Beautiful place to rest and be calm, having the beach quite close. The cabin has everything to make you comfortable. Accommodation more than recommended.

The truth is that the cabin is beautiful! It has all the amenities! The ocean view is a luxury! And the bathroom other than spacious has a dream shower! Strong water, a great pleasure! Ernesto is a great host, super friendly and available for what they need! Super recommendable!

The rustic space is very nice. The living room has a large glass that allows you to see the trees from the outside, which makes the space pleasant. There is a table and all kitchen utensils and appliances, with the extra care of leaving instant coffee, tea, detergent. In the bathroom, there was a bath soap and another liquid for hands. In addition, towels and bed linen are provided. Everything for a peaceful stay. We were very well supported at check in and check out.

As it looks in the photos. Very practical to spend a few days, good location. The kitchen is not the best of the attributes of the lodging. Recommendable!

It is located first of three cabins. It is about 5 blocks from the beach or you can walk on the back of the cabins that will be 3 blocks or so. It is as is the photos, with windows that point to the beach and a very nice balcony. It is equipped for 3 people (it has a sofa bed on the ground floor). Luciano was very attentive and always responded quickly.

The best airbnb experience so far. The place is lovely with exceptional view from the terrace. Relaxing and chilly atmosphere - just what we were looking for. Good location - within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Luciano is a very warm and helpful person.

The location of the house is a privilege!

We spent 7 nights here over New Years and it was perfect, right in front of the beach and maybe a 5/10min walk into town. You’re literally surrounded by sand dunes, it was so nice to wake up of a morning and look out to the ocean. The house had everything you needed to cook at home as well as a blender! Seba was a great host, quick to respond to any questions and offered great local suggestions. He even came within minutes to the house to replace the gas on a Saturday night! We would definitely stay here again, we loved Punta del Diablo

We really liked the accommodation because of the location. The host is excellent, super quick when contacting via WhatsApp and totally helpful. He also helped us a lot with the luggage that had to be carried over the first dune. An absolutely exceptional place to stay.

Very nice house in the middle of the dunes. If you are looking for relaxation and beach, this is a perfect house. The only thing to keep in mind that you have to like sand. Ha The house very clean. The only thing I recommend is that they have chairs and beach umbrellas. Since the ones that were there were very old and broken. We had a very nice vacation. The house is magic and very special. I loved the Interieur, how it is built and where it is located. Very simple and quiet, and amazingly cozy!! Whoever is looking for a place to have a time-out and to reconnect with nature or romantic house by the sea, this is the perfect hideaway. Watching the sea in front of the house from the dunes - breathtaking. With this special and unique location in the dunes, it has to be said, that it’s no place for people who want to be in the center of night life in Punta del Diablo. Nor it is a place for people who need everything perfectly clean. You better go in a hotel or hostel. The house is built within the dunes, so you have to expect sand. Everywhere. Especially when the weather conditions get a little rough and windy. If you’re fine with that - you’ll have a blast! For me it was the perfect spot and Seba is a wonderful host! Thank you very much.

We had a great one night stay at Kary’s cabin. The place is really nicely decorated, the little terrace is great to hang out and enjoy the pretty pink skies at sunset. There is a kitchen, which is not very well equipped but Kary was nice enough to lend us everything we needed. We also tried her amazing bread and croissants which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend for some peace and quiet in Punta del Diablo!

we had an amazing stay at rosi’s place. its steps away from the beach while also being walking distance to anything in town you need. the place is stylish and spacious and the patio and the hammock were lovely for taking a break from the sun. they even had chairs and umbrellas to lend which was a nice touch! and the breakfast (especially the bread) was amazing. would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation!

Beautiful cozy place! Great location next to the beach and far from the town centre noise. Home made bread was excellent too. Just bare in mind the rooms are separated by thin walls, in case you are looking for a lot of privacy.

I am a little suspicious to talk about hosting, because it is the second time I come back and certainly will not be the last. The family is simply passionate and do everything they can to make the stay perfect. The house is the peace needed to bring balance in life, it has everything needed to connect with new people, to have unique moments with family, friends and couple. I always come back renewed and a 3 kg fatter !!

I stayed with my partner for 5 nights at Rosi and Martin's place in Room #1. They are some of the best hosts I have ever had, very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is okay. The location is perfect, on the edge of town within walking distance to everything and a short peaceful 5 minute walk to the beach over sand dunes. The bed was super comfortable, beautiful views, very relaxing atmosphere, and breakfast was delicious and coffee was strong :) They connected us with so many things to do (bike or walk to Santa Teresa, Surf, Yoga, and great places to eat, especially Panes y Peces), and they were a lot of fun to hang out with. I would love to stay with them again next time I return.

Loved our trip to Punta del Diablo and staying at Solmare 2 cabin. It was the best choice! The cabin is simply amazing. It fully met our expectations of tranquility, quietness, heavenly view, comfort and simplicity. It is perfect for those who want to forget about the rest of the world. Luciano served us very well, always pleasant and willing to help. This trip was amazing. Super recommend it!

