Located directly on the river 3.5 room large, by the German Tourism Association classified 4-star, non-smoking holiday apartment in a rustic old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and relax. The entrance to the Sauerländer Waldroute is right around the corner and many nearby attractions (Reckenhöhle, Balver Cave, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpesee is a few minutes drive. It is a very nice two-room apartment with its own shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is available in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground floor access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to cycle paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only 5 minutes walk to bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

After several years of successfully renting our "cozy attic in the Sauerland" on airbnb, we are now adding our small, cozy one-bedroom apartment. It can accommodate 1 to 4 guests. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, behind us the forest. Very quiet and idyllic. Bus stop nearby. A separate entrance, small Corridor, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with TV await you.
