Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful and kind. The house has a shared garden with the owner but it was not distracting, I could use the grill, pool and jacuzzi when I wanted to. The neighborhood is very nice, close to West Palm beach. The bed comfortable in the apartment is very clean and homely. If we go back to the area, we will only stay here.

Relaxing week at a thoughtfully decorated suite with all amenities provided and appreciated. Clean, modern with all comforts. Peaceful and tranquil grounds and surroundings. Communication excellent and look forward to returning.

A well equipped space with a good layout that met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. Having parking on site was also great. Check in was easy and there were quick responses to any of our inquiries. Highly recommended and located in a very cute beach town.

We really love the location. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and has a lot of stores nearby. The room was very clean and was perfect size for traveling two. Highly recommend.

Anca and Villy address any issues quickly. You have to completely empty suitcases as there is no room to put them if you don’t want to empty them. There is a closet to hang clothes, however we did not have enough room for both of our clothes. There is a very convenient grocery store across the street. I recommend going to West Palm to eat as the offerings near the hotel are not very good and very expensive. We did not get a car as the description made it sound like everything was very close. We used Ubers to go to most places. The bed was very comfortable, but sitting at the small table and chairs was somewhat difficult. All in all, however, we enjoyed our trip.

Though in town for a conference, discovering the beach chairs, umbrella and chairs has me plotting a return visit — a fun trip with my girlfriend

I'm a local (13 years on the island) that needed a place to stay while I lent my home to some relatives. In all the times I've been in the PB Hotel, I've never seen such nice accommodations. Shay is also one of the friendliest and helpful persons I've met on the island. It was truly a pleasure to have met him. I couldn't say enough kind words about Shay or his accommodations.

Our stay at Shay’s was even better than we expected! Not only was the space perfect, in a great location, but it was such a pleasure to meet Shay. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The space had great little details and amenities we hadn’t seen before in other airbnbs that really made it feel like a home. Shay’s will definitely be our go to spot when we travel down!

Shay’s studio provided us with an ideal space for traveling with our 7 year old water loving son. It is literally steps to the sparkling pool. Shay is communicative and very hospitable. He provided us with great suggestions for local attractions and dining options. We look forward to our next visit to Shay’s poolside studio.

Customer service beyond expectation.

Shay’s place is perfect! The space is exactly as advertised - adorable and comfortable! I’ve never stayed in a place that was so well stocked. From coffee pods to suntan lotion, Shay has thought of everything. Check in and out were easy breezy and Shay provided many helpful tips that made our stay stress free. I highly recommend Palm Beach in general and specifically, Shay’s poolside studio.

The building itself is charming. We loved the quiet pool with it’s lush landscaping and the veranda. There is a Publix across the street and there is plenty of free “overnight” parking (generously defined as from 5pm-10am) in front of the building. The parking pass was key for my 3 year olds midday naps. The apartment itself is perfect. Great little kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Even though there is a generously sized closet — it was nice to have the living room to just leave the bags open and not trip over them (can you tell I am a toddler mom). It was sparkling clean. My husband has terrible allergies so I was worried about the carpet (my own home is bare) but he didn’t have so much as a sneeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

This cute condo is sparkling clean and in the ideal location for West Palm Beach visitors! I would highly recommend it.

It is a very nice and cozy place. The location is excellent, very central and close to restaurants and a Publix. The room is as it appears in the photos, very comfortable, very beautiful and impeccable. Lynda is an excellent hostess and sends you an itinerary of everything you can do in the area. I really recommend everything incredible.

Perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our weekend getaway from NY. Weather in October was hot and humid ! Some rain on and off but cleared up quickly. Must visit breakers hotel, very beautiful place.

Everything about this room, building, location is absolutely perfect. The island is so gorgeous you will not be disappointed. The room is clean and really spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. I would stay here again 100x's over.

I was attending a 3 day conference at the Breakers and this was a very convenient and affordable alternative to staying at the conference hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Communication was great.

