Dear Robert I Sandra, Thank you again for having the opportunity to delight me with your hospitality, simplicity and attention in this once demanding hospitality world.

The location is good and the place is important.

The accommodation was excellent, everything is as it is in the description. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and basic cooking utensils. The view from the balcony is on the high school, the old part of the city and the sea can be seen little. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the center. There is a large grocery store nearby.

A really nice and cosy place with a nice view. The hosts where really kind, warm and thoughtful. I really liked the communication. Will definitely visit again!

It was everything as expected. The equipment and condition corresponds to the price. The communication with the host was impeccable. The location of the apartment is ideal. Short ways to the center, to the shopping possibilities and to the beautiful nature park. You can do without the car.

We really enjoyed our stay . Slobodan was there to welcome us and give us some local information. Secure parking for our car and easy walk to the town or beach. We had our own outdoor terrace where we could enjoy an evening drink .Would definitely stay again

Maja and her family were so warm and supportive. The apartment was clean, beautiful and obviously had loving care. From the beginning Maja helped us with local suggestions for places to eat and activities to enjoy. I would definitely stay at this apartment again, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to others. Great apartment in old town just steps away from restaurants and waterfront. As you’re above street level there’s no noise, and the air conditioning was a savior! Maja is a lovely host, present to great you and give you local tips but not overbearing. As mentioned the stairs are very steep and narrow but worth the climb.

Modern clean apt. in an amazing location right in Old Town of Rovinj. Maja and her husband were so warm and welcoming and gave us the best recommendations. Maja even let us do our laundry and took us to the best vendors at the local market. She was great at communicating and an amazing host. It takes a bit of effort getting up the stairs to the apt. but it’s totally worth it to be in the best location. Would highly recommend!

A clean, central flat - a perfect resting spot in the middle of a stunning city (if you're okay with stairs!) In Rovinj, GoogleMaps does not recognize where most addresses are, and parking is a 10-minute uphill trek away, so make sure to get detailed instructions from Maja. Overall, a lovely choice to see Rovinj and its surrounding area.

All liked it. Apartments in a quiet area, there is free parking. To the center of Rovinj 10-15 minutes on foot. The owner is very welcoming.

Great place: it's clean, there's airco, everything you need. They're also very friendly. It's a bit far from the old town of Rovinj if you have to walk. But you can hire a bike for 40kuna per day (tourist info center close by the apartment, don't hire a bike in the city center because it's more expensive). To conclude: definitely worth it!

Mina‘s flat are charmful in style, situated in a quiet neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk into the city center. Mina was very helpful and friendly. We recommend this place :)

Elvis was a great host! He is very friendly and replied quickly to any request. We even stayed one night longer than initially planned.

Mina and Elvis are very nice hosts. The room is perfect for a couple, it has a small kitchen to cook and it is equipped with all the basic necessities for your stay. It was perfectly cleaned. Would recommend and come back in the future!

As a welcome gift we got grapes from Jasna's own vineyard and chocolate. That is very nice and warm welcome! We had a great time at Jasna's place. Thank you Jasna for everything! :-)

Jasna’s apartment is lovely (clean and stylish and spacious) and Jasna was really kind, meeting us quite late for check-in, giving us loads of great tips about where to go and eat. The apartment is only a 15 minute stroll from the harbour and about 20 mins to the lovely forest to get to the beach. We will definitely recommended to family and friends!

Jasna is an excellent hostess. We were very welcome and felt at home. The communication with Jasna was very straightforward and fast. The apartment was very clean and the decor lovingly matched. The center was only 10 minutes walk. Opposite there is free parking and at the next corner a small supermarket. We would like to come back anytime :)

We had a wonderful stay at your accommodation thanks to you Jasna. You were one of the kindest and sweetest hosts I have ever met. You had a lot of recommendations for us. During our stay we always hade the opportunity to write you on Airbnb and get a quick answer. The space was more than clean with a beautiful interior. It was perfectly located. We could walk in 15 minutes to the small harbor and in 20 minutes we reached the church. A supermarket was one minute away and a lots of restaurants were in walking distance (2min plus).

