This was a very very clean room. Everything was there that you need. What you don't see in the pictures are the silverware, plates, glasses, dish soap, cooking utensils, toaster, a blender, etc. that are provided for you. Just bring your food and you're ready to go. Much better than a hotel room. A short walk to the beach. Convenient parking as well. I would return again.

I’ve stayed at the Island Inn for six years, but this is the first time I reserved a room through airbnb instead of directly through the resort. Al made it so much easier than dealing with the resort staff. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was super clean. On the street side of the resort, but I don’t mind not having a beach view from the room. Loved the keyless entry as well; no worry about lost keys! Will definitely book through Al again for my next visit.

We loved our stay! The beach was super close with a ton of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The unit is good for two adults or two adults and a child. Al was quick to respond to texts/calls which made the check in process super easy. The unit was stocked with beach necessities (chairs, noodle, cooler etc) which made our beach trip super easy. Would definitely recommend this unit if staying in Treasure Island!

Paul and Maria have a charming studio. It comes stocked with all of the things a hotel would have and more! The location is absolutely wonderful- hidden, but still close to all of the excitement that Treasure Island has to offer. Their hospitality was perfect and their responses were quick. Expect nothing but the best, because they’ll meet all of your expectations.

Everything was great! It was reasonably priced, close to the beach and had all that we needed! Maria and Paul are wonderful hosts, plus the space is clean and cozy.

I had read previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised to see that they were all accurate. The place is all you need for a week get away. The location is beyond perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The communication with Paul and Maria was so easy. The extras they provide make the week better, chairs, towels, cooler and more. Treasure island really is just that a treasure. It was a great experience staying here and I would recommend this place to everyone and plan on coming back again!!!

This place is a hidden gem. The location to the beach is just amazing, quiet, the area is beautiful. The communication from the host is instant and the local tips give are fab. Will definitely stay with Paul again (lovely guy). Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Paul and Maria you made our last week of travelling so relaxing and welcome.

Great weekend getaway on the beach!

The best part about this place? The location. Six or so houses (and a two minute stroll) from beautiful, relatively quiet, Pass-a-Grille Beach. Cute and functional, I'd stay here again in a minute.

Such a lovely little apartment, just steps from miles of lovely white sand beaches. Easy walking to some great restaurants, lovely beachfront bar, terrific local breakfast place (we like to dine out on vacation, so important to us) Place was clean & bright & very Floridian style, relaxing & comfy. Would definitely stay ther again.

We had an amazing week at the house. We walked the beach every morning and rode bikes at night. We looked in the folder for suggestions on where to eat and found an amazing (and new) rooftop bar at The Dewey restaurant. We come to Pass-a-grille often but this will be the most memorable.

Lisa’s space is in a great, quiet spot just about a block down the road from the most serene beach. Pass-a-Grille is sleepier than more northern parts of St. Pete’s, but that was perfect for me. The space is modest and perfect for one person or a couple. It would be a tight squeeze otherwise. Loved having a bike to cruise around and explore farther spots. Lisa gave great suggestions and was super responsive to any issues that arose. I can’t want to come back.

Great access to the beach.

This was the prefect space! It was a short bike ride to the beach, there was an essential oil diffuser and white noise machine. One night the toilet stopped filling with water. Phil responded within 5 minutes and came over and fixed it while I was out for dinner. This is one of the best places I've stayed on Air B&B.

Let's Flamingle is part of a very stylish newly renovated quadplex. It's close to great food, a brewery, and just a short walk from the beach. Walk or use the beach cruiser to bike up to 70th street and rent a comfy cabana for the day or use the chairs and umbrella included in the room.

Great value and amenities including beach towels and kitchenware. Fantastic location for mornings jogs/walks on St Pete Beach and afternoon adventures to Tierra Verde and Fort Desoto Park.

This little gem is a great find! The property is beautifully decorated and renovated. It’s convenient to lots of shops and restaurants and the beach is close by. I really appreciated the nice touches and Shaun responded quickly to my questions. It’s a good value and very comfortable. I look forward to returning there!

This place is SO CUTE! Definitely a great location. The amenities were great! As soon as you walked in it smelled clean. Everything was spotless! They provided everything you’d need to stay for a couple days. We had so much fun in St. Pete’s! We loved the outdoor area as well it was so cool and such a nicely atmosphere to relax in after a long day at the beach. Shaun was great to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our stay was amazing. Shaun and his family were very kind to our family in a hard season, and left little touches in the room for our girls. Let’s Flamingle was in a great location, very clean, and was exactly as described. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Also, go to Vito’s across the street! Delicious, NY style pizza!

