Nice, new and practical apartment with sunny terrace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a four-man house. It has spacious entrance hall, combined kitchen and living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (3 beds: 2 x 150cm and a 120cm) and laundry room. The apartment is located right by the bus stop with 10 min. bus ride to Tønsberg. It is also close to the sea and with a short distance to nice bathing spots both on Nøtterøy and Tjøme and many great excursion opportunities, sailing trip, golf, guiding for bikers or kayakers, or trips on foot.

Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes ett minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

This architectual 60m2 apartement is just one big room with kitchen, dining area, sofa and bed all in the same room. The ceiling in the library is very high and has lots of windows, some of them with light shadowing, especially around the bed. There's a toilet and sink inside, and a hot water shower in your own private garden. It is a really tranquile place!