We felt at home immediately at Jasna's place. It was super clean, had a balcony with enough space to eat or drink and had a nicely decorated interior with everything you would need. Also she has prepared a list of her favorite places and useful tips to navigate around Rovinj - very cool! Communication was very easy and friendly. The appartment is perfectly located - around a 15 minutes walk from the beautiful old town with free parking across the street from the house and without any noise disturbances from tourists. Would recommend it to anyone!

The appartment was great, it was very clean and very nicely furnished. Our favourite spot was the balcony, very very cute and quiet. Jasna is such a great host and was ready to answer all of our questions and requests. There is a minimarket just down the road and a very nice restaurant wich was reccomended to us by jasna (and it was good indeed :) ) . The position is great, there is a pretty big parking lot just in front of the house, you can reach the old town very easily by just walking for 10 minutes, by choosing to move your car you can reach the “ punta corrente “ park in just 3 minutes and a lot of bigger supermarkets if you need to do some specific shopping. You should definitely check this place out !!

Rovinj is a beautiful place and the apartment is everything we could have hoped for. it was lovely and clean, in a great position and decorated with style and beauty. We absolutely loved staying there. Lada was so welcoming and helpful and we thank her for making our visit more special.

We found old Rovinj to be a delightful little city and enjoyed walking through the amazing storybook streets with the laundry hanging above like colorful banners! The waterfront with the saxophone player and live music in the restaurants, all was picturesque and perfect. The apartment was located in this maze of streets but it was incredibly easy to find after Lada led us and pointed out the landmarks. She is an incredible host and was so helpful and gave us very good advice. The parking place they have is well worth it and is in a safe and quiet church courtyard. Lada had beer and fruit in the refrigerator for us which was so nice after traveling. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and nice shower. We loved the shuttered windows that we could open and look down into the street, which was actually quite quiet. We would love to return to Rovinj one day and stay at Lada and Cristian’s place!

Studio apartment is located 20 minutes leisurely walk from the sea. Near a large supermarket. The house is great! Location in a quiet place. The apartment is sooooo clean, comfortable, comfortable, and big! There is everything you need! The owner is very friendly, caring and it is clear that he loves his house. Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment – super comfortable, amazing location, and Mara was very responsive. Washing machine (and indoor drying rack (was a huge bonus, and the apartment is truly soundproof when the windows are shut all the way. Helpful for Lightsleepers like us! We would come back in a heartbeat – highly recommend it if you are lucky enough to stay in Rovinj!

Apartment perfectly located, overlooking the port, sufficiently equipped. Laura greeted us in person and she helped us get our luggage to the third floor. There is a restaurant downstairs so potentially noisy in high season. A nice stay!

Perfect location to enjoy Rovinj. Beautiful sea view, very close to all the restaurants (don’t get sucked into the restaurants by the harbor, go back and wander the hills and streets), so close to swimming just a quick walk up the streets. Parking is kind of far away and it was hard for us to find our way to the apartment after parking, but instructions on finding parking itself were very clear and easy. Parking feels safe, we weren’t worried even though our car was far away. Rovinj is a dream and I’m so glad we chose this particular apartment, it was just really lovely. Good bed. Shower does lose hot water fairly quickly.

The apartment is very central. The parking is within walking distance. If you open the windows you are in the middle of the city. are the windows closed it’s quietly. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The communication was great and we had a great time.

A perfect appartment to explore in Rovinj: Placed next to the harbour, you will reach any site in no time. The street is a bit noisy, but the appartment is on the third floor and has sound-proofed windows, so it is actually nice and quiet. There is a bakery, a supermarket and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Stylish place, great location, and easy access to a pretty swimming area. Even though this lovely place is located in the old city area, which is lively at night, you can close the windows and have complete silence. Brilliant!

Robert’s places was exactly as advertised. We shared good communication throughout the process and Robert was so kind to give us a personal introduction to the apartment. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and you have a nice sea view. Sandra left us homemade cookies which was a lovely and thoughtful touch, they are delicious! Thank you. :)

Very good accommodation - 5 min to the old town and the sea and perfect for the cold season due to central heating.

The location is excellent, there is a supermarket not far, and you can walk to the old city in 5 minutes. Parking is convenient and has its own parking space. Hygiene and quiet, and also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise clouds on the balcony. Glad to stay here, very cozy stay.