It is small, but Dawn is super and you are very close to the beach, local restaurants and lots of green areas to walk your dog.

Enjoyed our stay! It’s a small / simple place, but meets all the basic needs. Great that we could bring the dog and Dawn provides a really helpful list of local spots and let’s you know which are dog friendly.

This space was everything I needed to make my quick stay in St. Pete/Tampa memorable and comfortable. For Dawn to even go out of her way with little touches & have the freezer full of fresh ice and all the trays pre filled, coolers and chairs available in the closet for any beaching I might do, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner and body wash readily available. Just wow. So thoughtful. I also LOVED the neon light display, so quirky and fun. Only think I would have changed about my stay is being able to hug Dawn to thank her for a fabulous last minute stay and to have met her dog lol. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome place, we would rent again! Directions and accommodations are as listed. Didn't try the brewery next door, but it was super close! Cute community of rental properties within a gated fence and shared outdoor amenities. Shower was a plus with two shower heads, plenty of hot water! Full kitchen for meal preps. We appreciated the coffee and wine. It wasn't as close to the beach as I thought but they had bikes for use if driving to a public access isn't for you. Easy check in and out process, we had a great time! Thanks again!

Just as described! The host was easy to communicate with and the space was super stylish and had all the amenities of home. The keypads on the doors made it easy to come and go as we pleased. We didn’t use the bikes or beach chairs because it was pretty chilly while we were there, but this was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend this place, and it’s much newer/more updated than 99% of hotels and “resorts” in the area.

We had a great stay at Shaun’s place in St Pete Beach! It was a cute stylish spot close to many restaurants and the beach. Shaun was quick to communicate and check in/out was very easy. Many special touches made it a memorable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Despite checking in late on a weeknight and notifying Shaun of some missing towels, he arrived within an hour with a fresh batch, a complimentary bottle of wine and case of beer. The room was quaint and well suited for a four person group. Would definitely recommend, and appreciate the awesome hospitality.

Perfect for a beach weekend!

Shaun was very professional and helpful when it came to the whole process. Everything was transparent making our experience that much better. The space was exactly how it was described, with cute themes to add to the excitement! The proximity to the beach and the shopping areas were close enough so we could walk! We spent one day at Madeira Beach which was a quick but beautiful 10 minute drive north. We left Saint Pete wishing we could've stayed a few extra nights! We will definitely be back.

Great, clean, friendly, comfortable place to stay

Very cute, stylish apartment to stay in! Comfortable bed, and the new heating unit was handy on my second chilly night. Surprise rainfall shower head! It rained during my stay, so I couldn’t try out the hammock, but the yard is adorable, and private. It was my first time in St. Pete, I’d stay at Shaun’s again, for sure.

Room will be on the outside with view of parking areas. Great common areas to relax in morning and evening. Fire pits and lighted atria. With an up charge you can have rooms fronting the atria or pool cabanas with a seating area. Coffee on site along with inside bar after 5:00 pm. Tiki bar on the beach frequented by a younger crowd but nice for oldsters too. Access to the beach and it’s amenities are its best asset.

Quaint place by the ocean...loved it!!

My friends and I had a blast here! The room we had was kind of small, but fit 4 people perfectly. The pool and tiki bar were absolutely amazing! Also being super close to the beach was a plus too! There was live music on the weekends which made it even more fun. They had a restaurant and a coffee shop too, so we really never had to leave if we didn’t want to. All in all we had a great time and I’m hoping to come back soon!

SUCH a cute space. Like an American Eagle ad. Will make you feel like you’ve stepped off your tour bus to take a dip in the ocean. GREAT happy hour by the pool with poolside service and a snack bar serving the best coconut shrimp. Also free coffee at the front desk in the morning. You’ll need it after all those $2 beers and frozé.

The location was perfect. Views and beach were even better than we expected, and David’s place had all the extras (beach towels, etc.) we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, no problems with the elevators. We will be back, and next time we’ll stay longer!

My husband and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the condo's location, grocery store is close, plenty of parking and a fun restaurant/ bar an easy walk. Best of all it is so close to the water, virtually right out the door. Sunsets from 6th floor are amazing! The apartment was a good size for the two of us, nicely equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

This condo is right in the beach including beautiful views and direct sunsets. The space itself is perfect for 2 people. There is a pool, grills, wifi, etc. It is as advertised. Treat yourself to a relaxing beach getaway at this spot.

