Wonderful little Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a good sized space and pet friendly. The building felt safe and was very quiet. The shower was AWESOME with multiple spray and massage options. The bed had a cheaper base mattress, but has a nice 3 inch memory foam topper on it which made it very soft and comfortable.

Walking distance to OU medical. Was very nice to have during our family crisis. Neighborhood seemed quiet enough

Michelle’s “tiny” home was the perfect place to explore OKC for a weekend. We had everything we needed and more than enough room for the two of us. I especially loved the decor.

We had a lovely stay here! It looks exactly like the photos, is conveniently located and the patio is adorable! We also enjoyed the nice touches (including their local guide book). And visiting their bookstore was a highlight of the visit. They were very responsive and helpful if we needed anything during our stay.

The place is very cute! It seemed a bit smaller in person than in the pictures, but it’s a studio so it was no big deal! Michelle was very helpful, and this place is just as cute as you think it is. I would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I stayed here for Valentine’s Weekend and it was great! It was located close to all the things we wanted to do. Michelle was great with communication when needed and had helpful information for us. The place was beautiful and clean. Makes you consider living in a tiny home all the time if it looked like that! This would definitely be my first choice to stay the next time we come back to OKC.

We were so lucky to find this AirBnb last minute, that excepted our little dog, for a reasonable price. The apartment was located in a great neighborhood surrounded by beautiful large homes, also right down the street from the Oklahoma state capital. The apt/studio was quaint, and simply, yet nicely styled, with a thoughtful basket filled with essential items just incase you forgot a few bathroom items at home. I understand what people meant by the tight squeeze driving your car to the back of building, but I own a Lincoln MKZ, known for being wide, but as long as I continued slowly, there was no problem to the spacious parking lot. I would recommend this AirBnb with an understanding that it’s located in an older building, but great one night stay overall.

In OKC for a night to see an event in Bricktown. This is a great location, about a 5 minute drive from downtown (too far to walk though). This place is perfect for the fully independent traveler.

Better then checking into a hotel in my opinion. It was easy to follow the instructions given & liked the little extras which I wasn’t really expecting like a new toothbrush or simple razor. Because let’s be honest we all forget some stuff at times. It’s a little bit tricky to get into the back parking area but just go slow. It’s a narrow entrance, but luckily we had a car.

Great apartment, nice amenities and very clean! The surrounding area is right in the middle of everything! So much shopping and eats close enough to walk to if you wanted.

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry, dishes, pots, pans, etc and very clean. Great options for tv to watch. Neighborhood is not the best.... cops there a lot so make sure you lock your doors on vehicles etc but the actual apartment was amazing and a great value.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and is in a quiet area and super close to shopping malls, outlets, and food. The apartment was so clean and had almost everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if in okc

Allison's place is absolutely perfect weather you are looking to stay for a day or two or even a week. The place is sparkling clean and is decorated wonderfully. She has everything you need to be comfortable in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Everything we could possibly think of she had prepared in the space. It's also pretty close to a lot of activities on the outside of town that were very neat. 100% recommend and it is a great value for all that you get.

This was for my second time staying at one of Dennis's properties. Before this, I stayed in the unit below. I prefer this, the 2nd floor unit, for the better layout. The stairs leading up to the unit are uncovered wood, so extra care should be taken if they are wet/snowy/icy. Dennis thoughtfully had someone come out and put salt down on the sidewalk and stairs leading up to the unit the one day is snowed and got icy (prior to the snow coming down). I quite enjoyed my stay here, and I look forward to my next stay here which is already booked. The bed is a medium firmness I would say. The water pressure is a little weak occasionally (in comparison to what I am use to at my home), but still serviceable. The unit has plenty of windows, so the natural light is excellent. Overall, the unit is quite comfortable and has all the necessities for an extended stay. The washer and dryer are a newer model and definitely a great convenience for extended stays. I love the location of this place. It is mere minutes convenient to Midtown (my hang out area), the Paseo, the Plaza district, the shops along Western Ave, Penn Square Mall, and the upscale shops around Classen Curve. It's also convenient to I-235 and I-44. Downtown is also fairly easy to get to. Dennis and his people have always been responsive and communicative in addressing any issues I've had, both of the times I've stayed with him so far. He is my preferred AirBnB host when I am staying in OKC for work.

Dennis's place was great as a short term rental for work! His place was sparkling clean and my favorite place to stay in Oklahoma!

This apartment is very conveniently located in the Asian district, a very short drive to the Paseo Art District, downtown, and Bricktown. Close to Oklahoma City University and Lake Hefner which are beautiful places for dog-walking. There is also a small fenced yard. The apartment is right next to a large parking lot with plenty of parking available. Dennis was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very modern and clean with a very nice washer and dryer in the unit.

