Weitzel's "Big Home" Suite

The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. We focused on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere to linger in the furnishings. The suite offers peace and quiet and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

55sqm large non-smoking holiday apartment. The very spacious 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a two-storey house with private access and has normal-sized windows overlooking the garden in both rooms. The vineyards are in the immediate vicinity, train station (easy access to Mz,Wi, F,Da,Wo,Ma), shops, Rhine and village center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance very easy to reach. Covered smoking area and bicycle parking. Pets are not allowed.

On about 45 sqm it means arriving, leaning back and relaxing. You live in the heart of Rheinhessen in the beautiful Harxheim - a beautiful vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our detached house, has a separate entrance and its own parking space directly at the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and redecorated it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Fantastic living and sleeping in Nierstein a.Rhein

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20min walk and you are in the remarkable old imperial city of Oppenheim. You'll be in Mainz in 20 minutes by train. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the large bathroom. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.
