We had a wonderful stay with Megan and her family in Umbria. The location and scenery is breathtakingly beautiful - the perfect vantage point to enjoy the Umbrian landscape. We found Villa Rosa to be an idyllic peaceful retreat, the perfect relaxing getaway -- yet with very close links to Perugia and the surrounding towns. Everything was provided with care, including the swimming pool which also enjoys excellent views. The restaurant within walking distance was particularly helpful to have close-by. Our hosts frequently went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we had the best stay possible with them. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

How not to be charmed by this beautiful property overlooking the valley. Very clean accommodation, well equipped, has a splendid view of the countryside of Umbria. It's quiet and when we arrived, Megan and her husband welcomed us warmly. The region of Umbria is comparable to Tuscany. Perugia, Assisi, and many villages most charming as each other well worth visiting with the crowd less. The couple knows to be available and good advice while remaining discreet. We regret only one thing is that it's over !!!!

Megan and Lino were fantastic hosts. The apartment was very nice and has everyting you need and a nice view. The pool is great. We have got some good tips what to visit in the area and where to eat. We loved our stay there.

We were proud to be the first guests in the brand-new Airbnb apartment of Villa Rosa in Monte Molino. It is a complete holiday home suited for 2 people, with a marvellous garden and a lovely swimming-pool. Villa Rosa is a typical farmhouse, with lots of beautiful restored lodges. In fact ours was the former pig-stable, charmingly transformed into a modern comfortable (bed-, bathroom and kitchen), cosy and clean unit. Each look outside the windows and from the terraces gives you an astonishing view on the Umbria-hills. Megan and her family received us with warm hospitality. Thanks again for the nice fruits and vegetables of your garden and the chats we had. We would highly recommend this place for people who want to enjoy the quiet, relaxing environment and plan to visit the magnificent city of Perugia (20 min. drive). Tip from the host : park your car outside the city for free and take the mono-rail into the historical centre. Next time we’ll stay a few days more!

As soon as we arrived we understood that the place was the right one for us. It has all the things we were looking for: privacy, silence, swimming pool, fully furnished house, kitchen and very friendly hosts. Our stay was wonderful and we couldn't have any better. I did not know that Gabriel was away on business, but his mother Eda. L 'apartment was identical to the photos, then more than welcoming and high standard. Add to this the exquisite hospitality of Eda and her delicious breakfasts, and my judgment can not be largely positive. Highly recommended, especially to those who intend to move to the 'Umbria by car (the motorway is two minutes away and allows a quick navigation and easy) and do not want to have parking problems.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa dell' Arte. The house is spacious, each bedroom has privacy, and we found everything we needed. The room with murals is truly unique and special. Corciano is magical, beautiful, and the views are incredible. We will definitely be back, with enough family and friends to fill the house!

Walking through the alleys of Corciano and see the breathtaking views, stop by the very nice little angel food, taste the pizza oven Donatella and great meals from Caesar to the Convent made our stay very pleasant.

really lovely town house in the middle of a sleepy umbrian town, the rooms were lovely and a very well stocked italian kitchen! the roof terrace was a highlight with beautiful panoramic views. there was one lovely restaurant at the back of a converted church just a few minutes walk. the hosts were very welcoming and happily gave us advice about the nearest supermarkets and things to do, he even drove me and my girlfriend to a station about 20 miles away which was incredibly generous. grazie tanto!

Staying at Casa dell'Arte was an amazing experience! The house is big enough to host a big group a friends and families. I was really happy to meet and being welcome from such a good people! The house has all the necessary amenities to guaranty a good stay! I will come back soon :-)

The accommodation is very unique. It commands a breathtaking panorama of the typical Umbrian countryside. The welcome was great. I would highly recommend!

Where to begin? The house is beautiful, tidy and convenient and it's situated on an extraordinary location. Close to the highway (which you can't see nor hear from the house) it is close to everything you want to visit (Perugia is very nearby), but still secluded. The village and the restaurant around the corner are very typical and the view from the house and the terrace is amazing. There is plenty of space to relax, by the pool or behind the house, and although the pool is sometimes shared with other guests, there is plenty of space to sit alone. Megan and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful (I even got a lift to the railway station the last day) and the fresh eggs are delicious. Thank you so much for having us and we will definitely come back!

The cottage is located in the countryside with beautiful views of the Umbrian hills. Having stayed in late October, the pool was already closed but it would, by itself, a good reason to return. Monte Melino is conveniently located for all the area's main points of interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Siena). Megan and her family were very kind and helpful for everything, they even gave her a bag of pomegranates.