Amazing place! Two large bedrooms, each with a balcony, as well as a kitchen which also has a balcony. Robert was a very friendly host. One minor issue was that the wifi was very slow in the bedrooms. But other than that the place was amazing!

Great place to stay at when in Rovinj. We had an apartment on the 2nd floor, which means walking 6 flight of stairs, but it's worth it because of the location: stores, restaurants, city center are at walking distance. You can park your car in the courtyard, Robert gives you lots of tips and responds fast, and there's amazing homemade strudel as welcome. ACThe apartment is clean, plenty of room, and blinds in front of the windows to block the sun, you can cook yourself and enjoy drinks on the balcony with a great view.

In this apartment was thought of everything. In the equipment was paid attention to all details. Everything was available and Sanja very hospitable and helpful. I would check in again anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Small studio with all amenities including fully equipped kitchens, tv, nice bathroom. It is extremely well located, right in the center a few steps from the main square in Rovinj. Sanja and her friends have been very helpful and very patient saw all the worries that I met and they helped me solve. I recommend this little studio

Ivona's place is just perfect! Located on a charming cobblestone street in the heart of old town, it is a great location for seeing the sights. The terrace is just lovely and a great place for meals or a glass of wine. As a solo traveller without a car, I found it very easy to find my way around and very secure. It is easily walkable to most everything. It is close to the farmer's market, groceries, the seaside and (my favorite) pizzerias! I really appreciated the kitchen for cooking up my breakfast and dinners. The beach is nearby and a lovely walk along the harbor and the stunningly beautiful Adriatic shores in a nearby park kept me busy for hours. It is even better than pictured and I would absolutely recommend! Hope to stay here again in the future. You will not find a better value! Hvala, Grazie, Thank you, Ivona!

Studio was perfect for a 2 person stay. Ideally located just moments away from the the buzz of the old town, yet quiet and tranquil . Terrace was particularly great for having breakfasts.

Ivona's place is in a super ideal location, just a 2 minute walk from the old town and iconic harbour. The space is a good size, and the balcony is a really special space to relax with a coffee or wine, or maybe just some tea!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Ivona. The apartment is located in the old town and is equipped with everything important. The studio is very quiet and has a nice sunny balcony. Good for breakfast. The apartment has a parking lot which is within five minutes walking distance. It is not possible to drive to the apartment by car. Elvis Ivona's husband picked us up from the parking lot and transported the luggage to the apartment. Thanks again.

We just got back from a six day stay at Daniel´s place in Rovinj. We can´t praise it enough! The apartment is a piece of jewellery in the middle of the old town. Location is perfect, We are a familiy of four and it was just right for us. For two couples might be a bit crowded but it would also work for four friends. The apartment is beautifully designed, we had everything we needed, the aircon was a god send after a long day on the beach, although we didn`t need it at night so it was perfect! Wifi works nicely. Daniel was there to greet us upon arrival with a cold bottle of white wine which was greatly appreciated. Daniel is a lovely person and is always there for you, always reachable and extremely friendly. His dog Luna is always with him, she will bark at you every time, but after a cuddle she´s be fine, she´s a sweet dog, just make sure you don´t go on her tail ;-) We absolutely loved our time in Rovinj, we loved the apartment and the whole experience. We felt really lucky to be staying at Daniel´s place and it was always a joy to get back to it. The beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful and spacious and the kitchen is great. The place is in the middle of everything, but at night is really quite as it´s all pedestrianized around there. It ´s also really safe so the kids were always outside playing with the cats. Thanks Daniel, we had an amazing holiday!

The apartment is more than beautiful, just as shown on the picture, located in a pittoresque narrow little street in the old part of town, from where you can get everywhere very easily. Daniel is a lovely person and perfect host! We highly recommend this place and will definately come back

The place is great and right in the heart of Old Rovinj. Be prepared for a climb up the hill and for some steep stairs! Also be aware the are three apts in the same shared space.

This is a beautiful space with a lovely patio in a great location. Free secure parking and a large garden for your furry friend if you bring one. They even have a family of local turtles, who were still hibernating when we were there. Their sweet dog Diva is irresistible and a perfect hostess. Massimo knows EVERYONE in town and it seems most of Croatia so he can arrange anything you need or advise you. Take his restaurant tips, you won’t go wrong. His warmth and kindness turned our Airbnb experience into a stay with close friends. We are already booking to go back and see him and his beautiful wife!

