!

Clean condo. Great price. If your lucky enough to be in SLC when it snows, Liberty Park is very beautiful with new snow on the ground just 1 block away. Ski resorts are sooo close....30 min....& you are there before you know it. Basic condo on the old side, but, hey, who is spending all their time inside the AirBnb anyway? Great jumping off point for sooo much.........bars/restaurants/cafes/parks/hiking/photography/etc.....I really lucked out with a new storm setting in right before I got to SLC. Stayed 1 week. Justin’s AirBnb was ideal for a great location to all the ski resorts - w/out shelling out big money for ski resort hotels, plus, way more nightlife in SLC. 😊 I totally shredded Park City, Deer Valley, Alta, & Snowbird. This unit is mainly for 1 person, but it can handle 2 if your a close couple sleeping in the queen bed. 2 thumbs up if you’re just using the condo as a jumping off point. If not, you might wanna spend more money for a newer place. Thanks Justin for good communication. No problems. Can’t beat the price!

Dave's place was everything we needed for an extended weekend trip to Salt Lake City. I really appreciated the information he provided about local must-sees/eats and public transportation options. Dave was a super friendly host, and very available if we had any questions or concerns during our stay. Like Dave mentions in the description of this site, there are neighboring sites that can be noisy at times, but we never had an issue during the designated quiet hours!

It was exactly as pictured in the previews. Had everything as detailed in the description. Parking is harder at night after 9/10pm and may have to park down the street a block away or so. Yes, it is true that you will be having a shared wall/floor with other renters so you will be hearing chattering or movement.

Had a great stay at Sharon's place! The room was as advertised and was toasty warm. There was plenty of space for groceries in the fridge and I had no issues with the front door. My only small complaint was a louder guest in the bathroom really early that woke me up, but that was not within the host's control.

Great place to stay for short term or long term. I stayed for 2 days and it was very nice and clean. The internet was slow though. Staying on the upper floor might be a bit warmer. I stayed downstairs. Kitchen and living room are upstairs. I got to meet other guests and shared breakfast and hung out with other guests. Overall, a great place and great value.

I have stayed with Khanh numerous times because work travel. The level of attention and detail given to their rooms and guests is second to none.

Great location, near the airport and restaurants. Able to use the microwave to heat up our food. A bit close to the room next door (you may hear some noice), but the host will do what they can to fit your needs i.e. getting us another blanket as UT is cold at night. Quick repose when you reach out with questions.

This is a complete guest suite in the basement of a small bungalow on a quiet and tidy residential street on the near east side of SLC. Grocery, restaurants, etc. are conveniently found nearby. If you browse photos provided in the listing, you'll have a good idea exactly what to expect. The accommodation has been finished and decorated with attention to detail. Sandy met me on arrival and provided a quick orientation. Later on, I had the opportunity to meet her dog Pinky, who was taking advantage of the back yard. I was very pleased with my choice of Sandy's place for my two night stay in SLC.

Khanh's place is very closed to airport and also the popular places, such as coffee house and so on. Khanh provide very good detail information for check-in. The shower and room are very neat and clean. It is a place deserved to stay with reasonable value, great location and very nice hospitality. Recommended to stay if you visit Salt Lake City.

Conveniently located to airport. Quiet home and area; you can hear footsteps upstairs, but that wasn't a bother for me personally. My flight landed at 12am and I was able to still check-in that late. Khanh answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Great place to stay a night, for sure! Take an extra blanket if you like to sleep extra warm. You're in the basement of the home so it tends to be a bit cooler. I loved the stocked cupboards and the toiletries available in case you forgot something.