Dennis’s place was great for me to stay during my summer rotation. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials and then some. The bed was very comfortable. He was also quick to respond to my messages and was a helpful and thoughtful host.

This is by far one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Super reasonable price, very clean, and the property is gated. The host was amazing and was quick to answer my questions. Don't question yourself, book this place if it's 1-2 people needing a AirBnB in OKC!

This house was a perfect stay for our concert! Stephanie was so nice and very helpful! We love all of the sweet treats and the book that had information of everything that was around Oklahoma City! The rules were nice and clear and anyone should book here if you are staying in Oklahoma City!

I had a second FANTASTIC stay in Stephanie's beautiful guesthouse! It is the perfect retreat, complete with a super comfortable bed and pillows, gorgeous design details, and an amazing patio for coffee or wine sipping. Need a recommendation? Stephanie is the sweetest and most welcoming host I have ever worked with - she's great and will give you awesome recommendations if needed. The guesthouse is stocked with all of the necessities. They provide a great selection of k-cup coffees and tolietries and such. The guesthouse is located in a very central/convenient area - you are just minutes from all of the wonderful attractions and restaurants OKC has to offer. Even though the guesthouse is located in the middle of the city, the area is quiet and relaxing. There is a pond behind the house with an extensive patio complete with twinkle lights. Parking couldn't be easier - you can park in the second driveway or on the street. The area is also well lit in case you come and go at night. I always felt completely safe as a single female - great area and no security concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay in OKC. Unless you want to stay the same weekend I want to visit - in that case, get your own! :) I hope to be back soon.

Wonderful space, and within walking distance of everything I needed while in OKC. Drew and Courtney were responsive to my questions and made me feel welcome. It’s a great spot!

You really cant get any more convenient than this place if you are in town for entertainment or for the Memorial. The bed is very comfortable too! I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was quiet and private. Check in is really easy with the key pad... and FYI the same code locks the door when you leave (it took us a few minutes to figure that out :-) . If you need coffee first thing in the morning, bring it with you along with your fixin's. There is a regular drip coffee maker handy - not a Keurig, so bring your ground joe. There is a small step to get into the place and another couple of small steps inside, so be aware if you need a strictly one-level place. As is stated in the description, this is an older structure. As such, it shifts. The bathroom door did not close all the way. This was not a problem for us, but if you require complete privacy in the bathroom, its something to consider. I'm sure it shifts back at some point, too! Overall, I do recommend the place!

Easy access and great parking, close to groceries, downtown and the University. Great positive energy, comfy bed, and functional kitchen. Wifi, smart tv, and cable tv all worked well. Reminded me if the cottages I experienced traveling in the South of France. Simple and Lovely is the best description!

If you love modern farmhouse design, this is your place. It’s been beautifully renovated and offers everything you need. We were a party of five and it was perfect for us. My adult son actually loved staying in the loft. The neighborhood is in transition but the location is super convenient. I slept in the master and thought the bed was very comfortable (and I’m picky). We are coming back to OKC in June and would definitely choose this place or another of Carter’s properties for our stay. Carter’s response rate is blazing fast and he’s a great communicator. Will definitely recommend him as a host.

This home is so cool and has plenty of space for people and pets. The house has been beautifully redone and was really clean. Carter was fantastic and was a pleasure to chat with. He was even kind enough to be flexible with us when we made better time than thought on our travels and got in a little early. Highly recommend this spot and imagine any other property of Carter’s would also be a great spot to stay.

Erica and Blake have a lovely guest house. It’s is better then the pictures show! The bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the amenities were great. Not to mention you are two block away from Plaza District which is a super cute area full of restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay again!

It was a great place to stay while visiting OKC. Pretty close to everything you need to see while here.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night here for the OKC vs the Houston Rockets game and loved how close it was to everything! It is super close to downtown so the arena was close as well as cute places to eat. The place was clean and cozy, & there were also shower amenities that were super nice and helpful! The only thing I was concerned about was it being downtown and the housing around the area but it ended up being secure and safe! We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to OKC!

Amazing place ! Didn’t spend too much time but stayed in the king sized bed and was honestly the best bed I’ve ever slept in and miss it already. David was super sweet and kind. The puppy also was amazing !

