We stayed at a couple and Karine Thomas and had a memorable experience! They were extremely helpful and thanks to them we found superb restaurants and areas. Also their room is fully equipped with everything we needed, they even handed tea, small muffins and chocolate for Easter weekend :) They even offered to do our dishes at the end of the first day. The bedding is high quality, the room is very quiet and the bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower. We recommend that everyone choose this room, plus the area is outstanding and you will be much better in this small village at Beaune!

Le logement est niché dans la campagne, au calme, tout à fait ce que nous recherchions. Florian est un hôte très prévenant qui nous a fait un excellent accueil. Maison et jardin très jolis, propres comme un sous neuf : rien à redire (sauf peut-être pour le matelas du premier, un peu dur à notre goût). Parfait pour quelques jours de coupure.

A savoir que nous avions oublié et que spontanément, Florian avait prévu de quoi nous dépanner avant même que l'on ait le temps de lui préciser que nous arriverions qd même équipé. Merci. Par contre, je trouve que 50€ de frais de ménage, c'est un peu exagéré, sachant que nous n'avons passé que la nuit dans le logement, que les draps ne sont pas fournis. Je recommande ce logement si vous êtes à la recherche de nature, calme et charme de la bourgogne

Françoise was to welcome us on our arrival. A warm and informative welcome, while respecting our private space. Housing has completely met our expectations, excellent interior design, new equipment and well cared for. The name "among vineyards and castle" is correct. We spent wonderful days to discover the wines of Burgundy and visit some magnificent castles. By cons you need a car! For the immediate entourage, I did a little jogging one morning through a romantic neighborhood with views imcroyables adjacent vineyards. In short, a very nice stay, thank you!

Delighted with our stay. We spent 3 days and 2 nights. The house is nice, functional, clean and well laid out. The place is quiet (no noise in the morning). Françoise met us on arrival and we presented the scene. We did not see him then but it looks nice and lent us towels, thank you;) A list of good restaurants in the area was on the table, it has served us well. This location was perfect for our stay in burgundy. The description was consistent with reality. By cons, this is nothing less than a cottage France (on arrival panel) so different from the concept of air bnb homestay. That side has disappointed us. Moreover, the reception is impersonal and documentation on site on the sites is limited. In conclusion, it is perfect in relation to housing but disappointing on other benefits.

Beautiful old house with private garden in a small, quiet town in wine country. Chantal himself was absent, but the neighbor across the street welcomed us well.

Chantal greeted us very gracious, showed us around and asked the garage for our bicycles. The old stone house is pleasantly cool and comfortable on the ground floor. On the front side there is a toilet, a well equipped kitchen are (but without espresso machine, a filter coffee) in the rear area is a large dining table on the right side and a cozy sitting area on the left side. A door leads to the beautiful garden with lots of flowers and a gazebo where it is comfortable to sit in the evening and enjoy. A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where a very small TV area, bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds are located. Up here it is in the course of the day pretty hot. After we unpacked, we had agreed on a wine tasting: Chantal has very good wines - and you have "1 ER CRUE LE CLOS DES LOYERES" particularly well tasted! By bicycle, it is however very tiring on the way back because Dezize is situated on the mountain!

Our experience in Beaune was made even more wonderful by staying at Chantal's cottage. Such a glorious and beautiful area. The cottage is beautifully done and the garden is so lovely. I wish we could have stayed longer and talked with Chantal more.

This is a fully equipped accommodation, nothing is missing. Even more than is necessary. If you are looking for calm, this is where you need to go. This accommodation is very well located, whether to visit the cellars, Beaune and all these charming villages in the vicinity. A lovely and very large house in a beautiful location. The natural pool is superb, but quite deep, even for adults. We had a couple of issues upon arrival - only 4 towels for 7 people, the cleanliness of the house did not meet expectations, and there was no freezer - but apart form the cleaning, we sorted most things out within the first 2 days with the help of Niki. A bit of an annoying start to the vacation, to be honest, but all else was great, and we enjoyed the week very much. Be aware, though, that there are no local shops or restaurants, as otherwise stated.

Le Petit Four is a great place to spend your time in Burgundy. The village provides a romantic atmosphere that you can relax in, while being fairly close to so much. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything and everything. The cottage is roomy and the beds are quite comfortable. The wood burning fire place added both atmosphere and warmth. The information books were also quite helpful in finding local markets and things to do in the area. Staying here definitely added to our experience.

The house is located in a charming village in Burgundy, close to the world famous appellations such as Pommard, Meursault or Côtes de Beaune. The house itself is charming, everything is done to the tenant will feel welcome. Carpet on the floor or the cozy armchairs in the lounge, the house is cozy and perfect to enjoy good Burgundy. If we add the adaptability of our hosts (who managed to get us a cot for our little girl) and the practicality of the key to box, everything was perfect!

Anne and Bruno are absolutely amazing hosts!! They made our family feel very welcome for the five nights we stayed. The house is exactly as pictured - a comfortable French Country getaway. It's quite, with a beautiful garden and the house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The nearby towns are easy to get to by car, and have grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies. There are tons of nearby wineries and Anne recommended a few that were terrific. We loved our stay and highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in wine countryside.

