Already upon arrival, the building has its pleasant imprint to see (neat lawn, clean entrance hall). We were welcomed by 2 guards / reception with incredible kindness and dedication. They explained to us the use of the locations, how to use the elevator (there are elevators that go to different towers), they showed a map of which was the garagge that corresponded to us. When climbing, the apartment dazzled us with the view and the luminosity, in addition to a modern and super warm decoration. Agustina's responses and service demonstrated what we then live in our own flesh. Really a unique experience from the beginning. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very close to the beach and the view is unmatchable. You can actually see a gorgeous sunset from the room window. The check in is extremely easy and the building is modern and new. This place is ideal for Small solo or couple travelers. The apartment is small but very cozy.

Spectacular being close to shopping makes everything easier, Pablo a luxury host is in every detail. The best impossible apartment since being a ground floor is like being in a house but it is a building, the patio is great, pets can go out there, and you can enjoy in the incredible afternoons. Barbaros the sofas super comfortable beds, allowed us to stay with 4 more than comfortable guests. Spend some great days in the apartment, barbarian also the garages because when entering 2 vehicles you can leave the car and you do not have to do maneuvers, but it is a place that sometimes there is no place on the street the garage in the same building facilitates everything. I highlight this guest not having to pay anything else the apartment includes everything, even the electric light (in some places in Uruguay they charge it and it is enough !!!) The spectacular WIFI as it says the HIGH SPEED warning! The truth could not be more perfect. Thank you very much for everything Pablo, I will definitely be back soon!

The stay at Ivon's house was great, everyone was very friendly. The location is amazing a few blocks from the beach and close to the bus station, in addition the house is very clean. We had great conversations with Milton, he gave us lots of tips about the city and told about the history of Uruguay. My friend and I felt very welcome, we are very grateful for the excellent stay.

Who received us was Milton, who speaks Portuguese very well. He was very helpful and gave us good tips. Even with cheaper food and markets. They are very welcoming and patient. The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot. For sure when I return I will stay there again.

This appartment is in an older building right in the center of Punta del Este. You can walk to the beaches or drive there within a minute. The appartment was clean, it is quiet and that's what we are looking for. A bed, a shower, a small kitchen and a couch. We didn't need much else in the beach town. Juan is great in communicating. There is a receptionist at the building that handled the check in. I'm sure you can find much fancier places in that town. But if you travel on a budget then this is a great place to stay. I'd come back :)

The place is a mixed condominium for rent and housing with reception. It has cleaning and some basic hygiene items. The receptionists were rated 10. But it doesn't serve a meal like a hotel, but it has a well-equipped kitchen that can make any meal. It is well located and spacious. Cable TV including Record (to kill the longing to hear a Brazilian TV program). The only thing, however, was a strange situation that happened. We were doing a search on Airbnb the night before check in, my wife and I, as we were in Montevideo. My wife found the accommodation and we became interested. Then she sent a message asking about parking on site, because as we travel by motorcycle, we always do that before closing the reservation. The owner replied that there was none, but we could park on the street in front of the hotel, which was very safe. There he sent a reservation invitation. Detail: the value that appeared to us was 389 for 2 nights, but the reservation invitation was worth 439, that is, 50 reais more. We questioned the reason for this price difference and so far we have had no answer. So I decided to make a reservation through my profile and got through 389. If we had not paid attention and made the reservation by invitation, we would have paid 50 reais more unnecessarily. I still prefer to believe in the honesty of the human being and think that it was just a mistake, but due to the fact that we did not get an answer to this question until today, it is the alert to pay attention to these details, not only with this accommodation, but in all. Besides, the stay was excellent.

Great location, incredible view, comfortable beds, quality Wi-Fi, accessible hosts, has a garage, cleaning service available. It has great fans, and the climate in Punta is always cooler at night, eliminating the need for air conditioning (and this is what my husband can't do without !!). It is also possible to wash clothes in the building's laundry. I recommend!

Perfect location! It is close to several tourist spots, you can do many things on foot. The region has restaurants, markets, shops, etc. The view from the apartment yields a beautiful sunset. The equipment in the apartment is a little old, especially in the kitchen, but that did not hinder our trip. One of the bathrooms is very small and it is difficult to take a shower there because it only works when it is hot (boiling). Besides, the ap is perfect! I recommend.

You could not ask for a better location or host. The pool is amazing and stays warm until it closes due to the wonderful sun in the area. The apartment was cleaned daily by the friendly staff. There are honestly more restaurants and stores within a five minute walk then you will know what to do with. I was traveling alone and Gernot took me out with his friends to explore the city.

