Julia is a lovely host! Upon reaching she takes time out to teach me how to navigate around and even proposes places for me to eat since I am a vegan. Location is really convenient to public transport, and you can even walk to the city if you're willing to (I did!) Her home is very quaint and comfortable to stay in, I cannot recommend more. Julia really comes across as a friendly host, and this experience did not disappoint.

Very nice host and location. 2 minutes to the subway or bus station. If you like walking you can get Sol or Mayor in 30 minutes by walk. All necessary items for travelers are perfectly prepared. I would definitely recommend this flat!!

The location is good, quiet zone but meanwhile is well connect to the center of Madrid (trip to Puerta del Sol is about 20 min byetro). Is the best place for a little vacation for 4 people! The apartment is great, in a modern building on a very quiet street. It is easy to go to the city center (1,5 km away or so) by taxi, metro or bike. The apartment has all the facilities, fast internet and well equipped ktichen. Amazing that our host made sure that there was food and drink in the fridge for us to use. What a service !! Our host, Marco, was waiting for us even though we arrived at 1AM. Since we were 3 he offered to fetch an extra bike that was ready for us to use the morning after. My daughter forgot an wristband that Marco offered to send by mail back to us. This is amazing service and we felt very welcome. We will definitely be back !!

Yolanda's apartment is beautiful and modern. It's very close to the center of Madrid and easy to access with public transportation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Yolanda was also a treat, as she was very helpful in her communication before the stay and during. Also, her cat is adorable. Overall, a great stay, definitely recommend!

Yolanda's home was nice, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. There was an elevator for us to use to bring our luggage up which was nice. It was hard to find, so I would find it on a map ahead of time. It was probably 5 or 6 blocks from the metro and we had to take the metro to see anything in Madrid. But it was definitely a lovely place to stay that we really enjoyed. Yolanda's cat was quite friendly with us, and we felt at home.

La estancia con Yolanda además de placentera fue enriquecedora y memorable pues pasamos un mes maravilloso en su piso. Es una increíble anfitriona, encantadora y jovial. Desde el primer día ha procurado que cada día de nuestra estancia en el piso haya sido de lo más confortable. Nos ha dado recomendaciones para visitar museos, hermosos parques y sitios de interés dentro y fuera de la ciudad, asi como compartido deliciosas experiencias de viajes. La habitación es de lo más linda, con una cama deliciosa y un armario que cubren con las necesidades de una pareja de viajeros. Todos los elementos del piso hacen que la estancia sea como estar en casa. Cálida y armoniosa. Su ubicación es estratégica, cerca de cafés, tiendas de alimentación, supermercados y parques. Además de contar con vías de comunicación excelentes para ir a cualquier zona en Madrid y disfrutar plenamente de su vida. Sue, el pequeño gato persa de la casa, es adorable. Con unos ojos que todo lo descubren y abierto siempre a socializar con nuevas personas que lo visiten. Un hospedaje de alto standing altamente recomendable.

The apartment was clean and matched the photos exactly. It was quiet in the night there, but not during the day though (wasn’t really a big problem). The supermarket located just across the street was open every day until late evening, which was really useful. You can use a bus to reach the city center in 20 minutes, or if you prefer subway it’s just 7 minutes walking to the nearest station. Jose is a really nice guy always ready to help or advice. Unfortunately i don’t speak Spanish, but it worked well with an online translator. Great value for the money it costed.

Buena casa, la información sobre ella es la que aparece en la página, el piso está muy limpio, y en lugar muy buen comunicado cerca de estación de metro y sobre todo de paradas de autobús, y andando a unos 20 o 30 minutos del palacio real. Muy buena hospitalidad por parte de José. Muy buena relación calidad precio, el dormitorio principal con una cama muy amplia para dos personas y el secundario cama amplia, muy buena para dos niños o niñas.

