The location of the house is really good, there’s a bread shop and bubble tea shop at the lobby area and there’s even a 24h mini mart around which makes it really convenient for guest.

Place is very affordable for such a large space and hosts were very responsive, will come again.

It’s a well designed studio where we recommend groups of friends can stay together. Follow up nicely and quick, we move in earlier as for the stated time, well arrangements. One to reminder is it’s only one washroom so friends can arrange “time-for-toilet” as us🤣

Stunning view. Beautiful place. Recommend. The room was clean. For check in process, we are confuse a little bit because we think key box is a mail box(lobby floor) same as another airbnb. But actually it is in front of the room. And remember car parking scan is 'LINE1'.

Good apartment, located at the prime area very close to Gurney Paragon / Gurney Plaza. Worth the money. Would also like to thank Comfy Team for giving me a full refund. Cause Airbnb’s website crashed when I was paying for apartment X (which is under them too, thank god); little did I realized that it was booked under my name. I quickly booked another apartment which was also own by them. Upon explaining and requesting the team was quick to respond and they have given me a full refund to cancel one of the booking. Thank you guys! Truly appreciate it. :)

The place is nice and cosy, providing the basic needs. Good for family, comes with sufficient beds. The view is fantastic. Only this is little noise from the main road. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great and clean accommodation in an apartment house on the 26th floor. There are numerous shops around the corner. Great service and good tips from the host. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and with a nice balcony. We felt very comfortable. And there is fast internet!

This is an excellent one bedroom apartment in a good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. A short Grab ride away from George Town and many of the places to see in Penang. The apartment was well presented, very clean, good facilities and we had good communication with our host. Good Wi-Fi and Netflix. We have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Very clean and nice, comfortable bed for a good sleep. Modern and stylish. However, bare in mind the location - it is not near to the Georgetown old town so you are dependent on Grab.

Nice location & nice deco, we love it a lot. If the window is facing the sea will be fantastic , the room is facing city , and slightly facing sea. The flexibility of check out also very convenient for me. The nite life of the area very happening , especially weekend , if u need extremely quite place for sleep, u may need to prepare earplugs. Need to do some upgrade of the toilet. Overall are great.

The Apt is very well located by the sea, close to everything, mini supermarkets, restaurants, bars. The pool and the gym are on the 5th floor, it's a shame there is no towel in the apt and you can't find it in supermarkets next door. It is very clean inside the apt, but not enough toilet paper or handkerchiefs, must buy extra. Sometimes the wifi does not work very well. Two bedrooms with three double beds are perfect for three people, we had excellent stays.

Very nice location and good environment

Stayed at this location with a girlfriend during CNY and it was a pleasant stay. Expect workers to come in to use the store room during daytime but just for brief moments only. Overall the place is clean and I love that the smart tv is equipped with Netflix! Just one thing, it lacks a fridge so no place to chill your leftovers if you over order during your Penang stay hehs. There is an induction cooker and water boiler. There are convenient stores (MyNEWS and 7-eleven) just below the building so it’s pretty convenient if you need to get anything urgent. The place can get a bit loud at night, so if you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to bring some ear plugs.

Very clean, tidy and easy to travel

A very strategic location in Penang. The room is clean. I read from previous review, some said it's noisy. But after staying for one night (Friday night), I think it is very acceptable, bcoz the music is quite far from the unit. To me, it's negligible. It's good to have free music to enjoy too.

This place is gorgeous, comfortable & well managed by a great team of pros. We found it perfect for a family with a little kid.

The moment I entered the room, I was really shocked by the sea view. Visually inspecting the large floor-to-ceiling windows that are seven or eight meters high, the view was particularly wide. Various supporting facilities are also very complete, and will stay again next time.

Our family of four went to Penang first and then Kuala Lumpur. This homestay is the most satisfied one we booked for this trip. The staff is very responsible. Ask questions. The home is clean. The sea view is amazing. The B & B is 711 downstairs, it is very convenient to buy things, and it is cheap to use a Grab to take a taxi to other places. When traveling, you must choose a better homestay. Especially with elderly children. The homestay has 2 bathrooms. a. The point is that this homestay provides storage services. All services are very good. Exactly as described.

The apartment is clean with amazing view. It’s perfect for our family staycation. The host is helpful and attentive, they were able to address our questions immediately! We would definitely book this when we come back to Penang and recommend this to our friends and family!

This is a place worth the price! Bright lighting perfect for doing your work, super clean place and even provides slippers! Toilet is small but I'm okay with it. The place is really super close to shops and the night market. The bed is comfy and you'll definitely get a good night rest!

The room is as described and as shown in the pictures. Easy check in and self check out. Minutes away by walk from town and places of interest. Many restaurants around. Can hear the street from the room, probably the back of a restaurant and ppl shouting but they stop at a reasonable time to not disturb your sleep. Communication has always been fast and concise.

