House is getting remodeled a bit, but rooms were spotless.

This was truly my oasis during a very busy family wedding gathering! It was so easy to freely & quietly come and go as I needed for family activities. The bed was extremely comfortable which was essential to my sleeping well even after getting in late every night from babysitting for family. Jeffrey had everything one could need & it was a delightful stay!

Jeff’s place is fantastic. This location is perfectly placed for day trips to Clearwater, St Pete, Tampa, and Crystal River. The check in/checkout process is seamless, and is key code driven. This is a very clean and quaint place and the photos of the master suite with bathroom are as described. Be aware that the kitchen area and living room are shared with two other rooms; during our stay, other guests were frequently in the living area when we were in our room. Jeff made himself available for any questions or help if needed. He also had great attention to detail with the following- fully stocked coffee bar in kitchen and master suite, tips for travel in the greater Tampa area, and free Roku/Netflix access. The hot tub was also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and recommend our friends to do so!

We had an excellent time here! The location was perfect. We used Uber instead of renting a car and it was the perfect location to downtown St Pete’s or to the beaches. The room was perfect with a private porch. The hot tub cabana was fantastic with clean towels and twinkle lights. I loved that there was a full kitchen because we went to the farmers market and found amazing fruits and veggies to cook!! There is a grill and everything you need to cook if you don’t feel like eating out all the time. Much better than a hotel!! All in all I would definitely return!

Accurate description, clean and convenient. The room has a desk, small fridge and k-cup machine. We enjoyed the hot tub and very uncomfortable bed.

A great location for any downtown activities. Everything is walkable. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The pool and workout room on the top are excellent. Having a grocery store across the street and being right next to Central Avenue is a big plus. Add the garage parking, and it’s a great deal.

This place was a fantastic location! Very spacious, the fitness center was very nice and so was the pool. I love that it was walking distance to everything. The closet light was burned out when we arrived and when I let front desk know they came quickly to have it changed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The house was cute. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Dogs and cat were a hoot! Gave clear direction to her residence since it was off the beaten path. I would gladly enjoy staying there. I even arrived very late in the evening due to a very delay flight leaving Cleveland because of snow. I stayed one night but it was peaceful. I had access to WiFi and a TV in the room! Two thumbs up!!

We had a great stay at Scott's cottage. Perfect cozy spot for a short night away. We loved being able to bring the dogs and they loved the yard space. Perfect location to everything, very clean and well stocked with everything anyone would need. We will be back for sure!

Amazing!

Scott’s place was as described. Communication was on point having had reserved the room months prior. The room had everything you needed. And the shower was actually rather big. Lol. It’s very close to I-275 which is a quick drive to downtown St. Pete. Unfortunately couldn’t take the pup this time but Scott’s place provide that as an amenity. Totally worth the value and totally worth the stay.

The space was nice and clean. It was a great location for going to the Tropicana Field!

Marc & Teresa were excellent hosts. We had a great time in their tiny cottage in the backyard. We enjoyed meeting Jessie & Mica the golden retrievers too! Since we were there for 4 nights, they were kind enough to give us fresh water refills in the glass bottles they provide, so we didn’t have to create a lot of waste with plastic bottles. The kuerig coffee maker was greatly appreciated and I enjoyed my coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the ‘porch’. They’ve put a lot of love into the cottage and it shows! Some other reviews complain of the tiny shower, but it had plenty of room for me and was beautiful, clean and well lit!

This was a quaint and perfect little cottage with a European flair. It was just the right size for a couple. Marc and Theresa were both very kind and helpful and it made our 30th wedding anniversary perfect. We absolutely love the space and I have to say the sheets are the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on!

Marc was a wonderful host! He made us feel very welcomed. His cottage is adorable and packed with amenities like a TV, keurig machine, and a wine fridge. He is very familiar with the area and has tons of recommendations on what to do. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting St.Pete’s

This is a clean, cozy studio size cottage. It is the best of an Airbnb experience due to your host who offers wonderful local tips on restaurants, fun things to do and see. Marc communicates quickly. Great value for your money-

This place is so convenient and within walking distance of lots to do. It is so creatively decorated. The amazing outside garden will make you feel like your secluded and relaxed all while being in the middle of town. You will be comfortable and stocked with extras. Ciara has even thought of the beach gear. Wonderful place.