Fantastic 3 night stay in Madrid, great location even though its not the centre of Madrid its so easy to travel around the city and very close to a metro stop. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures, very clean and we were left with beers and soft drinks in the fridge and breakfast for the next morning which was a lovely touch as we arrived very late at night. Check in and out times weren't strict which was really helpful. Marcos was a fantastic host and even messaged me daily to make sure everything was ok and to recommend places to visit. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in the city!

We had a short trip to Madrid and searched a place to sleep at. On the pictures everything was perfect, and so was the appartement. Beautiful furniture, fresh towels, the fridge was full with food and drinks! It is central to the town and to everything else. Communication 1*A, price-performance ratio 1*A. This studio is exactly as it's looks in the pictures. The area is really friendly and quiet and just minutes walk from many grocery stores. There are many things to see and do on the Main Street. Also you are just about a 10 minute drive from the center. Marcos is a great host, very friendly and responds quick to any of your concerns. If your in madrid I would recommend this studio.

Fiquei hospedado no apartamento do Marcos por várias semanas, com minha esposa. É o que no Brasil chamamos de "quitinete" - um espaço integrado com sala, dormitório e cozinha. Bem equipado (cafeteira, torradeira, cooktop, máquina de lavar roupa, água aquecida e ar-condicionado central, smartTV, etc.), está em um edifício recém construído num bairro normal, de habitações, em Madrid - longe do burburinho, te oferecendo viver como os madrileños, vizinho a diversos supermercados, farmácias, varejões, cervejarias sem turistas, etc. Foi uma ótima experiência, pois tínhamos a vida local e, há poucos passos do metrô circular (que te conecta a todas as outras linhas!) ou um prático ponto de ônibus, chegávamos à Madrid dos turistas. Por tudo isso, não há melhor custo benefício. Muito recomendado.

Very comfy place. Place is a little smaller than the pictures show but very accurate nonetheless. Extremely clean place. Difficult to enter through the main entrance with the key, had a couple late nights where we couldn't open the door for 5-10 minutes. Tristan and his mother are very sweet. Tristan came up to meet us and recommended places to eat. We had a very late arrival and Tristan's mother was very accommodating. Metro is extremely convenient and the house is probably a 10 min walk to the nearest station that'll take you straight to the city center. Loved the location! Thank you Tristan for your hospitality!

The place is actually smaller as what expected by myself based on the imagination ingaf from the picture. A few more pics would have helped not making illusions. The view on the "typical Spanish roofs" I could see from the palace but actually not from the appartment. I didnt sleep because of drunken people screaming in the street however it was stated as a quiet neighbourhood. There were some small other issues (tv was in repair, not the cousy carpet and lamp ...) but didnt feel like my comments where appreciated. I think they are nice but should be happy with comments how to improve the place and making the (paying) guests happy.

Tristan and his Mother were wonderful hosts. Enke was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around the apartment. Perfect spot for a couple like ourselves. We felt like we were in a little city bungalow/treehouse with all the windows and back terrace. The train and bus were readily accessible although we chose to do pretty much all of our exploring on foot. It was about two miles to walk to the palace of Madrid which is pretty much the city center, we did take one or two cheap cabs to give ourselves a rest. Would definitely go back!

Tristan the host kindly let my friend pick up the key as we were arriving late. The place was nice and clean and quiet, and the bus to the city centre stops right outside and takes 20 mins to Opera. We had a great weekend in Madrid, thank you!

Tanto Tristán como su madre Heike, quien realmente ha ejercido de anfitriona, han sido muy correctos... Sin embargo no estamos contentos con la ubicación del piso, "cerca del centro" parece un chiste, está a varias paradas de metro o autobús en un barrio podríamos decir bastante inhóspito. El piso es limpio y correcto también, más pequeño de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías y en verano... Una sauna!... Al tratarse de un último piso...

El alojamiento esta muy bien situado. Tristan y su madre nos recibieron muy bien. En el piso nos hemos sentido casi como en casa. El barrio es muy animado pero tranquilo por la noche. El andar hasta el metro necesita 15 minutos. Muchas gracias a Tristan.