Well, what an excellent host and wonderful property. We arrived from Paris and found the property easily and Anne was there to meet us and show us around. The apartment had plenty of space for the three of us, and our one year old daughter loved the space to run around. Anne and Bruno were very helpful in providing activities and local information. The bike hire and restaurant recommendations were excellent. The breakfast was served in a beautiful room with a lovely view out over the rolling hills and vineyards. The breakfast was fit for a king, with fresh baked treats, cakes, bread and jams. Bruno and Anne are very welcoming and took a a lot of time and showed a genuine interest in trip and daily excursions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Anne was a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly! The apartment was very large and very lovely! My family of 6 stayed here (including our 15 month old baby) and we were all very comfy! The views are amazing. Beautiful location! The only downside is that there is nothing to do in the town of Couches itself. The restaurants (3 of them) were not very good. The patisserie was extremely expensive and not the best! Take Anne's suggestion to go down the road to the Bannette patisserie, and Atac grocery store. A far better selection and value!! I wish I would have listened sooner... This location was Extremely central to everything we wanted to do. We drove all over to different towns and vineyards. I would definitely stay here again. I will miss the beautiful views!!

We were made to feel very welcome right from the start of our stay, being presented with some of Anne's delicious homemade apricot jam and finding a plate of homemade meringues. During our stay Anne and Bruno kindly shared the produce of their wonderful garden with us. The apartment was very comfortable and homely. Although the kitchen area is small it was perfectly adequate for our needs. There are shops and restaurants nearby in Couches; wine tasting in the village; castles, swimming, voie verte all within 30 mins; lovely evening walks from the front door. In summary, perfect hosts, homely apartment and plenty to do nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's place. It's very spacious, well set out with lots of character. If your planning to explore the area by car this is a great location to base yourself. Anne was very helpful and welcoming, pointed us in the right direction for lunch and dinner and gave us a map to help us navigate. Claude's place was cute and cozy with plenty of room for 4 guests. It's in a very quite, cute country town... closest restaurant is a few miles away and everything closes up pretty early, so be sure to stop at the super market on the way in. We enjoyed a tasting at a nearby winery and the relaxed pace of the town.

Great place in a charming cottage in the heart of a quiet and pleasant village, a few minutes from Santenay. We have been very well received and have a great stay going. The place is spacious, clean and the garden is very pleasant. We strongly recommend to spend a few quiet days.

Dracy-les-Couches is a small and beautiful village with many well kept stone houses. The gite is one of them, with the garden extending down to the "La Petite Vielle" creek and a view towards the forest on the next hill. Anne-France was responsive and helpful, and her friend Martine picked us up for the check-in. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and especially the garden during our whole stay. Unfortunately, what dulled our enjoyment was the (lack of) cleanliness of the house. While the sinks and the bathroom were clean, the same couldn't be said for the rest of the house. There were hair and dust balls on the floors (and not just in hard to reach areas), crumbs on the dining table, spider remains on the couch and spilled milk spots in the fridge. We are not overly sensitive and never had this problem with Airbnb before, but we had to clean the house ourselves (including mopping the stone floor) before we felt comfortable. I think that this is a consequence of the house rules, which ask the guests to clean themselves. Different people have different standards, and for some their standard will be lower when they leave than when they arrive. The rules do contain a penalty if the house is not properly cleaned before check-out, but a host would understandably be reluctant to actually enforce it. I suggest to clean the house professionally instead, which avoids this problem and ensures a certain standard. If you like to cook (as we do), be aware that the kitchen equipment is fairly basic. We were fortunate that we brought some of our own utensils and improvised for the rest. The pans in the kitchen are well-worn and don't have matching lids. The oven is rusty and had not been cleaned in such a long time that we did not feel like putting anything edible in there. Also, if you have small kids, be aware that the gas stove doesn't have a safety valve. It is possible to turn on the gas without lighting a fire. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But we feel that there is clearly room for improvement as well.

It was a wonderful time in Dracy. It's about a beautiful house, nice surrounding areas and wine :). We had a very smoothly communication with Anne and I recommend you warmly a three four days staying in Dracy.

How to say? It was charming and authentic, essential and clever. We enjoyed the quiet life in the vineyards and the beautiful large comfortable room. The place was as described, very clean. Guests receive us with nice touches. They were able to be available because we arrived late. At another time, perhaps because we are not so far away!

Our stay was wonderful. After longs days at the festival Chalon dans la Rue it was a joy to return every night to the quite of the country side. Having the exact Latitude and Longitude directs fro the GPS was great and the only way that we could find the house in the dark (very clever!). The house had everything we needed and the shower was powerful and lovely. Morning yoga in the grass was a real treat followed up by a hand full of rasberries. Our dog enjoyed a good romp in the garden while we enjoyed the serenity.

Brigitte was welcoming and friendly. Housing is even prettier picture and consistent with our expectations. Ideal for visiting the area for the first time, pretty good compared to the Morvan, we recommend this accommodation!

We really enjoyed staying in this cosy country Gite. It was even more beautiful than the pictures in a quiet countryside location with lovely views brilliant for exploring the local area especially if you like wine. The Gite was comfortable and clean with a stunning sleeping area, Brigitte made us welcome despite our late arrival and was very helpful providing a high chair, changing mat and toys for our baby. Brigitte was also very helpful in booking an appointment for us with a local English speaking vet for our small dog. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden, and the lovely local chateau and highly recommend this as a good place to stay.

We had a great time at Tourenne! Brigitte and her husband are lovely, we were very well received and have received all information and places you could possibly need to visit the region. The cottage is lovely, clean, functional, quiet, ideal for a simple holiday in the country and very well located for the wine route and the Morvan's Park.
