WARNING... DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT UNTIL YOU READ BELOW. Fact: If you stay at John's place, you will be ruined for any other Airbnb rental. Nothing will ever rate 5-stars again. We are full-time nomads and have been in many many Airbnb's (about 25 this year alone). We have never found a more comfortable, well-furnished, conveniently located, affordable unit. We could easily have called this place home, but only stayed for one month. The unit is spacious and the layout makes living quite easy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable. Neighbors were friendly without being intrusive. John was a pleasure as a host. Do we recommend this spot? Absolutely!

This was our second stay at Steven's casita and it's easy to imagine returning every year. Everything is so comfortable and perfect for two. Comfy bed, private pool and hot tub, wall of windows overlooking the pool, great indie and outdoor furniture for lounging and soaking up the sun, easy to bike around, easy to get to, and very secure and private. It's such a lovely home and Steven and his staff are so kind and helpful.

My sister and I booked a long weekend at Steven’s home in Palm Springs! It was absolutely everything we had hoped for. What a beautiful retreat! The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was so stylish and colorful. Steven was also a fantastic host and provided us with some excellent recommendations on things to do/places to eat, which made our trip that much easier. We’ll definitely be back again! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Steve’s beautiful home. Loved all the thoughtful touches (pool floats, speakers, indoor/outdoor glasses, etc.) The space itself is colorful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out couldn’t be easier and Steve was such a warm and gracious host! He met us at the house for check in and gave us great local tips. The private pool and hot tub really sealed the deal. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend staying here!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in by far! Steven was so thoughtful and anticipated every need and want of my family! We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. The house is very unique and you truly get the Palm Springs experience which I absolutely love! Super close to downtown as well, an easy and fun bike ride will get you there. I just can’t say enough about this place and this host! In the morning we could see the sunrise hitting the mountains and the tops of the palm trees through the upper windows. Super stunning and perfectly planned architecture! Great books and pamphlets throughout the house to help plan adventures and restaurants to make the most of your trip. Simply the best!

Don is quick to respond and very kind. He let me know that we’d left a charger behind but that he would mail it to me. It’s a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. No street traffic, no airplane noise, the only noise we heard was on the last day, as we were loading the car to leave, the neighbor’s dog kept barking at us. But my neighbor’s dogs do that too so it’s as if i was at home. Nice private and separate section of the house and patio/yard which is enclosed by a brick fence. I’m a bit of a neat freak and love organization and nice linens so I was thrilled when I walked in and saw that the place was so very well organized, well-kept, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a “home away from home.” The towels smelled freshly washed and the bed sheets were so soft. I loved that everything was labeled, and even though there was no stove, there was a hotplate with two burners and pans/plates/silverware/everything you’d need for cooking. There is also the bbq grill in the private patio with tables/shades/chairs to relax in, although we didn’t get to any of that since we were gone almost the entire day. Even though it’s dog-friendly, you wouldn’t think it from how clean and well-kept the place is. It literally smells clean just walking through the door. I was only in Palm Springs for 2 nights, but it felt like I was coming to my own home at the end of both evenings. I will definitely want to stay here again if I’m back next year.

This well appointed casita was just lovely. Sparkling clean with many unexpected treats. Great air and heat and excellent hot shower. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. He even had the table set for dinner before we arrived! Would def stay again.

This was our second time staying at Keith & Randy's beautiful casita and we had a fabulous stay once again! Everything is perfect!!

Randy and Keith's Stardust Oasis guesthouse was one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was comfortable, immaculate and beautifully decorated in Mid Century Modern, with attention to detail. It had a private, lovely landscaped, patio with a view and a fire pit. We enjoyed coming back to this oasis, after hiking or exploring the Palm Springs area. We greatly appreciated the nice extras provided, the visiting cats and the comfortable bed. Randy and Keith were very welcoming and responsive hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Expect a secluded getaway in beautiful surroundings.

Audible gasp as we walked into our sparkling private suite. Impeccable design and attention to detail... even the Keurig coffee maker, with its selection of coffees, matched the mid-century modern decor. We enjoyed the private, enclosed patio and took advantage of easy access to the pool. Hosts were gracious and we’re enthusiastic to provide local guidance. Towels and bottled water were refreshed during our 5 night stay.