Excellent space to disconnect from the daily rush. Having no internet was not lacking with the tips of Luciano, who was very attentive. The place is very cozy and with amazing views of the sea and nature. I advise arriving by day, because the access is poorly lit and I was a little confused with the streets. We had a great stay at the Green Chalet. Nice, clean, comfortable, nice view, private. Yes, privacy is one good quality to the chalet as the other places we could see when we were over there, did not offer much privacy from street viewers. The location is very nice, Punta Del Diablo offers different beaches in walking distance and nice little restaurants too, at Playa del Pescador. Luciano was a great host. We were very confortable and found everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Totally recommend his place. oh, if you need phone or wi-fi get a SIM card at the local market Sandra. Simple and it works ; )

It was a beautiful stay. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The description of what we were going to find is very accurate and we were not surprised. We found everything very clean and pleasant. The return is super quiet and the beach is a few blocks away.

Alvaro is an excellent host. The place is clean, tidy and convenient for the bus terminal and the market.

About the cabin: It is beautiful, warm, pleasant and with many details that make the place a charm. It had everything we needed (kitchen utensils), great and warm shower. The outdoor area is very beautiful too, we hope to return to make a roast beef. The place is quiet, safe and transmits peace. About the location: It is very close to a market called Tortuga, which had everything we needed and is walking in about 3 min. The place is not so close to the beach, but it is possible to walk (from what we were told, about 15 min from the big beach, but we ended up using the car, because we wanted to know all the beaches). We went in November and the weather was great and we also escaped the buzz, which was what we were looking for. We found handicrafts (some) and open bars and restaurants (several), all in the center, which is a joy. I highly recommend punta and I recommend Alvaro's cabin who is a cheerful, friendly and very attentive person !!!

The cabin is very cozy, has a full kitchen and hot water in all taps. It is approximately 10 min from the beach on foot, very close to the bus station and nearby markets with all kinds of useful products. Alvaro is incredibly charismatic and helpful, he will hardly want another cabin after knowing this one.

The cabin is very beautiful and cozy and well complete, had everything we needed. The water in the shower is quite hot (you have to wait 20 mins to warm up). The wi-fi is not very good, but it works. The cabin, towels and bed linen were well cleaned. Natalia was very helpful and greeted us with lots of hospitality. It was all very good. We'll be back for sure.

Charming purely artistic cabins with beautiful wood details, excellent comfort. The nature around is beautiful and I recommend looking at the sky at night, it is magical. Very attentive host and made us totally at ease. Anyone who wants simplicity and an ecological environment with garbage separation and dry chemical toilets will enjoy it as much as we, who love the place.

What a wonderful & peaceful place! The ecocabins of "Papas Negras" are simple but refined to the details. We loved this beautiful, quiet, natural place and ended up staying much longer than we thought (and will be back in a few days:-)). Its surrounded by greens, in reasonable walking distance of the lovely little town, the beautiful beaches and close to the National Park. Big common space with very well equipped kitchen, the most beautiful dry toilets I have ever seen, hot shower, good atmospehre; what do you want more! And all of this for a very reasonable price. Fabian and Julia are giving their best to make you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Fabian's place. It is a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal in Punta Del Diablo, which was convenient since our bus got in late in the evening. The cabins and shared kitchen space are works of art and truly a joy to experience! Fabian was a very friendly host- he helped orient us and gave us plenty of tips for enjoying the beaches, which are a 20-30 minute walk from his place. If we were to visit again, we'd recommend biking or renting a 4x4 to get around between the beaches instead of walking. We visited in May and spent the day at Playa Grande, which was beautiful and practically empty because it was the low-season. Would definitely recommend!

Exonerate me Spanish that I muy badly. Our stay at Punta del Diablo was wonderful. Small tourist hamlet with excellent restaurants, grocery stores and other bonuses, but all on a human scale. Johan's house is the best located in the whole village, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. A few steps from the beach and near the center of Punta del Diablo, we were sure we were in the best place. Johan was very friendly, kind, honest and quick to accommodate us. We are delighted with our stay. Thank you!

Great house in fantastic location! As close to the beach as you can possibly get. Basically on the sand. We loved relaxing and bbqing on the big balcony or relaxing in the open loungeroom and watching the sunrise or the waves rolling in. 5 min walk to good supermarket and many restaurants 5-10 min walk away. The house was very clean, great main bedroom with beautiful views, and has an older but well equipped kitchen. Good wifi. We travelled by bus to PD and got a taxi to the house. Johan’s place was a highlight of our trip to Uruguay!

A great experience in punta del diablo. Very nice house, very interesting and warm design. 3 blocks from the access to the beach of the Rivero (the most beautiful of the 3 beaches of PDD). The house has a beautiful deck with grill and a very nice table to share all the moments (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Very well the entrance, without loss of time although we arrived at 9:30 p.m. Like check out, no delays of any kind. House with alarm, which is an additional security element. The house is very nice, and it is close to the Widow. Spectacular wooden deck and a usable barbecue. Excellent for couples. The photos do not show all the good things in the house.