Jade's place was perfect! Great quaint place 3 minutes from the beach and a bunch of stores and restaurants all in close proximity. The location was perfect and very easy to walk to all the fun places around as well as quick Uber rides to WPB and other parts of PB. Jade was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a wonderful host. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Jade's, you wont regret it!

Very cozy studio. It was perfect place for our honeymoon. Few minutes away from West Palm Beach downtown area and City Place.

Jade’s place was very comfortable and not to mention that it was indeed VERY relaxing. Just what we were hoping for. Great location - conveniently close to everything we needed. The hotel may not have private parking BUT not an issue AT ALL. Again Jade, thank you for being attentive and responding to questions so promptly, Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Scott’s studio is in a perfect location! You’ll be nearby the beach, shopping, and stylish restaurants. A great alternative stay to the often outrageous prices at hotels/ resorts in the area or along the beach. The studio is very clean and basically on the ground level. The bed could be categorized as on the firmer/ harder side but if you’re into that you’ll be happy. Thanks again!

Scott’s place was small but quaint and had everything we needed. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The location couldn’t be beat with the beach a few blocks away, a Publix grocery store across the street, and some of the best restaurants at your fingertips. We hope to return in the future!

A fabulous place to stay in palm beach

Great room in a great location. Minutes walk to the beach in a great upscale area. Scott was responsive and friendly, and the room had everything we needed.

The room met expectations! It was clean and tidy, with nice touches such as Amazon Alexa to play music and turn off lights, and Netflix on the TV. The room had updated fixtures and was a great place for us to crash on our trip. It's a little small for doing anything more than getting ready/sleeping, but is a clean room in a great location. The amenities of the hotel/condo building itself were a plus.

Great location and the terrace is a perfect place to take a break from your activities without feeing like you are ‘going out’!

This place is a magical oasis! The courtyard is stunning, and the surrounding neighborhood is one of the best I've seen around (I live locally) - you can even see the water down the road. Surround yourself in nature and sunshine in this studio apartment. Huge bed with so many stylish touches - so many Airbnbs are the most plain, spartan rooms. Not this one! Just an FYI: it might not be good to share this spot with someone you're not EXTREMELY comfortable around - the toilet doesn't have a real door. Please note that the only shower is outdoors, which will be fine unless you're there on the rare cold day.

I booked Sharagay’s place for a romantic getaway for my husband and I. The location is great, once we checked in we hopped on the bikes and explored the area. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the wind chime and watching the palm trees sway. It felt quite secluded. Bear in mind the only shower is outside (but fenced in) and there’s a lovely claw foot tub, but if you don’t enjoy outdoor showers this might not be the spot for you. We didn’t get to go to the beach during our trip, but there are boogie boards and beach chairs available. The interior is darling! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The space is bright and airy. We would definitely stay again!

This is a special spot with a lot of nice touches. The outdoor shower and bath are a great experience combined with all the greenery and chimes and twinkling lights in the yard. The host is close by but there is a good sense of privacy. It’s an intimate space prepared thoughtfully and it’s cozy and romantic. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels that were provided and bikes were great to have on hand but we ended up driving to explore and head to the beach. Neat neighborhood to walk around in and we found excellent places for tacos and enchiladas nearby. Lots of conveniences are close.

The apartment was sparkling clean and wonderful to stay in. It was such a great time! Thanks so much for the quick responses when booking! It looks like Palm Beach changed parking policies, and now requires placards for daytime parking in the surrounding streets. You'll either need to move your car every hour, or find a store parking lot to legally park in for the day. The balcony was super nice, A/C was cold, the bed and pillows were super comfy! Everything was in walking distance, and the pool was warm. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

One of the most Charming options in this historic former hotel. Feels abt twice as big in there with the mirrored walls they installed, and the balcony was a big bonus.

