We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tidy, well-appointed condo. Perfect location within walking distance to town via the path around the lake, and fantastic views. Charlie and Rob were quick to answer questions and were organized, attentive hosts. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Charlie and Rob’s place was gorgeous. Brilliant sunshine, huge windows, perfect patio overlooking the lake with a grill for home cooked dinners. So convenient to town, restaurants and nightlife - just a 15 minute walk. The bedrooms were spacious and the baths had nice amenities. Hard to leave.

This gem is easily the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Also, its location is way better suited if youre travelling around by car during your stay in QT (bus is close too) so dont be turned off by the distance to town which is only an 8 minute drive. Sally was also an amazing host, fastest replies ever!!!

Wow! What a space! The Pod was our favourite accommodation in all of New Zealand. It’s sparkling clean, private, minimal yet somehow feels like your own home. We loved the area and it was nice to be a short ride out of Queenstown. Would definitely recommend.

The Alpine Pod is absolutely gorgeous, it is the perfect size for a couple or friends who are keen to explore Queenstown and it’s surrounding areas. Located 15 minutes from the CBD, 5 minutes from the Onson Hot Pools and 15 minutes from Arrowtown you couldn’t ask for anything better! This pod is decorated with stylish cultural and historical additions tied in with modern touches. Our host Sally has great communication and provides you with a beautiful spot to soak in all that Queenstown has to offer, Would highly recommend it.

My wife and I had the most fantastic time in Queenstown and specially in the sunny cottage. It’s a beautiful place where you feel at home the minute you enter and we can only give our best recommendations for the Sunny Cottage and Fiona as host. A house halfway up the hill, with a very nice view, especially a large deck and large living room, which enjoy the view. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with a few minutes' drive from the centre of Queenstown which offers the benefit of peace.

We had a lovely time at Fiona’s place. The views are amazing and the house makes you feel home away from home! We loved the location as well, being able to go walking to the lake and also to take the water taxi to Queenstown. The communication with Fiona was very good, she answered quickly and solved all minor issues we had! We definetely recommend to stay here!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Crib! Fiona has created a wonderfully warm and welcoming space. We enjoyed all the little creature comforts and the glorious afternoon sunshine that streams into the living area. The house is located on the southern bank of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. The views are quite spectacular! We only wish we had booked for longer and would return in a heartbeat!

Awesome house, beautiful scenery, on the Kevin Peninsula diagonally across the shore from Queenstown, about 10 minutes drive from the center of Queenstown, away from the hustle and bustle, very suitable for us traveling by car! fiona provides everything you need, all kitchen supplies and seasonings, you can make any food you want to make ~ ~ washing machine, dryer, can conveniently complete the washing process during travel ~ ~ and Bluetooth speakers, dishwashing Aircraft ~~ even if you want, you can barbecue on the deck ~~ deck can overlook the lake view, sitting on a deck chair on the deck every day, watching the blue sky and white clouds, the plane taking off, and the starry sky at night, a little light across the lake Is our most comfortable life ~~ Thank you so much fiona for providing us with such a perfect home. The 3 days spent here will be unforgettable! It is expected to come back in the fall of 4 years, let's see you then!

Very clean and spacious apartment with excellent views. Good location as it’s quiet and private, however the main town is just a short drive or water taxi away.

Great welcoming host, wonderful attention to details that make you feel at home. The view is stunning. It was great to get back and avoid the Queenstown traffic after visiting the sites around the area. Quicker return from Milford Sound and short trip for groceries.

Bonnie's place was well located near the city center but not exactly in the thick of it. We had a bigger car so wasn't sure to park in the garage but there was street parking right in front of the place. Bonnie had some cooking sauces and spices available which was a nice touch. The shower head had a bit of an issue but we hope she has it sort it out for the next stay!

Beautiful spot in a really lovely area. Easy to get to and close to QT centre. Clean and comfortable.

