Just Perfect! We are so satisfied with everything! Rita and her family are amazing hosts, we were in touch with them and they were available all the time. The location is just Wow, next to lots of italian restaurants and bars in the wonderful Trastevere. They welcomed us with Prosecco! Breakfast included, everything was super great. Coming again definitely . Don’t anyone think, just BOOK this apartment 😉

The owner-hosts Rita and Fabio are **supremely** caring and solicitous hosts, ready to assist as one needs. This place is small, very well-equipped, and a most clean space with both good natural light and heating (if you need when there). The kitchen area is functional as well. They left me wine, a bottle of bubbly, copious breakfast items, coffee, tea, so on, which I hadn’t anticipated. It felt like a bed and breakfast in this regard. The apartment is in a very central location, walkable to all the heavy-weight historic sites. Singularly wonderful experience!

Beautiful listing in an idyllic location just steps from Campo di Fiori and the Jewish quarter! We walked to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, forum and Coliseum and the place itself was full of incredible character. Andriana was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and in helping us with a car on New Year's Day -- I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Rome for a short weekend or long week.

Stunning architecture, tall shuttered windows and a very comfy bed are just a few of the special features of this lovely apartment. The location was perfect, close to some of our favorite restaurants, transportation and the charming Campo dei Fiori. Adriana made us feel welcomed and was available to answer questions. She also arranged transportation from the airport which was much appreciated.

A fabulous stay with a gracious hostess and comfortable accommodations! It was a beautiful space with comfortable bed and bath facilities. Coffee pot and microwave and breakfast treats and sparkling wine and water as a welcome gift. Location is exceptional and we walked to Vatican, colosseum, train station and other places of interest. Shopping and market nearby in the Plaza. And don’t hesitate to use the services of her driver for pickup and drop off to airport. We will be back and highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, and located within walking distance of most major tourist sites. Too many to count eateries are also close by. Adriana met us early and stored our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. She was full of helpful suggestions, and was willing to schedule cabs or do most anything to make our stay worry free. We had a wonderful stay in Andriana’s cosy, classic apartment. Andriana was very helpful and friendly and even took us to her favourite coffee shop for an espresso and croissants. The neighbourhood is great with many good restaurants within a short stroll and we walked to all the sights of central Rome. We’d definitely go back!

we stayed here at this lovely apt at end of October and it was a perfect location as we could walk everywhere, the apt is beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt like we got a true Italian experience and our host Adriana was most helpful. Adriana also arranged for private taxi to collect us from and to Airport which was ideal as we didn't have to worry about finding our way to centre of Rome. The apt is in walking distance of lots of tourist attractions and has wonderful side streets with shops, cafes etc. We had a fantastic time in Rome and we look forward to going back sometime soon and will definitely stay in same wonderful apt. highly recommended.

Andriana and her apt are truly the best of Rome! Both are a true gem. Andriana’s apt is absolutely stunning. The apt is in a gorgeous Palazzo and the apt is beautifully decorated with frescos and old world charm but has all the conveniences of home. Andriana definitely has a talent for decorating. The apt is decorated so beautifully, immaculate, and the location is perfect. Best location when staying in Rome. We did not want to leave. I have stayed in Rome many times but this was the best experience we ever had. Better than any 5 star hotel in Rome. It was perfect. In the apt there is all the information you need. However, Andriana is a super host and was always available to you if you needed her. She was fabulous! Andriana really cares about her guests and it shows. Her apt makes you feel at home with her own personal touches added to enjoy her apt. Fantastic experience in a gorgeous apt with a fabulous host. I cannot compliment Andriana and her apt enough! This was a great stay! Lucia was incredibly helpful, and very quick in her responses. She left a bottle of wine for us, and great recommendations for places to eat. It’s perfect distance for walking to some of the sites, and easy to get to bus & metro if you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed our time at this place immensely!

We loved Rita’s place. There are many extra touches. Umbrellas, charging adaptors, and so many fun snacks. The bed was SO comfortable and the windows keep out all street noise. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a stunning Airbnb. First, excellent, stylish, Roman apartment. We couldn’t ask for something more authentic. Clean, tidy, and very thoughtful full of snacks and treats, books and information, and all the supplies you need Second, location is perfect - so close to all the best restaurants and in the heart of the city - in a side alley that is quiet, even on a Friday night and the weekend when we stayed. Third, excellent service. Quick responses from Rita, thoughtfulness, just an excellent host. This is the perfect place to get an authentic, well located Roman experience. We also recommend you get a ride from Rita’s friend Norita, her husband or Rita’s son, it was an excellent, value for money service! Highly recommended! Thank you Rita!