Well, first time on palm beach but it seems to be the most expensive island in the east coast!. So, you are paying for it and you should expect to get what you pay for. Small space but ok for two adults for 3 nights. Great towels, bath robe, coffee and close to the Breakers, 15 min walking and 5 dollars by Lyft. Rita was great: quick in answering question, flexible when I had to change reservation. Check in very flexible. National registered building so old building very well maintain with split unit AC that works well. So, pick to stay for 300 dollars per night for possible the same space at the Breaker (in which I stay in the past) or spent that money in the great restaurants in palm beach island.

Rita’s place was perfect! She was very easy to communicate with and even mailed us something we forgot. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchenette to cook breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Palm Beach!

Rita's apartment is fantastic. it is in a perfect location to walk to many of PB's finest restaurants and bars. Additionally, it's a quick walk to the public beach and grocery store.

This is such a great condo in a prime location. Having a balcony is priceless. The bed was amazingly comfortable and it was even wired with lights and outlets! No details were missed when accessorizing this unit. The unit was spotless and had a pleasant smell! I would highly recommend this unit. It's so close to the airport. A+++++

We are so glad we booked this studio for our five night winter getaway. The studio is in a beautiful historic building with a lovely pool and someone is at the front desk 24/7 What did we like best about the studio? Keurig coffeemaker and a nice supply of coffee (but there is a Publix right across the street for grocery needs), a wonderful shower with loads of hot water, nice tv, couch, and beautiful leather lounge chair. There is a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge which was fine with us-husband is a chef and we look forward to not cooking when on vacation but it was great to be able to make popcorn and reheat takeout food. There is a small beach chair, a beach towel, awesome larger beach quilted blanket to lie on, and a bag to carry your beach gear. I would have liked one more beach towel but I’m guessing that perhaps this condo is usually rented by singles. That said-we found it fine space-wise for the two of us and much appreciated the care that obviously has gone into making it a welcoming space. We would definitely consider returning and hope the fact that we accidentally left four cans of sparkling water (meant to drop off at the front desk) didn’t cause a problem. The hosts were so awesome and responsive and left a fantastic book with all sorts of menus and recommendations along with clear instructions on things like how to use tv, laundry room, etc. Palm trees I miss you already. 🌴

The location is only about 10 minute walk from the beach and tons of great local restaurants,shopping, intercoastal path and grocery stores walkable within minutes! Wonderful veranda and pool area to enjoy, in addition to the beach. Would stay again!

Great space for our 5 day visit. Pool was a nice space to cool off and the condo is close to the beach! The condo is just across the street to a Publix for quick access to groceries. Public/street parking is limited; 1-2 hour max street parking and the condo did not have a parking permit options. Gym was closed and not able to access. Overall a great condo for 2 people to share, nice sitting area, good closet space and beautiful bathroom!

Lovely studio suite! Conveniently Located right across from Publix grocery store. Owners were extremely easy to work with. Only issue was parking. Had to park in Publix parking lot during the day and then had to move it to the street for overnight.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. If you need to be in Palm Beach and no one has invited you to stay at their multi-million dollar estate, you cannot afford the Breakers Hotel, and you don't have your yacht docked nearby, this is a fantastic option. It's in the middle of many beautiful restaurants and shops. Hopefully, you can afford them. As a backup, there is always Green's Pharmacy (end of the block) for breakfast or lunch. There is excellent carryout sushi from the nice supermarket across the street for about $8. I needed to be in Palm Beach for a workshop. I was so lucky to be able to book this apartment (and get to stay on the island). I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. Most other options would be a lot more expensive. This place is a great find.

Diego's place is in a great location - convenient to just about everything you could want. The parking is little bad since where you park is about a quarter mile from the condo, but at least you have a pass because parking on the island is difficult all around. The bed was very comfortable - which is always a positive. I had a little issue with the fridge which took a day or so to fix, so I lost some food as a result. Diego immediately reimbursed me without question! It was nice to have cable & ROKU. Even though the building is older, it's very well maintained. The pool is nice just unfortunate that it doesn't get much sun because it's surrounded by the building - but it is heated. Overall, a nice place to stay for a couple of weeks; I enjoyed it & would stay there again.