Very nice house, located on the mountainside, about a half-hour walk from the town center, suitable for driving over for vacation. The house is not big, but it is exquisite and can basically meet all your needs. It's a nice stay here and can enjoy a wonderful holiday.

The room is very comfortable overall, the kitchen utensils are very convenient, the only thing that is not too good is the remote location, on the mountainside, but there is no first-line lake view. It is recommended to have a car to live in. If you do not have a car, it will be far away by the lake or the town.

We were only in the home for one night but it was well set up with a variety of cooking and serving dishes, books and DVDs, and suggestions about local restaurants and activities. The hot tub was lovely! The space is well decorated and comfortable.

This place was in a great location in Arthurs Point. We really enjoyed the spa and the view from the deck!

The treehouse was hard to leave with all the amazing amenities. 10 minute drive to Queenstown was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It is a lovely light filled apartment with nice views across the valley. It is only about 5 mins from Queenstown by car. Only comment is that milk is not provided, so if you want milk with your coffee or tea on arrival, you will have to bring your own

We had a lovely time staying at the kiwi house! The location was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to be just outside of town. The place was perfectly stocked with all the supplies we needed which made cooking our own meals easier. We very much enjoyed our time.

This experience is exactly why I choose Airbnb stays over hotels. The cottage is super stylish and Holly and Nic really are hosts! They’ve added thoughtful amenities and comforts throughout the space. The bathroom is pretty dreamy too with large walk in shower with skylight and views into the garden. The bed was so comfortable!!! Everything was brilliant. Hope to be back soon!

Holly & Nic’s cottage is beautiful! Very stylish, comfortable & very clean. It had everything in it we could possibly want & more! Holly even went out & purchased a cafetière for me-Holly is so thoughtful & Kind. Both Holly & Nic are very friendly & easy to communicate with & Holly responds to msgs v quickly. We were slightly concerned about the road when we arrived, but it didn’t effect our stay or sleep at all, we slept very well in the comfy bed every night. We loved the large head rain shower (I want one at home) & all the soft fluffy white towels & luxury toiletries provided! We made full use of the ‘bus card’ provided & used it to get to Queenstown in the evening. We also used the bikes & helmets to bike into Queenstown one morning along the walking/cycling track along by the lake, such beautiful views! We loved this cottage - Thank you Holly & Nic for a very comfortable stay!! 😀

Great stay at Queenstown Cottage, such cute little extra touches to make our stay a dream. It is on a main road, but you can’t hear the traffic inside. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful cozy room, gorgeous lake view, well designed space, and provdes what you need to enjoy a nice breakfast. We had a great time! Keep in mind the place is behind a private home and directly above the host, so you need to walk up the driveway (park on street) and keep noise down later at night.

Abi’s place was a gem in our trip. The spectacular view combined with Abi’s hospitality was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place away from the crowd.

This is really one of the best homestays I have ever stayed in. The home is very clean, wooden house, and the balcony next to the room can see the lake. The lake can be seen in the rooms and toilets. I like everything in the decoration of the house and hope that I will have the opportunity to live here again.

We had a great stay at Kal's place for our first night in Queenstown. He met us early to help us store our bags inside while the staff finished getting our unit ready. The apartment was very nice, modern, with a very comfortable bed! Also, both heat and AC were available in the unit. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again! As mentioned, parking on site was limited, but there are a number of public parking options close by, both lot and street parking.

The apartment is beautiful! It is convenient to have a supermarket not far.

Sparkling clean. Simple enough self-checkin. Hot tub out in the open! There's a grocery store 5 minutes away. Queenstown downtown is about 15 minutes away by foot.

My Girlfriend and I had a brilliant time staying here and would strongly recommend it to anyone at all. Just a short walk to the centre of town, lovely and clean and the hot tub was brilliant.

What an amazing space and location! So close to town, very clean, hot tub is a great added amenity. If your in the hot tub at night you have spectacular views of the stars! Feels very homey. My husband met Nick and he is a great, friendly guy. Highly recommend And would definitely stay again!

