An insane location! I cannot imagine a better location in Porto. A penthouse overlooking the train station, are you kidding me? Everything worked perfectly, and our stay was most enjoyed. Can’t wait to book again.

Wow. A gem of an apartment right in the heart of beautiful Porto. The lift/ elevator was an added bonus for us with all our bags. The apartment itself was as stylish as the photos suggest but the location was really perfect - loads of shops and restaurants within a 2-minute walk, and the river a short walk down the hill. Highly recommended!

I found the location super strategic, it is in the center of everything, but in a very quiet street. The apartment is very nice, with an exclusive and clean bathroom. The style has all the charm of local architecture, large windows, balcony and high ceilings. There is no elevator, which is very common in the city, so it is expected. I found the communication and the check-in and checkout process very simple. I recommend the accommodation and for sure, when I return to Porto, I want to stay in the same place. Thanks

As already mentionned, yes it is noisy, but that comes with in a old building - not a problem for me with ear plugs!

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia’s apartment in old Porto. We were met by Eugenia at Check in. We had a lovely conversation and Eugenia provided us with a map marked with cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and supermarkets. The apartment is warm, comfortable and is close to restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets, public transport and tourist attractions. The personal touches were amazing, a bottle of port and breakfast delivered to your door daily. The apartment is in the old part of Porto, which is very busy of a day but very quiet of a night. I highly recommend this beautiful spot tucked away from the bustle of the town yet still centrally located. We loved the apartment. I particularly enjoyed the window looking onto the walkway behind the building. It was fun watching locals (I don’t think I saw a single tourist) going about their business and we enjoyed strolling down the cobblestones ourselves when walking to the river. When checking in, we received a helpful map to the city with some restaurants noted. The map was particularly helpful our first night, but we referred to it throughout our visit. The room had a nice bottle of port waiting for us. In addition, Eugenia and Luis delivered fresh bread each morning. Both were very nice touches! The apartment was clean and thoughtfully laid out. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and we highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing air bnb - definitely the best we’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was clean, modern, cosy and had the most stunning view up an old cobbled street. Great for people watching! Fresh bread and croissants we left hanging on our door in a linen bag every morning - such a lovely touch! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, jam and butter in the fridge and sardines in the cupboard, which were free to use. Delicious bottle of port left out on the side too! Couldn’t fault this place. They even let us drop our bags early and leave our bags safe at the office whilst we had one last day in Porto before our flight. 10/10 - we’ll be back!

Fantastic location in the heart of the historic district. Gorgeous apartments - overlooking the cobbled old quarter and very quiet. Rolls and croissant left outside the door every morning and some port to welcome guests. Very thoughtful touches from excellent hosts. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent accommodation, clean, bright and airy. Lots of help and suggestions from Teresa in check in and we had a great weekend with the team very helpfully extending our stay to accommodate Storm Chiara. Porto is hilly and if you have mobility issues, be mindful that there is no lift (the district is a UNESCO world heritage site so they can’t install one). Would recommend the Graham’s tour and the 20 minute tram ride to Foz for a seaside fix and some amazing Atlantic rollers! Thanks to all at Mouzinho 134!

Great little apartment in central position

Incredible location with the best views. A short walk from good restaurants, the main train station, artists shops, and beautiful viewpoints.

I was staying at Carlos' airbnb with my sister. The apartment has excellent value for money. It is relatively close to the city center in a safe area, it was clean with a careful decoration and attentive to details. Carlos received us very well, he was flexible with our check-in and check-out times and gave us suggestions of places to visit and restaurants. Overall our experience was very positive.

Carlos’s place was very nice for an American traveler in Portugal. He had all of the amenities we’ve come to expect in a room, and the location was within walking distance of all of the city sights. I was even able to walk to the river and take a water taxi to the Port wine places. I highly recommend this place.

Carlos was kind, friendly host. He explained every spots in Porto. House is not far from subway station and tourist places. The room was clean and very large compared to other rooms in Europe. Thumbs up. I have no difficulty finding my way. With Google. The subway station near the property is one of the centers, so all the places to go are within walking distance. But the accommodation is a bit hilly, so it's a little hard to check in. Good otherwise. Friendly host and fast feedback. The room was too spacious and cozy compared to other European accommodation. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. I recommend it.

Carlos’ place is nice. He got a clean bathroom. Especially the location, 15 ~ 20 mins walking to all of the tourism spots. The day we arrived. He recommended place to eat and place to see a Fado show. He explained how to get to the main tourism attractions. Very polite and friendly. Would recommend his place to other people while staying in Porto.

Super welcome from Carlos, Who speaks French very well. Great location near the tourist town center and the metro. The spacious bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is available.