We had a very good experience at Ciara's place! Everything was as good as the reviews said: the decorations and styling very homely, and the garden a fun little experience to walk through even at night. I wish we had enough time to check out the shops because she did a great job showing the things to do around the area. Very clean and provided all the things needed to stay.

Nice and clean

The apartment was stylish and the bed comfy. It was on the third floor, as has been noted, so be prepared for hauling as there is no lift. The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived, and unfortunately, the windows were limited for offering fresh air. Additionally, there was not a lot of natural light (one of the windows contained an AC unit) but the lighting throughout the space was quite good (which I appreciate). There is no outdoor living area, private or common (just FYI) so if that's something you love, well, be aware. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the folks were incredibly friendly. We did a ton of walking, averaging 8 miles a day-- so bring your walking shoes. One note, if you are an environmentally sensitive person, I'm not sure I would recommend this place as there is quite a bit of ambient noise. The bathroom fan is dastardly loud, and the AC unit is also quite loud. Additionally, the walls were paper thin, and we could hear quite a bit of our neighbors late return (4 am) on Christmas. Thankfully, it seemed as though the entire floor was vacated for most of the holiday, so I am thankful it wasn't as loud as it could have been. The shower was very hot, pressure was good, but know there is no bath- and I think a shower chair would have been cool (it is the beach after all). There was plenty of space for luggage, and obviously I am thankful for the pet friendly accommodations. The apt was thoughtfully stocked; I was happy there was coffee (not great coffee, but it was fine) with a lil cream and sugar (I had to stock it myself since we stayed for multiple nights), the towels were very soft and plentiful, and finally, there were a lot of streaming options for the TV (yay!). Also, we had a problem with wifi, but I got a response as soon as I messaged with a wifi network to use, so I appreciated the quick resolution. Finally, I really wished we'd brought our bikes. It was a great biking town, and popular, as the rideshare was often sold out (and it was a subscription service, not a pay as you go thing)-- but upon reflection, there were few options for storage of bikes if we had brought them. So, that's something to be aware of. Also, you should bring your own blanket for chilling in the park (we saw dolphins!)-- as there are no additional ones available in the room.

This is an awesome place! Matt was very easy to get ahold of and check in/out instructions were very clear. The apartment was walkable to everywhere I needed to be. (Speaking as a New Yorker--your mileage may vary.) Really enjoyed morning runs in the park and strolls to get Pub subs. Would love to come back here if I'm ever in the area!

Clean perfectly sized studio in a great area. Walking distance from many restaurants and retail. We were able to pay a small fee for our dog to join us which was great. Overall a great value and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Matt’s place is exactly as he describes it. It is very clean and close to a ton of restaurants and bars in downtown St. Pete. I will definitely stay again at this location and / or another one of Matt’s Airbnb’s.

Great place! Extremely clean and centrally located to Downtown St. Pete and the highway if you want to venture out further. The provided parking pass was a big bonus.

Steve's place is perfect for a visit to St. Pete. Leave your car at home, you can walk or Uber anywhere. Nice comfy bed. I like the pillows so much I found the tag to buy some myself. The space was very clean upon arrival. All utensils, pots, pans provided. Towels are the white fluffy kind you find in a nice Hotel. I saw in the laundry room ($2.00 wash & dry) a bundle delivered from a laundry service so no worry about cleanliness. The building is older but very nicely remodeled. There's several studios in the building but it was very quiet the whole time I stayed. Hey Steve, I'll be back!

Steve’s place is so clean. So close in walking distance to everything in the area. It is a phenomenal place. One of my favs I have been to so far.

Very comfortable bed, that is so appreciated. Also very nice bedding. Great location, great shower, great hosts. Coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal much appreciated as well. Would most definitely stay again. The room was great for me traveling alone. Maybe not the best for romance though as one door to the room goes into the kitchen and the other is by the front door.