Good communication from the start, the apartment is modern, clean and in a good area for travel on the Metro (approx 400m walk) it has a small children's park next to it but it can be a little noisy at night time when the locals come to sit in the park and chat away, but if you close the windows you can't really hear it. The apartment was generally nicely equipped but lacked a few essentials such (URL HIDDEN) only had one plug in hot plate to cook on so you could only cook one thing at a time (couldn't make a full family meal for example). It also needed a toaster, a kettle, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and corkscrew for wine and a 2nd fan for the 2nd bedroom (we stayed in August so this was essential) Wifi is provided by an agreement with the neighbour below at a cost of €15, this was good except it didn't really pick up the signal in the bedrooms only the lounge and kitchen area, but it was a good speed and allowed for streaming (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for work and online movies for the kids. This is a fairly new venture for Alberto as only started in May, we think they have done a great job on making the apartment modern and clean and after speaking with him in person and telling him about the few bits it needed he said he would make sure that the things would be upgraded and bought and ready for the next guests. This is a very good. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to others and we would use it again if we came back to Madrid and wanted this area. Um ótimo lugar!

La experiencia ha sido bastante satisfactoria. Tanto el piso como el anfitrión han estado a la altura de las expectativas. La zona es bastante tranquila y Alberto ha estado siempre pendiente.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado al lado del metro y puedes ir andando a todos lados dando un paseo. Las habitaciones no son grandes pero para dormir (que es a lo que vas) estan bien, muy limpias y el baño tambien muy limpio.Todo muy bien.

La casa estaba como en las fotos y todo muy limpio y con lo necesario para el alojamiento. Muy bien todo.

La verdad que Alberto y su señora fueron súper atentos con nosotros, la casa estaba súper limpia y nos dejaron a nuestra disposición productos básicos de higiene, toallas, secador de pelo, productos para lavar la ropa...Además encima de la mesa nos dejaron un dossier explicativo de dónde estaban las cosas en la casa, como funcionaba todo, las direcciones del ambulatorio y sitios para comer cercanos... y cosas de interés!!!El barrio está muy bien comunicado con el metro es la parada alto de Extremadura, y hay cerca supermercados, fruterías, cafeterías...lo recomiendo 100%! Yo me alojé con mi familia con niños y un bebé.

E’ situtato in una zona tranquilla piuttosto centrale, non centralissima, ma comunque collegata bene con metro e bus con le principali attrazioni della città. Estuve una semana en Madrid para visistar amigos y recorrer la ciudad. Seguramente hay pisos muchos mas céntricos y en barrios mas bonitos pero me intersaba estar como en casa esos dias. Así que reservé una habitación con Rebeca y ha sido sin duda alguna una experiencia ha sido estupenda. Me he sentido muy cómoda y muy bien atendida en todo momento. El piso es amplio, tiene mucha luz y esta equipado con todo, te sientes como en casa, que es lo que buscaba. Además el supermercado esta al lado, ideal para cuando pasas una o varias smanas. Totalmente recomendable.

Raquel, Jorge and Lucas the cat are great hosts. They are really friendly and were there to help me every time I needed some information about living in Madrid. The area is great: 5 minutes to the subway station and a 30 minutes walking distance to the city center. There are supermarkets and a good and cheap restaurant in the area. I lived there for a month and it felt like home from day one. Highly recommended.

Raquel is a great host. Fun to talk with and helpful. The aparment is clean, well lit and comfortable and quiet. I spent most of my time working there during the day which was perfect.

Raquel and her brother were very welcoming. They let us check in a bit earlier and we could check out much later as there was no one coming straight after us. Their cat is really cute too! The flat itself is well located, close to the metro and buses with a few shops around. Room is perfect for 1 person, 2 if you don't mind sharing a smaller place (my friend and I were aware of this before coming so it's not a negative thing,no just a heads up ;) ). All in all we've had a very good experience with Raquel!

I had a great time, was there for one month and felt very comfortable in the flat. Great transport links and supermarkets close by and easy to get home at night by night bus from the centre. Raquel and Jorge are great hosts and the two cats are adorable. Overall would recommend; a very positive experience.