The place is amazing. Rita and her family are very nice and kind guests. Everything was carefully thought about decoration and little things to make our stay better. They make sure that you will find everything you need during your staying. The appartment has two rooms and it is a large and comfortable space for a couple. This was the best Airbnb that I have ever been. The location is great, it is not further than 20 min walking from Colosseum and Vatican. The place is really clean. The weakest point is about the wifi, but it doesnt means that it is a problem, It is just a detail and is more than compensated by the place. Only five stars is not enough for them. I will be back for sure.

Great location with a metro staying just a couple of minute walk away. Apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. As it is. Situated on the fourth floor, the elevator was fantastic for my sixty year old mother - it’s really cute and she actually found it a treat to ride in rather than struggling to get up stairs. The rooms were nice and airy, the beds were hard but still comfortable so we slept well. It could be a bit noisy in the mid-mornings as it is adjacent to a main road (general traffic noises, sirens and people shouting at night/in the morning) but nothing ear plugs won’t fix if you are planning to lie in. Check in was easy and Claudio’s colleague was very helpful. Claudio was also quick to respond to messages which was greats. Lovely little place that I would recommend.

A wonderful place in Rome!

Matteo's location was great as it was near to the train station as well as bus/tram stations. Very easy to get around. Matteo was also very kind and gave us great tips and recommendations. His loft was a bit cold at times but it was not unbearable. The alleys leading up to the place at night was a little dark but it did not feel unsafe. We had a really great stay.

Host was great. He gave us really great recommendations for the local area. The location is a five minute walk from the Colosseum. We loved it!

First the location is perfect, we could walk from the Roma Termini station in less than 10 minutes, everything is super close, the place is very clean and beautiful, Tersia is an amazing person. She kept our bags before and after check in, amazing experience.

A really artsy, cool place right next to the bank and the grocery store, which was really important for us being in Rome for the first time and knowing nothing! It was very clean, in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom, so therefore very comfortable. Patrizio's responses were very quick and he was a great help when we needed to find things or get places. It really made out short stay a good one! Very highly recommended!

Patrizio is a great host, always ready to answer your questions in a timely way. The house is a good mix of smart use of the space and functionality. The accommodation price is quite worthy. The kitchen is fully equipped and Last but not least you have full and free use of coffee powder and tea and so on. I felt home and had good sleep during the night.

Everything was absolutely OK. Flat was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay there. We could walk to the city centre, 10-15 min from Colosseum or Termini station. Patrizio is very helpful, he even helped me with my personal thing. I would recommend!

This place is great. Literally a stones throw to the Colosseum, and the metro line there. Plenty of places to eat near by. There is a team that handles all communications for the place and they are very responsive. They helped with getting transfers too and from the airport, and anything else we needed. Also to note, there are two units in this place with a shared kitchen but the unit you stay in is completely private with its own bathroom and everything

We had a great time in Rome. The BnB is in a great location! From there everything is very easy to reach on foot. Also nearby is a subway station and trams. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and modern. The communication was great, there was an extra WhatsApp group and I always got an answer immediately. There are two small cafés right next to the apartment, which offer coffee, drinks, pastries and sandwiches. There is also a supermarket nearby, as well as an ice cream parlor and a beer bar. We can only recommend it :-)

Maria is a great host, responsive and friendly! The apartment is lovely, stylishly decorated, very clean, with a great shower - and very importantly, with a comfy bed :) We appreciated being able to use the kitchen (which was immaculate) for tea/coffees, and Maria kindly let us leave our bags for a while after checkout, which was really useful. The location is very close to the Colosseum and just up the road from the Colosseo metro. We only stayed a couple of nights, but hope to return and stay again. Highly recommended!

Excelent room. Beatiful Street garden views. You can even heard the birds in the monrning. Room was Ecpacious. and we Shared with excelent Guest on the next room. We will be back again very soon. We receive quick and complet answers by mail. Room Was clean towels shampoes and toilet paper was included . Location is very good withing walking distance to all mayor attration if you are no lazy :) walk through vía Flaminia and get to piaza del popolo and beguing discovering this amazing city.. Our Room was the C and we recomend it higly for two.