Absolutely the best AirBnB experience I've had, and that's no exaggeration. A few highlights were: fun decor, comfy bed, beautiful view, private patio, fire pit, kitchenette, best shower ever, and sweet cats coming and going in the yard. Too many special little touches to mention! But at the top of the list are the warm, thoughtful, and responsive hosts, who really know how to make a space welcoming as well as charming and stylish. We loved our stay at Keith and Randy’s Palm Springs guest house! The room was very stylish and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property in general was immaculately maintained and I loved that we had our own private courtyard and entrance but also access to the backyard and pool. Keith and Randy were very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Palm Springs stay!

Keith & Randy’s place is a mid century dream! It was extremely clean, so thoughtfully designed, and they were gracious hosts. All the amenities were great. The patio/view from the guest house is spectacular, and we loved watching the cats each morning while we drank our coffee. The location is also a short drive some great restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive. We’d love to return in warmer weather to swim in the pool! (They did offer to heat it) One of our best Airbnb experiences ever.

Bruce’s place was great and would recommend it. It had everything we needed in the casita. Bruce made it comfortable, easy to access and communicate. We would definitely stay again.

The casita is a separate entrance from the main house, with a private bath, very good closet space, and a kitchenette (microwave, frig, Keurig coffee maker, and dishes). It's very attractive, quite clean, and comfortable. The house is in a residential neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are simply gorgeous. You feel a bit like you're in paradise. Bruce is a thoughtful and helpful host. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a family member who is planning a trip to Palm Springs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bruce's Casita! The location was perfect from the airport, downtown and hiking. The Casita was clean and exactly as described. Bryce is so kind and added special touches like homemade banana nut bread and cookies!!

Bruce’s attention to detail was amazing. Space was small but it is so lovely it really didn’t matter. Somehow he got everything you would need into the space. I HIGHLY recommend his adorable casita.

Cute little room in a convenient location. Minutes to downtown, quick walk to grocery store and local restaurant. Bruce was a great host and provided bottled waters (which was awesome as we did not like the taste of the local tap water). Simple space, but had all the basics! Would've been nice to have a full length mirror and controllable AC, but we were able to stay comfortable enough with windows and ceiling fan in January. Walls are thin, but keeping the fan on helped. Don't forget to factor the extra tax onto your totally when shopping around. I had forgotten about it! Palm springs is a great getaway from rainy Seattle this time of year! Bruce is a nice guy and will take care of you!

Absolutely amazing. I stayed here during my trip to Joshua Tree. Bruce was extremely helpful and generous before I even arrived in Palm springs. Went out of his way to even bring baked treats to me. Check in was extremely easy, along communication and any other needs. Temperature, amenities, and everything is immaculate. Highly recommend a wonderful host such as Bruce. No negative vibes and no negative things to address here. I left my jacket here before driving back to vegas and bruce notified me immediately before shipping it back home to me. Thanks again Bruce!

Marie has a comfortable, quiet hideaway in a convenient location. We would certainly stay again!

Perfect location for while I checked out Palms Springs and Joshua Tree NP. Marie was fast to respond and has great communication skills. The stay was easy and comfortable!

Marie offered my family a place to stay so late in the evening. I’m honestly surprised they were able to accommodate for them so quickly! It was just what my parents needed on the way from Arizona to LA. Very grateful for them and look forward to staying with them in the future!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marie's place in the desert. She was a great host who made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. Her breakfast and snack options were really nice and there was nothing better then relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine at night. I would definitely stay here again.

My first stay ever with BNB and honestly Marie and her husband are phenomenal. A nice private space, great price, beautiful pool and over all a good experience! If you are thinking about booking don’t hesitate do it with them! 🤙😤

The house was magical. We would love to come back sometime!

We used the Dome House for our wedding welcome dinner this past weekend. We had tables set up along the rounded path outside, and had a taco stand up by the house. The house and setting are truly one of a kind, and made for a very memorable event that all of our guests were blown away by. Pavlina was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We hope to return to the Dome House again someday, and highly recommend to anyone looking for unique event location or desert retreat.