Amy's place is AMAZING! My partner and I arrived to the apartment shortly after 3PM and parking was a breeze out front. When we unlocked the door, we fell in love with the space! It was everything we could have hoped for, complete with a Keurig, sugar packets and stirrers, and the coolest coffee mug I've ever seen. The retro TV was so fun, and we really appreciated the DVD selection (both seasons of Flight of the Conchords FTW!!). When we opened the closet we were pleasantly surprised to see a microwave and a bag of popcorn (we didn't get the chance to eat it, but we really appreciated it anyway!). Amy also included a welcome book with all the information you could need, and extra toiletries if you needed them in a pinch. We had a wonderful time in the city, riding electric scooters to get matcha lattes at Monkeywrench, having cauliflower quesadillas for dinner next door at Boltcutter, and seeing the beautiful local art at the Urban Art Gallery. We returned to the space around 8PM and did not feel unsafe at all. I hope we'll be back someday! A+++.

Cozy stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at this cozy little space! We loved the location (minutes away from downtown SLC), it had a homey, modern design and literally had everything we needed for our short stay. Parking was a breeze out on the street and the tips/recommendation the host gave us were spectacular! Thanks for an incredible stay!

Valerie was wonderfully responsive. The apartment was beautifully maintained and quiet, yet still highly accessible to both the University and downtown SLC.

The studio was great. Very close to campus and tons of restaurants/bars. It was a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and I was pleasantly surprised at the privacy.

I am a returning guest at Valeri's place. As always it has been a pleasure to arrive to a warm, sparkling clean home after a long delayed flight.

Cute space, great value! Love the large space and windows, as well as high ceilings in the main room. Bathroom was nicely renovated and everything was neat and clean. Place was easy to find and check in was simple. On-street parking right next to the building was very convenient. The provided oatmeal, yogurt, snacks etc. were a nice touch!

Very impressed and Val thought of everything needed. The small touches like water or AJ in the fridge and plasticwear were awesome

Great location, clean and the host was very, very helpful. I even got stuck in the road do to icy conditions and the host and her husband helped out; despite the freezing temps and early time of day. Thanks for the help, it was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

You world be surprised that it was a guest room! Very clean and stylish. Had all the needed amenities, but there's no microwave or freezer so be mindful of bringing back leftovers. They also have a very detailed and helpful binder that covers where to eat, drink, and explore in Salt Lake City! Even my friends who are locals were impressed by how much effort they put into the binder😂 Overall I was well taken care of.

Eliza’s place is SUPER cute and so easy to get in and get out. Has all the main amenities needed and she definitely put a lot of thought into the recommendations and decorating the space. Highly recommended!!

The room was smaller than expected. But, the location is pretty good tho and having the 7/11 and trax nearby made things easier for us. Overall, I’d rate this AirBnB a solid 9/10 due to the fair pricing/value.

The space is located in great neighborhood with plenty of places to walk to and enjoy. Yes it is small but it’s so comfortable and well planned out that you hardly notice. We loved staying here and you can tell Eliza but a lot of effort into making you feel at home. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. 5 stars all around!

Wonderful, clean space with thoughtful touches throughout (including a well-organized welcome book with tons of local tips!) Eliza was helpful and quickly responded to our sudden request for early check-in. Also worth noting that the bed was very comfortable!

Highly recommend this spot! Especially if you are coming into SLC to hit the mountains. The drive to the mountains from this spot was so easy. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood was super cute with shops and restaurants!

Easy and affordable

My mom stayed here when she came out to go wedding dress shopping with me. Elizabeth was very accommodating to allow me to book the Airbnb for my mom and she was great at communicating with me throughout her stay. The house was so cute and it was in the absolute best location. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants were all less than a 5 minute walk away.

This was the perfect stay for a quick visit in Salt Lake City. The space was crisp, homey, and clean with great local places near by to explore!

Loved the location! We were in town for the Sundance Film Festival and everything was so close and at times walking distance (even in the snow)! Definitely recommend staying here.

Great value for a neat little apartment. Everything was described and portrayed accurately. We didn’t get in until late night but Kim had the lights and some music on to make us feel at home. There’s even a large kennel for your dog to sleep in which was nice. Thank you Kim for the hospitality during our one night stay in SLC.

It was a decent Airbnb. Price was decent considering the area. Kitchen is not the cleanest. The room was extremely hot. There are other people living here and other rooms for rent. Great location, close enough to walk downtown. Kenton was very accommodating which was awesome. He let me check in early and leave my bags in the house while I went out before my flight that night. Overall, it was a good stay and the price was good as well for the location.