A beautiful stay in a lovely condo right on the beach!

We picked this place for specific reasons. It was close to the Tradewinds where our conference was being held (but a lot more reasonably priced than the big hotel). It was on the beach, had a heated pool and hot tub, and most importantly two bathrooms. The place was sparkling clean (you could smell the clean when you walked in). The furniture was comfortable and the beach view was pretty good! We enjoyed several sunsets from that balcony. Communication with Margie was quick, kind and thoughtful. The office was helpful and very nice. (Look for the maintenance man who's friends with Basha the squirrel!) Dont forget to bring shampoo, dishwasher and laundry soap. Everything else including beach toys was provided. Very close to publix, a shell gas station, and some great restaurants. Thank you! We hope to be back some day.

Margies place is great location just south of public beach with a great private pool and grilling area and easy access to Publix grocery store. We had a great time and would recommend again!

Sun, Beach Views & Smiles describes Margie’s Condo & St. Pete Beach exactly ! I spent many hours searching the web to find this very “special condo”. Making the final decision was a no brainer after touching base with our host Margie. The timely communication, easy to book reservations, hassle free check-in, wonderful 7 day stay in clean beautiful condo & for sure all the amenities included exceeded our expectations. This journey to take my wife back to St. Pete Beach where we honeymooned 46 years ago was a surprise for my wife. It had to be right. Now we didn’t stay at Margie’s place way back when. It’s far too new for that. However, if we could go back in time, I would book it again in a heartbeat ! Tim & Marian

My husband and i stayed here in between moving from Chicago to Florida. We had the best experience here. The location is perfect. The sunsets are GORGEOUS. You are literally on the beach, it’s a stones throw away. The kitchen has everything you’d need (even a keurig) and Publix is right across the street (in walking distance) if you missed anything. I even needed a little help with a parking situation and the owners and the property management were more than accommodating. So glad we found this gem!

Margie’s condo was just what we were looking for on our trip, and we were not disappointed! There were four of us in the group - my husband and I and our two children (6 & 8). We spent a week at Disney and then headed to St. Pete beach to relax for a few days before heading home. The condo was a perfect place for that. First of all, Margie and the other staff had contacted me numerous times prior to our arrival to welcome us and to provide some tips. Those were greatly appreciated and made us feel very welcome. Already we knew we were in good hands! When we arrived, the condo was exactly like the pictures - it was clean, updated, and provided good amenities. Everything worked well. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and a good washer/dryer (considering we didn’t do laundry on the first part of the trip). There was plenty of towels and linens. There was a bit of a problem with the cable when we first arrived, but we called the staff and they fixed it immediately (turns out that the previous renters had unplugged it, that’s it:). We had no problems getting connected to WiFi which was also great! Then, you can’t ask for more with the location! There is direct access to the beach! We would be able to take short breaks and come over by the pool (also awesome) a few times a day because it was so close! There are some beach toys in the closet in the unit, which were great for us because we only had room for a few in our own luggage. The pool area also has tables and grills available for renters. We ate dinner and lunch out there on two of the days, and it was perfect! It was shaded and had a nice breeze off the ocean- just what we were looking for. However, if you don’t want to cook you’re own food, there are so many options for dining out! One night we walked to get ice cream. We did take our car to a restaurant on another day, and the only problem we had was deciding where to go because there were so many good options! You also can’t overlook the fact that Publix is right across the street, which means you can buy everything and anything you would need (we did some shopping right when we got there). Right behind Publix is a marina which has many options for ocean excursions. We walked over there one day and did an excursion to Egmont Key for some exploring. It was so great to have this option within walking distance! Overall, it was a great place to stay for some relaxing time at the beach, and Margie and the building staff do a great job to make it a welcoming environment! We would stay here again if we venture out to St. Pete Beach in the future! Don’t hesitate to book this place! It will be perfect for your stay!

Sea Spray is a wonderful place to stay, only a short walk to the beach. It is difficult to miss a sunset due to the convenience. It is located in the nicer part of town. The place is well maintained and the owner is very communicative. The kitchen has everything we needed, though we went out most of the days as there are many nice places to eat in the area. We rented a car and the street parking at Sea Spray was no problem at all. Highly recommended.

You can expect short walks to the beach , great food and a very comfortable bed . The area is perfect for two adults . I wouldn’t try and squeeze anymore into this space . The kitchen is stocked well enough to toss together some very creative meals for two . November is a great time to vist .