We had a great time at the dome house celebrating my mother's birthday. It was secluded, but close enough for an easy drive into downtown each day. Pavlina provided tons of info for anything we needed from the surrounding area (things to do, near by grocery stores, etc). Gorgeous views of the mountains and windmills, and beautifully decorated inside!

This place is even better than it looks in photos. We very much enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended. I honestly could live there I loved it so much. The host was extremely thorough and quick to respond. Most importantly it was clean and I felt comfortable there. Will one thousand percent visit again.

This place in incredible. It’s in a beautiful landscape facing mountains, wind powered mills and powerful sunsets and beautiful stars. Go, and push the reset button on your heart, mind and soul. Telescope recommended if you have one. But the fire pit outside will do all sorts of tricks too. You can’t look up, look down. So worth it! 🜃 🜄 🜁 🜂

Great vibe at Desert vibes! We stayed here for modernism week 2020 and we very comfortable and happy. Easy parking and a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. The pol and spa were used every day! There is everything you need in the kitchen and it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect for our needs. We spent the night bar and restaurant hopping around Palm Springs, and Mark & Barry's place was a short drive to and from our destinations and a great place to crash. They were super welcoming, gave us a quick tour, cleaned out some space in the fridge for us, and gave us plenty of suggestions for places to check out in town.

This rental was very clean and so roomy with all of what you would need for a comfortable stay. It was also so close to the excitement of the city!!

This is an ideal property to stay at in Palm Springs. The one bedroom is huge with a more than ample terrace to enjoy the amazing weather in Palm Springs. Also, the resort is steps away from all the shops downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again.

I agree with previous guests. This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Bryan is an amazing host. The casita is really cute and in a great location. It’s private and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves. At night, Bryan would light the fire pit for us, so we could enjoy the stars. You’ll fall in love with their pets- especially the husky mix named Shadow.

If location, comfort, cleanliness, communication with ease and suggestions on local things to do, all provided by the most amazing host who serves a wonderful breakfast and happens to have a sidekick of a friendly, well behaved dog this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Springs, look no further than this wonderful and relaxing location set beneath Mt. San Jacinto. From the moment we arrived Bryan was there to greet us and provide us with everything we needed to know about the space. We had all the privacy we required but Bryan was also nearby if we needed anything. We really appreciated the breakfast provided each morning and took full advantage of the gas heater in the courtyard. My husband and I hope to return in the future.

We have stayed in 25 AirBnB's across the world and this one is by far the best experience we have ever had. They lay out the nicest breakfast in the most beautiful courtyard in the back of their place. We felt like royalty! Thanks, Bryan and Jerry and let's not forget the awesome pets! [two great cats and a Malamut named Shadow we fell in love with!]

A wonderful little Airbnb right off the main drag in a gated community with pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for in Palm Springs?

Bryan was a lovely host. Room was private, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was a nice touch and we fell in love with his pup Shadow. Location is only 5-10 min to downtown with an amazing view of the mountain in their backyard- such a treat to see during breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality Bryan!! Palm Springs is amazing and so is Bryan. Very attentive and even served a continental breakfast for one. The room was well kept and had everything you could ask for or need. I would highly recommend a stay.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Claire and Callis place. I had stayed in that complex before with a different host so I knew that my stay would be enjoyable and Claire and Kelly’s unit did not disappoint. When I walked into the unit for the first time it felt like home or a good friends house. It was immaculately clean and had extra touches like shave cream, dvds, pool toys, bottled water, children’s cups and plates, an emergency radio, and even band-aids and nail polish remover! I didn’t want to leave and I was even there for work and not a vacation. The complex is beautiful, very well manicured grounds, super quiet and safe, with several pools and jacuzzis. The location is very close to downtown PS and would be an ideal place for a family, couple, or even a single person to say. They had extra bedding in the form of thick fold out sleep pads for additional options to sleep if several people stayed there. Wash rags, bath, beach and hand towels, and a laundry hamper were also in the unit. The shower had good pressure and hot water, though one night it took 10 min for the shower water to heat up. But the other nights I had no problem. The WiFi was fast and very comfortable couches and love seat. Thanks so much Claire and Callie, I wish I could stay there again but it’s all booked up which is no surprise!

Easy location to get to all the great places in Palm Springs and surrounding areas along with being very clean, quite and relaxing.