Giovanni’s place was a great base for us to explore Rome during a flying visit. It’s in a nice area that’s a bit quieter than closer in to the city. The room was pretty big and check in easy - Giovanni was great with communication and sent a video with instructions. the room really needed a clean though - the walls and windows were really dirty and it needed more bedding. The bathroom was also in a bit of a state and the shower curtain rail wasn’t attached to anything. Aside from those things it was great, nice and quiet and in a nice setting with coffee bars really close by and a nice walk to the piazza popolo.

The place is great regarding the price. Check-in is quick, Giovanni answers fast, sends all the details. The outer area is especially beautiful, green and cozy.

Maria's place is a charming studio set in a charming alleyway off of the Campo de Fiori, among the most famous and bustling open-air markets in Rome. It's within easy walking distance of prime sights (especially the Tiber and the Pantheon) and amazing restaurants. Another convenient factor is that if you don't remember directions, you can just tell your cab driver "Campo de Fiori" and be within steps of the place. The hot tub was an outstanding way to round out the day after a long day of sightseeing. Travelers should be aware that there isn't a traditional shower in the place; rather, there's a shower nozzle on the deep tub. That wasn't a problem for us, though it's worth pointing out.

I highly recommend this studio apartment in the center (Campo dei Fiori) for couples or even single. Elegant, clean and silent. The owner was very helpful and punctual in the answers. Mauro is a very pleasant person to talk to. Settlement was easy, because the day before we received detailed instructions. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped. Unconditional plus location. The Trevi Fountain is within easy reach. And in general - everything is nearby. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the apartment is located in the basement and the humidity in it is quite high. It was unusual for us. We do not regard this as a flaw. In addition, the owners do everything in their power to minimize this: an air dryer and air conditioners work. Excellent value for money. We recommend this apartment.

The house is in a good location, only a few steps from the wishing pool. To enter the room, you need to go to the next floor. If you have a lot of luggage, it is not recommended to book here. The house is very beautiful, clean and welcoming. My friend and I slept in a double bed more than enough! The host also called me taxi when I finally checked out! This is a great little apartment! This stay is located very conveniently- about a three minute walk to the Trevi. It is also very close to a metro stop which we used quite frequently. This apartment is a bit older and in a basement- so no windows (pitch black without a lamp on), a bit of a musty smell- things that should be expected with this type of apartment. With two full baths, a living space, kitchen, and a queen bed it was more than enough room for two people. We had a wonderful stay!

We LOVED Daniela’s flat! The entire apartment is gorgeous and very clean. Super spacious and very comfortable. Daniela was a fantastic host and very helpful! The location is perfect if you’re going to do a lot of touring and needing to be near the train or bus stations. The station is only a few minutes away, which made going on our tours very convenient. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend!

The accommodation provided by Daniela is perfect for a couple's stay or, as in my case, as a housing support during a business trip. A little gem, in the basement of an apartment building near Termini Station, and therefore very convenient for moving around the city by public transport. Excellent both the reception, the cleanliness of the premises, and the services offered: a small but complete kitchen with everything you need, a large and comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, with a comfortable shower ... Ideal for rest after a day of work, but also after a long tourist walk. The residence is also furnished with taste and essentiality.

Perfect for two people!

We lived with Claudio from November 25 to 28. The apartment is very clean and comfortable! Excellent value for money. Heating appliances in working condition (in two other hotels there were problems with this). The metro station is a 3 min walk, but we got on foot to the sights: 35 minutes to the Coliseum. We are glad to recommend this apartment to anyone who is going to Rome !! Thanks a lot to Claudio !!

Housing is located a 10-15 minute walk from Termini Station. The hosts live in the neighborhood. This makes round-the-clock arrival very comfortable. The description of the house corresponds to the description on the site. To historical sites and other attractions 30-40 minutes on foot.

The house is beautiful, as in the picture, and we had a great time. Excellent communication with the host, and no problems. Attention, among the additional notes it says that you have to pay extra for cleaning! We did not notice it when booking ..

Franco is a very helpful and punctual host. His studio apartment is great for short stays in Rome and the fairly quiet and peaceful area despite the proximity of busy roads. Impeccable cleaning and comfortable bed. Recommended!

Franco's place is easy to access as its right next to Pigneto station! The trains come often enough and the surrounding area is filled with restaurants, places to hang out and a grocery! Great stay for us even though it was short, makes me wish we stayed longer to optimize the great location and space Franco has!

Franco was very helpful to receive us, the apt is as seen in the photos and we loved the surroundings, because there are quite a few very good restaurants and the subway is close.

Perfect location a ten minute walk from the Pantheon and a beautiful, comfortable flat. Nice extra touches such as the espresso machine and Bluetooth speakers. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond to messages.

