We stayed at the house for a weekend. Great experience . Close to everything yet far enough away that it felt secluded. Thanks for the great time.

I stayed at the house for three nights with my fiancée. One day we hosted my parents during the day for a BBQ (propane grill in the back worked well and the tank was full). The kitchen is spacious. We actually ate all of our meals in the house. We appreciated having a dishwasher. Arrival was simple and easy. The bed in the master bedroom, as some have already pointed out, is extremely comfortable and soft. We took advantage of the dock and kayaks each day (we were fortunate to have good weather for the entire stay). There are some fallen trees and branches throughout the creek but they simply made for a slightly more interesting trip, as you'll have to do some maneuvering. It was extremely peaceful on the creek. There is a Shop Rite approximately 12 minutes from the house. I traveled to this store a few times for all sorts of organic meats and vegetables. Totally legit supermarket. On Saturday, we went to the flea market and Amish market for a couple hours. I recommend attending if you're there when either is open. Overall, our weekend was relaxing and provided a refreshing change of pace. I highly recommend booking.

The house was absolutely beautiful and set in a tranquil and private area. It was perfect for our getaway from the city. Full kitchen, comfy beds and couches, and the view from the balconies made our trip well worth it. Would definitely want to stay again! (:

The left instructions for T.V remotes. Gave us local restaurant menus and their blessing to help ourselves to any food. It really felt like we were staying at an old friends vacation home. It was awesome to be able to cook in their beautiful kitchen instead of eating out three meals a day.

Leslie definitely replies to my messages on time and had provided clear instructions or advices around the premise. Overall, decent sized house, with cozy atmosphere due to its rusticity. Very quiet neighborhood. Elongated stay would be real sweet, but sadly our spring break had to end. In general great house, and great vicinity. Too much mosquitoes though. 10/10 would rent again! L. What a lovely, comfortable, quiet house right on a creek with kayaks, a dock, secluded but with friendly neighbors. There's a rail trail nearby, which would be great for biking. Nearby Smithville Park has a nice playground and trails for walking, running. About half an hour from Atsion Lake, canoe rental and access to the Batsto and Mullica Rivers. My ten year old says: Great place! If you are someone who loves to do water activities this is the place! There are very good restaurants in the area! Creek out in the back great for fishing pickerel and catfish and they are pretty nice sizes! There are kayaks as well! You can go pretty far in either direction but going downstream their are a lot of submerged trees so I recommend to go upstream against the current and then when you reach the clearing where it gets shallow and then you go with the current back!

The house was gorgeous and extremely well-stocked. Leslie has thought of everything guests might need. Since we were traveling with an infant, it was great to have laundry facilities right there. Leslie was also flexible about our checkout time, which helped us out a lot. A wonderful experience overall.

Barbara was just the perfect host! Discrete but still very attentive at everything you might need to have a wonderful stay. In the morning we got a fresh and delicious breakfast with different choices and before going to bed, the perfect good night: milk and cookies. Her rooms are cosy, the bed is very comfortable. And in top of this: her garden together with the swimming pool are the perfect place to relax. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. The place is better than expected. You cannot actually find something nicer than comfort away from home!

A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean rooms and bathroom. Barbara is a great hostess, providing everything you need for your stay. She is an amazing cook, her breakfasts are fantastic and she will even consider your dietary restrictions. Anything you need, just ask, she is very accommodating and helpful. The pool is clean and the yard is amazing. Plenty of space to sit outside and relax.

Barbara is beyond amazing! My friend and I had issues with our arrival time and she was very nice about it and even checked on us periodically to make sure we were safe! She made us breakfast every morning and saved us tons of money with her directions on how to get around. Her house is very clean and just as described in the photos. Barbara is a phenomenal host!

I only have one (URL HIDDEN) was a little loud in the mornings. this is when the other guests are getting ready in the morning. other than that i really enjoyed my time there and it was worth the money. she has wonderful dogs. even had a place for me to store my mountain bike. i now consider barb a friend. i definitely recommend her place to everyone. i will be back

Roland and Florence were amazing hosts. Very friendly! Their listing was an accurate depiction of their very charming home. They were more than welcoming and I very much appreciated their flexible check in and check out times. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer but it was everything promised and more. Florence made a delicious breakfast and we were able to sit on the patio, eat and chat. Whenever I am back in the area I will definitely stay here again. This was a great first time Airbnb experience. Maybe next time I'll check out the pool!

Roland and Florence are great hosts. They offered drinks as soon as I arrived, which was really needed after such a long commute and before long, both hosts and I found ourselves relishing in numerous conversations. The conversations really eased me into instant comfort in Roland and Florence's home. The neighbourhood was also quite friendly and safe, with very warm neighbours. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and shops and eateries are just short stroll away. I will certainly recommend them.

The house is more beautiful in person than the pictures do justice. Xavier was very prompt with answering any questions I had and I would absolutely love to stay there again this coming summer/fall again!

My family and I arrived late. None the less, Xavier was happy to see us. He guided us through the house on a tour of the bathrooms, linen closet, and living room. He ever brought us some fresh eggs and vegetables from his house. Whenever we had any questions, he was only a text message away through the AirBNB app. Overall, I would say that I landed a great deal by getting into this place for the price and duration that i did. I highly recommend this place to all!