Had a nice relaxing travel/work stay here, no-frills budget-friendly 1BR condo in a very quiet area at the north end of Palm Springs. Check-in and house rules were clear, quick host responses to a few questions. Liked the 2 clean pools, with hardly anyone else there during the week, the covered parking spots to provide respite from sun, and the silhouette of Mt. San Jacinto towering above the condo grounds (the unit is just down the street from the Palm Springs Visitors Center and the appoach road up to the tram - you can watch the lighted trams going up and down at night, which was very cool). Somewhat older building, but grounds are well-maintained, and condo was clean. Powerful Nest AC, plenty of oscillating fans, reliable wifi, some classic DVDs and games. $1.25 laundry on site. Only quirk was hot water tends to lag the turn of the faucet by 2-3 minutes (kitchen, bathroom, shower) - once on, it's plenty hot, so not a problem once you know to anticipate it. One possible upgrade would be a blackout curtain for the bedroom window for late-sleepers, the slat blinds give privacy but don't do much to filter light (not an issue for me, I had to get up at 4 am every morning on East Coast time, ugh). Would stay here again, thanks.

Claire & Calli's vacation condo can't be beat for value on the north side of Palm Springs. We were super close to downtown PS, and because the unit doesn't have a gate to drive through, that made it that much easier to access coming home at night. Check in was easy and the August digital door lock with key pad was really easy to use. The unit overall was clean, simple, and comfortable. The condo is located in a really nice, safe development and the pool and tub are really close-by and was always fairly empty of people, for us to use. I would definitely come back!

Jeffrey’s condo was better than I expected. He has mastered the detail to Airbnb decor and amenities. For example: Every kitchen appliance I could ever need. Fantastic living room seating. Comfy mattress. Super clean. Beautiful views of the mountains. No street noise. Close to a more private pool and spa. And large tennis court. Jeffrey was super communicative with any little need I had. He’s a true gentlemen. I highly recommend renting any of his properties.

Jeff's apartment is really great! It's incredibly cozy, and has everything you could possibly need and more, not to mention the apartment is impeccably clean. Check-in process was seamless, and Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions. Tennis courts and pools are a big bonus. Jeff is an awesome host!

The place was very clean and there was beautiful mirrors in the place, the place felt really comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and very close to all the places we wanted to go and the place was just overall cozy and warmth. jeffrey was there at the beginning to make sure that ac was working properly which helped . My girlfriend and I had a lovely time staying here Booking was seamless, and Jeffrey provided straightforward instructions for accessing the unit. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy, La-z-boy was incredibly comfy.

Such a great place to stay for couples. Has everything you need for a fun trip to Palm Springs. I had no intentions to spend anytime in the room on our trip but it was hard to want to leave. Lovers Paradise truly lives up to its name with the in Room Jacuzzi Tub and King size bed. The room also comes with ALL THE MOVIE channels so it wouldn’t be hard at all to find a good movie and relax with your lover. If your looking for peace and quiet to spend time this will be the right place to be..

Beautiful place

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! It far exceeded our expectations. I liked sooo many things about this airbnb, but one of my favorite things was how convenient everything was. For instance, everything is keyless (there's a gate code to enter the premises and you choose your own unique passcode for the door to your suite). There's also a community kitchen area, with complimentary coffee/tea and breakfast items. Parking is conveniently located and always available. The suite has everything you would need like: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, heat, air conditioning, and enough bath towels plus towels for the pool! The ONLY thing lacking for me (and this is totally splitting hairs) was I wish there were more closet hangars. I think there were 4 or 5 total and my husband and I had a lot of formal wear and jackets we wanted to hang. But for that to be the only thing lacking just goes to show how well we were provided for by this airbnb. 5 stars!

Amazing!!!!!!

A fantastic space away from the business of the main strip, but just a (very) short car ride away. Walkable, even. The hotel is under new management as of the 2020 new year. The owner is very kind and welcoming and clearly working hard to make BelleVue the Oasis it is. We loved how clean and stylish the space is. We had the pool nearly to ourselves for the majority of our stay and it was wonderful to escape to such a quiet area. My only tip is to look outside airbnb (or directly to the hotel) for better pricing. I boooked on airbnb and paid a bit more as a result.

