Carmen Rosenfeld apartment is a little paradise. Lovingly decorated, perfectly equipped (two bathrooms, two bedrooms, telephone, TV, WiFi, etc.) and its price all worth it (everything is new, the apartment is just become ready) we can give all available stars. The apartment is sound insulated and is to visit the Swabian Alb or Tübingen conveniently. Thank you Carmen for the great time, we will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It is an absolutely beautiful, modern, very clean and spacious apartment. We had plenty of room for ourselves and our 3 children. Jens was very kind and we had everything we needed. We were only stopping over for the night so can't say much about the area, although it was peaceful and very close to Castle Hohenzollern, where we went the next morning. Thank you Jens!

The place is large and roomy. All amenities where as described and the location worked really well for us. We even found a great playground not far away to keep our 4 year old busy during our downtime.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated and with love. She is very quiet and invites you to wander around in. At night you can relax in front of the stove comfortably or enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Rainer and Astrid have we not met, but arrival and departure was very straightforward. We had two wonderful days and will come back if it verschlägt us again in the vicinity.

We have the flat used as a transition when we moved from the US to Germany and were there more than a month. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated. Astrid and Rainer were great hosts and have done to make our stay to make everything as good as possible and were available at any time for questions or help. The area is rural and quiet but you have everything you need and more in the vicinity. If we could give more than 5 stars we would do it because everything was perfect.

It was definitely the best airbnb we ever had!! You can find everything you want in the kitchen which is clearly well equipped.. Home decoration is really tasteful and the whole house very bright. Cosy and confortable!! We recommend it !!

Tolle Gastgeber, eine mehr als großzügige Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in einer absolut ruhigen Lage und trotzdem optimal zum Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung lädt in jedem Punkt ein, sich in diesen "fremden" 4 Wändenzu Hause zu fühlen. Ich kann Sie jedem nur ans Herz legen.

Highly recommendable. We stayed for a week this summer. Two adults, one kid (4). The apartment is about the right size. Not too big but not too small either. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is limited in space but well assorted. We managed to prepare diners and breakfasts, so not a big deal. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. All the houses take great care of their gardens. Flowers everywhere and fruit trees too. A very relaxing and pleasant place. From there we managed to visit most of the Black Forest area: from Baden-Banden (north) to Freiburg (south) to Konstanz (east). (center as well). Some implied a couple of hours of driving but was worth the effort. Rosemarie and Gunter were very kind and made us feel at home. They were very patient with us given that our German was very limited.. :) Overall, we would certainly recommend the place. If you live in a city, you'll love the quietness and freshness of the area. We miss it so much!

The apartment of Irmgard had everything we needed (2). Each of us had a separate bedroom, which was prepared for an extra charge. In the kitchen was well cook something in the evening. Irmgard was very friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful view of nature and of the Swabian Alb.

Rosemarie was ver friendly. She brochures ready to view and willing answered questions about the area.

Such a great place. We were on our way from the Hohenzollern Castle to the Black Forest, and this was the perfect stop. The apartment was really nice, much nicer than we had anticipated. In a beautiful, residential neighborhood within walking distance of the quaint downtown. Steffen and his family were very helpful, speaking English with us, since our German is non existent. A perfect place to stay on your trip through Castle Country.

We stayed here to explore Hohenzollern Castle and the Black Forest area. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and Steffan and his wife are very accommodating. There is a lot of space for two people - my favorite part was the kitchen for making an omelet in the morning. The landscape in this part of Germany is beautiful.

I was met by the hosts' wife and son who were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect. The area is quiet and easy to get to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment.

A perfect experience in every way. Communication was rapid and clear. checking in was easy and simple. The apartment was larger than we were expecting... plenty of space for our group of two adults and two children. We had a wondered stay. Gabi is a fantastic hostess, we had everything we needed and the apartment was well equipped. Great communication before and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Gabi is a sweetheart and very welcoming. Her home is lovely and we truly enjoyed staying there. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the pictures and was a great place for enjoying our black forest adventures. we spent most of the days out of town, so didn't get to enjoy the garden, as i would have liked, but was happy to know it was there. it had all the amenities we required and gabi was available for questions and for anything that we needed. she also has a sweet cat that our 3 year old enjoyed playing with. the one downside, for us, was that the apartment is across the street from a church bell that rang from 6 am to 11 pm every 15 minutes. if we were without our toddler, who goes to bed at 8, i don't think it would have bothered us as much.