I absolutely loved my stay at Gisela's place during my time in Porto! Her apartment is very centrally located with a lot of sunshine streaming in through the windows. The place was nicely furnished with natural sunlight. Gisela also replied ASAP and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Location was awesome! Walking distance to the river...too good night life and delicious restaurants. Only negative about location....and for any air bnb in porto would be parking is a hassle! Definitely would suggest getting a taxi or uber into porto and if you need a car to rent after your stay in Porto. The apartment itself is very quaint and cozy with everything you would need. The bed is so so so comfy. As stated was hard to find ..but part of that issue is on my end as my husband and I didn't have cellular service. Luckily there is a McDonalds 200m away that we could utilize for wifi and communication with Gisela. Gisela was an above and beyond host with hasty responses and great tips. I thought the door was broken and within 10 minutes she stopped by too check in on it. She was very patient when my Husband and I had gotten lost finding parking and walking through porto to after an 24 hour travel day!

The accommodation is super nice. Decorated with style and taking care of the details to the fullest. Renovated, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. As highlights, the balcony makes it special and the bed very comfortable. It is close to all the interesting points of the city, it is ideal to walk to all sites. Luis place was perfect for our stay in Porto. It was in a great location, very walkable to everything we wanted to do. The place itself was very clean and thoughtfully put together. Luis was wonderful checking us in and provided us with numerous recommendations for things to do, eat, and drink!

The room is really spacious and the beds are very spacious and comfortable for 2 people !! The location is also great for walking around the city so I walked almost! It was great because the host was very kind and explained to nearby restaurants and wines. Clean the toilet and water pressure! I stay well for 2 days !! The house was huge and cozy for 2 people. The bed was also enough for 2 people. The location was perfect for walking the city. The host was soooo kind and he recommended many restaurants and wines. Toilets was also perfect! Great location It's in the middle, so you can go to Lelu Bookstore, parks, cathedrals, and so on. Downwards, you can go anywhere such as São Bento Train Station and Louis Bridge. I can't wait to see the sunlight coming in through the window.

The house was warm and cozy. The sun came in well and there was no inconvenience. There was an elevator, but on the first floor, I moved my luggage to the stairs. The location was great and the host Luis was really friendly. I was sorry that the bathroom door was broken. And the sound insulation was not good. I heard everyone talking in the hallway, and the upper house was noisy. Other than that, I was satisfied. :)

This place is very nice & lovely ~ !! Mr. Luis is so kindness and help me for easy check in. The room have all convenience and of course cleaned up. And it located in middle of city. :) ☆ The host was very friendly and pleasant. The warm water came out well, and when I turned the radiator and the heat fan on, it wasn't cold, and the heavy quilt felt to sleep well. Almost all the kitchen equipment is simple, so it was good to go shopping at the supermarket and eat. Most of all, the location is just in the middle, so I walked around when I dropped my luggage or put on a coat. Very good

The apartment was spacious with great location. It is really central, so it is a bit noisy, but if you close the bedroom door during the night, it is not disturbing at all. Communication was easy.

Fernando's Airbnb is recommended! 1. The room is very modern and tidy. It's very neat, like I've recently remodeled Tableware was also available so it was easy to eat wine and snacks !! Besides, it is wide good 2. There is an elevator ㅠㅠ On the 2nd floor (Korean style 3rd floor), usually in Europe, there is no elevator in the hostel was here ㅠㅠㅠ 3. You can lock the front door. I didn't care if I was a man but I think it will be very safe for women to travel !!! 4. Fernando is very kind! We arrived a little late, but we waited in advance and checked in. 5. You can walk a little from São Bento Train Station! However, it was nice to have a hostel near the ellers bookstore and restaurants. Also, even if you walk a little, the house is very clean and spacious Even if I visit Porto again, I think I will stay here ^^!

It was the cleanest place I stayed in Europe. It's an officetel-style structure, with enough space to walk around even with two large carriers. However, even if you have a room on the first floor, you need to go up some stairs. There were no slippers in any of the European tourist lodgings, which included disposable slippers and amenity. Very clean and nice accommodation. 50L of hot water can be used at a time, so you have to wash it up. (No problem because you can turn it towards the cold water)

Accessibility is excellent as it is within 5 minutes walk of the carrier from trindade metro, which is easy to walk to the center of Porto and to the airport. The facilities and cleanliness is very good, just after the hotel renovation. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around. The price is fine and highly recommended.