The house is situated in a great location if you want to stay in contact with nature and near Perugia. The concept is simple, hearty and rustic. The spaces are well organized and distributed over 2 floors. In the house nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of, and Lara, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The house reflected in the full description and photos posted on the site. Warm, welcoming and despite being located on a hill away from the traffic and noise, it is a ten minute drive from the city of Perugia. The four rooms are comfortable and spacious. We were two families (8 people) and we did not have space problems. We have not had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the apartment directly (Lara), but was always accessible through the website / e-mail and ready to respond to our every request / information. To welcome awaited us John, a friend of the owner who explained everything and made himself available to be contacted in case of need. Definitely a positive experience.

The people, the house, and the place where fantastic! The people (Marina and family) Marina is really friendly and considerate. Though she doesn’t know English her communications through the website are good. Once I was lost and we called each other on the phone, and she came to get me. Then I learned the most important directions, walk on the main street until reaching the gelato shop, then walk up the hill. One night even got together with her family, and had dinner together. The house The guesthouse is completely separate from the rest of the house where the hosts live. He has spacious rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with a piano, all with one bedroom so far. There are old ornaments giving the feel of the past, we’ve modern appliances such as a guest old when the gas stove and the fridge. There is a pool being built on the outside of the house, and when it’s finished, the house will really be like the aristocratic vacation villa it looks like. The room came with a nice mountain bike which shortened my trip to the conference from a 20 minute walk to a five minute bike ride. The place Our conference was hosted in this suburb of Perugia, and Marina’s place was one of the closest. Other people had to take buses from far away. But besides conferences, the place is very beautiful, with hills all around, great for hiking and mountain biking. There are also a number of historical towns nearby. Besides the center Perugia, I really enjoyed going to a nearby Assisi. A great place for a family vacation, both for exploring history, exercise, and lounging by the pool. Highly recommended for people on a conference, mountain bikers, or family vacations.

Great welcome, curious by the fact that we were the first guests of (URL HIDDEN) fact made the stay a nice break, more like a vacation home of friends to a classic stay at a b & b. I stayed in Migiana for about a week, during the last Easter holidays. My friend and I were looking for a quiet place but at the same time just outside Perugia to enjoy both the tranquility (not that Perugia is chaotic) and the proximity of all services. The reception was wonderful: even before we arrived Francesco proved amenable. In addition, knowing of my passion for the fireplace (and the meat) to our arrival we found the open fire and a warm and cozy home waiting for us. The house reflects in every way the description given, the place is very quiet but the center of Perugia can be easily reached in a few minutes by car, with easy parking, in the Corso Garibaldi. Francis is a special person, reserved but helpful in providing any information and very attentive in taking care of their guests. Moreover, sailing enthusiasts can ask information / lessons or tours. Tuve el placer de alojarse en esta casa para el Año Nuevo. A nuestra llegada Francesco, el propietario, estaba esperando para mis amigos y yo en la calle e inmediatamente nos explicó dónde dejar el coche (en una posición conveniente para descargar el equipaje, justo antes de la entrada de la casa). Fuimos recibidos por el fuego abierto y enseguida nos sentimos como en casa. Francesco nos mostró las habitaciones y le dio la información necesaria para quedarse (funcionamiento de la calefacción, la ubicación de los electrodomésticos, ...). La casa es muy cómoda: la habitación, aunque no parece muy grande, es fácilmente adecuado para 8 personas alrededor de la mesa; hay dos sofás, uno de ellos frente a la chimenea. La zona de la cocina es un poco apretado, no es adecuado para más de dos personas en la cocina. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y tranquilas (sin ruido de amigos todavía despierto en la planta baja), equipada con cómodas camas y colchones nuevos. Excelente calefacción, que mantiene toda la casa a una temperatura confortable a pesar de las duras condiciones meteorológicas fuera. una bonita decoración rústica con vigas a la vista. Francisco nos dejó la madera y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Resultó atento a nuestras necesidades, listo para llegar rápidamente en caso de necesidad (aunque afortunadamente no hubo necesidad de molestarlo). Mis amigos y me sentí bien desde el principio, y durante toda la duración de la estancia, realmente como en casa. Se lo recomendaría a todos mis conocidos.

Francesco est très serviable, aimable et accessible; lorsque je, mon mari et nos amis américains nous sommes arrivés, on a trouvé la cheminée (ce qui est très agréable à tout le monde) et baisers Perugina. La maison est très agréable, original et accueillant et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour quelques jours de repos; nos amis ont particulièrement apprécié cette touche d'antique / pays et même l'imagination de François dans de nombreux petits détails; Il est situé dans un endroit très calme où vous pourrez respirer l'air pur et se sentir tout aussi souvent les cloches, dans un joli village avec une belle vue.

The apartment downstairs was clean, spacious and has everything you need. The property is very quiet as it is only inhabited by the owners who live in the apartment upstairs. The swimming pool was very nice to relax and there is even a small playground in the garden behind the house where our children loved to play. The house is well situated between hills, cities and small towns, the beautiful Trasimeno lake and even Rome, Siena or Pisa are all within a 2hr driving distance. We had a lovely stay!
