Although we only stayed for one night everything was perfect, the room is nice, the location is quite good since it is very close to 5th avenue, Ángel was always very kind and attentive, certainly highly recommended.

Spotless clean, absolutely serene and very comfortable. We loved staying here and can’t wait to return - next time definitely trying the jacuzzi!

It was the first time I visited Playa del Carmen, and I loved the apartment, the location is mostly the most, I stay close to everything & the best that was walking. The apartment is as shown in the photo, it has everything necessary (and I would say even more) to make your stay very comfortable, there was a little confusion when the room but quickly resolved the inconvenience Denisse, the truth would return without any doubt

Perfect spot in Playa. Quiet area but very central. Clean, tidy and excellent amenities, especially for the price! Would come back to stay anytime and would thoroughly reccomend to anyone looking for something cute that ticks the boxes.

A great location, affordable, and a cute stylish space. Know that there are some stairs to reach the door. We walked to ado on quinto (20 minutes). Restaurants and corner stores in walking distance. Denisse was very helpful and communicative.

Great place to stay if your on a budget and want to stay in a clean apartment/ studio with very good location at Playa. The studio has everything you need and is clean. The building is not pretty, the building pictures in the ad are not the one the studios are- not sure why they put another building picture cause the building is not bad just not new. Denisse replied very fast and that was lovely.

Guadalupe was very responsive to each of our questions. The accommodation is a little out of the way, which avoids noise, but everything is done very well on foot. Very accommodating host, very clean accommodation, very comfortable bed.

Really nice place. Close to the city Center. Karen was very nice. She accepted our early checkin at around 12 and was really helpful with local tips. The rooftop terrace is also very nice and welcoming.

What you see is what is in the studio, super comfortable, in our case we were 2 people, in addition to that it is super close to everything, supermarket bank the fifth avenue, the main road, Karen super attentive in case we needed something, definitely what we recommend

The studio is a great location! It has everything you need, Ariana and Jonathan are quick to communicate as well. The location is 2 minutes from the bus station, but it wasn’t noisy. It was a great place to relax to after a day of diving.

Micka was very hospitable and very quick to respond . His place is almost right by the beach and also super close to 5th Ave. Everything you need is right there within walking distance. It has lovely swimming pool with Buddhas statues as shown in pictures and decor of this hotel condos are very ethnic and gorgeous. Many lounging areas outside and it makes you feel like you are in exotic place like Bali. Apartment is good for a couple and since condo is behind the street side, we didn’t hear loud music from streets inside his condo. It was fairly quiet. Micka is quick with responses, so if you have questions or issues, he is quick to help you. Thought his prices were reasonable for where it is located too.

The room was clean and tidy, the room was well located, close to the beach and on the main street. The toilets are large, the room is very cold, and there is a small swimming pool and garden at the door. Although the check-in is full of passwords, it is not difficult. The host has a complete picture and description. About 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO bus station. (Landlord can provide paid airport shuttle service)

We spent a pleasant night, it is very central, the room very clean, and the hosts respond quickly, I did not have the pleasure to meet them but they give you directions regarding the delivery of keys, all super easy.

The apartment is clean. There is a small but pretty swimming pool. When traveling with couple or friends, I recommend this accommodation. The people who work are so nice and kind:)

Raphaël's apartment is located in a very quiet residence with a swimming pool. The accommodation is very clean with all the necessary equipment to make your stay as smooth as possible. We were greeted by Fernando who takes care of the residence. He was very charming and was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The house is faithful to the advertisement, authentic, practical and comfortable, the difference that caught my attention was the notebook with tips on restaurants, sights, etc., with location and address. The bathroom is simple, a small sink and a satisfying shower, with hot and cold water, has some items like shampoo, liquid soap, toothpaste, etc. The room is comfortable, with sheets, blankets and towels (bath and face), good pillows. A table and chair, a bookcase and two servants by the bed. Next to it is a small area with clothesline and some preachers. The kitchen has basic items (cutlery, plates, glasses, frying pan, palena, salt, oil, some peppers and coffee). To my liking, it was possible to prepare quality breakfast. The location is great, close to the Wallmart, restaurants of different categories, laundries, gas station, conveniences and 10 minutes (walking) from the beach and the 5th av.

Hosts provide nice touches! Space is approximately 300 Sq ft, which is smaller than what we expected but meets necessities. Very clean, good location.

Pros - the location is great, you are only a few blocks away from la 5ta. You are three blocks away from Walmart and ADO bus station. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably for a few days. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, AC works perfect, area is safe to walk at night. Cons - none really, you should expect what you see in the pictures. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back again.

Great location. The place has all you need and it's walking distance to the 5th ave. I communicated with the owners as I needed stronger Wifi for work and they provided me with a different password. All worked well. The place is simple, but nice. I enjoyed my stay. to be recommended!

Great location. 5 minutes from the beach and fifth avenue. I was surprised that it was more an hotel than a condo. They have 24h service and wifi is really fast. You must ask the reception to give you the alternate wifi not the main one. The rooftop pool is nice but I still prefer the beach

Excellent location, easily walkable to the beach as well to restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus station, etc. Very much appreciated having a kitchen in the apartment. Rooftop deck with pool provided a nice place to unwind. Easy check-in process. We were able to use the beach club passes one day which was great, however on the second day we were unable to get a chair at the beach club. Yet, overall a great experience.

