This pousada is simply great. Very well placed next to the beach and the center .. The apartment is large, with terraces and hammocks. The bedding is excellent, very silent air conditioning rare in Brazil. I highly recommend, it was perfect.

My husband and I love being in Mr. Marcus' space, it was an amazing experience! Ms. Célia is very helpful and attentive. Everything is clean and fragrant, except that there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, in addition to being well equipped in appliances. The pool is wonderful and the location left something to be desired. We hope to return soon!

Gabriel's ap is very good. The location is great, almost on the sand and also very close to the point of bars and restaurants. I stayed in apartment 107, it is at street level, but despite that, extremely quiet. The air conditioning freezes and the rotating parking lot works well, especially considering the difficulty of stopping a car in Pipa. Gabriel responds quickly, is extremely attentive, remains present throughout the stay and gives tips on tours. The only thing that could improve even more is the shower, because the water takes a while to warm up and the jet is not as strong, but I believe the whole hotel is like that. I recommend and intend to return.

Nice, clean room, very close to a very popular part of the beach. Room is located one level above the street. Easy check-in and check-out process. Free underground parking, but very tight. Very good AC. Nice TV. Comfortable main bed, except a mattress spring was poking the sheet. Be careful! Nice deck, except no outdoor chairs or hammock. No table or chairs, except two bar stools. There is a spare bed. Dresser drawers. No closet. Kitchen had basic features and a sandwich maker. No amenities in kitchen such as bottled water, coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, so be sure to bring everything you might need. The bathroom is small but the shower is large. Shower had a hot water valve, but water was room temperature. I recommend this place.

We went in 5 people and the space accommodated us very well. The proximity of the beach is a big differential! We love it!

I was last weekend at the cottage with the family, and it was a great experience. Superbly sleeps up to 6 people, comfortable beds, quality sheets and towels, good shower, well equipped kitchen. The structure of the hostel is great, with swimming pool, sun loungers, wet bar. The restaurant is beautiful! Communication with Cida was quick, she even allowed us to check in early, and quickly resolved when the gas ran out. As for location, we walked to Centrinho and Praia do Amor. Not suuuper close, are a few minutes walk, but you can go quiet. The whole experience was positive, excellent value for money, we plan to return. Just do not indicate accommodation for those with mobility problems, because accessibility is not good.

The Blanchet (puppy) is beautiful and practically does not bark, only when you want a belly treat. The site is about 10 minutes walk from Centrinho de Pipa, which differs in quiet, peace, quiet. Everything is very close, bakery, grocery store, acai, greengrocers. Rosane's full kitchen can be used, and the pool is always clean and ready for a post beach swim. I arrived and Rosane had already separated a map of the beaches with tips and everything. In the end I gained a great friend. It was all WONDERFUL.

Rosane's house is absolutely fabulous and I couldn't imagine any guest being anything other then impressed - it really is luxurious. Unlike many other Airbnb properties, you can definitely relax and unwind at the property - there is ample space both inside and out. The only thing to bear i mind is that it is a bit of a walk into Pipa - personally I quite enjoyed stretching my legs (and it's only 15 minutes) but it could be problematic if you weren't physically fit and able.

Better location than this there is, amazing place, the hosts (José and Jonathan are very friendly and attentive to every question). I would return without hesitation to this place. The location is 5/5 stars

My stay was wonderful. I went with a group of 7 friends and we all loved it. The house was clean and the condo is amazing. It's close to everything, the pools are great, as is the breakfast. Also, Flora is a wonderful person, easy to access and communicate. He gave us tips on what to do in the city, answered questions and always kept in touch. It was one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Kai's cottage was just perfect! The house is amazing. Extremely clean, functional, organized, airy with all the basic utensils to spend days there. Clean and smelly bedding and bath. Super fast wifi internet and catches anywhere in the house. It has parking in front of the house. Johanna is wonderful, caring, helpful and dynamic. Do everything for your guest to have their needs met and preserve their tranquility! She gave us contacts of tours, indicated us bars, delivery, access to the streets near the center to escape traffic, markets, etc. The cleaning of the pool is done by the owner every day early in the morning, even before you wake up, because she cares a lot about not bothering. The beach of Pipa is sensational. A piece of paradise! Preserved, clean, with infrastructure without losing the charm of nature. We will definitely be back soon for this place charm !!!

The casa-te-vis is in a great location, super easy to reach, close to everything, a few meters from the center, this helped a lot in getting around the kite. Pablo was always attentive and helpful, always helping us. All excellent.

The apartment surprised me by how well equipped and beautifully decorated it is. 2 bathrooms, many kitchen utensils, but many. Dishes, cutlery, pots, fountains, pans, cups, everything. Dispenser for hot and cold water. 2 beds with many sheets, several towels. It has so many comforts that I guess its owners must inhabit it frequently. The location is very good, in the most central area and away from the noise.

The place is as seen in the photos. It comes perfectly equipped. It is close to the center and the beach, good location. Complex security very good. I really was very comfortable with the attention of Junior and his lodging.

The house is very well located- 5 minutes walk from Praia do Amor and 15 minutes from the Center of Pipa. Spacious room, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, rooms with great air conditioning. A terrace where you can breathe peacefully, with wonderful views and a jacuzzi where you can relax! And super attentive Andrew! We loved our stay and recommend it!

The apartament is like photos posted.It’s near to Praia do Amor and ten minutes walking to the center. The swimming pool is nice and jacuzzi on the rooftop is amazing. Andrew was very kind to resolve our problems. It’s located in a very safety place and security always check your stay.

Pipa is a wonderful place, the beaches are beautiful and worth knowing. Andrew's space is very stylish, comfortable, the hydro is great for relaxing at the end of the day. The condo is very cool, my daughters loved it. It is very worth it!

Great value for money. The view from the terrace is amazing, great to watch the sun rise with tranquility and privacy, overlooking the beach of love. Quiet condo with good structure. You have to walk a little to the center, in some parts without lighting, but the city is very quiet. There are marmosets that sometimes appear on the porch, so I suggest leaving the doors closed. We couldn't lock the porch door, but the condo looks safe.

Good afternoon. The accommodation is very comfortable for three to four people. The reception staff has been excellent. The pool of ten. Only two blocks away are a very complete super market. I definitely recommend it.

The only detail was that when I booked the place it was because of its proximity to the center and beaches and in the end the location that Airbnb shows is wrong and the house is not where it indicates (when doing the search). The place is somewhat away from the main street, but it is common there in Pipa. Anyway it is very easy and fast to get from the apartment to the center; You can walk and it only takes 10 minutes.
