It is a MAGICAL place, on the terrace you feel outside Puebla, you can sunbathe and be in the delicious jacuzzi. The location is super good, 15 minutes from downtown by car. The bed hugs you when you lie down hahaha seriously this place is amazing.

The location is in the newest area of Puebla. The adamant tower is very safe (24 hour surveillance) and a cheap Uber to the center of Cholula and Puebla. Paul's apartment is very comfortable and luxurious. The gym is very well equipped, the terrace is very beautiful and the view from the apartment is very father. Paul communicated very well and was attentive to my questions. If I recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to visit Puebla.

It is a wonderful fun place above a pizza restaurant. We made the mistake of not eating at the restaurant until the last night and it was FANTASTIC. We would have eaten there every night if we had known...they don't just have pizza and the drinks are perfection. The room was clean, fun looking over the walking street. We loved it and Fran was a very friendly attentive host.

At first glance I was worried that the accomodation would be another noisy stay given that it was located above a pizzeria. Much to my astonishment it was a fantastic place to spend time. The restaurant doesn't stay open past 11 (1900 on Sundays) and doesn't open until 11:00 in the morning. The host, Fran, is owner of the AirBNB and manager of the restaurant as well and he was a joy to be around. He was always available and asking how things were going and was helpful with information about getting around the city as well. The accomodation was perfect for what we were looking for. The bed was really comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen because the food in the restaurant downstairs was so good. But it looked to be sufficiently furnished with the basics. The bathroom is small but it served our needs. In the morning coffee and tea are provided in the hallway which leads to an open courtyard. I have to also agree with a previous reviewer who commented on how unique it feels to walk straight upstairs to your room after dinner. The room opens out onto the street from the second story by beautiful wooden doors. The accomodation is in a safe neighbourhood and is overseen by security guards on a 24 hour basis. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Puebla in large part to the great experience here. This location is great and the space has a lot of charm and personality. The noise didn’t bother us- and helped encourage us to get out and explore. We loved it- would stay again!

The garden is large, very enjoyable, because it is well maintained, the pool is small but clean. In the photos the place I perceived as cold but it is not like that, we visited at the end of December and there was a hot weather on the day. The lighted villa is 12 minutes away by car.

We found this to be the perfect place to stay in Puebla. It was right in the heart of the the city, yet very quiet at night. It felt like a really safe place to walk around in during the evening. If you take the official city bus from the CAPU station (not a collectivo) you will arrive two blocks south of the Airbnb. While we loved the food in Puebla, we happily discovered how good the pizza restaurant is downstairs and enjoyed eating a pizza in our room. Fran's hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommended this place!

This place was perfect for our trip to Puebla. The location was fantastic, and the room it self served our needs perfectly. Don't expect a super fancy or large apt -- but everything was clean, well taken care of, and covered our needs. Complaints from previous tenants about street noise were a non-starter for us. No issue at all. Also -- Fran and the security guard for the building were fantastic. Easy to find, easy to message, and always helpful

What a great find. We were so so lucky to find Fran's place at the last minute. The location is absolutely unbeatable and the apartment very sweet and perfect for our week long stay. Fran and the other staff were all incredibly friendly and ready to help. Fran went out of his way to accommodate us. The restaurant below, La Berenjena is the MOST wonderful pizza place. A huge variety of vegetarian (they have meat also) options and they have put together a wonderful menu you don't find elsewhere. Their salads are all delicious and innovative, they have a great selection of artisan beers and lots of mescals. I could rave about it for hours. You can also take the food up to your apartment if you want quiet but the restaurant is also the most fun place in Puebla, great music and always lots of people so a great ambience. I cannot recommend Fran's apartment or restaurant highly enough. For sure we will return.

This place has an excellent location and environment— we loved being above a good and bustling pizza restaurant, on a street that was central to everything but still quiet at night. The room was nice as well, and free coffee and purified water were provided. Our hosts were friendly and easily reachable, also pluses. The only downside was that the shower got lukewarm at best, but this was relatively minor and our stay overall was great.

The place was amazing, very well located and with great attention from the host; The pizza restaurant below is very good and is very close to shops, restaurants and the downtown square.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Concha' s. I received a warm welcome and immediately felt right at home. Little extras like the fresh flowers on the bedside table made me feel appreciated. It's about a half hour drive to al centro. I don't have a car but Uber is available and very inexpensive. Groceries, banking and restaurants are within walking distance. Even with the neighbour's rooster, this is probably the most quiet place I've stayed in Mexico. I found it very relaxing. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed with Ale and I must say that now the place was much better arranged and decorated (and that the first time we were there we loved the place). The service provided by Ale is magnificent. Highly recommended.