Great spot in Rome in such an interesting neighborhood. Check in was easy however it was an associate of the host and not the host itself. I have recently found this to be common practice in Europe however so I was not completely surprised. The space was elegant and cool and was a great spot to return to after a long day of sight seeing. The Jewish Ghetto is a very cool spot in the city with some great local food.

Denia's place was beautiful and in a great location. When we arrived, we met with Antonio who gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was. The first day was great, the second day an alarm in the next building had been going off all day, every 2 minutes, from about 9am until at least 7:30 pm. I feel bad because I kept messaging Denia and Antonio about it, but it wouldn't stop and I was trying to get work done. They tried their best to respond to it, but unfortunately we were only able to stay one night because we had to be up early the next day and ended up staying with a few friends. Besides that incident, the house was beautiful, clean, and it was super easy to get in touch with both Denia and Antonio.

Everything is fine

This place was perfect for a one night close to the Roma Termini station and made it easy for early departure the next day. The place was clean and easy to find with great directions provided by Tersia. We would stay here again and preferred it over a hotel.

The Apartment is only 5 minutes left by walk from the termini station. The check in was pretty easy and the room was very clean like expected from the discription. You can reach all sights by walk in between 20-45 Minutes so we didn't used the metro at all! An broken toilet seat were getting fixed by the owner after our arrival. I highly recommend this place and I would book again! Thank you Tersia!

We only stayed one day in Rome. The location is incredibly easy for traveling by train. We walked to everything. Simple check-in, fast responses, free coffee voucher. Would repeat our stay!

Place is great. You can try local food in nice restaurant La Famiglia two steps from apartment! Highly recommend!

Excellent location, common places (clean room, bathroom and balcony), very pleasant furnishings, immediate communication with the host, very convenient check-in and check-out mode. The host offers vouchers for breakfast in the bar opposite (excellent and very kind staff). Highly recommended!

Fabulous Location

Great location, with an amazing view of St Peters Dome from the balcony. Roomy and had a super comfy bed which was wonderful after walking so much each day.

We really enjoyed the stay. It has a beautiful View where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. Neighbors are great, be the quiet. Safe area, walking distance to many restaurants and small stores. Would be staying here next time.

Great location and the Vatican was a lot closer than excepted

Ludovica’s place is right in front of Vatican. 5 mins walking. The check in was super smooth and she let us leave our luggage early morning! There is an elevator so it’s super easy to get upstairs. The view of the basilica is definitely the most amazing thing about this place. You can drink wine and tea while enjoying this view. The apartment is wonderful, pretty modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. In overall, a lot of amazing space in the apartment! It’s about 30 mins walking from the center. What’s more, Ludovica made us feel extra welcome/special and took care of our needs! As you’re traveling, you definitely want a host like her to give you the best experience! Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

The room is great with an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need and it’s a cute sitting area. You’re close to the metro and tram, so even if it’s far to walk to the centro, it’s easily accessible by public transport within 15 min. Enrica was a great host and replied to everything really quickly! We had a nice time 😊

Great spot in a hip little town! Only a metro ride away from main attractions, and I found that I preferred being away from the tourist sites and in this hip little area of Rome. Enrica was very sweet and accommodating! Room was as described and lovely. It did get a bit humid, but nothing opening the window for 20 minutes couldn’t fix (as was part of “to-dos” suggested by host). Would recommend and stay again!

Amazing place to stay! Quick walk to get to the metro and an incredible neighborhood to walk around with many local restaurants to choose from, all delicious. Enrica is an incredible host, kind and very helpful! Would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Rome

Location a little out from the centre, so be prepared to do battle with metro and trams - always crowded! Accommodation good. Bed comfortable and shower hot. Kitchen facilities good and plenty of supplies for breakfast and hot drinks. Very good value for money. Thank you to our hosts.

Great location for us, ideal accommodation for 2 people in the particular (orange) apartment we stayed. Great value and Enrica was a brilliant host with a wealth of knowledge and fantastic suggestions like Ciak Pizzeria and Necci Cafe which are literally on the doorstep and are highly recommended too. She gave us great tips for what we wanted to do in the area and also in town. Easy and quick transport options into Rome. We would definitely recommend this stay to others.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Rome. It is in the heart of the fashion district and walkable distance to many of Rome’s monuments. We walked to Vatican City and coliseum all in one day will taking one time to stop at little cafes. The townhouse was clean, welcoming and spacious! 10/10 recommend.