This was my 2nd stay at Jess and Tim's and it was another great one. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is always so clean and comfortable, and nothing beats enjoying the view over your morning coffee.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home after a long day of travelling from Australia to Queenstown. Communication was so easy and seamless and although I didn’t get to meet Tim and Jess, they were super easy to deal with. Waking up to the views in the morning was spectacular and would recommended this place :)

Tim and Jess' place is a perfect home base for exploring Queenstown! The views are breathtaking and the space is very private with comfortable beds. The small fridge and coffee/tea/milk was an extra bonus. It can be dark getting to/from the room at night so bring a torch with you. As indicated, it's a steep climb/descent to access the room, and the home is a 15 minute climb from town (which is what gives you the amazing views!). As long as you're okay with that, this is the perfect place to stay!

The pleasant and clean bedroom and bathroom are located in one corner of the hosts' property and accessed from outside, without going through the private house. Tim sent me instructions on how to reach the property located on the hillside residential neighborhood overlooking Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. You can barely hear the town underneath, but its sights are all visible to you from high vantage point. 10-15 min walk to town, according to Google.

House has all the facilities required for a family stay. Both room and bedroom has spectacular views of the mountains and lake.

As expected, the view from the hostel is very good. However, the sun doesn't shine so the laundry doesn't dry well and the carpet smells a little. It's a bit too bad to walk around the center.

This views and deck of this place are world class. Super convenient to both the town center as well as easily accessible to areas outside Queenstown

Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants the best of every world. Far enough out of the main hub to be silent with spectacular views, but close enough for a short walk or drive and you’re right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The views were spectacular and the house was more than enough. Complete with the full kitchen and awesome deck with BBQ, you couldn’t ask for more. Coming back to Queenstown we would happily stay here again. Cheers!

Amazing view to wake up to each day. Fantastic comfort and cleanliness. We were thrilled to secure and stay here and the thoughtful touches really made our family holiday just even more perfect. I can also confess that the shower is one of the best I have enjoyed and stepping onto the heated floor is really luxurious. We could not be more delighted and will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself and we are still talking about that view!

Renee and Cale’s place is clean, comfy, close to town and has parking onsite. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and have a house manual with very helpful tips of activities etc during one’s stay in Queenstown. Please follow their instructions carefully to reach the place especially if arriving after sunset else it might be an effort to find the place.

This is one of the best apartments that I have come across. The hosts are friendly and warm, they respond really quickly and offer a lot of suggestions for activities around the area. The apartment is very well located with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains around it. Parking is an added benefit.

The scenery outside the window is very beautiful, there are many hydrangeas right next to the window. The trail can go directly to the lake. Not close to the center, but if you want a quiet holiday, it is very suitable. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the center. In short, our family spent a very pleasant holiday here. The landlord replied very promptly and patiently. Will recommend to friends (๑ ° 3 ° ๑)

Gorgeous little apartment space with breathtaking views of Remarkables from inside the family lounge and bedroom. Fantastic amenities although Wi-Fi at times was a bit laggy. Cute courtyard space for kids to spend some time outdoors in sun under apple tree. We walked 50min lakeside trail right in front of property to Queenstown several times to much delight. The hosts were superb and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing views is an understatement. The scene-scape from the balcony is stunning. All the amenities needed to have a restful time whilst in Queenstown and being close to town is an added bonus. We will definitely be returning.

Our family had a great stay at ‘That View’! All communication was clear and helpful, and the checking in/out process was simple. We loved the location, and the little walk up the hill was definitely worth not having to find somewhere to park in busy Queenstown! The deck, while not wide enough to sit around a table on, still provided a relaxing spot to take in the amazing view. It’s not a ‘fancy’ house (e.g. basic bedrooms) but it has what you need in a great location with the highlight being ‘that view’!!

A beautiful little lower aprartment located in the hills just outside Queenstown. The views from the porch and spa are absolutely stunning and second to none. Loud neighbors above made getting to sleep a chore some evenings, but that is no fault of the host. Overall a 10/10 spot for any couple/small family looking for a stunning view at a fair price.