Great spot 1 minute walk from the beach. Provides everything you need. Didn’t expect the host to leave charcoal for the grill but was surprised when there was charcoal and paper to start the grill! Defiantly has the house stocked with everything you could need during your trip.

This is a great Airbnb. First, the location ... you can't get closer to a brewery. And while the food wasn't amazing (it's just a food truck), the beer was excellent and so convenient. The home is walkable to downtown St. Pete Beach and to the beach itself (~15 min). It's not exactly a cute area, but nothing wrong with it and certainly felt safe enough. The home itself is very nice. Beds are comfortable, AC in each room, and a good layout for our family with the separate room with two twin beds. The shared outdoor space is great. Kitchen supplies were a bit sparse, but we've come to expect that with Airbnbs. Communication was great. The owners checked in multiple times, and everything was very clear. Accessing the home was easy, though we did have some trouble with the front door lock. Overall, I'd highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to be in St. Pete Beach in a comfortable home. Thanks for the great hospitality!

This place was incredible. Shaun and his team go above and beyond expectations in every way they can. They provided us with local things we could do, ways to get there, ALL the things!! The place was beyond sparkling clean and SO cute to add. The communication was clear and we got responses very quickly, even for a short notice stay. We were beyond impressed with this beach house, how cute it was, and the way we felt at home. No questions about it, we will be back to visit again! The Space is great - compact and super clean. Shaun is an awesome communicator and was all over everything we needed, made check in and our stay super easy. We didn't get a chance to check out the brewery RIGHT NEXT DOOR, but never fear, we will be back!

Cute, comfortable space with great access to the beach. Would definitely recommend. Pool is nice and warm. Just be aware that the unit is upstairs if that is an issue. Access to laundry is a bonus (you don't need quarters as you can use a credit card). The restaurant next to the beach only has outdoor seating, just to be aware in case you are there when the weather is on the cooler side. Beach towels are not included but there are chairs and beach toys.

This was truly my oasis during a very busy family wedding gathering! It was so easy to freely & quietly come and go as I needed for family activities. The bed was extremely comfortable which was essential to my sleeping well even after getting in late every night from babysitting for family. This condo is AMAZING! Right on the beach and amazing view for sunsets and eating breakfast out front. We saw a bunch of dolphins each day! Clean space, responsive to questions before booking, and more amenities than we could have imagined! We would love to come back and stay here!

Pictures don’t even do the unit justice. It is so clean and beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want or need. Everything is organized and check in-check out was a breeze. Jason And Melissa respond super fast to any questions or comments. The location can’t be beat. 20 paces to the sugar sand beach with amazing sunsets and super nice locals. Even the wildlife was friendly-we made friends with a great blue heron who was very happy to eat a few little fishes my husband caught with his cast net. Caddy’s on the beach has amazing Bloody Marys and breakfasts and KaTiki has amazing live music and a fun crowd.

We loved Melissa and Jason's condo! The location was as close to the beach as you could get, and the sunsets we're stunning. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with anything and everything you could need for a beach vacation! We would definitely rent here again!

A place you truly can’t pass up! A king bed in the master bedroom super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking items you would need. Comfortable front room area with nice T.V. Bathroom nice and clean. Plus steps away from the pool and beach.

We came here for a wedding and decided to make a vacation out of our trip. John's place was perfect for what we needed. His place was very clean and convenient. It was just steps from the beach and less than a mile away from our venue. It was also walking distance from bar/restuarants. Some of our favorites were Rick's Reef, Paradise Grill and Willys. Had a great time.

Great location very close to Treasure island beach, and close to great restaurants and breweries. It's also directly across tennis courts. Place was sparking clean and had nice amenities like coffee and beverages, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sun screen, tennis raquets and balls, and Graco pack and play. Christina’s place was one those places that entices you to say wow when you walk in, super clean, nicely renovated with a beachy feel, an over abundance of extras, kitchen well stocked for making meals, everything thing you might need during your stay was provided down to the smallest detail. Building and neighbourhood felt safe and secure, easy walk to beach. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

Wow, what an amazing stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Airbnb. Christina’s place was clean and filled to the brim with thoughtful additions to make our stay enjoyable and seamless! Her pride of ownership and genuine interest in you having the best time possible was evident as soon as we walked in the door. I traveled alone with my three young children. We were looking forward to a low key vacation to swim in the pool and relax by the beach. It was a perfect spot to do just that:) I loved the location! The pool was right outside your door, park next block over and the beach just a short walk around the corner. We had a great experience all around!