I was hosted by Denia for 3 nights in January whilst visiting Rome with my mum. We had a great stay at the apartment! Denia was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We felt the apartment was extremely good value for money. It was comfortable and even nicer than the pictures suggested. The location is unbeatable, everything you would want to see for a city break is within walkable distance (furthest distance probably the vatican 30/40 mins) which meant we really got to explore the city on foot and maximise the January sunshine! Despite being located on one of the busiest shopping streets in Rome, the apartment is set back from the road and so noise was never an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would very much recommend the apartment to anyone looking.

A good place, well located and with excellent attention.

It's a Roman road, so the location is just 10 minutes away from the station. The room was bigger than I thought, so it was not uncomfortable to live with 24 inches of carriers. There was a separate toilet in the room and one outside. The sound of the bathroom vents is so loud but you can just turn it off. The breakfast was simple but it was so good to start the day and the staff were friendly and the lift in the building made it comfortable. There are two places in the bakery that are three or four minutes away from the house. Pasticceria Panificio Panella Roma Anyway, it's spacious, clean and has a host, so it feels safer and it's worth staying the next time you visit Rome! Good hostel.

The location was good and the room was clean. It was a pity that the breakfast was gone after the start time, and the ingredients were much less. The room was clean and easy to use. I was worried that the Wi-Fi connection would occasionally break. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Very nice apartment, with breathtaking views of St Pierre. Iole is very welcoming and attentive. Building well located, next to a small train station and a bus stop. 10 min from St Pierre. To visit the historic center, you still have to walk a good half hour or take bus 64, which also reaches Termini Station.

We had a very nice stay

I was at Iole’s for 4 days and was amazing. Near to Vatican (12 minutes waking), and close to Bus Stop to Rome Center (Colisseum, etc.). Communication was excellent, she always respond to all my doubts!

Absolutely incredible. Space was comfortable and cosy with an amazing view of the Vatican. A great place to come home to after a full on day exploring Rome. Perfect positioning for public transport with great places to eat a short walk away. lole was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Rome was my first stop in my trip and I hope all my Airbnb’s will be of this high standard.

It was relatively close to Thermi from the station and it was 23:00, but it was easy to check in.

Patrizio's accommodation was very fine. Common areas were always very clean and the flat is well placed. The only disadvantage is the very busy road just outside the window.

He received me and explained everything about how to get there and everything was very practical and without problems. Great place to stay. House has all basic amenities. Walking distance from the Roma Termini station. There are quite a number of eateries and supermarkets around. Didn't get to meet the host but he was quick to respond to all our queries through Airbnb chat and ensured that we had a great stay. Will really recommend this place.

very tidy and near many tourist locations. They have information in the room about nearby favorite restaurants and plenty of good locations. It’s in a relatively quiet location but near plenty of locations.

Claudia’s place was perfect for our two nights stay. Spacious for two people. It has been mentioned before, but the traffic does get a bit loud but it is easy to ignore eventually! Claudia was also amazing in helping us get a transfer to the airport which was very helpful. Enjoyed and definitely recommend this apartment!

Claudia is a wonderfully helpful host and the apartment is in a fantastic location. It literally has view of the Vatican and is only a few minutes walk to so many historic Roman sights.

We have spent some incredible days at Claudia's home. Their hospitality has been incredible and they have made us feel at home. The house is as seen in the images and the location cannot be better. We were 10 minutes from important monuments walking and, at most, 30 minutes to the colisseo walking. You have bus stops under the house and incredible views. If we return to Rome we will not hesitate to repeat.

This is a great apartment with a large bedroom and lounge area. The kitchen and bathroom are small but the have everything you need. We had a small problem with the hot water system but Claudia responded quickly and had it fixed within hours. It is close to the river and has restaurants, Mini supermarkets and a good laundry nearby. You will enjoy you stay here .

Nice little place to stay some days in Rome. There is a community kitchen, but it's recommended not to cook bigger meals, because of disturbing smells to the other neighbours. You can find free coffee and tea there as well. Communication was easy and fast. Maria organized a transportation from the apartment to our airport. The door to the bath is hard to close and the shower flows away slowly. The apartment was clean and stylish. Anyways a good spot to stay. You need only 2 minutes to get a brilliant view of the colloseum.

The apartment consists of a large and tastefully furnished room, a very large bathroom, an anteroom where you can safely leave your suitcases. Outside the reserved area there is an area in common with another apartment. In this common area there is a kitchen where you can prepare tea and coffee (offered by the host). The stay was perfect. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Colosseum.
