The apartment is very well set and has spectacular views. It is located 15 minutes walk from the neighborhood of leblon and 5 minutes from the prainha do vidigal which is very beautiful. To get to the apartment you have to climb many steps, which at times we found very tiring. Thank you Jeanne for the excellent attention, our stay was wonderful!

This Airbnb was amazing! The location makes you feel like a local but also just a brief walk to the tourist beaches. The Airbnb did have a lot of steps but that came with a amazing views of the beach. Jeanne and her assistant Christina were super accommodating and even helped out with our laundry. When I visit Rio again I’ll rebook for this location.

This is the BEST place to stay in Rio! I have been coming here for the past 7 years or so and Jeanne is so nice and the place is simply magical. There is no other place like this in Rio (and I checked ALL the airbnbs from Rio). I will always come back.

Excellent apartment in Copacabana. The cleanliness is impeccable and Ricardo's service is excellent. The ap has everything we need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry area. It is ideal for couples who like to travel in comfort.

The location is excellent and Márcia is a wonderful hostess, left snacks and tourist tips. The apartment is super clean and pleasant. Close to the subway and the VLT, as well as a privileged view of the Arches. We love it!

Marcia's apartment is perfect for a couple passing through Rio. In the kitchen you can cook any meal, the apartment is air-conditioned and has very large windows. We found the apartment in perfect condition, clean and functional. On the street there are bus lines that take you straight to the bus station and you can walk in the morning to Cinelâdia station in the morning. As in any big city caution at night is always welcome and in Lapa is no different. However, we feel very safe and at peace in your apartment, where there is a 24hrs doorman present and nearby shops. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the night in Lapa or the museums and historic streets of downtown, but also useful for those using uber or subway / bus. The place is excellent because it is very central to all tourist places and is next to the barnacle that is to spend the night in some of its bars

Everything here was very smooth, from check-in to check-out. The apartment is VERY well located by Arcos da Lapa, for anything that you are interested in doing that is closer to the central, more local, and access to nightlife. Also, by Uber, we were never more than 15-20 minutes away from anything. We stayed over New Year's. Marcia was thoughtful enough to arrange special passes for access to Public Transportation during NYE, as well as Public Transportation cards in general. I would definitely recommend this studio apartment for future travelers. Obrigada Marcia!

Very cozy, very close to the center.

Make no mistake, although José does not charge a cleaning fee the ap is very clean and organized! The simple and necessary, perfect for couples and with good neighbors; the strength of this Airbnb is certainly the location, about 300m from the station 6 (Copacabana beach), just over 500m from the station 7 (Ipanema beach) and 1km from the subway station that allows access to the whole city .. markets easily accessible close by and very quiet and safe!

Great location only 2 blocks away from the beach. Also good security for the complex 24/7. Room was cosy for 2 people and nice hot shower with good pressure. Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool of an evening as well. Bed was comfy and pillows aswell. Apartment was clean and well presented on arrival. Only thing we would of liked was a kettle and a toaster but other than that there were good amenities. Overall a very nice cosy place to stay and served us well. Thankyou Jose for being a good host and good communication.

No wonder Casablanca (Jeanne) is a super host, we are from SP capital and we know Rio de Janeiro reasonably well. We stayed at Casablanca1, (alias the whole set is spectacular), it is a wonderful view of Vidigal beach, that delicious noise from sea when sleeping, the casablanca1 is nice because it is next to the door and therefore, you do not need to climb many stairs, (believe this makes a difference when coming back from the party ... lol) Well ... as soon as we got to Casablanca, we went to the Flor do Céu restaurant by the Italian Tobias who is right there on the hill 2 brothers, just go up an endless staircase (I suggest taking a towel to dry ... lol), in addition to spectacular gastronomy the view is beautiful, we went to Portela's rehearsal in Madureira and combined everything with Mauro (including picking us up and taking him to the airport) he is super attentive and very good people. Access by car has to be done on the Vidigal road, at the door of the hill, but don't worry, it's super good, since those on foot, there is an access ramp that practically leaves in front of Casablanca, rent scooters, this makes it easier much. Uber there, it is better for the guest to go to the Sheraton hotel, because usually the drivers of the app get confused and think they have to go up the hill and cancel the race. Casablanca1 has everything for your stay, nice kitchen structure, take a little something to put in the fridge, calling food by app takes a long time to arrive. Finally ... Leblon is on the side (15 min walking, 5min scooter), enjoy ... Jeanne is super friendly and I'll be back more often ... SUPER RECOMMEND #casablancario

The apartment is compact and very well located next to the cinelandia subway and surrounded by restaurants and fast foods, has a large space with a mini kitchen and a nice bathroom. With elevators but also has a short flight of steps at the entrance, the building is old but maintained and the hostess is always asking for any contact with questions. The only problem we had was finding a knife in the apartment we had to buy but the rest is very complete, I recommend for those who want a cozy place in the heart of downtown Rio.