Wow!! That's the word that first comes to mind when describing Xavier and Sarah's gorgeous home...I was so excited to find their lovely property mainly because it is pet friendly...our shi Zhu absolutely loved the master bed! Xavier and Sarah were very, very responsive to texts, often responding within seconds....when we arrived, Xavier and Sarah arrived at the property within 2 to 3 minutes to greet us and give us a full tour of their beautiful home....I think the highlight of our stay was the awesome (URL HIDDEN) friends mother was absolutely in love with it and we all were thinking of ways it could be bought and shipped back to Pennsylvania! There were plenty of clean linens for us to use and the beds were extremely inviting and comfortable....I personally felt as though I was sleeping outside under the stars when I slept in Xavier's sons bedroom....I loved the feeling of privacy and serenity the floor to ceiling Windows and the glass roof in that part of the house brought...the trees are thick and green and I was thrilled to look up to see a squirrel scampering from limb to limb...there was also plenty of room in the refrigerator for cold drinks and the like....a big thank you to Xavier and Sarah for stocking it with condiments and other miscellaneous items....all in all, I would give Xavier and Sarah 100 stars if I could for their hospitality and beautiful property! If we are ever in the area again, I will WITHOUT HESITATION arrange to hopefully stay here again....a huge THANK YOU from Phyllis, Georganne, Holly, Keri and Nash!

I stayed at Martin and Angelica's beautiful place for 2 months during a relocation and found the house to be clean, safe and cozy with every amenity needed to make it a real home away from home. The location is fantastic; walking distance from shops, pubs and restaurants in historic Burlington and one block from the riverfront. It's also just a hop away from the NJ and PA turnpikes, and Interstates 95 and 295, making it quick and easy to get into center city Philadelphia, all the Philly suburbs in PA and NJ, Trenton, the Poconos and much more. Martin was very responsive and accommodating of my changing needs in terms of length of stay. I would highly recommend Martin and Angelica's place and would stay here again myself in a heartbeat.

Martin and Angelica's home was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, and the towels thick and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. They were available to answer a question late at night. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Martin's home as it was close to our NJ relatives. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for the four of us. It had a great communal space and a well-equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Martin was always quick to respond to our queries, before and during our stay. We will be recommending Martin's house to the rest of our family for when they visit the Burlington area.

This corner townhouse was the best AirBNB location I have experienced across the US. This literally felt like staying with friends. The entire home was fully stocked -- no need for the usual drugstore run for toothpaste, soap, or paper products. The fridge included lots of goodies not usually available with AirBNB. The towels were not the typical hotel throwaway fare. And the home had a very welcoming feel, with great beds and temperature control for every bedroom. Proximity to the river and the quaint town of Burlington were extra pluses. The host was very attentive and easy to work with. This home has my highest recommendation. Thanks!

This place is awesome!!! We hope to have a reason to come back in the future. Everything was as advertised, and Anne was very nice and helpful. This place made a great stop on our road trip north since it's right off the highway, but still very private. What maybe doesn't come across enough in the pictures is the insane amount of detail put into this house. It is fully and beautifully restored with tons of fascinating antiques and great architectural touches. We spent all evening wandering from room to room and marveling at all the beautiful details. Everything was super clean, which is impressive considering how much cool stuff was in there! Our dog was welcome, which was great. Beds were super comfy. Lots of places to relax and unwind (gazebo, porch swing, super spacious loft, cozy living room with fireplace, etc). Brand new bathroom, plumbing, and electrical and fully updated kitchen. The only thing that surprised us was that you can hear the highway from the front yard and porch (but not from inside or from the backyard)- this didn't bug us, but it's worth mentioning so future travelers don't get caught off guard in case total silence is what you're after. Anne explained that she's only had the house since this year, so the amount of work that she has accomplished thus far is unbelievably impressive. There is a nice-sized pool out back that is not (yet?) available for use, but I'm hoping Anne can get to it at some point because that would make this relaxing location even more relaxing. An absolute gem! Highly recommended!

This truely is a charming farmhouse. The layout and the decor of the house gives a roustic cozy feeling. The minute Anne got in touch with us, she made sure that everything we needed was accessible. I loved everything about this place. My fiancé and I recommend it to anyone.

The farmhouse is a beautiful home! There are lots of interesting and historic trinkets, artworks and furniture pieces mixed in with modern appliances and everything else a guest would need. The house is also located very close to a shopping center, which makes grocery shopping a breeze. Not pictured here is a gated swimming pool and a functional gas grill - very nice for the summer! Anne was very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend her home for your trip!

Anne, and her beautiful home, we're so wonderful. So much care and attention was taken in her home, and she was so generous with her time - giving us a tour and assuring us that we could call her if she needed absolutely anything. We played with our dog outside, made Paella, and played games in front of the fire. It was the perfect weekend away from NYC. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in this recently restored farm house. The house has so many unique characteristics and wonderful antiques decorated throughout. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the large front porch with porch swing and comfortable wicker chairs!! The host Anne is wonderful and very attentive if need be. She was always available to us if we needed anything. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in Moorestown or near Philadelphia!!

Jessica was such a wonderful host! I appreciate her so much for offering my boyfriend and I a place to celebrate his birthday with only a day's notice! Initially, I thought I would not find anything, especially with only one day's notice, but I ended up in a beautiful modern-styled, cozy and clean apartment that we had all to ourselves! The apartment looked just like the pictures and the scenery and location were even better! The apartment is row house styled, so there may be neighbors in the next home over, but you will probably only see each others' cars parked outside. Our only complication we had was finding the home, but Jessica was immediately available by phone to direct us to our destination. She even left us pasties upon our arrival. I can't stress enough how smooth and awesome this trip was, so I suggest you check it out yourselves. Thanks again, Jessica. I will definitely come stay again if I am back in the area. -Robyn :)

This apartment was beautiful, romantic, and set on a luxurious property. It happened to be around the corner from a weekend event I was attending and it was the perfect respite for me and my partner. It was the kind of space we wished we'd had more time to just hang out in, and it couldn't have suited us better for what we needed. Check-in, amenities, and communication were exceptionally good. When a problem arose rather late at night (a dog barking nearby), Jessica responded immediately and somehow took care of it. I give her and the space my highest recommendation!