Stayed in this apt for 2 weeks. It was very clean, safe, newly done. The photos are accurate. It’s a nice neighborhood with some beautiful homes and a few blocks from Crescent Lake park.....beautiful. Close to downtown, TraderJoes and everything you need. Blair was available whenever I needed him and he was fun to socialize with on the back patio. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Blair's place, and it was just as awesome as we remembered it. Over the top hospitality and a high degree of physical and mental comfort. You just feel welcome and appreciated! The place feels luxurious and special without the accompying price tag, the location is central to everything you need, and again, the hospitality is top notch. GREAT place!!! Joni & Chris were wonderful. Extra efforts to meet my special needs. Other guests were kind, thoughtful and respectful. The house is very clean but I only gave it 4 stars because everyone would have to be OCD for shared space living to be “sparkling “ The park/waterfront is only 4 blks away thru a lovely neighborhood. Very dog friendly. (Everyone picks up after their pup!!). Publix grocery and Dali museum is an easy mile walk. I would definitely return

The International House is such a special place. The space itself is hippie-like, covered in plants and murals (much like St. Petersburg itself) shared space is abundant and my own bedroom was very clean, cool and provided tons of storage space. Chris and Joni host the coolest folks (many are long-term), and I had an amazing time getting to know them. Will be coming back!

This was a very very clean room. Everything was there that you need. What you don't see in the pictures are the silverware, plates, glasses, dish soap, cooking utensils, toaster, a blender, etc. that are provided for you. Just bring your food and you're ready to go. Much better than a hotel room. A short walk to the beach. Convenient parking as well. I would return again.

My wife and I took our annual trip to St Pete/Tampa and had a great stay at Matt’s AirB&B. Pros - Great location that is close (15 min walk) to all the restaurants and waterfront. - Very clean and stylish - Matt is very responsive. My wife left her iPhone charger when we checked out and he was kind and shipped it back to us. Cons - parking late at night may be difficult to find even-though we managed to park a block away every night. - occasional noise from residents from apartment above due to thin walls. - no toiletries provided so be prepared and bring your own.

Matt's place was just what we needed. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to anything and everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place if you want to walk to downtown or even the bayside waterfront and Snell Isle. Very nice stay. Full kitchen a major plus! Washer and dryer, as well. I grew up here and would highly recommend.

Nat will make you feel at home. She makes the kitchen and dining room very available so it feels like you have a little apartment. Breakfast amenities are available. Kitchen privileges allow you to cook all meals.

I highly recommend Ninah’s place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet room to relax at. The room was so clean and nicely decorated and it just gave off a very relaxing vibe. The location was very good. Close enough to Tampa and Sarasota but far enough away to not have to deal with Florida traffic. I will most definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Ninah's place. It is only a few minutes away from Treasure Island and all its attractions. The setting is quiet and private and we enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood. She has included everything to make your stay comfortable. There were even extra special touches like beach chairs, a small cooler, and towels to take to the beach which was great since we had flown in from out of state. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

We are in the process of remodeling our condo here in St. Petersburg, so we decided to try Airb&b in the area. We have so far taken three different places and we must say that Kristen's place has been the best in every aspect: best host, house centrally located in a safe place, super clean, great room and bathroom, full of details and great energy. Our experience there couldn't have been better. Do not hesitate to stay at Kristen's place, you will not be disappointed.

I spent three nights at this location in February, 2020. The home was beautifully located, within easy walking distance of a coffee shop and several restaurants. A slightly longer walk got me to downtown and the farmers’ market on Saturday morning. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a small parking area next to the home with space for one vehicle which was nice because I rented a car and it was much safer to park there than on the street. Kristen’s home was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. The guest space had great amenities in case I’d forgotten anything and the window air conditioner was great because I like to sleep a little cooler. I never had any issues with hearing my hosts even though I chose to sleep in one morning, and never had an issue sleeping in the evenings. I can not recommend this location enough and will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area in the future.

Exactly as stated. Great location! Walking distance to many local restaurants and local businesses. We were even able to walk to the Dali museum in 30 minutes. Excellent host and communication. We’ll book again if given the chance.

Kristen's place was great! The ensuite bathroom is really nice. If you have some time to relax after exploring Saint Petersburg (which is in walking distance), you can watch some Netflix or hang out at the firepit. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ideal location with excellent value for money. Cozy and functional with a small private garden area. Very neat decoration, attentive welcome, impeccable cleanliness, in short ... do not hesitate. We are delighted to have chosen this place!

This is a quiet and nice area. You will need a car to get around. The dogs are super friendly and the host was available when we needed them. Very clean, bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Wish we could have used the pool but it is not heated and the Pool water was too cool for me.