Great location and service

This was one of 2 of the best places at which I stayed, but for very different reasons. Relative to other places I stayed, this was pretty upscale: it was right on the main drag, although at an end that I think was quiet, which was an additional bonus. The beach was a few blocks away. Anything you could want to eat, drink or buy was literally outside the door. It was the only place I stayed which had hot water and water pressure sufficient to wash my hair. The host and front desk allowed me to drop off my bag and leave it there before and after check-out, which was really helpful. It's just a lock-out hotel room and it was completely transactional: I never met the host and everything was self-directed. One negative that the host could not control is that there is construction happening in an attached building, so the noise started at around 8 and didn't finish until 6. I don't know if it was continuous, since I wasn't there most of the day, but one day it woke me up, and another it kept me from napping. 1st world problems. I would love to come again and stay longer - the location really does spoil you.

This was a lovely quiet sanctuary after one night in the mayhem downtown. The room was like being in a boutique hotel after a night in a most unpleasant tired hotel in town, crowded with people and yelling on phones and partying. It only cost 50 pesos in a taxi to get up here, walkable in 45 minutes. Comfortable bed and all very nicely done.

This place is beautiful. The view is amazing you have to experience the view. The condo was very clean and reminded me of a hotel. Someone was at the front desk 24/7. They have bikes you can rent downstairs and the location was safe. Before you arrive make sure they schedule you a taxi when you land in Cancun. There will be lots a drivers hounding you if you don’t have taxi

The location on calle 38 was fantastic. So many great restaurants. You are 1 block from the beach, near the pedestrian 5th ave but the condo is very quiet. The roof top pool is beautiful with amazing ocean views. Great for sunrise yoga or sunset drinks! We will be back.

Great spot in Playa del Carmen! We enjoyed walking outside of the condo and being right near the beach! The infinity pool was a nice spot on the rooftop too. The place was clean and Micka was very responsive to messages. We did need to schedule a time to check-out with staff, but this was quick and easy. Great recommendations for local spots to check-out provided from Micka!

We stayed one night at Mateo's place and came on short notice - and even then he was so kind and let us to do the check-in hours before the "official" check-in time. It was very much appreciated as we were in town very early in the morning. The apartment was more spacious than I thought, and the location is really good with a cozy chocolate-café at the corner of the street and tens of other restaurants around, in addition to abundant shopping options. Highly recommend!

It is very pretty but there is a lot of noise

Our room at Casa Freud was very nice. The room was simple and it was all we were looking for. We stayed very comfortable during our vacation for nine nights with no issues. Check in was a breeze even as we arrived a bit late but still there was no issue. The location is right perfect a 2 min walk to the beach and parking about a block away. Music from the bar Fah which is right next door was a bit loud but we were so tired after our daily excursions it was not an issue. Oh and a Starbucks is a few steps away for those who love their morning coffee.

Lucy and her apartment are amazing. I had a wonderful time there, and particularily in this area of Playa, that is not so touristy but safe and very close to the most beautiful beaches. The apartment has truly everything you need for your stay. Its spacious and very comfortable and Lucy has thought about all the little details that a traveller needs to feel at home. She definately takes care, that one of the best showers on my whole trip, is working in her apartment - It has lots of pressure and very hot water if you wish :) ! Lucy is overall very giving and has a huge heart that wants to make you happy and help you out with everything you need. She and her father even brought me to the busstation when I did not know which taxi to ask! Thank you again for that, Lucy!!! I highly recommend to hire the bike as thats a perfect way to get around in Playa, especially when you want to check out the different parts of the beaches. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Stayed here for a month. Great modern place in a local neighborhood close to buses to get to the center of town. Nice fast reliable internet in a small quiet building. Great experience in general.

All very well in general. It is a comfortable and cozy place. The hosts are very attentive in everything. Although the center is not very close, the place is well connected with main avenues and has quick access to the beach (which fortunately is not crowded with people). By taxi or truck, you are 5 minutes from downtown !! We liked it a lot and we highly recommend it !!

She is offered to pick us up at the airport her driving was very good and her accommodation very comfortable and warm! The air-conditioned area, there you, wifi, ect .. works very well !! The bed is comfortable! I recommend! Quality level prices have can not asked for better! The place was clean! All that the pool is refreshing! The communication was very simple and fast! Although we speak only French and English, Magdalena and Sergio the concierge know very well how to meet our expectations :) !!! 5 stars !

Every thing was perfect

Our stay in Playa del Carmen was greatly enhanced by Alessandro’s warmth and willingness to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The condo was exactly as described with no surprises and everything kept very clean. The rooftop with pool, loungers, washroom, shower and shaded area for breakfast was ideal for hanging out and meeting the other guests. Alessandro is a great beach volleyball player and if you are a relatively serious twos player, he will happily connect you with the local volleyball scene. He also connected us with an awesome snorkeling tour in Cozumel at a great price. Drinking water was always provided and cleaning of our unit offered every third day. Overall this is probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date!

Amazing location! Super close to the touristic Avenida 5 and the beach of playa. Everything is in walking distance. It's small but nice. Only one flaw. No space or device for cooking.

Great and safe location.

We really liked the nicely furnished rooms! The property is super close to the beach, many restaurants and the shopping area. But far enough away that it is not loud. Angel received us nicely and always answered questions quickly and gave us some tips. You can relax on the terrace and the small open kitchen offers you the opportunity to brew tea or coffee and warm up a bit.

Excellent Suite very clean with good location.

The room is amazing, with air conditioner, clean laundry, a cool private bathroom. The rooftop is also really great to chill or eat in a cosy atmosphere. Angel is among the nicest hosts, he’s always here to help, with great communication. Also, as the room is a bit far from the center (about 30min walk), Angel offers a renting-bicycles system that happened to be very useful! Amazing experience, would recommend 100% :)

This room is as described! Comfortable, clean and so close to beach!! We loved our stay. Angel was so kind to us and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again!