This place is great. A short walk to Sunset Beach and a quick drive to downtown St. Pete. It’s quiet and the place is clean with some great extras like an umbrella for the beach l and lots of beach towels. My fave was the fresh fruit/snacks and drinks.

Pat & Gerry were top notch hosts. We really enjoyed the attached patio area and the proximity to the beach, pool, and many great restaurants! Downtown St Pete Beach is within walking distance and the Sunday market was great!

Very enjoyable for a quiet few days. Easy to get to the beach, up and down the boulevard, and everywhere. Good for day trips to Sarasota, Tarpon Springs, Tampa. We especially enjoyed the arts scene in St. Petersburg. Heated pool was nice, too.

Great location, so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels, beach chairs, etc. There was snacks and a bottle of wine waiting when we got there. Also a close walk to many restaurants and bars.

We arrived late after a flight delay. It was great to arrive to find some snacks and even our choice of a bottle of wine or a beer in the fridge. The next morning we were very happy to find coffee, milk, eggs, etc. in the fridge. Great start to our trip. There's a couple of convenience stores and a Publix not too far away for groceries, snacks. The condo was very clean. Plenty of bath towels, beach / pool towels. There were even beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Speaking of, leaving the door to being on the beach takes two minutes. The location is outstanding. We have stayed in the area before and really like it. If you walk a couple blocks to Corey Ave there are some great more local type restaurants and bars. If you head out to the beach to the left there are several fun beach bars with live music. There's a great pizza place we make sure to go visit a block away. It's amazing. Pat and Gerry were very quick to respond to questions and were all around the super hosts as advertised. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pat and Gerry’s place is such a cozy beach hideaway in an amazing location! Literally a minutes walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Many more restaurants and activities are within a short Uber ride, even downtown St. Petersburg. Pat and Gerry were super thoughtful hosts with amazing recommendations, and provided very thoughtful touches at the Airbnb! 10/10 would definitely recommend booking with them!

Dawn was very responsive, communication was always immediate. The courtyard made for a nice, friendly, social atmosphere where the pups could play with each other, and guests could co-mingle. Very unique, and it added some unexpected fun to this solo traveler's plans.

Dawn's beach getaway has everything for a great vacation. We loved hanging out in her fenced in patio where dogs socialize as well as people. With a fountain, gas fire, twinkling lights, and Dawn as a great host, it was the perfect welcome after our long drive to Florida. The apartment is well designed for a couple's extended stay, with windows that open to the sea breezes, or good a/c when needed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. Dawn has thought of everything, including beach gear you can borrow. Parking is tight but off the street and free and right there. And dogs are not only welcomed but celebrated. Easy, short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. This is low-key Florida, where it's time to relax. Dawn makes it easy. Thank you!

Lovely little space near the beach

Dawn was amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Including keeping an eye on our pup as we headed to the beach ❤️ we took a little romantic getaway and her studio was the perfect location and super cozy and homey. Thank you Dawn for making it a stress free get away for us!

Great location

Dawn was very responsive and helpful at all times. This place is in a quiet neighborhood an easy 2.5 block walk to the gorgeous public beach. Beach supplies, including a wagon, are available. The courtyard is lovely with lots of tables and seating, and fenced for dog use. We were very comfortable and had everything we could need. The place was just as described and pictured. Wonderful Italian bakery, German restaurant, and seafood market all within a couple of blocks!

Great location by the beach and super cute courtyard to hang out in in the back. We stayed for a week and they were so nice and brought us pie on Christmas :)

This studio apartment is very clean and well appointed. It is in a safe area and only a block off Sunset Beach. The hosts are great and communication and response is excellent. We highly recommend this property and hosts and can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful week we had celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. The studio apartment was so convenient to walk either a block to the beach or two blocks to the famous “Caddy’s”. Lots of great restaurants in the area and shopping too. Maria and Paul were wonderful hosts. Any questions we had they answered immediately. We would definitely go back again.

Paul was a great host, quick and clear communication. Two minute walk to the beautiful beach. Located in an amazing neighborhood with the cutest houses and gardens that is nice to stroll around. Close to everything you need, and not too far from Downtown St. Pete and Tampa. Lovely AirBnB; veryy comfy bed, coffee and brita included!