We had a great time! Massimo and his wife are very friendly hosts. Checkin and checkout was uncomplicated - even though we had to leave on 01.01. in the morning. Massimo was responsive whenever we had questions. We had everything we need in the comfortable and cozy apartment.

Massimo’s place is an ideal spot for exploring Rovinj. It is an easy walk to the town center. I loved coming back to the apartment after my daily wandering. Massimo was easy to reach and helpful in every particular. Highly recommend!

Lovely roomy space, hosted very well by massimo. Short walk gets you into old town, bakery is nearby. Property is up a cul de sac... so quite private even though not far from a main road.

This is a fantastic place, with super fantastic hosts and fantastic gorgeous dog, Diva, in tow! Great location too! It takes 5/10 minutes to reach the center and the marina! The apartment is fabulous,with everything you need, from iron to hairdryer. Massimo and Andjiana are super helpful, so if you're lazy and can't be bothered to read and research rest assured they'll help you with everything! From which restaurant to go, to how to hire a bike etc. They also own a shop in town which is called Kurakura and it's located in Zednac 15 in Rovinji and it's full of the most amazing things!!! Please go there and visit! Our was a short break and we enjoyed it very much and we'll definitely come back!!!!

Massimo is really a great host, very hard-working, with good tips - more like a buddy than just a tourist-oriented professionals

We had great 8 days at Massimo's place! The apartment is very comfortable and has even more than the basic stuff that other Airbnb apartments offer. The apartment has a very big balcony where you can enjoy an relax any time. The apartment is also very well suited for people like us traveling with a dog. Massimo and his wife are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed a lot talking with them and they took perfect care of us answering all our questions very quickly. We would love to come back again!

This is a cozy small studio apartment in a nice location in the old town. It is simple but has everything needed to sleep and do some cooking if needed. Check in is easy with a local management office very near by, and communication with the owner is quick, accurate and helpful. No aircon but dehumidifier and fan were all I needed.

Susan’s studio is the perfect spot to enjoy Rovinj! The location is very central and close to everything. Rovinj is a perfect base city so we can explore lots of breathtaking places such as Motovun, Porec, Pula, Bale etc. we never met Susan in person but she was extremely helpful with fast answers for everything we needed. The people who takes care of the studio, Elim agency, was very kind as well. I definitely recommend this place to visit!

If you are looking for a sweat 2 person apartment in the old town of Rovinj, this is the place to go. The location is just perfect, right next to the sea and the big market. The cathedral is 3 minutes walk and everything else is reachable by foot in a matter of minutes. The place is clean and has everything you need for a couple of days stay. WiFi is great, toilet as well. You have a fridge, tv... The only thing that might be an issue is the air flow because it's in a basement. If you open up the windows, people can see you from the streets so you loose on some privacy there. Anyways, you need it 10 minutes to be open in order to get some air to circulate. Susan and her property manager Elvis where super helpful and kind which made our trip even better! Thank you again, we will be seeing each again for sure. Tamara and Petar

Susan's apartment is definitely a go if you like to spend the night in a central location. It is right in the old center, which we really liked! What is good to mention, I think, is that the apartment is facing the street. There is no air conditioning, but with the windows open it is perfectly cool, but this ensures that you hear a lot of outside noise. With a few earplugs we were no longer bothered by this. The apartment is small and basic, but has everything you need for a place to sleep in Rovinj. Susan is very helpful even from a distance. Received all the information we needed via email, really great!

Marija's place is beautiful and very well furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is well located and it may seem trivial but the fact that there is choices of wine and beer glaces makes the little touches well appreciated. Would definitely come back.

