I loved this accommodation in particular because of the spectacular view and wide open space. This apartment is just love at first sight. There is a lot of love in it, which can be seen in the smallest details. These were the best sunrises with sea views through panoramic windows, walking access to the sea and to the center. Very friendly owners. I just didn’t want to leave this apartment. Highly recommend it!

Not just an apartment, but an art space with incredible views of the vast sky and sea! An ideal place to relax at any time of the year! Bribes, of course, the open space format at a height of 13 floors, which ends with a gorgeous panorama, you feel easy and free. Plus, dozens of artifacts that were so interesting to consider and use for a sudden photo shoot - a design with a soul, paintings, photographs, rare trifles ... Special thanks for the author's cards that I sent to friends, this is a delight! About the household part - it was warm in the apartment in January, despite the absence of visible sources of heating; the boiler provided a normal supply of hot water, the pressure in the shower was ok (although a low pan and an ordinary curtain are not the most convenient and comfortable), dishes, tea, foaming, a minimum of the necessary equipment is available; the beds are comfortable, bedding, towels clean; differentiation of zones is ideal for a comfortable pastime. Great apartment, which is not just an apartment. Thanks! :)

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed! The veiw is stunning, the place is enormous and bright, hammock is real fun deal!! Small details in the apartment made us smile all the time, like nice photos of Odesa everywhere coupled with always changing colors of the sea and sky, sounds of the sea at night... Oleg is a wonderful host. The apartment is at the highest level. Cozy and comfortable. A big plus is the transport from the airport and to the airport. Oleg is very helpful, showed us the most important points in the city and told the history of the city. In addition, he printed boarding passes because you cannot check-in online at the airport in Odessa. I highly recommend this host. I recommend a trip to Odessa with accommodation in the Oleg apartment.

Excellent apartment, thought out in detail (all that you may need in any situation). Located near the train station, but no noise is heard from it. Nearby there is a convenience store and several pastry shops. On foot you can reach Deribasovskaya (20-30 minutes), to the sea (20-30 minutes). He was a very hospitable host, he met at the airport and drove there after eviction, advised where to go, and conducted a mini-tour. It turned out that he conducts bike tours in the summer, would come in the summer, ride.

It is a simple, small room with kitchenette, toilet and shower. I was able to sleep there perfectly because it was very quiet. In the early morning the electricity went out in Odessa. But I know that already from my last visits. Happens here from time to time. Sergei is very friendly. The communication works very great. I can only recommend this host.

The apartment is excellent, small, but very comfortable, just for living together. Very convenient location, to Deribasovskaya 7 minutes, right next to the entrance there is a coffee shop, a bakery, a convenience store nearby, a maximum of 5 minutes to a stop, from there you can get to any corner of the city) the apartment has everything you need (hair gel, cotton pads , sticks, paper towels), there are minor problems with electric power, the lights went out a couple of times, but the owner answered very quickly and helped solve this problem. In general, we are very pleased with our stay, many thanks to the owners!

Odessa has a large selection of stylish and sophisticated apartments from the center to Arcadia itself, but as it turned out, finding an apartment if you decide on a spontaneous vacation is quite difficult. I think that we were very lucky to book wonderful apartments in the very center DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Thank you very much to Eugene, who kindly agreed to settle us earlier than 14.00 and when leaving allowed to leave our things in the apartment until the very departure, which was in the evening. The apartment itself is very bright, ideal for photos on Instagram;) clean, with modern repair and everything necessary. In general, highly recommend!

Wonderful business class home! Apartment with a good view, panoramic windows. Sometimes we just sat looking out the window, forgetting that we had to go somewhere. Everything is in the apartment! I was very pleasantly surprised by useful little things, for example, a thermometer, foil, napkins, toothpicks, all utensils for serving and cooking. Good, comfortable, with a soul! Also, Oksana helped a lot, we came on the birthday of my wife and I asked if there were flowers in the apartment. Everything is at the highest level - a gorgeous bouquet was waiting for us upon arrival. I highly recommend visiting, many times better than in hotels !!!

Residential complex with good infrastructure (shops, playgrounds, restaurant). The territory is closed, protected. Walking distance to the health resort 5 minutes on foot, to the nearest beach - 10 minutes. Very convenient for relaxation. the apartments have everything you need (utensils, appliances and useful things). The hostess is hospitable, helped us with tips, very pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment and masters. Apartment is exactly how on pictures. Very clean, everything is in very good condition, well maintained. You can find all you need in this place including towels, gel shower, shampoo and even flip flops. Master live next door, whatever you need they are there for you. We stayed only for several hours as we needed to have a nap after a long trip and before starting another one. We agreed that if we do not manage to leave the city we will be back and masters agreed. Very friendly and helpful.