Great stay at Ching Giap's place 😁 Everything is as advertised. The self check in process is convenient and instructions are clear. We are welcomed by the sea view as we entered. Cleanliness is great. We got to try the oven for the pizza and its working just fine. Cutlery is sufficient. Really love the large tv with lots of channels provided. Toilet is clean and water heater is working just fine. The facilities is great with swimming pool, gym and convenient store within the vicinity. Though we didn't get the chance to try the pool for this visit. We did toke a stroll by the pool area and we are surprised to find that there are 2 swimming pools with great lenghts provided. We will definitely try it the next time we visit. Overall a great experience for us and we will be looking forward to stay again.

Ching Giap has an extremely clean and comfortable house, the place is very clean and the amenities is fully equipped. The view from the room is super beautiful which can see the Penang Bridge. I would strongly recommend to those who is still considering.

We had a 3D2N stay there, the whole apartment was really clean. Small, comfortable space with all the furnitures needed (washing machine, dryer). Might be a little bit warm @ the bed area due to the room layout. Other than that, everything’s great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 there’s also swimming pool in the estate!!!

The perfect studio for a couple. Everything you need is provided (dishes, cooking appliance, hairdryer, iron, washing machine & drier). They even have pamphlets of food hunting at Penang! The owner is very helpful and gave clear direction to the house. Will definitely come back here again!

There's a really good 24hour food place just opposite the room and an abundance of food areas nearby. It's a lil far from the main art street area if you want to walk but it's a short ride for only RM8 if you just grab. Definitely worth it for the price. The space fits 3 people very comfortably.

It was wonderful! We were even able to check in earlier than expected. The accommodation is as described - simply fantastic and very clean. Street noise can also be mastered well with oropax. The uncomplicated check-in was also highly recommended.

After i check all side of the house "WOOOW" and then when i know the location that close to famous Mee Goreng Bangkok Lane then i thought that i chose the right house. Everything is perfect. Apartment with sea view near the beach is great value! The first set we lived on was the 14th floor, enough for a family of 4 to sleep in daily activities. Also went to the swimming pool on the 5th floor. Later, because the flight was cancelled, I added 2 nights and changed to a larger and more comfortable room on the 21st floor. The view is amazing! We rented a car. The room card and parking space were very easy to find. The landlord described it very clearly. Especially fond memories of Penang trip!

Many restaurants downstairs, but less snacks. But for snacks, you can walk a little bit and you will see the night market. Accommodation is nice, clean and comfortable

Lee Mint’s apartment is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and we really enjoyed the balcony. A good location only about 10 minutes from most of the good eating and historic sites. Do be prepared for traffic if you want to go elsewhere on the island though. Lee Mint was very kind and responsive and was a great host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Penang.

Great location, spacious apartment & very clean. The internet provided worked very well though I wish I could say the same about the tv box. We felt safe staying in the building with secured access, very convenient with a minimart and Starbucks just downstairs. Check in was hassle free and easy. Ronnie’s place was fantastic from the get go! He was easy to communicate with and made check in procedures very easy. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view with all of the ammenities you need for your stay including a washing machine/ dryer and kitchen (was very handy). The rooftop pools and gym were an added bonus to a perfect stay, they both had amazing views and were quiet enough to utilise them peacefully. It was a very safe stay and the location was great, only took 5 mins to find some delicious food. Had a great time in Penang and would definitely recommend staying in Ronnie's place to experience the joys of Penang :) Thanks Ronnie!

Great location and comfortable accommodation. Big open house with multiple rooms. Just a short walk to find places for breakfast and dinner. Owner is quick to respond and instructions are clear. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours using common area until 2am, but can't know. Tip, turn off common area lights after 10:30pm

A place just like heaven.

The views from this apartment are spectacular. The restaurants and shops on the ground floor make it very easy to get everything without having to travel and I made good use of the pool and gym facilities on the 5th floor. The only two things which were negative was that, if there was any laundry facilities in the complex, it was not made obvious and the aspect of the apartment meant that it did get quite warm in the afternoon requiring the curtains to be closed, which unfortunately lost the spectacular view. However the air-conditioning did help in this area, but we did not want to run it for extended periods as we are very environmentally conscious. Grab rides into town were only RM8 to RM10 per ride which made it very easy and affordable to pop into George Town for dinners or site seeing. The down stairs security people are fantastic and very helpful. And over-all we had very quiet and enjoyable stay, and would readily recommend this apartment to other travellers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eve’s. The view is even more spectacular in person. There are many eateries downstairs as well as bars. This place is also located close to the city centre. Highly recommended 👌🏽👌🏽