The covered outdoor spa was probably one of the most relaxing things we did in Queenstown. Good for a romantic getaway or you could combine the other unit for a boys ski trip. Great view, great heated bathroom floor, great stay!

It'd be hard to beat the view from this spa - my husband and I had a wonderful stay here for a couple of nights and would highly recommend. The heated towel rack would be amazinggg in winter too!

We were treated to a gorgeous sunset over the lake as we checked in. Place was stylish and clean.

The views really are as amazing as the pictures show. We came back to Queenstown a few days later and stayed at a “lake front” hotel that was 1.5x more expensive and all we had views of were the parking lot, so this was so worth it. It’s in a very convenient location, just a quick 5-8 min drive to town. The hosts were really responsive and helpful. We really needed a foam roller after hiking Roy’s Peak in Wanaka, which is super steep, and they happily lent us one! Lifesaver!

What an amazing view! Queenstown is everything they say it is. This place was such a comfortable hideaway to rest in after a long day of adventure. The location is unbeatable with town being 5 minutes drive away. The space is fitted with a new bathroom and comfortable bed. Loved it!

Patricia's apartment is set up for all-season stays - clean, comfortable and well-appointed, it has double-glazing and a heatpump for cooler seasons. It's just a short walk to the centre of town, and also has off-road parking for your car, if you have one. It was perfect for the two of us.

We booked this place for a night . It’s a cute little studio apartment close to the lake and walking distance to Gondola station . We could walk down to the city centre . We requested for an early check in , which was granted as her cleaner agreed to clean up the space first . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to future guests .

I stayed in this property in February 2020. I felt it was a really great value! The property is close to the cute downtown. Please note, though, that the walk is very, very steep. It could be a challenge with a stroller / pram or mobility issues. That being said, the view over town is fantastic! And having a beer at the picnic table outside, after experiencing the activities Q'town has on offer was perfect for us! I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends and family.

Well placed for town centre, yet a quiet spot. Roomy accommodation with on the spot parking. As advertised, it is about five minutes into the town, but best to allow ten minutes for the walk back up the hill!

Great location and views! The unit sits right on the hill looking down at Queenstown. We loved walking out of the apartment and sitting on the bench just across the street to watch the sunset. The walk up the hill was steep but it was a great workout after some Fergburger :) recommend!

The place is as described. Extremely cozy and comfy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Just 5 mins walk from the bus stop which makes it very affordable access to the city. So as the name says wye not choose this place? 😄

This is a nice 1br home nestled in Fernhill. Kendall is an awesome host and made the check in process very smooth for us. The views from home are very good. Tips: don’t rely on uber, they r very scarce. There is a bus stop 8 min walk away which we found very helpful.

Very clean and a beautiful view. Kendall’s place had all the amenities we needed and we really appreciated having the laundry facilities to use midway through a 3 week trip.

Clean, affordable unit in a beautiful and centrally located area of Queenstown

Our three night stay at Kendall’s was amazing. Spotlessly clean with beautiful modern finishes. The view of the lake from the breakfast bar was wonderful when having breakfast and some evening wines. There is a beautiful walking track nearby that goes right into Queenstown along the river. Definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

It’s a close drive to downtown Queenstown. Clean. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the view from the balcony was even better than the photos. Very quiet and relaxing as 5 mins out of town centre and away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown.

This is an amazing place with a fantastic view. Not far from downtown but far enough to be away from the crowds and noise. Highly recommend

Tiny but cute apartment with unbeatable views (seriously, the view from the private patio looks fake!). It’s not right in the downtown area but it’s a very pleasant 20 minute walk either via the main road or through forested area to get into town. It’s quite steep so we ubered back uphill each time. We really enjoyed sunbathing on the patio in the afternoons. Would stay again.

The perfect stay for a couple that want a stylish apartment in a very well appointed Hotel setting. Location is perfect and a spotless apartment with a lake view. Great WiFi. and outstanding shower. Easy check in. The reception staff very engaging. We will stay here again.