We spent three nights in Elly’s home. It is very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and was the perfect set up for us while we were in the area. There’s a private entrance in the back, and a little patio strung with Edison lights. The space is the perfect size, with a little sink, counter, refrigerator, and microwave. The fireplace was an unexpected surprise! In addition, the neighborhood had lots of charm, with many old historic homes, and we felt very safe. We enjoyed our time here, and it was nice to meet her and her two cute kids. We would definitely return here if we are back in Salt Lake City!

Elly and her family were wonderful hosts. The space is just as pictured and described; very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The outdoor space gets really nice sunlight and it was very enjoyable to sit by the outdoor firepit in the evening. It is a great location in the city, and Elly provided a nice list of restaurant and cafe recommendations for us. She was very quick with communication, and very accommodating.

Very cozy, warm and welcoming place. Close enough to downtown that everything is within reach, but far enough away that you’re not in the shadow of the towers.

A cute place in a good area that is pretty close to everything. Photos are very accurate to what you receive. A good room for the price and pet friendly, which was really convenient for us.

Kameron’s Airbnb was excellent. Everything was clean, the apartment itself is new and is in a great location in Salt Lake. There’s a Whole Foods and Smiths in walking distance. Kameron was very accommodating and he was readily available if I had any questions. It’s totally a bargain for what you’re paying!

Kameron's place is in a modern apartment building in a very central location in Salt Lake City. The apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Kameron was very helpful in personally checking me into the apartment when I arrived earlier than planned, and was highly responsive throughout my stay.

Don and Chris's place is cozy, safe and clean. It is a basement level apartments accessible from a side entrance. We loved the location, in SLC's Sugar House neighborhood. The apartment is 30-45 minutes from most ski resorts and 10 minutes to bars/restaurants.

Very cute, cozy, well decorated space. Super clean, comfy bed, great temperatures, coffee supplies set out and sweet little touches that made for a great experience!

Don and Chris's place was clean and easy to access. I arrived late and had not trouble checking in and it was in a great location for getting to Park City the next morning. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in area checking out the local ski resorts.

Cute little basement loft in the Sugar House community. Don was a very sweet host and welcomed us upon our arrival and helped us into the Airbnb. It’s a quick 5 min trip to local breweries and restaurants. Very pleasant stay!

I loved the location of Skyler’s place. I only spent one night as I flew in late and had early morning meetings at the Capitol building right across the street. Everything was as described and met all of my needs. I would’ve been happy to stay another night or two and spend time in that great part of Salt Lake City.

This place was perfect for my one night stay in SLC. Great location, easy free bus ride to down town and all the historic sites are a simple walk off the bus. Also a short car ride to the Great Salt Lake.

Small basement space with private entrance in a great location in Salt Lake. Beautiful views & close to pretty much everything. Very convenient for 2 people traveling through town & needing a safe space to sleep. Communication was very timely & helpful

Was a cute cozy spot for my family and I. They enjoyed the little clubhouse feel and the movies that were on. The mattress are heavenly! We just brought my kids sound machine and that always helps with wherever we stay. Would definitely stay again!

It came with little snacks and coffee, and the little details really make it feel like home. It was stylish and comfortable. The temperate was perfect and everything about the place was convenient. The place wasn’t loud, but the bathroom door is creaky so I’d recommend staying in the bunk if you want a quieter space while whoever you’re traveling with gets ready or showers etc. The host greeted us and was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

David’s place is a prefect for those looking to explore Salt Lake City and see what it has to offer - visited the U for work and is located minutes from campus! Walkable too! Comfy bed, and great amenities, communication with David is lovely! Cool little apartment and if you’re visiting the U - definitely stay here!

Wonderful place to stay! I was a little skeptical late at night of the place, but in the day light seems like a great neighborhood! I really liked the check-in check-out hours and really was a great place to stay! Hope to be visiting back soon.