Kari's cabin is a unique place, and highly recommended for those who want to spend some beautiful days in Punta del Diablo. From the day of the reservation Kary was available to coordinate the details of our arrival. And he gave us many local tips on PDD. The cabin really feels like a home. The place is just like the photos, it is small but has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The bakery attached to the house is sure to be a highly valued extra! Kary is very nice and since we made the reservation she got in touch. He also recommended very good places to eat.

Very beautiful and nice space. The room is large, clean and well organized. Cable TV has Brazilian channels. It has very tasty breakfast, with toast made by the host, cakes, coffee and juice. The weaknesses are the lack of shared kitchen and the wifi that didn't take well from the room we stayed in. Overall it was great being in this hostel, we loved it!

Our stay could not have been better ... Nicolás, Paula and the sweet Sali welcomed us with love and kindness. The dome is super comfortable and with its own style. It has perfect dimensions to sleep and organize your travel things, also has a small table and two benches. The common spaces are very warm, clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need and more to cook. Visiting Ahimsa invites you to spend a conscious and responsible stay with nature. Our stay at this airbnb was unique and amazing! We were surrounded by nature and animals (cats, dog and insects). The hosts were super nice and offer an amazing breakfast. The beach and city centre is about 30 min far and there are only buses going during high seasons.

I spent a really good time at Nicolas' place. He and his lovely family were amazing hosts. They had a lot of good tips what to do in the area and prepared really delicious food for me. They put so much love in the details of their really special home. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place La Amistad. Hector is a great host that gives pleasure to know. The room has a dream view, the bathroom is very good. The living room, balcony and kitchen (shared spaces) are very nice too. The location is great because it is 6 blocks from downtown, next to Playa La Viuda which is beautiful.

Beautiful place isolated from noise, perfect for rest

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great being a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to a grocery store! Lovely deck and hammock to enjoy. Some minor maintenance needed - fridge door was loose, some windows not hinged properly (when opening) but otherwise great and very clean. Wifi is weak but who needs wifi when you’re at the beach?! Overall, a beautiful place to enjoy the coast.

Our stay at mono verde was fantastic. The loft is very cozy and even better than what the pictures suggest. It has great views of the sea and a fantastic location, close to the main beaches. We would definitely return!

Very nice cabin overlooking the sea. Quiet zone. Very equipped kitchen. Good grill. Hammock ideal for reading with the sea in the background. Excellent comunication. Weak WiFi signal, but maybe that's good to disconnect. The bed has a very useful tulle to keep mosquitoes at bay.

We went with my family and everything was perfect. The cleaning of the utensils, the sheets, towels and the cabin in general. Also the attention of Susana and Sergio, always attentive. Something that seemed very positive also was that the cabin has an alarm to avoid having bad moments. We recommend sunsets on the deck. The view is very nice.

The restaurant panes & peces, which is right beside the cabaña, is amazing! The cabaña is very confortable and location very good, the hosts are also very nice people! By the way, there's no breakfast included if you're staying in the small cabaña (2 people), the apartment description can be confusing regarding that.

What an amazing experience! This is one of those places and hosts I love Airbnb for. Andrés picked me up from the bus station and gave me a lift when I left which was super nice as I didn’t ask for it. Because it wasn‘t high season yet, I also got a free upgrade to one of their bigger bungalows. It‘s really right next to the beach and the property with several houses is very well maintained and equipped. Andrés and Gabriela also own a lovely restaurant right next door with delicious food. Communication was easy and despite our language barrier (I don’t speak Spanish) we had no issue conversing. All beaches and restaurants are very close and I don’t think you could pick a better place in Punta del Diablo. Apart from that, I felt very welcome by two wonderful hosts. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend this place.

Andres and Gabriela are friendly and welcoming hosts! Las de Abajo and the Terrazas del Diablo were clean bright spaces with everything you need for a beach week — including a microwave! They were great communicators and had some nice recommendations for us.

All great the truth, the super functional cabin, complete with all the appliances that may be needed! The only cons is that the arrival at the beach must be done on the street, since the path that goes through the courtyards of other houses! After the rest great!

The cabin is very nice, good for a couple! It has a super air conditioning, which should be very useful on hot days, we did not get to use. The location is very good. The cabin was very clean and smelled closed! I recommend.

The house is small but SUPER functional. It has all the comforts for short or long stays. Grill, hammock, air conditioning, blender, toaster, tv, wifi, and everything works perfect. The location is great! It is located about 6 blocks from the small shopping center, and 50mts from the beach. It has beautiful views, and parking! Great place! Cozy, quiet, perfect!

Location is great. Literally a few minutes to the beach and you can see the surf from the hammock! Perfect location for exploring the village. The hut is a bit more spacious than the photos suggest. I was travelling by myself so space was good - may be a bit of a squeeze for two! Good touches are beach seats and umbrella, hammock for the deck and a good asado grill. Bathroom is neat, kitchen usable and wifi pretty good.