I feel so torn about writing this review because on the one hand, the world needs to know that this place is a GEM. On the other, I want to make sure I can still book a room next time I come back!! My room was cute, the king sized bed was comfy, the shower was so big you could have a party in there, the a/c system was great, the pool was clean and lovely, and the hot tub was sooooo nice. And the location is excellent, too, walkable to a lot of things like coffee and ice cream. Added bonus, the other travelers were friendly and I ended up having some really nice and personal conversations during my stay. A++ really want to come back ASAP!!!

Expect a well designed and appointed suite, exceptionally clean. The pool and jacuzzi area’s are perfect for relaxing on the provided lounge chairs, soft background music along with the daily provided morning cereal, sweet rolls and coffee or juice makes this an ideal place to stay. I’ll be looking forward to returning when next in Palm Springs.

Jason & Derek's place was stylish, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and they had a pack & play and high chair for our son to use. The location in the heart of town Palm Springs can't be beat. We enjoyed walking to many restaurants, shops and the Village Fest on Thursday night. The parking lot is super convenient and although it was too chilly to use the pools, they looked really nice. Communication was A+ and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was as advertised, very clean and the hosts were great to communicate with. It was great walking distance to events and dinner. The pool was wonderful for a swim from a toasty hot day!

Nicholas has thought of everything, including little lights so you don't stub your toe if you arrive after dark or get lost on your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The apartment is charming, spotless, well equipped, the location very convenient, and the pool and other amenities really top notch.

A beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. It’s spotless and well maintained. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Sitting by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view was wonderful. Very happy!

Such a great spot in a good location -close to restaurants/night life. Very clean and has the most relaxing, serene backyard with a pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains and palms. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

stehpan’s place was perfect for a weekend in palm springs! the space fits two perfectly, and even has a full fridge with a wet bar area. plus, you can’t beat the pool/hot tub! the hosts were wonderful as well. very responsive, and so kind! stephan even printed out a schedule for modernism week (the reason for our visit). the location was also central enough to get around very easily to all destinations. would stay here again! thanks for having us!

Paradise On Pico was awesome. Great location and nice amenities. Loved the pool area and jacuzzi. Stephan was so nice and thoughtful, even gave us chocolates on Valentine's Day.

What a wonderful honeymoon experience at the best west coast airbnb we have enjoyed together yet! Stephan and Damian provided a welcoming, cozy, and functional space. The pool/jacuzzi area was beautiful and well maintained full of fun plants, comfortable seating, and desert charm. Stephan and Damian were respectful with our privacy and were very responsive and courteous with only the minimal required communication. There even is an adorable little southern dog who pops in and out of the pool area, to boot! The pool area also faces the picturesque San Jacinto mountain backdrop Palm Springs is famous for. We can’t wait to return to the desert and stay at our favorite new oasis’s in Palm Springs!

Very clean and gorgeous grounds while being in a very quite and relaxed neighborhood only a few minutes away from downtown. Met the owner who showed me around and I’ll definitely be back to see how the hotel will turn out in the next few months with it undergoing some renovations.

We had a great time at the Oasis! The manager and owner were both friendly and accommodating, our room was stylish and clean, and the grounds and pool area were absolutely beautiful. The place was also walking distance to the downtown area which was lovely.

Lovely stay!

Kay’s place was great for our 6 week stay in Palm Springs. The check-in was a breeze with great communication and key code access. The place is spacious with great appliances and a very well stocked kitchen. The memory foam king size bed is very comfortable. Kay’s place is very clean and well appointed and tastefully decorated. The property is gated with 2 pools, tennis/pickelball courts and ample parking. The location just off highway 111 at the east side of Palm Springs is close to shopping but is quiet. Note that the unit is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only (no elevator). We would stay there again and we recommend.

Stylish condo in a good location. A very good value. Plenty of space for a couple. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen is well-stocked. The complex is well maintained and has 2 very nice pools. We swam almost every day and also enjoyed the shaded balcony. Friendly neighbors. Trader Joe's and Target are nearby, in fact we walked there several times.

