The casita was great and had everything we needed. The place is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and comfortable. We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Death Valley. The hosts were kind and helpful-- and responded quickly whenever we needed something. I would highly recommend people to stay here if you're in the area.

Lloyd and Carol are very gracious and wonderful hosts. This is an absolutely gorgeous property located at the eastern edge of Pahrump with fabulous mountain views. The entire property is an architectural gem inside and out including the casita. Lloyd and Carol live on the property yet were careful to provide me with as much privacy as I desired while making sure to let me know that anything I needed or wanted they would do their best to accommodate. All the thoughtful little comforts of home were provided to make my stay even more enjoyable. The quality, comfort, and cleanliness of this place is outstanding. I was their first guest yet felt more a longtime friend returning for a visit. I would recommend that everyone planning a stay in the Pahrump area make this their priority destination.

Really great value. Lots of space, a small but well equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed and soft, soft sheets and towels! We loved all the details. Even had a Christmas tree and decorations (oh, and some festive chocolates too!). All in all, highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible, comfortable and luxurious space! If we could offer more than 5-stars we would. We arrived very late so the access code and self-check in made it a breeze. We stayed for two nights to explore Death Valley and south western Nevada. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to meet our hosts but we can't recommend this place highly enough!

The Casita has plenty of space & well stocked with toiletries, coffee, water, utensils. Hosts have done a great job with decorating, being thorough & accommodating, as well as organizing a binder full of useful information for nearby attractions.

Carol and Lloyds Casita is gorgeous , the location is perfect for a desert vacation and if you are missing crazy , Las Vegas is only one hour away. A beautiful , helpful family that made us feel very welcomed. Don't forget to check out the night sky , spectacular!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Casita while we were visiting nearby Death Valley and Red Rock Canyon parks. From the first moment we arrived to Thomas's place, we knew we made the right choice. It is incredibly cozy and homelike and our host knew how to make us feel welcome. From the snacks, to the amenities, no detail was overlook. Great host and place!

I am not sure where to begin? I have stayed at so many AirBnB's and this was by far the best. I am not a local in Vegas, but for work and fun I have been there quite a bit. . And this was the first time I felt comfortable, and not rushed to leave. Thomas is very welcoming, and keeps the house clean, and the perfect temperature. There was room in the fridge to put some drinks, and leftovers. The beds were bunk beds, but very cozy, and comfortable. Not your normal bunk beds. The only real problem is I forgot my pillow, and I am very picky about pillows. But there were plenty of pillows, and I just stacked them up. Parking was great, I was given a parking space, and there was also other space available when that spot was not available. I went to the pool, and hot tub, it was nice. The place is not that far from downtown Vegas, where I usually like to go. And the strip is not that far either. things like hot water in the shower, and towels, soap, and clean area's are all things that can make or break an AirBnB, but Thomas really nailed it! I told him he needs to have more AirBnB listings in Vegas, he's such a great host!

Clarice and her puppy, Boomer, were excellent hosts. (I admit, the dog was part of the reason I chose to stay here!) If something was needed I just texted her and it appeared. I plan to make this trip multiple times in the future and would love to stay with these two again. Clarice is fun to talk to and there was never a time where I felt I needed privacy. The room and private bath were basic but clean with provided amenities if you need them. They are on the opposite side of the condo from where her room is and there is a door to the hallway that can be closed for added quiet and privacy. Separate keys to the condo and one to the bedroom were provided. A side of the refrigerator was cleared for groceries that I stopped and picked up before heading over. In summation, this (first!) AirBnB experience has been a delight and I look forward to more stays in the future!

Clarice is not only are you a great host, but an excellent person. She was incredibly helpful and and accompanied. The room and her place are comfortable and clean. The place is in a great location, making for easy access to all that Vegas has to offer. Her dog, Buster, is nice too.

Great location about 15 minutes away from the strip in a nice community . Clarice and Boomer were a pleasure to be around when we all got the chance to be at the place together . Private room with your own bathroom ...nice ... clean... would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Very nice place, clean and comfy. Bed is huge, you can easily fit there 4 people (8 if you try harder ). It's about an hour from Strip but bus communication is good and cheap (8$ for 24h for all LV bus lines) and the view from the bus while approaching Strip is amazing. Pool was dirty so I didn't use it, but it's not hosts fault. Hot tube was nice tho. I really really recommend this place!

Deborah was so sweet and we loved being able to find a dog friendly accommodation close to everything. The parks across the street are seriously the best. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back to Vegas.