Our family of four loved our stay in Marija's place. The apartment is much nicer on the inside than on the out. Location is great, a short 10-15 minute walk to historic down town. 5 minutes to the nearest market. Only 5 minutes from some wonderful restaurants as well. We'd highly recommend for future travelers

My stay at Enricos was completely perfect...he was so helpful and friendly with a lot of great suggestions. The check in was perfect and smooth, Helena the cleaning lady is so sweet and helpful. They both went above and beyond my expectations and I'm so grateful. The apartment is incredibly charming and beautiful...there's honestly nothing that could have been better about it. The town is warm and welcoming and definitely stays with you after you leave, you'll be trying to plan the next time you can visit. The house is truly a pearl, cute, functional, clean in a perfect location. The view of the square has something magical and the sea is very close. Also very close to the port to move to the islands, the nearest is 5 minutes away by boat and is splendid. Highly recommended!

The flat is in the really center of Rovinj, in a quiet position. It’s beautiful and perfect for two guests. The host was very kind and helpful giving us informations about restaurants, beaches and so on. We found a couple of minor problems that were fixed in a really short time. Maybe the price was a little high, but we stayed in the mid of August.

Many Thanks to Enrico who Took good care of is while staying in Rovinj! This little apartment is a unique spot right in the heart of the Rovinj! We really have to emphasise the amazing location. The apartment is small but nice. It has everything you need and you have all the possibilities in the immediate vicinity due to the central location. Enrico is a great host who is always available and takes care of everything (problems, tips, recommendations, etc.). We had a nice holiday and can absolutely recommend it!

Jenny place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. The whole place made us feel at ease. I would definitely come again!

When I arrived, I was embarrassed because it was a little different from the address on Airbnb. There was a staircase at the entrance to the building and the entrance to the room, but I put my luggage in and went up comfortably! However, it was raining when I checked out and the stairs were slippery. The room was clean and convenient to use. I was in the middle of the toilet paper, so I had to buy it separately (I'm worried about not selling one). Quick response and kind response will help you stay there! The location is great in the center of the old town!

The location is great and I loved it as soon as I got home !! It was so clean and everything I needed and nothing was inconvenient for the apartment. This price is very satisfied at this price! The only drawback is that if the carrier is heavy, the stairs might be hard. However, my host's brother helped me check in. We had a great week. The apartment is functional-great shower, - good beds, - everything was clean. The way to the center and the beach is not far and a small shop and a good restaurant are very close. Family mladen is very nice and always strives to make the stay as comfortable as possible and to answer all questions. It was good that we could use the beautiful roof terrace for ourselves.

Mladen was a wonderful host, very welcoming. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean, it was a perfect place for our short stay.

We were Heuer, the first time at Mladen home and we can highly recommend it! The whole family is just adorable, they took care of us with all their heart and helped us with all our delivery! His wife even gave us some home-baked cake, and he was just a dream. The apartments are very well equipped and partly in new condition. His wife takes care of the apartment, so there is no thick mattress and you will not find any dust, it is all extremely clean and nicely prepared. In the fridge we even found some water and cookies as a welcome. So if you manage to book a room, you are definitely in the best hands of Rovinj!

This is probably the cleanest Airbnb apartment I have ever stayed in. Sparkling clean! ☺️ with a great terrace for breakfast or a glass of wine in the fresh air. Good location with walking distance to the center of the city and the nearest beach and grocery shop. The hosts were super helpful and lovely.

It's a 15-minute walk from downtown Robin. I rented a bicycle and Robin was warm and the weather was good for walking, but it was a little scary to go too late because the sun set early. The hostel itself is so tidy and much more stylish and pretty than the photos. The bathrooms are spacious, well equipped kitchen and most of all, the roof terrace view is very nice. The host was very friendly and picked up the bus station. It was a place where I felt kindness and consideration everywhere.

It was a really nice apartment, not very big but cozy and equipped with everything you need. Location is great, walking 15-20minutes to city center and 10mins to the beach. Communication with host was perfect, he was nice, kind and very helpful. We had a romantic diner on his terrace, which was so joyful. Recommended!

Major learning of our trip was that Rovinj is a great place even in the winter season! Sure we had luck with the wether but the lack of crowds/tourists was also very pleasant. In the center of the Old Town the night was silent as on the countryside.

