It is a quiet studio where we can see green leaves of the trees from its windows, then we see the city of Rouen below as it is on the hill. It's easy to take the F1 bus and the metro. Michel is very nice and kind. I recommend this studio without hesitation!

A clean and modern little studio, which is small but didn’t feel cramped, felt more like a nice hotel room. It was cold in Rouen but the place heated up nicely. The room is on the ground floor beside the street but there are shutters for privacy and the road is pretty quiet. Self check in was very useful. Was so convenient I ended up booking a few extra nights. Would recommend.