Great location for the beach. Super super cute. Very spacious and definitely enough space for 2 people. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking was a little challenging, but Jennifer was quick to offer suggestions and help out with the challenge. Would definitely stay during another visit to the area.

We specifically chose Matt's place, as it was within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown St. Petersburg. Since we live in San Francisco, walking is not an issue for us, especially since we were visiting in the cooler winter time of year. I am not sure how one would feel walking in the high heat of summer. The place was exactly as described and would stay with Matt again!

Great location, comfortable, super clean, nice people, quick response to a question, everything stocked — the perfect place to stay for a week! Planning to come back and visit a week when I have vacation! I can not recommend your adorable space enough!

I have stayed here multiple times. Just an easy place to sleep. Just one room no TV. But I don't mind that

My room was very cute and perfect for what I needed. The place itself is so charming and unique. Everything was clean and organized as expected. The amenities and the touch of providing tips on local spots was very appreciated! I didnt get to use the new outside shower unfortunately, but the inside shower had great pressure!! I slept so soundly and overall really enjoyed my stay here.

Lori's place is a nice comfortable place. And it is in a great location. Would highly recommend.

Lori was a great host! Very quick to respond and very helpful! The house was tidy and welcoming. Great location as it was super close to everything we wanted to do. Cycle friendly city too! We brought our bikes and didn’t need the car once!

Colin and Lauren's house is super cute, in a great location super close to everywhere we wanted to go. The Dalí museum is close by, plus all the great food and kava spots on central Ave. The bed and pillows are sooo soft!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and these hosts exceeded my expectations! Their home is lovely and their recommendations for food were delicious.

Ideal Airbnb experience. Clearly, all details are well though out. Communication, along with instructions, made everything crystal clear and seamless. Super clean. Colin and Lauren’s space is beautifully curated, warm and welcoming, and has great vibes! We loved drinking coffee in their sunny backyard in the mornings. So appreciated the entire binder of recommendations they left in our room. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here next time we’re in town!

Wow, what a treat this studio apartment was for our 6 day stay in St Pete. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place as clean as Matt’s apartment was. In addition, he was truly wonderful to work with and quick to respond to all requests. When we needed to make a last minute adjustment to our stay, he accommodated us and was a true gentlemen the entire time. We highly recommend any property in which Matt is a host.

This apartment met our needs perfectly. Easy and quick walk downtown to 1st/Central Ave for bars and entertainment. The apartment was cozy, cute and comfortable. There is SO much to do in St. Pete and the apartment is close to it all! If you don't want to travel far for a night out, the Hollander is right across the street which has excellent drinks and food. I definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

Very smooth and easy. The apartment was perfect to accomodate everything we needed. It even had an iron that saved the day. The Hollander hotel accepts the road has the best Ruben and chicken sandwiches known to mankind

This little cozy place is perfect for people traveling alone. It s in a good neighborhood. I loved every second . It s quiet, eventhough you are able to reach everything very fast. I would stay there again in a heartbeat !

This place is perfect. It’s a short bike ride to downtown or the bay and about 15 minutes to the beach. There’s also a gorgeous park just two blocks away. The space is small but the pictures are an accurate representation and it’s well designed, so it has everything you need. I loved the little touches like mints on the pillows and the binder full of local recommendations. I would have been happy staying here for much longer.

My husband and I stayed here while down in St. Petersburg for a work trip and we were more than satisfied! It is a great place to stay for not very much $$$$!! It made for a great place to crash at the end of the night… We loved that Johann had oatmeal, k cups & a washer/dryer! The bed (full size) is a little bit squeaky so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you!

Johann's place was exactly what we needed coming to St. Pete. We are from Orlando and wanted a little stay-cation and this location was only 1hr and 30min from our home. It was incredibly cozy, clean and easy to access. It was about a seven minute drive from the Downtown area, so it was perfect and near the 3 Daughters Brewery, which left me speechless. Overall, a great stay!

Very nice cozy little spot. Washer and dryer in the unit was gr2at as well as the beach chairs and umbrella provided as well. No stove and the toaster oven was a bit hard to use because the cord didn't reach any plugs but other than that, this place was amazing!

Amazing Airbnb, would stay here again without second thought.