Anna's appartement is great.it is very practical ,clean and cosy...especially the evenings with the lights of the city it feels ggreat to be there.i'd surely go back again and wouldn't wanna stay anywhere else!!i recommend this appartment very much to anyone!!

The place is well located, just near Pryvoz market and has a plenty of stores around, great bakery just across the street and good access to trams and buses. It's located on the 8th floor of a building so it provides a good view on the city and the windows are on the sunny side so you will have a nice morning/afternoon with plenty of sun. The building has a fenced yard with RFID key, parking and a security person so although this area does not seem the safest it provides you with all the necessary measures to not be worried about yourself or your car if you have one. The host contacted me and told that her mother will be in charge of our stay so we have set up a communication with her and arrange a time for check-in. She always arrives in time and replies quickly so communication should not be a problem. The place itself is very spacious so you can invite some friends if you want and have some fun with boardgames or whatever you prefer. It has a good oven, fridge, freezer, stove, 4-person set of cutlery, knives etc. However, at the beginning there was an only one odd pan but after I texted the host she provided us with a set of frying pans and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a sink, washing machine, toilet and a bathtub itself with a shower which was a bit odd since you would sometimes touch the hot tap while taking the shower. Also, one should be careful about the bathroom door since it maybe a bit tricky to open sometimes. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a plenty of shelves/drawers to store your belongings. Also, the host provided us with towels and an extra set of linens so we could change them if necessary. I had a great time staying at Anna's place and would definitely recommend it to other people that look for a pleasant stay in Odessa.

The apartment is very close to the station and a 15-20 minute walk from Deribassovskaya. So the location is also a big plus. Of the minuses, an incomprehensible, but harmless contingent in the area of Privoz. But it hardly plays any role :) I really liked it.

It was a great pleasure to be Maria's guest. The flats location is very cool, and we spent beautiful days there. You will enjoy it! Great location and apartment, we were satisfied.

Because it's the first time, I was a little uncomfortable with the looks of the old buildings. But later found out that that is the best part of Odesa. Because you see the rundown buildings and then when you get into Maria’s condo you feel like you are in an apartment in Miami. Everything is there, that you have in your home. The only thing I missed is a microwave because I like to cook. Many people may not need, bcoz they eat-out. Maria’s commitment to making sure that I don't feel like left alone in a big city was unbelievable. She received me at the main gate late at night. And text me the next day if everything was okay. Thank you, Maria, for making this an unforgettable good experience! Oh, the kabab place next to the building is probably the best in town! And I have seen the show for the first time lol!!

I had a great stay here. You will impress your local guests with your taste in lodging. The apartment has good heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and other comforts. It is in the best location in Odessa unless you prefer Arkadia(the beach). I personally would stay in this location over any other location as most of the activities you want to enjoy in Odessa are nearby.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in the center. Simple and quick check-in. It was very warm in winter. The only problem, if you have a very sensitive dream, can be a window by the bed overlooking the iron staircase to the entrance to the neighboring entrance (you can clearly hear when someone comes / leaves). This did not bother me, so I was pleased with the apartment.

Although I do not like to return to places where I already lived, I want to return to this house. Very convenient self-check-in and check-out. Very nice place, well situated and very clean. Certainly worth the price, also for the privacy it offers it being an stand-alone house. The kitchen was well stocked with sugar, tea and some spices so you don't need to worry about that while cooking. And also, to turn on the living room lights, make sure you have them turned on as well in the bedroom or they will remain off

This air bnb is in a perfect location in Odessa, with everything within walking distance. It is set back a bit from the road so feels secluded aswell as very secure. The space inside is also very stylish with all the ammenities you need. Elena was an excellent host, keeping good contact, replying promptly and allowing for a super easy check-in, providing very good instructions. Would definately stay again.

Good location .there is everything near house .House was liitle cold .airco did not work.There was heater .i used that.Most important problem was water pressure.Because low water pressure i could not use jacuzzi. host was very helpfull .Recommended

Great place to stay for a few days in Odessa

Great for two people. The apartment is tiny, but we had enough space. It was very clean, and there was everything necessary for the picture: dishes, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron, even shampoo and shower gel. The location is good, we didn’t even have to use public transport.

Excellent location of housing, from the railway 10 minutes on foot, to the center and to the sea, you can also quickly get there. Compact studio with all available amenities. Want to have a great weekend, book this apartment.