This was a great little apartment to stay in. It feels like a hotel, and it feels safe. I could walk wherever I wanted to, the beach and great restaurants are just around the corner. There isn’t anything you can see from the room, but just go downstairs to sit by the pool, or walk a few minutes to the beach. Great stay, thank you!

This is an awesome place to stay for many reasons. It's the size of a typical hotel room, but with a nice size walk-in closet and situated in a building with many amenities and a great location within walking distance from everything you'd want in Palm Beach...restaurants, the beach, church, supermarket, the famous Lake Trail and so much more. Highly recommend !

Publix across the street made possible readymade meals, eaten in the picnicking area by the beautiful pool, since the kitchen amenities are few. We brought our bikes and stored them in the secure bike area. Great rides through beautiful neighborhoods and ocean fronts!

Tracy's studio is a beautiful, modern room in a historic hotel type place that has both hotel rooms and condos. Checking in was a breeze (it's pretty refreshing to check in at a front desk for an Airbnb place) and the space was lovely and clean, and the shower especially is fantastic - good luck trying to not spend too long in there! The location is about as good as you can get in West Palm Beach without actually building an undersea lair - just a short walk from the beach, on a very exclusive street. Tracy was a great host, responding to my queries very promptly and making sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again. PS: ask at the front desk about parking, they're very helpful and will give you a map showing you where there is unrestricted street parking a short walk away.

I had an amazing experience at Reese's place!! It was such a cozy space and just what I needed. I must say the bed is out of this world cozy! I slept like a baby. It was a charming quiet spot. Reese was excellent at clearly communicating the process and even told me some things about the area. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Honestly if I could give 6 stars I would. The location is great too! Only a 5 min Uber to most points of interest.

We stayed one night towards the end of our week long trip to see the Nationals Spring Training games. The location was perfect! We were a short drive to the ball park and after-game night life in West Palm Beach. Reese was our host who provided clear, easy check-in instructions; always very quick to respond. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The home was super clean and private. Can’t beat the price. Will look for this one again, next year!

This is my first experience using an Airbnb and what a wonderful experience. Very nice cottage style room with its own private entrance, enclosed private patio and driveway very conveniently located near the venue of the wedding I was attending . The room itself was very nice and very clean and included a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, keurig and an iron if needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The Host was very nice and very easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

This location is one of the best and most sought out places to stay in the entire country! Check-in was smooth and the desk attendants were very friendly. They are very kind and provided extra comforts for our stay. They even made sure to stock the fridge with our favorite beverages. The terrace is spacious and great for sun-bathing. J.W.'s place is the perfect location, spotlessly clean and has easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and a grocery store. I spent 2 weeks here with my wife working remotely and we had no problems. In fact there is a bike rental shop on the corner that we used for transportation in the area. Highly recommend JW's place, however, for couples be aware that the bedroom currently has a Full-sized bed.

Amazing value to be on Palm Beach Island! The beach is just a block away, the area is beautiful to walk around, bike or take runs. J.W & Family’s space is phenomenal. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfectly clean, modern renovation, great location, easy check in and quick responses. Will be staying with you again.

I've stayed (at least) three times at this spectacular space and would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is awesome, the interior comfy and beautiful, and J.W. is incredibly responsive and helpful. I can't say enough about it...just stay there and see for yourself !

Talya's place is safe for a solo woman traveler, well lit with onsite parking. Lg room, comfy bed, private bath in rm, gd. shower! Full shared kit & well appointed LR available. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

We had access from our bedroom to the private bathroom. It is very nice and also great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Tayla's house. Check-in was very well organized and rooms were clean. When you have a light sleep you could bring earplugs because of the street's noise. Thanks Tayla, Insa & Michael

Talya's house is flawless, her sincere reflected from her clear indications, decorations and equipments. Check-in, parking and coooking are easy and smooth. Highly recommended. Only 5 stars are not enough given to Talya's house, all that regard should be 6 stars, even more than that.