The king size bed was SUPER comfortable, and the shower was great. We (I) had hoped to take advantage of the Jacuzzi tub, but didn't have time. We also really appreciated the labeled & color-coded towels in the bathroom. (Often with a shared bath, the towels are in the bedroom; then we need to try to remember to take the hand towel along when we need to go.) We didn't meet David, but his responses were amazingly prompt, and the check-in instructions were perfect. We did meet his little dog, who barked when we came in (that is a dog's job!!), and we were a bit apprehensive that he'd wake up & bark whenever we got up to use the bathroom -- but that didn't happen. After he recovered from our arrival, he was perfectly quiet the rest of the night.

Nice place for the long weekend. Had a slight odor of cigarettes and marijuana but wasn't overcoming. The townhouse was clean and well put together. The bathrooms- shower and bathtub needed work. Slight peeling in both bathrooms. Thank you for this affordable place to stay.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The place was spotless and the decorating was simple but stylish. It was very spacious. Jack was fast to reply to any message. Really the only off thing about the place is the shower heads. I'm only 5'2 and was level eye level with the the bottom of the shower head so I even had to duck to wash my hair, so you can imagine for someone like my bf who is 6'2 lol. It really wasn't a deal breaker. The paint was also peeling off in the 2nd bathroom upstairs. We were really pleased with our stay though. You're getting an extremely good deal for the price.

The home is very clean and the home was all we expected. It snowed while we were there and the walkway was shoveled before we even woke up. It was an excellent home to stay in, very clean and we felt right at home there.

This is a great place! The stairs are steep, so it will be difficult to navigate if you have bad knees. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

If you're looking for a great place to rest while you explore, search no more! Aaron and Jen rock! They've managed to maximize the space in such a way that it doesn't feel cluttered, and were very helpful! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower is even better than the pictures provided. Also, it's literally a 5 minute walk to the Capitol Building. I will be looking for this place again whenever I have business to attend to with my legislators!

This place was a GREAT place to stay for a weekend trip to OKC. It is a cozy, quaint little place perfect for one person or a couple and the backyard was a fun, chill place to hangout. Everything was super clean. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable...made me feel right at home! Aaron & Jen made it very easy to check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

A gorgeous room with the finest details and an amazing location. Everything felt so thoughtful. I wish I had more time, it felt like a piece of history and so comfortable all at the same time! Highly recommend.

I was in town for work at the Capitol, and Aaron and Jen's place was so convenient - just a few minutes walk up the street. I really enjoyed the nicely done guest house. It was quiet, easy and comfortable. I would have enjoyed staying a couple extra days and relaxing with a good book. I'd certainly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The guest house is very close to the capital and we loved being able to see it from the front yard. The location was also convenient for travel to different OKC attractions. This was our first time staying somewhere where the hosts were also on the property, but Aaron & Jen were great and gave us our space. The guest house is well decorated and the hosts also had a thoughtful snack and drink station with refreshments for purchase. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable, cozy spot for one traveler or a couple. In a great location. Check in, check out and going to and from the city to the room was seamless. Aaron and Jen’s place was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the weekend at John's airbnb. Really liked the little fake fire place because it also provided heat! Freezing weather right now.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. Loved the interior design of the place. Everything was very nice and the TV’s with Roku were a nice touch. Stocked kitchen was very useful. Convenient location and host responded quickly

The apartment looks even better than the pictures. Convenient parking and all of the amenities were perfect.

This place was great. Only 2 things. 1 was that the only k-cups there were we're decaf and I had to run all over to find some regular. Also the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom had been used by the previous people. Truthfully everything else was GREAT! Amazing little place. We will definitely stay again!

Great clean place in historic neighborhood

I enjoyed staying at Eva’s place. The location is good and I feel safe staying there alone. The place is super tiny, and the shower ultra tiny, but it was great for my husband and I and I will stay there again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Bed was VERY comfortable. It is a small space, but we didn't feel cramped. Within easy walking distance to many restaurants. It was perfect for a couple. Eva provided coffeebeans from the BEST roaster in OKC along with a French press. Lovely stay.

This place was so lovely! The aesthetic was beautiful, it had everything we needed, and the location was really convenient. There is a ramen place really close by that we totally recommend as well! Eva was really friendly and thorough in her instructions and welcoming us. Would recommend to anyone!

Eva's space is perfect. Stylish, clean and full of thoughtful touches. The location made for an amazing weekend away for my husband and me. We walked to the Plaza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So fun and so nice to not fight parking!

This was the first time I’ve been to OKC, and staying in Eva’s AirBNB felt like a home away from home. It is decorated with so many thoughtful touches as well as practical ones — the Leesa mattress is incredible. Check-in was easy, location was very convenient, and I felt comfortable and taken can of during my two night trip. Highly recommended!
