Ideally located at the exit of the village, quiet, close to shops. The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 50 m2, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The living room on the ground floor is air-conditioned. Equipped with a 6-seater outdoor SPA and 2 terraces with relaxing furniture and barbecue. Broadband WiFi throughout the villa and on the terrace. Access to Orange's bouquet TV channels and NETFLIX. The rental includes the entire house, garden and private access to the SPA. The garden, enclosed by an automatic gate, can accommodate 3 cars. I live near the villa. I can make myself available to help you during your stay or stay very discreet.... it's up to you. I will be there to welcome you, but I can also leave you the keys in a key box coded for more flexibility. Several guests have told us that the place is a great base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017.
