Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. The spacious apartment has approx. 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately refurbished old town house near the famous Passau Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which students occasionally noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

quiet location, near the center

We rent a spacious and very quiet apartment on the first floor of my old villa with garden. In just 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Passau directly via a small footpath. A staircase from the parking lot to the house and a spiral staircase up to the apartment leads to the spacious apartment with wonderful views of the city and the green surroundings.
