We spent a month here and it really started to feel like home. Stylish place, lots of thoughtful touches. Great communication. Everything you need here in a location that’s super easy to get about from.

My stay at the Loft apartment was enjoyable. Nice of James to greet me at check in. Apartment was well equipped in the kitchen as well as linen. Bed was very comfortable with quality fittings. Communication was prompt, relaxed and friendly. Found residents in building very friendly. Very interesting location with some quirky and cool finds. Had a couple of local cafes who made great coffee. Staff at Birds and the Beets are wonderful and Revolver make a great coffee. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment is near the train tracks. Appreciated the apartment being cleaned during my stay too. Thanks James and Leanne.

Unit was beautiful close to all kind of transport and amenities of downtown Vancouver, the view to the port/water is spectacular!

James and Leanne’s apartment is modern with lots of light and soft touches—beautiful chandelier and large plants that make the place welcoming. Very comfortable bed and even a small bed for my son. We stayed for 2 months and found it easy to live there, 3 minutes from Gastown and many top restaurants a short walk away. We highly recommend their place— very Vancouver.

This is the first place I’ve stayed that scored above and beyond in all categories. Outstanding hosts and great base from which to explore Vancouver and BC. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our long term stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet for the busy downtown location. Anne was always very quick to respond to messages and came by on a couple occasions to bring us an AC unit and a new vacuum. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is perfect. It has all the amenities that you require. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll be back.

It was the best Airbnb place we've ever stayed at. Ok, the neighborhood could have been better but we knew that up front. And once you are inside you forget that immediately!! We hope we can stay there again!!

I had a great stay at Anne's apartment. The photos and description and an accurate picture of what you get -- which I think is a great value for being in Vancouver. What you don't get out of the visuals is the apartment's proximity to some very fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars, and other neighborhoods in Vancouver. Literally storefronts, or 1-2 blocks aways to fantastic people -- along with being walking distance to Gastown/Downtown and Mt. Pleasant. She also has a robust guide of recommendations -- got to experience some of them, and they're worth checking out. There's much to see in Vancouver, and Anne's place is a great home base for it.

I enjoyed staying at Kamila’s place. She communicated quickly and check it was very easy. When I walked into the place the first thing I noticed was how clean it was, it was spotless, well decorated and it smelled fantastic! The kitchen is also fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The location was perfect and I’ll definitely stay there again when I return to Vancouver. Thanks Kamila for being such a great and honest host!

I’ve stayed in Kamila’s place twice! After the first time, we knew that if we ever needed to come back, this spot would be the place to go. The apartment itself is absolutely spotless, decorated beautifully, cozy, more spacious than most Vancouver apartments and exceeded all expectations. It is also right across from BC place! Anything you need including food or groceries is right outside the apartment i.e. restaurants, Rexall, Starbucks, liquor store, 7/11 and a grocery store. Absolutely love it! Kamila is very sweet and responds fast, check-in takes just minutes and we received all the information we needed about our stay much before our reservation date. The only thing to be aware of is this area of Vancouver is closer to Chinatown area where there sometimes may be homeless folk around but we never had any issues.

Kamila’s place is absolutely spotless and perfect for a stay in the city. Has all the amenities needed. A cab ride away from downtown Vancouver. Overlooks the water and very convenient to Rogers Arena.

Neat place just as described- quiet and clean. Host is very responsive and made me feel welcome. No TV but that wasn’t missed- awesome water pressure in the shower too. Would definitely recommend

This was a perfect location for staying during a conference at the Vancouver Convention Center. Walking distance to the bus that goes downtown and walking distance to a lot of coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. The breakfast amenities were so thoughtful and really helped. Check-in was seamless and Sue is happy to help with whatever you may need. The room was so cozy and lovely to come back to after a long day. We loved the decor. Thanks for everything!

Very caring

Great apartment in a great location, with easy access to the Sky Train and walking distance to food, coffee, boutique shopping, and the waterfront. Check in was easy, and the apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped - everything was fantastic. Dennis was a friendly, responsive host, and his house manual was comprehensive and very helpful - we were visiting locals and still used the restaurant guide! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, modern, and with great views of the surrounding areas. We had so much fun walking around the area and exploring.