This is a beautiful spot, super close to downtown and incredibly reasonable for what you get! Everything was spotless and decorated so nicely!

Great space in a central location!

Beautifully decorated and convenient room in the heart of Palm Beach. Very comfortable bed. The room is part of the Palm Beach Hotel so you have hotel staff to turn to if needed and a free parking placard for nearby spots about three blocks away. Try Green's )a block to the east) for breakfast.

Excellent location. The public beach access is just a few minutes away walking. The attendant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with local information and parking tips. The pool inside the complex can get crowded. The room was very clean and we had no issues at all. The long term parking placard costs $7 a day. Parking was easy but slightly confusing. A map may have helped. Would love to stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were able to walk to get ice cream. Great location. Although the parking was confusing initially, the hosts were extremely fast with responding to our questions! I would stay here again if I was to re-visit palm beach.

nice condo,clean and big

Easy, comfortable, close to the beach and great beach chairs you can use too. We came for some beach time and spring training baseball and it was very easy to do both! Plus Publix, a breakfast diner, ice cream and great pizza is just around the corner! It’s just what you need for a quick trip to palm beach!

Adorable space, easy check-in. Great location

My wife and I stayed for a quick 4 day, 3 night getaway. The historic building is beautiful and the heated pool was crystal clear and clean. The space, while small, is plenty big enough for a couple on a short stay. We enjoyed the nice sized mini fridge and stocked it with some things for our stay. Check-in was very accommodating and they let us check in early, which was very helpful since our flight arrived hours before check-in time. The building staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very bright and clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the space description was because it says all beach items are included, but only towels and chairs were available (no umbrella or beach bag), but that’s really a very minor inconvenience with how well everything else was. We would definitely recommend this space and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. The location was great and the building was very clean. The area felt safe and we had a fun time exploring. Walking to the beach took less than five minutes and to downtown West Palm just under half an hour. There's a supermarket directly across the street. Absolutely can't complain for the price. It was everything we could have asked for.

This is a very nice, private room and bath. Jianping Is a very gracious host and most accommodating.

My stay at Jianping was excellent. Everything was nice and tidy. The place is clean and well kept. She made the stay comfortable. It is close to downtown Lake Worth and the beach. Will use this Airbnb again. Two 👍🏽👍🏽

Absolutely loved Laura's place. Great building, comfy room with lots of amenities, amazing views, a super short walking distance to the beach, and several lovely markets/eating spots around. Highly recommend it!

This is a nicely renovated condo in a building which had been a hotel, built in the 1920s. Why stay in West Palm when one can enjoy the ocean air and the architecture of the Palm Beach of yesterday for less money? I highly recommend Laura's place.

This place was great. Very close to the airport and local restaurants. Extra breakfast items and shared items in the fridge was a plus. Suggest adding a mirror/vanity in the bedroom since the entire house is shared with other guests. Great hosts and clean accommodations.

Nice spot in Palm Beach. Not much around here except retired folks and golf courses. Close to public beach access. The building is a bit old and run down, but the apartment is nice and a good value for the area.

I love the room. It was very cozy. It was very detailed and warm. Great for a couples retreat. The bed was wonderful, no the bed was great. It’s a sleep number bed. She have everything you need to go to the beach. She was great with communication and giving helpful advice where to go and parking which is well needed. Overall A++

Sandra's cozy space is in an excellent location in the heart of Palm Beach. It is nicely decorated, very clean, very accessible , private and quiet. Parking is a bit of an issue but worth the effort. The view is on to the pool and area used by other guests of this lovely old Palm Beach Hotel. Each evening we sat on the comfortable veranda to watch the world go by or to enjoy sitting by the pool. Within walking distance is a Publix grocery store, Greens Pharmacy which also serves breakfast and lunch and the wonderful ocean and beach. We will return to the area in future and should our time coincide with Sandras space being available you can bet this is where we will stay !