Very clean and well maintained. Great beds and appliances. Deborah was very kind and made things easy. Also, a good location next to a huge park/sports complex. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Deborah met us at her condo to welcome us and show us around, explain the keyless entry and security system and point out the dog parks across the street. She provided bottled water and even had fresh flowers! Deborah was very warm and welcoming.

My dad and I stayed at Deborah's condo for a weekend while I was moving to Vegas. Everything was clean when we arrived even though I booked on really short notice. I met Deborah the second night, and she was friendly and helpful. She responded very quickly to all my questions. The neighborhood also seemed safe - we left our U-Haul in the parking lot with no problems. We really enjoyed taking a walk through the park across the street!

Deborah was super welcoming and friendly. She met us to show us around the listing and made us feel at home.

Deborah's condo was very convenient, quiet & right across from the dog park, which was perfect location for me. I liked that she had a covered spot for parking and that it was right off the freeway by a couple minutes.

Deborah was responsive with the check in process. My flight into Vegas was delayed six hours and she was easy to get in contact with and help with the situation. The place is about twenty minutes from the strip by car, which was rather nice staying away from all the noise. The place was very clean and easy to find and get into. The only issue I had was that I set the A/C a little lower I like to sleep in the cold and I had just gotten hack from a 24 hour journey so wanted to be comfortable when sleeping. Deborah was very rude and aggressive when she saw I had lowered the A/C even though there was no rule against this

Would definitely suggest this apartment if you're looking for a safe area with all the amenities you need: grocery, interstate to Vegas strip, Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston.... oh and Starbucks. If you're a cyclist like me ... the canyons are close. I was able to get in 60miles with no problem. Last thing that brought us to Patrick's place was the dog friendly. The neighbors are great and there's a dog park just 2-3 blocks away. Great at night ... the wind blows in from the canyon and a lot of the locals take their dogs (URL HIDDEN) think social fun for your four legged kids.

Great week stay with Patrick. Amazing experience to add on to my trip to Vegas. Couldn't have picked a better location. About 10-15 mins to the strip! Will stay again! Just as the pictures show.

Evelyn's place was exactly what we expected. It was a good value for the price that we paid. Evelyn was attentive as far as communication and provided what we needed. There was a little issue at night, we heard loud footsteps from the upstairs neighbor, and if you're a light sleeper it will probably bother you a bit, thankfully, my husband and I were too sleepy to mind them, but Evelyn and her boyfriend did point it out and apologize about it and it's totally not in their control. Overall, the stay was amazing and the bed was super Comfortable :)

Before my arrival, Pandora gave me a passcode tot he door and communicated well. When we arrived, we were greeted by Derek, who was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very private, with its own full bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the room super clean (and cool). Unfortunately, I dud not meet Pandora, she was out, but she remained in communication with me; however, Derek was a great host, in her absence. He knows the town well and can quickly give you advice to have a great visit. They both seem interesting, they are clearly talented and lovely people; They have a nice home and we felt very comfortable. Elena and I would love to stay here again.

Met Pandora and her fiance for the key exchange and walk through of the apartment for my two night stay. They were both very friendly and easy to interact with. Very nice room, just like in the picture. I had a rental car and parking was available in the uncovered parking spots. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a totally unique experience for my wife and I, and in a very good way! Pandora was away traveling, and we were met by Derrick, who has a fascinating background in the entertainment business. He could not have been more engaging or nice. The bonus is when he offered to get us show tickets! We took him up on it and had a great time! The room and bathroom were really good comfortable bed and nice attached bathroom. It felt very private in the apartment. The air conditioning worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would enjoy staying with Pandora and Derrick again.

We only met Delia, didn't get to meet the husband throughout our stay. She was very nice and welcoming when we first arrived, but that was pretty much the only time we saw her as our time spent in Vegas was mostly on the strip or exploring elsewhere. As much as I'd like to say we enjoyed our stay, we didn't. A big reason as to why was that the weather outside was 100+ degrees, so naturally you'd look forward to being able to relax in cold air after a long day or even waking up in cold air, but that wasn't the case, it was hot outside and hot in the room. Though, I believe they used central air, it barely felt like it was working and the ceiling fan just wasn't enough. My whole stay I woke up with a stuffy nose and on the last day I woke up with a nose bleed, and my boyfriend and I had to literally sleep on opposite ends of the bed because we would only add body heat if not. It was so disappointing. As for the rest of my comments towards her home, it was a very nice space, small and personal. The room came with a very comfortable king sized bed, TV (which only had very few clear channels), and a DVD player. The advertisement mentioned free wifi, but it was not offered when we got there. There were 2 towels, which smelled like it was thrown into a wash without detergent or softener, left on the side table of the bed, and gave us a key which accessed the pool and gym, but we didn't have the time to check those out during our stay. Other disappointing factors were that there was this weird smell every time we'd enter the house and it made us feel the need to run to the room so we don't get caught in it, she had given us a small space in the fridge, but it would literally only fit like three bottles of Smartwater and the next day the space was gone because they filled it¿ lol, and going outside, there was poop all over the rocks on the side walk so the stench was gross and to top it off, it was hot, so the mix just wasn't delightful. The price of the airbnb was very cheap and it fit the stay of it well. Cheap. If you ask me if I'd stay again or recommend it, honestly, I wouldn't.