We loved our stay in this pretty mid-century guest house! Robert provided everything we needed, and we arrived to Frank Sinatra and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was spotless and well designed. We would love to stay again when it’s warmer to try out the pool. Thanks for making our weekend in Palm Springs a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Robert’s place. The property is as pictured. Fun, funky, stylish, spacious and comfortable. The bed was a dream with lovely soft linens. Lots of storage, bikes for tooling around town, and the pool and yard were a perfect wrap up to a day of hiking in the desert. Robert was super helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay. We were greeted at the gate quickly and warmly and helped in. The place is lovely and has all the amenities of home. The patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading. The bed was super comfy with soft linens. We were out and about for the duration of our stay, so didn't use the pool as we'd planned to, but it's a cute shape and the whole yard is lovely and has lots of furniture to lounge on. The kitchen was well stocked, including olive oil, spices, and coffee. We cooked a couple breakfasts and found everything we needed. There was a welcome bottle of wine (lovely touch). All in all, a fabulous stay!

Robert's Hollywood House was amazing! The house was stylish and had everything we could have asked for. The outdoor area was perfect for us and was set up for a relaxing day at the pool. The bed was super comfortable and we didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Robert was a wonderful host and was always available if we needed him, but we felt like we were in total privacy. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We are Airbnb hosts as well, so we expect a lot from other hosts. Robert gets five stars for being an amazing host!! Please don't hesitate to stay here!

I stay at Marie's place frequently for work. Marie always responds quickly to any communication and she is such a welcoming and kind host. Her place is very comfortable and I love waking up to the beautiful morning sunrises with the windmills in the background. I appreciate the self check in and the privacy of her place. And you can't beat the value!

It is always a pleasure to stay in Deborah's guesthouse. The place is more spacious one would expect, really cozy, well equipped with everything that one could need when away from home on a little vacation. More importantly, Deborah is a lovely host, very kind, attentive to her guest(s) and very responsive when you need her help or advice. I hope to be back soon.

Spacious house with a great hot tub/pool and a great hostess! Cathedral City and the immediate amenities are a step below the surrounding areas, but it is a very central location, pretty much in the middle of Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

Verginias home was great. The house had plenty of room for our group and was well stocked with necessities. The jacuzzi was great and easy to turn on and off. The beds were comfortable and also loved that there was plenty of seating in the living room. We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this ideal location! We were able to park and walk to the main street to enjoy the Palm Springs nightlife. We had everything we needed and our host answered all of our questions very promptly. Will look for this location again if we pass through Palm Springs in the future.

Beautiful studio with small private terrace, queensize bed and necessary toilet in the bathroom. On the kitchen side, there are: plates, glasses, mugs, cup, dish but only one small pan. There is a grill and a microwave but it lacks a hob. The studio is 20 'walk from the center.

So this is a super cool little studio space in a renovated apartment complex. Architecture is nice, and the location on the river is near enough to the strip to bicycle there, but far enough away from it to have peace/quiet/security. The space itself is well decorated, comfy bed, off-street parking, and the courtyard is perfect for relaxing if the weather is nice. (We stayed during a winter storm). The Mini-Split unit wasn't working, so they brought us a space heater which was great and kept us toasty warm.

I loved staying here! My only regret is that is that it was a quick one night stay for a work event but next time I hope to stay longer and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The place is great which included a small yard with grill and kitchen to make my morning coffee. Also, very close to everythng!

Great value for a getaway in Palm Springs. Our unit was very clean and had all amenities that we would need. Bed was pretty comfy and the space had some tasteful touches. The common space is the real star of this place. Big pool and hot tub with lots of seating and activities. It looked like all the units had a private patio but this big space also felt very private and would be a fun place for a few couples to enjoy. The place is really close to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Would definitely return on our next trip!

What an amazing space and location! We booked this for a bachelorette in Palm Springs and from the get go Geena and Quan were super accommodating for our group. The house was gorgeous and we loved the outside patio/pool space, so much so, we spent more time enjoying that than being out. We we did head out the home is 10-15 mins from the downtown area which was perfect. The group agreed we would definitely book again if ever in the area.

The home was awesome for what we wanted! It was a great value and very clean. We had 8 girls and it was very spacious. The views surrounding were also amazing, and it was a quick ride to anywhere nearby. We even went over to Joshua Tree for a day! I would recommend!