The location of Dean and Gaynor's place is perfect, close to everything right downtown. I came to Queenstown to get married and after flying from the US with my wedding dress I was scrambling to find somewhere to get it steamed before the wedding. Gaynor dropped her clothes steamer off for me and it helped me out tremendously. We loved our stay there and can't wait to come back

Amazing location in Queenstown, easy to walk everywhere with the facilities of the hotel. I used the laundry room which worked well. Very comfortable bed, and spacious compared to other places we have stayed.

Excellent location with a short, flat 5-10 min walk downtown. Prompt, helpful communication from Dean. Features as described. Nice room in a well-maintained & quiet complex. Beautiful view & comfortable furnishings. Weather was quite warm, so Air con would have made the stay more pleasant as we needed to leave the balcony doors open to sleep - this is apparently being installed mid-year. Great value for money.

The biggest advantage of this house is that the location is very good. You can walk to the place you need to play in 5-10 minutes. If you do n’t have a car or are afraid of trouble, this place is a good choice. The room itself is in a hotel, so in fact the overall is similar to the hotel suite, the bathroom decoration is relatively new, the balcony is a bit small, of course, it is better to look out of the hotel and go directly to the lake to see. Fan, we went to Queenstown in the summer, and it was still very hot at night. I suggest the owner if it can provide a standing household fan. The noise in the next room is actually good, just like staying in a hotel room.

Apartment as described! However, do take note that apartment is slightly further off from the town centre. About 6-8mind drive from apartment to the town centre, should not be an issue if you have a vehicle. Shared bathroom was v clean and spacious with shampoo, body wash and hair dryer provided. Kitchen is a shared area with the hosts as well and the view is great from the apartment and especially from the kitchen! Seems like quite a new apartment, just that it might be inconvenient for elderly as there's stairs to climb up to reach the apartment but other than that, it's a great place to stay at for the value paid! Will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Must be five-star praise, the rooms of the store have first-class scenery. Go to town and take bus number one for a few minutes. Of course self-driving is no problem. The room was clean and tidy. In the incomparable view of the living room kitchen, you can cook a steak noodle. The landlord is very nice. The host also took me to the bus stop before leaving. thanksgiving.

Tao is very welcoming and generous, providing a convenient place for public rest and activities. The listing is located at the seaside next to Queenstown, a little distance from the town, it is recommended to drive.

We had a wonderful stay at Dean & Gaynor’s place! My boyfriend and I (now fiancé) actually got engaged on our first night of the trip and the stay had everything we needed for a lakeside celebration :)

Perfect room for our weekend in Queenstown. Located within walking distance to downtown, great views, room had everything we needed and the hosts were a pleasure to work with. Would look to stay again if we ever return to New Zealand as Queenstown was easily our favorite town.

The house is clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony is particularly good. It is not easy to find according to google positioning, because the location of the entrance and the location of the house are slightly offset, it is recommended to make some improvements. The less convenient place is that there are no curtains on the balcony and windows. From some perspectives, there is not enough privacy.

We had a lovely time in this space. The view from the yard was stunning and the adorable pups were the cherry on top. Very comfortable sleep and our host was very thoughtful to include tea and milk. Our visit to Queenstown met our goal to have a tranquil yet exhilarating finish to our trip.

Highly, highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Queenstown! Jodie was fantastic to communicate with and the location is extremely walkable! The place is very tidy, bright and fresh inside - and the view out the back sliders will have your jaw hitting the floor!

Jodie’s place is perfect for couples visiting Queenstown without a car. 2 or 3 minutes walk into town, less than 10 mins to the lakeside. Cook in and enjoy the views or eat out! Supermarket super close - 5 min walk.

If you need a place to stay in QT and want to be close to the city but far enough that it isn’t noisy, this is 100% the best place to stay. Literally the most AMAZING view of the lake and mountains right from the living room and bedroom. Would definitely recommend!