Enjoyed my stay at Sandra’s condo. Great location walkable to restaurants, shops, and more! Gym is closed for an undisclosed period of time, but the location is perfect for running outdoors.

Fantastic location and lovely old Florida building. Everything was easy exceptionally for the long wait as the Presidential motorcade went by. The studio is small so I was glad that my large husband wasn’t with me. Would stay there again!

Beautiful place, perfect location. Anca went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is so comfy, and the little apartment had everything we needed. Even beach chairs! Walkable to the beach and restaurants, with a beautiful pool on the premises. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A truly wonderful stay in a great location

Anca's place is great. Good location, check in check out were easy, space is small but well appointed. I was not able to go to the nearby beach while there, but there are chairs and towels which is a nice touch. Finally, communication was terrific. Great host and would stay again.

Adorable, clean studio was the perfect place to land for a nearby family gathering. Scott was very responsive, the apartment was very clean, and the building is very conveniently located. All in all, a great weekend!

Wonderful place, super comfy, stylish decor, walk to everything you need

This place is really well designed and super clean. It is in Palm Beach and besides the fact that the studio is beautiful and close to everything, there are some extra benefits to staying there such as the French patisserie downstairs that has the most incredible quiche. My communication With the owner was great! He was very kind to leave two wonderful desserts for us which was not necessary but very much appreciated as they were delicious! I am saving this spot for future visits! It is next to Publix and next to Honor bar which is one of the best casual dinner places in town.

Loved this place - neighborhood was terrific, close to the beach and some good simple but classy restaurants and a nice grocery store. Terrific pool area where we enjoyed swimming, doing some work on the patio, and meeting nice neighbors. Very reasonable price and terrific responsive service. I’d definitely stay again!

This is the perfect spot to stay to walk everywhere! I was on business and didn't have enough time to fully explore, but I did walk down to the Breakers for a late supper, and felt perfectly safe by myself after dark. The next morning I hit the beach and actually got to do a little shopping before I left. The building is lovely and full of character but it did have a distinct mildew smell walking through the halls. Luckily, Scott has put in tile flooring and a dehumidifier, so my room did not have any mildew at all. I will definitely stay again if I ever get the opportunity.

Everything was perfect!

Francis was a fabulous host. The two bathrooms were a bonus. There were many other rooms offered at this price near this location but I was sold when I saw this listing offered 2 separate bathrooms. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We were also grateful for bottled water in the fridge. Wish we had stayed more than one night! We will be back.

It’s rare to find such an affordable gem in the middle of beautiful Palm Beach island. The large condo hotel has lots of nostalgic character and is in a perfect location near fabulous restaurants and a large grocery store. The French pastry shop Patrick Leze is right outside the front door. The gorgeous 10 mile bike/foot path is a 5 minute walk. The condo is well equipped and quite spacious. We never felt cramped. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. When we asked where we might buy pods for their Nespresso machine, he immediately ordered 3 packs for us. Highly recommend!

Great Location near everything the Island of Palm Beach has to offer! Beautiful beach within a few minute walk. Pool is great. Nearby shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Host was very easy to reach and great to deal with. Great weather added to the well appointed amenities at Francis’ place!

Amazing location. Terrific front desk person who was so gracious and accomodating at check in. The unit is in an older building but charming and walking distance to everything. Nice towels and linens and they provided coffee, soap and shampoo.

Why stay at the Breakers when you have this little gem right down the street?! We were in town for a Breakers wedding, but didn't want to break the bank ;) This unit was perfect, and all our fellow wedding guests were jealous they didn't find it first. Walking distance to the beach, groceries, hotels, shopping, West Palm Beach... everything you could want! Comfortable accommodations, nice outdoor lounge area, pool, quiet library to work, easy 24/7 checkin. Highly recommend!
