Hotel
“Not much to see here, but a famous island with a mysterious booby trapped treasure pit that people have been trying to get to for 2 centuries. Speculation suggests there are vast treasures or that the arc of the covenant or holy grail were brought here by the Knights Templar. Its the subject of a popular history channel show called 'The Curse of Oak Island'. You can also look it up on Wikipedia.”

Spa
“More of an outdoor retreat than a spa (although you can book services). It's two hours away, but I still find it a great daytrip! Wood fired sauna overlooking a beautiful bay (all glass wall), wood fired hot tubs, polar bear dips, rainwater buckets to dump over your head, steamroom, and a cabana. Pack a lunch! Check the website for hours and prices, but last time I checked a day pass was $40 (with free yoga some days) and weekends only.”