Ingrids'place is such a pleasant place to stay! It is just 15 min from Bridgeport station walking which is very convenient for access to the skytrain and ferry. The place was super clean and cosy, and her cat gave us a nice warm welcome! Can't wait to stay here again!

Great location close to the airport and not too far from downtown. Easy access through the keypad at the front door. The host is super nice and has a really cute and sweet cat as well.

Very nice place to stay near the airport and the train station. You have a lot of stores nearby (specially Tim Hortons to have some breakfast). She has nice bedrooms and a awesome bathroom. Ingrid is very kind and helpful, so if you need any help, just ask for it. And Ru, the co-host cat, is so adorable 😍

Just a room and shared bathroom with other people staying there. Bonuses, it's close to the airport so great for night stay and has a cute cat 🙀 named Ru.

You can expect a cosy stay. Very large bed which we loved and was very comfy. Everything was clean and was in an ideal place to everything we found.

The place is conveniently close to the airport. Didn’t realize the location was in what seemed like a chinatown. It was super clean and the bed was comfy.

Most lovely as always. We stay here when ever we fly in on a late night flight and are always pleased. Easy to find and very clean. Very comfortable king bed, well stocked kitchen. We will always choose Karin's Place when we are in Vancouver late night.

Fantastic stay here! I stayed at another one of Karins suite last week and they are both just wonderful. Super cute suite. All amenities required, extremely clean and cozy and great location to the airport. Karin is a wonderful host and extremely fast to respond with any questions. It's close to the airport. The public transportation isn't far from the house. The room is private. There is a separate access to the house. So, you will have privacy during your stay.

This is a great place for someone between flights from the airport. Good value for a private, quiet suite with a very nice host. Due to residential location in mid Richmond area, I would not recommend for someone who wants to explore Vancouver via public transit. Comfy bed , great shower, in floor heating a plus!!

An excellent place to stay. Exactly as pictured and advertised. Very clean, with clear and concise instructions for check in/check out. Street parking was easy and safe, shower had good pressure etc. Good amenities and features in the unit. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sam's place was a perfect stay for us. The check-in process was easy and he allowed us to leave our luggage in the garage after check-out which worked out great for us. His responses were prompt and the place was clean and cozy.

The house and rooms are really clean and tidy, it’s super close by 2 bus station (less than a minute walking) and close by shops/restaurants. Good value for cheap price!

Jeff and Anne’s place is very clean and organized. I love how it’s very close to the freeway going back to Seattle and it’s nearby Tim Horton’s too! Although it’s in a busy street, sleeping at night is still very comfortable since they have provided free earplugs if you can’t deal with the noise of cars passing by. You can park your car right in front of the room so if you forget something in your car, it’s just literally 3 steps away from your door, which is great! Best part is that they have Disney+ so i was able to watch Finding Dory at night.

Anne and Jeff’s place was super cozy and the perfect space for one or two people. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived, and we were able to utilize the modern amenities throughout our stay. They were extremely accommodating when we had schedule changes, and overall they were wonderful hosts.

Senay is an amazing host with incredible hospitality. You'll feel at home as soon as you arrive. This has to be one of my best stays as a guest. There are a wide range of amenities available at the place. The room and house are very clean, quiet, and secure. The location is also excellent being only a 5-7 minute bus ride to Blundell Centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants, etc.; and just a 15-20 minute bus ride to Richmond Centre/Brighouse Canada Line Station. Highly recommended!

Exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, and fantastic value

This is a compact facility. The bedroom is large, the bathroom is great (compact shower) . The kitchenette is for reheating food not cooking. That was not an issue for us as we went to sample many dim sum places!! There is a microwave, toaster, kettle. Location is great!! Not in the middle of Richmond but not far from anything! This is a lodging I would stay at again when I visit Vancouver!!

Andy’s place is functional and of great value. The space of the suite is used efficiently. Andy’s suite is clean and comfy. Andy responses quickly and he is happy to accommodate our needs. Great stay!