Miran's apartment in Rovinj was perfect for our three-night stay. The location is very central, right in the heart of the old town. For a small apartment, everything had its place and we found all amenities functional and a fantastic use of space. We especially appreciated the tv which we could pull out towards the bed! Miran had excellent communication and it was a real bonus being able to park our car just outside of town, secure and free of charge. Being both dropped off at the apartment and picked up at the end of the stay was a really nice additional touch. Great hospitality and stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Rovinj! The accommodation was better then we expected. Great design, nice and clean, AWESOME SHOWER!, all kitchen gadget's that you need, flat is really in center, bed was cozy, television is pretty big and get german channels :-D AND (really mediterranean and useful) the flat had a draggable clothes line under the window. SO COOL. The view is awesome, rovinj in itself is awesome, a great bay is pretty close (approximately 10min) called monte beach. If we'll come back we would definitely check in again dear Miran! The only complaint we have is that the parking lot is far away. That was not really readable from the description. According to google 17 min and thats unfortunately the truth. For this reason, we could hardly use our rental car because my friend has a walking disability. But the hole old town district of rovinj is not accessible by car! So half a point deduction ;) Miran was very nice and the pickup went frictionless! Thanks Ps: If your in rovinj you definitly have to visit the yoga centar sadhana! Om gives the best massage I have ever had ++

Can you keep a secret? This is the most amazing airbnb place I've stayed in! Only 50m from the harbour, right in the centre but with a quiet private balcony. The place is very stylish and has everything you need. We really enjoyed staying in this little gem. Sebastian has a parking space close by. Bring a rucksack or duffel bag as the old town has cobbled streets.

Perfect house for a week in Rovinj. Location is great - so close to the harbour and all its restaurants and bars - but so lovely and quiet. The terrace is the perfect spot for relaxing. Sebastian is extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions. If you require an airport transfer then do it through Sebastian - he'll get you great service at a good price. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone travelling to Rovinj and would love to stay there again one day.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town on a charming street. Really great location. Clean and spacious for apartments in such places. Friendly and obliging care from the management agency. A very comfortable bedroom. In the kitchen, everything you need. Very good quality for really little money.

The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. It is ideally located right in the middle of Rovinj in one of the many little cobble stone streets. You can walk almost everywhere within a few minutes. Although the apartment is at ground level, it was never too loud at daytime or nighttime. Everything worked well, me and my friends have nothing to complain about. I'd say the apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family. There is a comfy two-person bed in the bedroom with separeted mattresses and one or two peope could sleep on the couch in the living room/kitchen. The only thing the apartment does not have is a great view or a lot of sunlight. But if you are in Rovinj to be outside most of the time like we were, it is totally fine. As for the communication with the agency and the check-in/check-out, everything went very smoothly.

Everything worked fine. The apartment is localized very central - you are able to reach city center and the City "Beach" within some walking minutes!

We had a very nice time in Rovinj. You go from the bustling shopping street through an inconspicuous door and get into a quiet wünderschöne oasis in the middle of the city. We really enjoyed this peace. The only contact here are the very nice neighbors, who also provide you with fresh peppers and tomatoes from your own garden. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. We were able to park the car very safely and protected on a private property nearby. Moris, Luka and family were always available and super friendly. A nice place for a nice holiday.

However, what you should know: a part of the garden, which can not be seen in the photos, belongs to the neighboring house and there are always people here to drink beer

The house is in a prime location in Rovinj! If you want to be right in the center you are in good hands with Moris You come from the hustle and bustle of the main street in a green oasis, which is wonderful. The garden is a dream, everything available! The house has everything you need! The car can be parked 10 minutes away in the garden of the family. Four of us enjoyed the holiday very much! Everything absolutely recommended !!!!

The little house is beautiful and perfect for 2 to 3 people. We loved the garden with all the herbs and the possibility to have a barbecue. The location is perfect in the city center and there are plenty restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Morris and his family are super friendly and easy to reach. If we come to Roving again, we definitly would stay here again.

The property is quite phenomenal and a gem in the heart of Rovinj. The interior is a mix of original architecture and modern ammentities that provided us with an incredibly enjoyable and comfortable stay on our Holiday. The stairs to the second floor were not as steep as they tend to be in Rovinj which made it quite safe for our children. Ammentiies include washing machine, air conditioning on the both levels as well as two bathrooms. The supermarket and pharmacy are right around the corner making the location extremely convenient. The garden is a perfect start to the morning and a perfect end to a long day in the sun. Considering how central the location of the apartment is, it is unusually quite and almost inpossible to hear the surroundings. Morris is an imcredibly kind host always available and truly takes pride in this property amd to ensure his guests are extremly comfortable. It is kept impeccably clean. By far this is our favorite property in Rovinj and we will be back on our next trip. Thank you Morris!