Definitely a gem to find when going to Vegas. Made our first time visiting so much better. The place is only a short drive from the strip and within their area are stores if you need anything. Fast feedback with answering questions and their hospitality was more than enough!

Delia and Lee are fantastic host they are welcoming and very friendly, had great laughs with them. The apartment was spotless and tidy, spacious, wifi connection excellent, very comfortable bed and en suite with all toiletries, towels the full works! Great on site facilities gym, pool area and sun loungers. 7* all day and night! Location is great for the South Outlet and the strip isn't too far, would need a ride to get there. Went for a meal with Delia on my last day before heading to the strip she a a wonderful happy go lucky lady, really nice local Thai restaurant close by as well as other local restaurants that are very good price and food is delicious. Got a ride back to the strip from Lee and Delia it was a pleasure they are very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and would return. Thank you both for a lovely stay. Lee and Delia are amazing hosts! Their apartment is beautiful and clean. We had our own private room with connected bathroom. They also let us use their refrigerator and we cooked all of our meals in their kitchen. They are incredibly welcoming people and live in a safe gated apartment complex. I was able to use the apartments gym. It was complete with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and even a sauna! The pool and Jacuzzi were nice too. We had a very relaxing time and will be staying with them again!

Lee & Delia were great hosts and provided hospitality that accomdated our every need. They were both very friendly and were helpful in giving us advice about the local area.

The condo was exactly as described. Allan was very responsive and we received all necessary information about our visit in a timely manner. Check in and check out were easy. The condo was very comfortable and quiet and equipped with everything we needed. We made use of the pool and hot tub, which were right next to the condo. It was conveniently located right off the highway and was an easy drive to the airport, the Strip and Red Rock. It was a much better deal than any of the casinos and was much more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Celeste's place was exactly as described. It was very clean and the lay out and decor was beautiful. We loved the fact that we had a full kitchen stocked with essentials and Walmart was a few blocks away. We were able to cook almost every night. The bed was super comfy and the couch, too. While we never met Celeste, she would check in on us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Great hostess and place. I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

Celeste's place was very welcoming and she thought of every detail. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. The pictures in the listing are very accurate and the place and neighborhood are quiet, which is what we were looking for. We like to stay in Las Vegas as if we are locals, and being able to bring our dogs was such a treat! As mentioned, it is convenient to quite a bit of shopping: Target, Walmart, Sams Club...a whole shopping center in walking distance. It's also a quick drive to probably the best dog park in Las Vegas. There was a print out with directions for everything you might need including WiFi password, what was close shopping and dining wise, instructions for the A/C and heat and even a chocolate rose to welcome us. If you forgot anything (blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc) it was all right there. She even had a Bullet blender and a Ninja blender (had I known I wouldn't have needed to bring my Blendtec, wait I love my Blendtec, nevermind!). But, you get the picture. In our parting messages between us, she mentioned that she is continually improving it so next time it will be even better. I cannot imagine how that is possible, I cannot think of anything that needs to improve or be added. It also has its own large private entrance that is gated for your four legged kids!

I had used Air B & B in California but never in the Vegas area. This will change after my stay at Danny's place. He made me feel welcome in his beautiful home and we actually spent some time discussing our careers in the entertainment industry. Great communication before the stay and an absolutely comfortable atmosphere in Danny's home! Nice quiet community which is just a couple of miles from playtime on the Strip. Danny himself is a very personable and fun guy and truly provides a great place and all the info you need on the local scene. Looking forward to coming back on a regular basis as my career brings me to Vegas regularly. You won't go wrong in this wonderful home away from home!