Amazing place. Spent two nights here and it was so relaxing and quite neighborhood. The hot tub is amazing that I wanted to extend my stay., They got everything we needed. Salt pepper coffee etc are well prepared for cooking as well.

Mark’s place was located in a great part of town. With downtown only a 10-15 min drive away and china town only steps away we were able to fully enjoy Vancouver. Mark was quick to reply to any questions and gave a lot of suggestions for activities and food.

What a beautiful home in a perfect location! 2 minutes from a bus stop, near such beautiful locations (Steveston is gorgeous!), and the hospitality was wonderful! Sigrid is kind and welcoming, and makes you feel like part of the family! They offered my breakfast (that I unfortunately slept through all mornings), but the house and room was gorgeous, and I hope to be back soon!

Location is about a 10 mins walk to a train station. It’s in a quiet neighborhood as well which is nice. Room is clean and the bed is also very comfortable. Rowena was very prompt with her response which I appreciate. All in all, good value for your money.

Rowena was a good host and her mum helped me a lot. I'd say this is an ideal place to stay if you are about to explore Vancouver because it is connected to downtown by SkyTrain which is just a few blocks away. However, the supermarket was a bit far and I felt a bit cold but in not Canadian so that might be the problem :) a warm blanket and duvet was provided.

Her house was beautiful in a beautiful city. I loved that it was near skytrain.

Rowena’s room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Very close to the train and easy to get in to the city.

We enjoyed this clean modern apartment with convenient garage parking and an incredible variety of Asian restaurants and markets in easy walking distance. Only areas to improve would be 1) the bedroom doesn’t get very dark at night due to the considerable amount of street light - could really use some curtains in addition to the blinds and 2) we found the couch to be fairly uncomfortable to sit on. (These issues aren’t significant enough that they would stop us from booking again though).

Great little studio in walking distance of almost everything you need.

Quality stay for good value. The place is very clean easy to find and quite Central to the area. Great food within walking distance and the city's only a 10 to 15-minute drive away in traffic. Host provided everything we needed and the stay was very comfortable. only complaint was that I had an extra person (daughter) for whom I paid extra to stay, but there were limited supplies (towels and such). The host did however provide these upon request. Good hospitality thank you .

Nice place to stay💖

Great clean and spacious room. Karen accommodated my very last minute booking, and was very easy to communicate with.

Karen's place was one of my best Airbnb experiences. My room was super clean and comfortable and I like the location...off the beaten path.

Very good stay with Karen, whom we have seen very little but her mother has always been available in the house and who has been very welcoming. The house and the rooms are very clean. I recommend for a short stay as well as the proximity to the airport. :)

Amazing place with great amenities and awesome guest services. One thing that can be taken care off are the doors making too much sound with every use.

The house is clean and good for security because every room has a lock.

Very good deal

Really nice little place. A little hard to get to as the entrance is hard to see and off a major road. Road noise was bad but settled down at night (they had new earplugs for us in case we wanted them, we didn’t use them). They also gifted us honey from their family farm! Super kind of them. No complaints

A cozy place to stay while away from home, with nice modern amenities. If you're going to Vancouver, Richmond is a reasonable alternative city.

This stay is ideal if you’re looking to be close to the airport and any quick amenities that you may need. Tina was very quick to accommodate an early check in for my girlfriend and I, which was amazing. Tina and Karen are very quick with their responses. This place is exactly as described with no uneasy surprises.

Nice place, very clean and 10 min drive from the airport. Karin made a small notebook with all the good addresses and points of interest. Perfect for a couple! I highly recommend it!

This is the perfect place to stay when taking a flight from Vancouver. The location is less than 8 minutes drive and you cannot beat the price. Not any bells and whistles but exactly what you need and very clean.

Space was exactly as described and the welcome booklet had everything I needed to know about the area! Very fast response time!

This place was perfect for our airport layover. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet so we were able to get our rest. The hosts replied to messages promptly and were able to accommodate a later check out for us. I highly recommend this rental that was much more affordable than hotel rooms in the area.