Such a cute and quaint suite. Has everything you need. You can tell Elaina and Sara put a lot of effort into making it cozy and clean for each and every guest. You are minutes from downtown St. Pete with delicious restaurants! Elaina and Sara were very welcoming when we first arrived. 10/10 would stay again :)

We were greeted by Eilena who rents part of her house. The small accommodation is very clean and cozy. It is ideal for 2 people max. Eilana is kind and helpful.

Elainas place was perfect for what I was looking for. It was small buy great for one or two people. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the shower were nice. I would book with Alaina again.

Chase offers a one room studio perfect for my husband and I who love to escape the MA winter.....This area offers great proximity to the marvelous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.....very close to many of the gorgeous state parks which offer wonderful natural settings....If you love art, marinas, and museums St. Petersburg on the Tampa Bay side is close by....it is a wonderful place to visit frequently.....a very active community with a wonderful Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning....at the end of the day take in the always stunning sunsets over the Gulf....

Very nice, clean, every thing I needed was anticipate, even a Christmas tree. Note. Go all the way down 78th street until it turns into gravel. Go ten feet more and you turn right into parting area. The lock box code is found on the web.

This listing is affordable, comfortable, exactly as advertised, with quick access to beaches and highlights of Saint Petersburg and even Tampa. Chase is responsive and communicated well. I recommend to other travelers.

Very private and peaceful area. Walking distance to Aldi and Publix (0.6 miles). The water heater was excellent! We showered 2 people back to back with no issues of running out of hot water. Quick response from the host when we had an issue. I was concerned about the comfort of the bed but it was very comfortable for 4 nights of sleep.

This place is the perfect value for an on your own place in St Pete. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

For the location and comfort we would highly suggest the tiny home in St. Pete! Fray's Donut House was right around the corner for great coffee and home made donuts. Downtown was only 10 minutes and a $10 Lyft ride away. Black Crow Coffee shop and all of the breweries were only 8 minutes away (about $10 Lyft) and so much fun because once you get dropped off you can make a whole day of just walking around that area, thrift stores and restaurants galore. The bed was very comfy and it was a rare cold weekend so the mini-space heater provided was extremely helpful. The space was perfect for just two people. We used the mini-fridge and although we didn't use the coffee maker or microwave it is nice they were provided. We definitely watched Netflix before bed so that was a nice, homey touch to the space. The little grassy area out front with the chairs were perfect and if it wasn't so cool we may have spent more time out there. We got officially engaged in this tiny home during our stay so it will forever hold a special place in our hearts...we hope to return some day because the price, location, privacy and comfort were all totally worth it!

The tiny house was a exactly what we needed for our short stay in St. Petersburg. We were very comfortable, and Shanae and Jeremy provided us with ample amenities for the night.

My stay at Jeffrey's place was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling on business or pleasure.

I was in town for a business trip and stayed 2 nights. I may always look for AirBnBs moving forward because the convenience of a completely self check-in process like Jeffrey’s is immense! Everything was clean and orderly. I never had any issues with sharing the bathroom with the 1 other guest and having a full kitchen and living room is a huge benefit. Easy access, easy parking and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. The check in was smooth and the location was perfect to walk to the small shops and restaurants. The host was readily available and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. If we are ever in the St.Petes area we would stay here if it is available.

We had a wonderful stay at this emaculate apartment right in downtown St. Pete. The apartment had everything we needed including extra pillows and blankets. The rooftop pool is stunning and we spent most of our time up there. There was also a well appointed gym and a great pizza place in the building. Walking distance to Tropicana Field (10-15min) and lots of great restaurants! There is a Publix grocery store directly across the street, so convenient! The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend.

This is a great apartment just minuets from the center of down town St. Pete!! A very large one bedroom in a beautiful new building! Super clean and quiet. I highly recommend!!!

Very nice place in a nice location. The apartment complex had very nice amenities as well. Just beware if your vehicle is over 7 feet tall you will need to get creative with your parking as you will not fit in the parking garage. Of course that is not a big thing for most people overall great experience!!!

Great alternative to the hotels downtown and much nicer with gym/pool too.

There is much to be said about the greatness of this air bnb! Upon first arrival the check in was easy and the space was exactly what me and my boyfriend needed for a week long getaway from the snow (comfortable, stylish, quaint, and amazing location). We aren’t fussy, but this apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. It certainly serves as a great home base for travels around this fantastic city!