This apartment location was absolutely wonderful, close by foot to everything. You can hear the ocean waves at night -incredible. The host is incredibly helpful, accommodating, she provided maps and local travel ideas. The home has all you need, 4 beds, living space, and a lovely outdoor balcony to sip early morning coffee and watch action at the beach, surf break is right out the back door. If, like me, you value fresh air and the movement of air, ... this apartment has four! glass doors that open to pull cool evening air through from front to back or to better hear the ocean waves crashing. It was an ideal location and wonderful, helpful host. I highly recommend the stay! We visited from San Francisco CA. Muchisimas Gracias Clode!

This place was amazing! Super close to the bus station & really easy to find! Clode was in touch and reachable and gave good instructions on check in and details etc. the view is amazing! Lovely to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. The place was light and airy, so wonderful to have the ocean right there! Also close to some markets and restaurants which made this the perfect spot for a convenient beach time! Will definitely return if i’m in PDE again! :)

We where nicely met in the reception by arrival. The room was cleaned everyday by a sweet cleaning lady. Some questionable stains on the pillows, but it did not really matter due to the rest of the great cleaning with new towels and soap everyday. The location was a little to far from the center to walk therefor far from restaurants and stores. Over all a great stay with the pool right outside your door and not far from the beach!

We just loved the luxurious location, kitchen pieces, bathroom bed, all new, not to mention the structure of the building, access to the garage with 24 hour security automated gate. Wonderful pool, indoor heated pool we don’t use it because the weather is very hot comfortable loungers had a gym but we didn’t have time to use it so we don’t know if it’s for guests, counting wonderful, close to the beach Market shopping, tourist spots all around but best tip use car.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was certainly more than we expected. The view that the apartment has is really spectacular. The apartment is spacious and the bathrooms are made again. The apartment being at the tip, has easy access to the supermarket and other places to eat. I definitely recommend Lucia since she was always attentive and cordial with us.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is very nice, very well located and well maintained. The condominium facilities are also great. I want to stay there again.

Cosy place. Perfect for a relax vacation. Small rooms but life happens in the shared parts of the facility, where we met some amazing people. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and you are not allowed to really cook but there is great place for urugayo asado. A problem for us was a missing outdoor shower at the pool, which resulted in a mediocre water quality.

Great location! Unparalleled view!

This is an old but reasonably well maintained apartment with style, located very close to the Fingers of Punta del Este and the main street of the Península. We love it - how it’s designed and decorated - although this is something rather personal as we have a preference for old-fashioned stuff. We could watch the sunrise from the window of the living room and it’s such a beautiful experience. The check-in was done with the reception of the building and was easy and fast. We didn’t meet Gabriel personally but communications with him have been very smooth. Things to note: wifi is provided by the building and is super slow and unstable during the peak hours when everyone is using it. Also, the hot water runs out rather quickly so make sure you take a quick shower if you’re there on a super cold day like we did.

Martha and Antonio, were always attentive to our questions. The location of the apartment is privileged, close to the beach, recognized sites, shopping area, shopping. The apartment is very nice and is in a quiet area The staff of the building is very friendly, there you can have chairs and umbrella to go to the beach. We were able to tour Punta del Este with the bikes that Martha and Antonio have available. In short, it was a wonderful stay.

Staying in Agustina's apartment is worth it. It is ideal to enjoy as a couple. Comfortable and well distributed. It was a two night experience, where we made the most of it. Good location and correct facilities. It is worth enjoying a stay here.

Beautiful, clean apartment, in a building with good leisure infrastructure, including beach service. The only difficulties occur with the rapid depletion of hot water from the shower and the absence of a door in the shower, which causes the bathroom to get wet.

The pools and pool excellent, it is a small but very nice and well equipped apt.

The place is very well located near the beach, although the GPS had trouble locating it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful. It includes a rich breakfast and access to pool and Jacuzzi. The only thing is that there are only two shared bathrooms for the entire hotel. For us it was not a problem, but it is good to take it into account.

Excellent reception from both Catya and Porter (Carmelo). In addition, Catya helped us travel from Montevideo to Punta del Este and was instrumental in giving us security and peace of mind. The accommodation was very well maintained and the apartment is very well located, close to Punta del Este Bus Terminal and shops in the Center. It was a very rewarding experience.

The apartment as in the photos, impeccable, the stay was great, the support staff of the building very helpful and always willing to provide help and information, the view is incredible, towards one of the best places in Punta del Este.