Everything was perfect at Svetlana’s place! I warmly recommend it.

The Svetlana's Apartment and the assistance of Sister's Svetlana Dasha were more better then our expectations: since we arrived in Rovinj, considering we made a little mistake to approach to the wrong side of the town, Svetlana organized immediately with the Sister to come in 10 minutes and accompany us with our car to the apartment's corner way. During our stay Svetlana was ever available to respond at all our request of suggestion in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere (by the way: bear seriously their valid suggestions about restaurants and sites to visit, they are better then Trip Advisor...). The location of the apartment is fantastic to rich any destination. For parking I advise to go in the free park near the Gradska Knjiznica School, closed the roundabout in istarska ulica: In my opinion is the best solution, because this free park is at 1 km from the apartment and You won't have the problem to get coins continually or buying the daily ticket at the newspaper shop.

Everything was amazing. Apartment is specious and clean right in city centre. You have 10 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to old town Rovinj. Svetlana and her sister where really nice,friendly and helpful. They even gave us some extra hours in the apartment because we had a late flight. Very grateful for that. I would highly recommend the place.

It is not easy to park in Rovinj. Didn’t find free parking place. Parking fee should prepaid in case there will be fine about 80kn. We got a fine ticket there. Need to carry luggage to walk about 5 mins from the place where car can reach. But very close to the sea. Large room, have kitchen. I love Rovinj best during whole trip! Beautiful sunset and great live music show at night. Nice hostess!

This nice and cozy apartment had everything we needed, a good bed, nice couch that you can turn into relax mode, an shower, kitchen and even a mocca espresso maker. It's just a couple of minutes to the beach and you can even walk to the old town. The bikes come in very handy, it's great fun to drive through this nice town of Rovinj. I'd love to come back some day!

Nice clean studio and stylish! It was a bit far from the Old Town, but the bikes made up for it! Biking everywhere actually made up for it! We enjoyed getting to see much more than we would've by walking or driving. Another plus for this studio is the ease of parking your car. We enjoyed our time in Rovinj!

It was love at first sight. Daniel's place is gorgeous. The decor, dried and fresh flowers were wonderful. It is in an amazing location in the very center of Rovinj. We loved the studio apartment with a fantastic deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck. We got a little lost walking to Daniel's place, but he was extremely helpful in finding us and carrying our heavy bags. Fantastic service. He provided a map of Rovinj and gave us restaurant recommendations. The kitchenette was great and we used it to make breakfast every morning. The air conditioning worked very well. The only thing people should note is that the studio might not be great for people with mobility problems. There are 44 steps from the street to the studio. The comfortable king sized bed was low to the ground. Neither of these issues were a problem for us. We will happily stay in Daniel's place over and over. Daniel should be an Airbnb Super Host!

I would highly recommend this place. The bed is comfortable, with a lot of pillows. The outdoor deck was very nice and added space (even though it was raining). From the bathroom you could see the church. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Daniels place as it was located right in the middle of the old town and within walking distance of cafes, shops and the beautiful harbor. Daniel took the time to make activity suggestions and point out different venues on a map which helped orient us. The large balcony and washing machine were both welcome bonuses. Our studio was very stylish and inviting although at the top of some very steep stairs so if you have large pieces of luggage or have difficulty with stairs this might be something to take into consideration. We found that most of the apartments in the old sections of Croatian towns do not have elevators because of their age which we anticipated.

Danijel is a great host, very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at his place, which is perfectly located in the very center of the old town. The view from the appartment was magnificent. I would trully recomend Danijel and his appartment and we will for sure come back.

Svetlana place was in the best location . Very central but still not noisy . Not now at the end of September anyway . Very comfortable beds ,nice closets . Kitchen area is very small but we did not cook so that was fine with us . Very nice to have a washing machine . Svetlana’s sister lives in the building and she was very helpful if I needed some help . Perfect for 2 people. The bathroom and shower was good . I can recommend it