We really thank you for your consideration about our check in!! The time that we fixed to meet kept delaying because my luggage was missed so I have to wait for 4 hours at the airport but Diogo waited for us. Also the room was really clean and cozy so we were very impressed !!! The location was also good so we can reach everywhere that we wanna go by our feet. One thing: the hot water is allowed only for 15 min. It is noticed in the bathroom but we didnt know that at the first time. But everything was perfect !! This room was the best room that i’ve ever used before! If you didnt decide which room to choose, i really recommend this room !!!

Accommodation perfectly located for visiting Porto, many places can be reached on foot from the apartment. All shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are available nearby. Metro station less than 5 minutes walk, connecting the airport in about twenty minutes. I recommend the accommodation of Diogo and Christiania if you are passing through Porto, go for it! Conforms to the photos, calm and very pleasant.

Helena is excellent host. She gave us very useful tips concerning everything that might interest us in Porto. She even offered us some sweets and Porto wine so we could try some of their local food. At check-out she surprised us with fresh squeezed orange juice. She was so kind that we could leave our bags at her house after our check-out and pick them up later in the evening. Everything was as described. A good place to rest and relax. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Location almost in the city center and only few metres away from metro station. I would recommend this stay for 100%.

The property is very conveniently located near the subway. A good starting point to explore the city. The room is right on the street. But you hardly hear anything from outside. From there we set off on a "pilgrimage".

As a solo traveller, I normally end up in a grotty single room with a horrible bathroom. This place was not only spacious, but was spotless clean and the showers were hot and perfect. A brief walk into the heart of Porto only takes about 10 mins and everything is close to hand. There is a local shop nearby that stocks everything you need. There are local bars/cafes for a drink in the evening. Communication with host was flawless. I didn’t use the commune / dining / kitchen area but it looked spotless like the rest of the house. Just be mindful, and this is no way ( for me ) a minus point, but there is no lift, so if you are on the 3rd floor and have loads luggage it may take you couple journeys, again it was no problem for me. Mo

Communication was clear and responses were fast. I booked it last minute and everything worked out fine. They have a good system for check-in. The room was as I expected and the entire place was clean. I had a nice stay.

Hugo's Place is beautiful, peaceful, is very spacious for two people to feel super comfortable and free, is close to Praça da liberdade and Casa da Música, and has everything you need to enjoy a short, medium or long stay at Porto. Very clean and functional apartment. Same as description. Very well located close to all amenities on the 3rd floor of a secure residence. Beware of the elevators, we got stuck and had to call the SOS to be unlocked in 30 min. Hugo is absolutely for nothing! ++++++

** Hotel grade quality ** I loved this little gem of an apartment, my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer! A well stocked kitchen, pillows on the bed you could lose yourself in, big comfy towels in the bathroom and hotel quality presentation, right down to the folded toilet paper.

I believe that many Korean reviews are booked. I went with a friend and the hostel was about one room for one person but the facilities were clean and the host was very friendly. It was great to have water pressure, hand-made maps, and always have coffee and tea.

If you want to experience the city and have a fantastic stay, then look no furtver. This is THE place.

The place was absolutely spotless and a full stocked kitchen however there are so many great places to eat close by you'll not want to cook. If available I highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful apartment close to the centre of Porto. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay and has a wonderful view across the city. We chose the apartment as it is close to the Coliseo as we went to a concert but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

The place is in a very good position with a fantastic ‘tokyo decadence’ view. Lots of light and cozy space.

My sister and I were pleased with this apartment, a spacious, bright apartment, a really very nice blue balcony, everything is exactly as in the photographs and in the description. But there is only one drawback: the floor was not washed. Otherwise, there are no complaints :) and special thanks for the welcome bottle of red wine;) it was very good :)) The owner met us well and quickly, and gave a huge list of places to visit, bars, clubs, restaurants and shops :) And also to us gave our own keys to the apartment and entrance. P.S. If a hair dryer is important for you: it is there, but very weak, if you have long thick hair, this hair dryer will not be enough for you :) So: this apartment is a great option for living in sunny Porto;) Thank you for your hospitality and all the best!

Clean and very nice location Just 5 minutes walk to downtown and close to the mart! Unfortunately, the house was too cold. There's a radiator, but when I turn it on in the living room, it's not warm enough. It was a perfect hostel except a little cold :)

Excellent stay, mainly due to the location. The apartment (its furniture and renovation) are not as new as the photos indicate. Apartment very well equipped. Detail: there are many stairs and there is no elevator, so for those traveling with suitcases, it is not so practical (but the host helped us to climb all floors).

Excellent location, it is right next to the clerics tower, super important point is well located by the port, close to everything; great restaurants and bars, Mário received us very well, perfect size apartment for a couple, super clean and organized, everything very new and beautiful, I would go back and recommend the stay in this place!