Danny was very friendly and accommodating. His dog hardly made a sound. Quite area with all the amenities of a resort. Tv had plenty of channels to watch and home is fairly close to the strip. I would return if the opportunity comes up again. He answers text messages pretty quickly too. Thanks Danny.

Danny's place was great, and way relaxing! Far enough from the strip to breathe peacefully, yet still close enough to drive to with no hassle. My bedroom was large and brightly lit- huge mirrors- and awesome TV channels (although I barely touched the TV set!) There was a super friendly dog that hung out with me for awhile when I first arrived. So happy! I would definitely recommend Danny's place for a pretty low-key, friendly setting.

Danny's apartment is really fancy and almost everything is prepared in the house.And also he has a lovely dog called Anthony.

Although we didn't meet Danny, the key was right where he said it was. The key was right where he said it would be. We shared the space and bathroom with a sweet retired merchant marine and friendly dog Anthony. Nice quiet location.

Danny's place is a great place to stay. It is close enough to the strip for easy access to the tourist destinations, and is in a quiet safe gated community. The community facilities were really impressive, and I wish I had had more time to use them. Danny was really friendly, and had great suggestions of what to see in the area, and was happy to hang out and chat. His dog Anthony is also really cute and has such a good nature. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would book here again next time I visit.

I enjoyed staying at Mark's place. Mark had the information I needed ahead of time to make sure I was able to get in the apartment. He also replies quickly. I had a few questions once I checked in and he made sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated that. It's a bit far from the strip but after long days and nights on the strip, it was nice going back to a quiet area. I don't have any complaints and I would recommend this place to my friends.

Great place for the price, close enough to the strip and everything else

Price was great. Just place was not what I expected. At that day, ac was out so I couldn't sleep. The bed had little blood stein and animal furs. It suggested me that the place did not change the bed. Host was very communicative.For that matter above he did refund the next day. We could not sleep in one more night due to hot weather. Even though host said it was fixed, we did not wanted to stay. So I was appreciate for that matter.

I'll try to be fare in my review. This place is not a luxury place, so you have to put your expectation very low which I did, yet there were several bothering issues. I will explain my experience below: Pros: 1. The price is cheap compared to other places in Vegas. 2. It's just 17 minutes drive to Strip and famous hotels in Vegas which makes it easy to reach there. 3. It's a quiet neighborhood and it feels safe, I would say I didn't feel unsafe while I was there. 4. Walmart and other shops are close, so no worries about groceries. Cons: 1. The whole place is smelly, we had to use a full can of febreeze to make it standable; yet it wasn't enough. 2. There are only few limited appliances in the kitchen to use. Pans and kettle were super dirty and greasy. Oven, microwave and coffee maker had the same condition, you wouldn't even touch them, let alone using them for cooking. 3. All we wanted from the kitchen was to make some tea in the morning, and use microwave, but we could do neither. Every thing in the kitchen was extremely dirty. Again, I'm not putting the bar high, I believe these are the minimum that you'd expect from an Airbnb place. 4. Other major issue was cockroaches every where. I myself killed 4 during our 3-day stay there. We were five guests in this apartment and every one of us was complaining about this. 5. Refrigerator was very old and during one night it started to make loud noises. It continued for at least one hour (at midnight), awaking everyone and fortunately got quiet afterward (I think we were lucky in that sense). 6. Mattress and comforters on beds smelled like sweat. There were stains all over the bed, pillows, etc. That was a bad experience. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay here and I believe this experience wasn't worth it. IMHO, don't ruin your Vegas trip by staying at this place.

Good place for us to rest and do our laundry, and we didn't have to worry about waking anyone when getting back from the Vegas nightlife.

The apartment was so spacious and relaxing. It was a perfect spot to escape the summer heat. I was always in communication and anything i needed they were there for. Great spot to stay. Definitely will contact them again when im in Vegas.

When you first walk in it feels familiar, almost like home. Apartment is clean, quiet, fully stocked, comfortable, has convenient parking, easy check-in/out and is located 10-15 minutes from the strip. Will book again in the future.

The place was a very convenient location to the strip. Very spacious home. The host responds very promptly.

I'm so glad we found this apartment for our trip! This apartment was very clean and a very short drive to the strip. Although we never meet the host he made the process very easy and was extremely quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend staying here.

What a great condo! Exactly as described and great size. Clean, everything we needed and Attila's communciation was excellent. Beds being super comfy was a bonus. Thank you Attila. We will definitely be using you again on future trips to Vegas.

It was very cheap but the house was very nice, spacious and clean. The location was also good. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house.