We had a lovely stay at Paul and Maria's cozy studio apartment. The location was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. We enjoyed grilling some grouper on the provided grill. We also found the beach chairs and umbrella very useful for the beach! We definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great place. Pizza and other basic amenities are close. If you visit St Pete please visit Pass-a grille beach. The closest beach that you can enjoy have spend a day is about 10 minutes away. Gulf BLvd has great places to eat. The place was awesome and quite. Neighbors were great. We will go back again

We had a great stay at Shaun's place. The bikes provided were awesome and we used them almost everyday. The beaches in St. Pete are beautiful and we ate at some great restaurants. Definitely check out Chophouse 1200 - one of the best steaks I've ever had.

This is my second stay at Dawn's unit. The value for the unit is unbelievable. Very clean and very comfortable. She is an absolute pleasure to work with as I travel for work at very odd hours and she has accommodated. Pet friendly as well! Five stars all around.

Great apartment in a nice location.

What an adorable little place! Dawn has added some very cute decorating touches to turn this little 1950s historic place into a memorable stay. It seems each of the rooms has their own cute character and decorating touches. Mostly, Dawn was the one who made staying at this place so pleasant. She treated my daughter to a delightful birthday cocktail when we returned from dinner and then turned on the fireplace outdoors so we could all laugh and listen to music and enjoy one another’s company. The other guests dogs were friendly and she has carefully fenced the center courtyard so everyone would feel safe with them running loose and playing. It was clean and quiet to stay there. The parking spots are indeed narrow and takes some skillful parking. The walk to the beach was very quick and, indeed, it was just a few more blocks down the beach to some fun places to grab a glass of wine and a further walk took us to the wonderful restaurant Rum Fish. We ate a three course dinner there and the wall sized fish tank was amazing as was the fine dining. The room 4 we had was tiny but for a night it worked. I slept perfectly in the comfortable bed. In the morning there was some flavored coffee or decaf to choose from from Duncan Donuts. The coffeemaker is on top of the fridge as there’s not an electric outlet by the sink. We could have cooked as well as there is a full size refrigerator and small but very tidy equipped kitchen. All in all we’d recommend this cute space to stay for the lovely social interaction and accessibility to a beautiful white sand beach and restaurants just a few blocks away.

My stay at Jeffrey's place was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling on business or pleasure.

I was in town for a business trip and stayed 2 nights. I may always look for AirBnBs moving forward because the convenience of a completely self check-in process like Jeffrey’s is immense! Everything was clean and orderly. I never had any issues with sharing the bathroom with the 1 other guest and having a full kitchen and living room is a huge benefit. Easy access, easy parking and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

Love staying at The Post Card Inn. It is very central to many great spots in St. Pete including Woody's, RumFish Grill, Sola Bistro, Larry's Ice Cream and more. At the hotel, there are great amenities including a coffee shop, buffet breakfast, great outdoor spaces including spaces to relax (fire pit, chairs, etc.), a nice pool and great beach bar. Beach also offers chairs and umbrellas for guests to rent. Great home base to also explore downtown St. Pete which is booming with shops, restaurants and more.

Whenever we go to St Pete Beach this is our go to place to stay. Mary Ann and Rob are great. We have enjoyed their hospitality, and appreciate the value of a neat apartment in a great location close to restaurants etc. There are small, lot sized "parks" nearly next door that face onto the water, and a larger park as well about a hundred yards away. Perfect for us since we enjoy fishing from the bank, and watching for dolphins. Beaches are about a twenty minute walk or a few minutes drive away.

We decided to spend Christmas in St. Pete Beach. Mary Ann was quick to respond to any questions and made sure that our check-in was a smooth one. The location is great. Just a few minutes from St. Pete Beach and under 20 min to both downtown St Pete and Fort de Soto Park. There is even a parking spot right in front of the Air B&B. The kitchen was perfect for us on the nights we decided to dine in. The best part? This place was spotless. I mean, by far the cleanest Air B&B I have ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again if we ever need another beach getaway.

Mary Ann's place was very clean when we arrived. We could not check in until 3, but Mary Ann let us drop off our luggage while the place was being cleaned. The location is very convenient with a lot of food options nearby, and it is a relatively easy walk to the beach. Mary Ann was responsive and gave us tips and places with our stay. Mary Ann's place is a very good option to stay at St Pete's Beach.

Mary Ann's apartment is a small semi-detached bungalow, that is located in a quiet part of St Pete Beach. The building itself is charming and has all the facilities that you need to have a great stay. Mary Ann is a great host and was easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure that I had all that I needed whilst I was there.

The House was clean and the neighborhood ist beautiful. We had everything we needed. Mary Ann even had some beach equipment, witch was very helpful. We would definitely recommend to stay here.