The location is not so close to the main Zocalo of Puebla, however it is a key point for restaurants, meals, buses, and so on. The attention and hospitality were much more than expected. The Sausage puppy we loved.

The house is old and wonderful, courtyardsc old architecture, Talavera tile. In the old El Alto part of the city, easy walk to Fuertes Park. Wonderful view of the moon and the volcano and mountains. Great affectionate dogs. Lovely and very helpful and accomadatung family. I would totally stay here again.

A beautiful historic home, a really small walk away from the city centre in the historic old neighbourhood. I stayed in the very clean and lovely room on the roof. With a lovely terras to sit in the sun and enjoy the spectacular view of the city and Popocatépetl vulcano. Only if it was for the spectacular sunsets you should book a night. Daniël and the lady of the house are very friendly and warm people. Communication was fast and clear, a very homely and warm stay in Puebla. I can highly recommend staying here.

It’s a beautiful space with a cool and convenient lock system. The morning traffic might be loud for some. There are earplugs at bedside. Wonderful location.

Rafael and Carlos's apartment is very well located in the center of Puebla, except the baroque museum we did everything on foot. The room is very large, has a large window to the street, a sofa with a small table, a bookcase with brochures with information about Puebla and a very comfortable bed. Everything is immaculate on the floor. The bath towels are wonderful and there is a hair dryer and everything. The common spaces: living room, kitchen and patio we hardly used them but they were very nice and tastefully decorated. They have a cat but you don't even know, I have an allergy to them and I didn't notice anything. Communication with Rafael is very easy, I always answer super fast and he was very kind to receive us. We hardly saw each other anymore but we felt very comfortable in his apartment. We recommend it!

Spacious and tastefully decorated room. Very well located, 5 minutes from the center. Rafael is a very attentive and accommodating host. We were able to drop off our bags before the hour. Only downside, when you're not used to it, a little noise in the street.

This is a special place in a great location. It's wonderful to walk into your colourful courtyard and feel as though you have closed the door to the throb of the city. Paola has set up the place beautifully, with nice touches and has kept it uncluttered so that there is space to move around. Good value for money, and Agustina, who helps out with anything you need and who lives on site, is a jewel.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway from CDMX! Check in was a breeze. From the bus station to the front door and back out on the streets starting our adventure–just blocks away into the historic City Center–was all about 35 minutes. Minimally appointed decoration really let’s this beautiful remodeled Colonial space shine with both old and new charm. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom had everything we needed. Felt very safe and easy walking distance to almost all the must-do sites, restaurants, and bars. Paola was super prompt with communication and had suggestions ready. Will definitely rent again next time we are in Puebla!

The accommodation is centrally located, we could walk to the different places of interest, the place is very clean and the very friendly hosts always helped us in everything we occupied.

Manuel's accommodation is exactly as mentioned on the page with a great location near the center and unparalleled attention. The room is quite warm and has everything you need to spend a great stay, additionally the common spaces such as the kitchen, terrace and lobby are quite comfortable and functional. The room has excellent lighting, however in the morning and since the sun hits the windows directly the light can be a bit uncomfortable, otherwise it is a great option to visit Puebla.

Everything is very comfortable, there is transportation nearby and shops to buy basic necessities.

Perfect for my needs, the apartment had two bedroom a Nice little kitchen and it’s own gas heater! Javier was a great host he was prompt, and would occasionally check in via message to make sure everything was okay and to offer his assistance. This apartment is located by a Soriana for your basic needs, there is also a transportation stop right in front of the gates. Ps gate staff are very friendly

Everything was excellent. The communication with Ale was always excellent and very attentive, she contacted me several times to see if she needed something that not everyone does. Very clean apartment with all the amenities including parking which is a plus. Very comfortable bed with smart tv, and very quiet which in all my stay in Mexico was where best to sleep. The center is about 15 minutes walking which is not bad if you like walking like me. Anyway, I recommend Ale's place 100% and I would definitely stay with her again.

Ale is very hospitable. She would message me and ask if everything was okay and I said I just needed the water jug to be refilled and she did it with no hesitation. They room has everything you need. However, there wasn’t any water pressure in the shower but the water was very hot. The WiFi was a little slow but it got the job done. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Mexico.

Excellent room. Small but ideal for resting and covering all the needs of short and long stays. The super comfortable bed and beautiful spaces; I would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent apartment, an unbeatable location, all super close; Ideal to go everywhere on foot. Alfredo always attentive to everything and willing to always improve the stay. The right size apartment for 4 people; the bed, pillows, pretty comfortable blankets, the bathroom despite being smaller than we could be used to today, is perfectly functional without any problem, the order is different from the usual but completes the experience of Puebla of yesteryear. I definitely recommend it, quite hygienic, comfortable and with a perfect location. I hope to return one day. Thank you for giving me an unforgettable experience!