It was nice to stay at Gabi's place. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean, the same as in the pictures. It is well-furnished and Gabi is a great host. There was also enough place to park a car in front of the house.

Very nice appartment in a very unique village which is worth the visit. Gabi allowed us to arrive later than planned and well organized our arrival. The appartment is well placed, with a parking slot just in front of the house. There is a lot of space in every rooms with lot of light coming from the windows.

The apartment was just the same as the picutures. It was spacious and clean with good furniture and equipment. The landlord was a very nice lady and could speak English. The location is not far from Freudenstadt, Tubingen and Metzingen outlets if you travel by car. It was a perfect place to live.

We were very well received and the apartment was immaculately tidy. We arrived on a holiday, with the closed shops, and the hostess bothered to arrange to Comidinha for the baby. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The ad description matches perfectly with what the house offers. Perfect for families with children. The house is very well located in a quiet area of a great neighborhood. Very close to the center of Balingen, where there are many shopping, dining and tourist attractions.

Good location to two Germany's famous castles.

Everything was perfect: the room was beautiful, spacious and cool even when it was very warm outside. Edith is a lovely host who gave me some great tips for what to do in the area. She is very helpful, but also gives you the room to do your own thing. The location is ideally placed with both nice cities to visit, but also very near some beautiful nature. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it!

I booked this room for two nights on very short notice which wasn't a problem. The communication was very friendly and quick. The place is more of an appartement than a single room. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. I was invited for a beer and a chat in the evening and I slept very well. I definitely recommend this place and I might come back one day!

This house was amazing and exactly as described online. It is in the quietest neighbourhood so I was able to enjoy many hours of sleep and peace while I worked at her house. Everything was working perfectly (from the shower, to the super fast internet) and everything I needed for the private kitchen (located in the room) was already supplied. Edith and Freddy were incredibly welcoming - I went on a bike ride with Freddy and enjoyed a German meal with the family on my last night. I would gladly stay and extend again if I could!

Edith en haar man waren bijzonder vriendelijk. Wij kwamen aan met de fiets en we waren zo moe dat we niet meer naar het stadje konden fietsen om te gaan eten. Edith heeft ons naar een restaurant gebracht met de auto en ook weer opgehaald. alles war sehr gut!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Super, da man nicht nur ein Zimmer hat, sondern eine kleine 1 Raum Whg. mit kleiner offener Küche drin und separatem Eingang. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin/Gasgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder und sehr gern dort wohnen. :-)

Angelika's place is great. It is just as described and was very clean and well organised. I was met on the day of arrival and shown around the apartment. It has everything you would need for a short stay, or equally, a longer stay. I stayed here for one month and was very comfortable. There is plenty of storage and everything you would need for cooking your own meals. Angelika is a fabulous host and always made sure I had everything I needed, I would definitely recommend staying here.

I will speak in English to be much clearer, mein Deutsch ist oft ingenau! I had visited other apartments in Balingen but this one is my favorite. A large room with many windows, a quiet place with a nice terrace. A really cosy bed, a full kitchen. And it is not expensive!

Everything was wonderful! We totally had great time in the apartment! Even though it is a loft, it has perfectly separated zones and you can feel comfortable (even with 2 kids and a dog inside :) It is very clean and fresh. Our kids were especially excited to use the Playstation. I highly recommend this apartment!

The loft is great. very comfy, luxurious and clean. it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a bar right next door that is very friendly and the locals are very friendly. It is a 5 minutes drive or a 1 hour walk to Balingen town which is full of pubs and restaurants. The flat screen TV is great and the bathroom is very nicely finished. Jasmin answered all my texts and was very helpful. It was a great stay and i will definatley be back.

Wir haben zu zweit das Wochenende in Jasmin's Loft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist stilsicher und super-gemütlich mit tollem Sofa, großartigem Bett, schönem Bad und stylischer LED-Beleuchtung. Jasmin war super-freundlich hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer praktisch sofort reagiert und war insgesamt sehr flexibel. Wir freuen uns schon auf's nächste Mal!

Die Wohnung war genau wie die Beschreibung. Sie war sehr angenehmt mit Klimaanlage eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestatett. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host ging auch ganz perfekt. Leider war die WLAN-Verbindung ab und zu abgebrochen, obwohl der Host uns eine weitere WLAN-Verbindung gegeben hat. Unsere Übernachtung mit unserem Baby war richtig eine schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung.