We loved the apartment, it was in the middle of the city and had a small balcony and cute tiny kitchen with some tea. Marios sended us a friend to help us with the checkin. its in the 5th floor, so have that in mind, wenn you have a huge suitcase. All in all great and we would come back

The flat is as described, more than enough room for a single traveler or a couple. The small balcony opens up to a great side view of the Clérigos church (which is closed due to remodeling work). The location is great as you can walk anywhere within the city center and even the river and famous bridge within 15-20 minutes.

There are many reviews and reasons for high ratings! The location is less than 10 minutes from the São Bento Train Station. Even though I turned on the heater in early February, the bedroom was a bit cold so it was a bit unfortunate (I had to keep turning it on so it was a bit dry) but everything else covered! The host is quick and friendly. Thanks for your comfortable room and kindness :) Hope to see you again!

Clean and tidy room, good location. Perfect communication- blackout struck the building once and the feedback was immediate. One drawback: the ceiling is quite low. If you are like 185cm or taller, you might bump your head quite often. Away from that, everything was good

Wonderful place. Small but very tidy space

The apartment was very clean, great bed and shower, kitchen with basic items, heating, terrace in the back with barbecue (pity it was cold) very well located with metro station lapa 5 minutes, from walking all over the center on foot. Dona Cassilda received us very well, gave us several tips from the city. There is free parking behind the building, which is full of cars for people who go to work, but if you leave your car at night or early, there is always a vacancy and if you tip the person who is taking care of your car, it will be free of damage. The only detail I would mention as unfair would be check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm, but they keep the suitcase on arrival and, on departure, also when possible. If I returned to Porto I would stay in this apartment again.

Marco's apartment has made us fall in love. It is beautiful and clean. 15 minutes from downtown. Upon arriving Casilda was waiting for us, he explained and advised us what to see in Porto. If I return to Porto I will return to this house =)

Marco's apartment is immaculate, fully consistent with the photos. All the necessary equipment is present. The welcome is warm and we take the time to explain the operation of the devices, but also to give us some advice to better appreciate our visit to the city. The location is perfect. While being close to the city (15 minutes walk), one also has tranquility and silence. All amenities are nearby (grocery store, pharmacy, public transport). It is a spacious and bright apartment where life is good. I highly recommend it. Thank you Marco for the excellent stay in this magnificent city of Porto.

I stayed here Friday 31st January 2020 to Monday 3rd February. The apartment was perfect. Absolutely spotless! It's in a fantastic location, close to pubs, restaurants and many local attractions, yet at night there seems to be no noise on the street outside. Paulo & Sofia communicated with me with no delays. Check in is quick and simple. I would highly recommend staying here, I could not even find a reason to give less than 5 stars for every question asked in the review form. Loved it!

Beautiful apartments, better than in the photo. We were worried that it would be cold, as there were large windows and a balcony, but in fact it was warm, I did not even need to turn on the heater. It was a perfect stay. The accommodation is the same as in the photos. The hostess is always attentive to all my messages and willing to help at any time. Better impossible. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so those carrying large suitcases can be heavy.

It is very clean considering the European stocking culture. Hot water comes out well and induction works without problems. Best of all, it's safe for the mall! I've been worried a lot lately because I haven't been able to finish my journey safely. We are happy to end this 22-day trip with you!

The location is close to the attractions so we walked around! The room was better than I thought ㅎㅎ, but it was all good except the noisy at night.

Paula and Sergio are Heartwarming and welcoming people, the house is so pretty with surprising architecture, but homey, all imaginable things are foreseen. Go for it and don’t hesitate for a second!

It was the best hostel. We were able to check in and check out all at the time we wanted, Paula was always in touch and was very comfortable with hotel bed and bedding. I shared a bathroom with other guests, but I've never been able to use the bathroom at any time. The best thing was I could use the kitchen freely. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, gas stove and toaster. If you go to Porto again, it will be 200%.

Great hospitality during my stay. The apartment is well located; walkable in the relative small city or near Balhao station for those who don't want to walk. Hosts are very helpful and have plenty of great tips, including the best places for francesinhas!!! Very clean and professional. I would stay again.

My stay at Miguel's place was wonderful! Miguel was prompt with communication, and extremely helpful, answering all of my maybe too many questions and providing a lot of information and recommendations from sights to see to places to eat for a vegetarian, like me. His home was exactly as described, and felt both trendy and cozy, and was quite comfortable. It was always nice to get into bed at the end of a long day out and about. Everything was very clean and prepared for my visit, and the location was also rather good, only about a 30 to 45 or so minute walk to downtown. It is also right next to the Electric Car Museum, and very near the river. I would definitely stay here again, and thank Miguel for welcoming me!