The department has everything you need, it is steps from copacabana, supermarkets, bus stops and the subway within walking distance. We would return again, Deborah's willingness and concern was excellent.

I don't have much to add that is different from the other comments. The time we spent in the apartment was very excellent. The space is very pleasant, close to everything, comfortable, we received several tips on where to go and what to do. In fact, we have nothing to complain about! Oh, and we still had the privilege of meeting the two kittens in the house. Two ladies.

Saul's apartment was perfect, he was really welcoming and his house is full of warm energy. He showed us some good places to go and gave us a try of a local drink. He has a great view from his window to a little side of Copacabana's beach and morros. Great access to subway and buses just one block from the beach. And Jucylaide, his cat, is the best <3 . This is a no nonsense location great for exploring Leblon beach and the surrounding neighborhood! There are fantastic shops and bars all over and is quite cozy.

Jorge is very attentive, answered our doubts quickly and saved us from trouble. The ap is very similar to the photos. The entrance and exit of the building is by biometrics, which makes arriving at night safer. The location is excellent! Pharmacy, market and restaurants 10 minutes walk. I just left and I already miss waking up and looking at the blue sea through the bedroom window.

A place with a central location, practically in Lapa, but belongs to Santa Teresa. In the area, many social realities intermingle, but the place is very safe. It is near a fairly large supermarket, there are also bars, restaurants, a Smartfit almost next door, locomotion nearby, the SDU airport is just a few minutes away. I found it wonderful, a broad, safe and economical apt.

I went to Rio for the first time. Mariana's apartment was instrumental in making the experience ideal! Cozy place, very cool even on very hot days, the fans leave the environment at great temperature. In addition it has basic kitchen utensils, perfect for those looking for a practical stay, we really feel at home. The path to the beach is short and very busy. We also love the variety of street shops that have pharmacies, produce, markets and restaurants at an affordable price. We love the stay!

Mariana's apartment is somewhat cozy, meets the expectation of those who want a quiet place to stay! Fast entry through the concierge upon arrival, and when I arrived everything was in its proper place, clean and smelling! Well worth the stay, has everything nearby: shops, markets, pharmacies! Mariana was also fast, always giving us quick answers!

Marianas place was amazing! I stayed there when I first got to Brazil. It’s easy to find, and check in was no problem. Very safe place and very clean. Internet works well, hot shower, and only two blocks from the beach. All kinds of cool restaurants, cafes, and shops all around. Highly recommended!

Large bedroom, airconditioned in the bedroom, window opens to get fresh air, great decor, shared bathroom is just across the hall . Elevator and doorman. Friendly knowlegable hosts. WIFI is weak in bedroom.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. The room is spacious and was well prepared. The communication with Ronaldo was very smooth and quick. On a final note, I felt pretty safe in the neighborhood.

The apartment is very well located. I traveled alone, going to RJ for the first time and using the app for the first time, he gave me several orientations and tips, and it was very easy to get to the tourist spots there. Our stay was good and peaceful. Reading other comments I was afraid of getting too hot, but the two fans helped a lot. We had no problems with noise from the street and it was quiet to sleep and rest. The building's porters were super nice people with us and helped us a lot. The only thing that sinned a little was the faucet in the kitchen sink that I had a problem closing, but it was quiet. I would stay again very easy, Vanessa was a great hostess

Good location and amenities

A very stylish apartment. Very little left to stay 100%, only WiFi internet and air conditioning. Although, in the apartment there are two fans that greatly help to circulate the air and soften the heat a little. Other than that the hostess was super kind and extremely punctual and responsible in the communications and information provided regarding the property description.

Extremely comfortable room, exceeded my expectations. Very well ventilated and clean, the bathroom the same. Large and spacious! The view is wonderful. Mr. Mauricio is a great host and very responsive. The location is great! The building is made up of bars and restaurants, horticulture, market, police stations, taxi rank (which is not lacking in Rio), and of course, in front of Leme beach. You can make a great walk through Copacabana, or if you prefer a ride with the shared orange bikes.

My friends and I had a great stay in Rio, a very good location with a pharmacy, market and other things around the hotel that makes the stay a lot easier, not to mention the incredible view you can get from the room, really incredible! I hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco’s place over a few days of carnival. It is right on the doorstep of Copacabana and we felt very safe walking around, even after dark. The room was everything we needed & the bathroom was beautiful! Spacious and modern. Marco is really friendly and helpful if you have any questions. We would recommend staying here :)

The apartment is in a strategic place. You can quickly reach Ipanema beaches and take advantage of the proximity to Copacabana. At night we have areas nearby to go out to drink, eat and listen to good music