A pesar de que no pudimos pasar a penas tiempo con ellos, basta con saludarles para darse cuenta de lo buena y estupenda gente que son. Nada mas llegar te hacen sentir en casa. Rebecca is very helpful and nice host. She kept the house tidy and made sure everything was fine during my entire stay. She was daily replying to all the questions I had, which made this ecperience very stress-free. The room was just like on the photos, it was very clean, spacious and had a really nice balcony. Flat was very well located too and it didn't take long to get to the city centre.

Our stay was okay, but the problem was the host. We accidentally packed a bed sheet, but she was unwilling to have it sent back. All she did was accuse us at Airbnb, aiming to get more money than she deserved. Never gonna recommend that woman.

Ich habe das Vergnügen gehabt, diese Wohnung für 3 Monate mieten zu dürfen. Die Wohnung liegt im Westen von Madrid, aber dennoch sehr zentral und die Innenstadt erreicht man per Metro in 15-20 Minuten. Ebenfalls nachts kann die Wohnung mit Bus 518 und 519 von Placa Cibeles gut erreicht werden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Wohnung, was das Einkaufen sehr angenehm macht. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen absolut den Begebenheiten vor Ort und waren zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Man kann alle gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten wie Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer nutzen. Weiteres Plus ist, dass die genannten Räumlichkeiten von der Vermieterin auch einmal pro Woche gesäubert werden. Die restlichen zwei Zimmer der Wohnung werden ebenfalls über Airbnb vermietet. Mit meinem Zimmer war ich sehr zufrieden und habe alle nötigen Dinge zur Verfügung gehabt. Das Bett ist außerdem auch sehr gemütlich und ich habe mich stets wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko des Zimmers: Die Balkontür lässt auch im geschlossenen Zustand die Geräusche der Straße durchdringen und durch einen fehlenden Rollladen kann es im Hochsommer auch wärmer werden, aber da ich dies der Vermieterin mitgeteilt habe, wird sie es mit Sicherheit schnell beheben. Rebeca ist nämlich stets zu erreichen, sie hilft einem wo es ihr möglich ist und reagiert bei Anliegen sehr schnell. Fazit: Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es allen Suchenden empfehlen, die nicht direkt in der Innenstadt leben möchten.

Rebeca ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und war bereits vor der Anreise sehr kommunikativ und hilfreich. Als ich ankam, war sie zu Hause um mir die Wohnung und mein Zimmer zu zeigen. Die Wohnung ist eine WG mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern. Rebeca hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mir zu erklären, wie ich Bus und Metro am besten nutze, um in die Innenstadt und zurück zu kommen. An den restlichen Tagen haben wir uns nicht gesehen, weil sie unterwegs war. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gepflegt und entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen. Ich konnte das gemeinsame Bad mit Dusche nutzen und mir in der Küche Frühstück und Abendessen machen. Im Kühlschrank hatte ich sogar ein eigenes Fach! Man braucht von der Wohnung etwas Zeit, bis man im Zentrum ist. Ich war am Wochenende die meiste Zeit in der Nähe von der Madrid Arena und Lago, deshalb war die Lage für mich optimal. Die Gegend ist nicht die beste, aber ich habe mich auch nachts nicht unsicher gefühlt.

Very nice and friendly host. Great knowledge of languages and ability to communicate. The host apart from renting a room said something worth visiting. For me as a tourist it was very important. Great conditions for accommodation and excellent location near the subway. Will definitely return to this place!

La dirección y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad

Buena localización y servicio.

Pasamos tres días en casa de Chris durante estas navidades y fue una experiencia muy agradable. La habitación es tan amplia como en las fotos, todo limpio y ordenado, y además en ese momento no había nadie más en el piso por lo que pudimos disponer de toda la casa. Tanto Chris como Adria fueron muy amables y estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta, intentando hacernos la estancia lo más cómoda posible. El barrio está a unos diez minutos a pie de Madrid Río, una buena zona para pasear, y al estar tan cerca de las paradas de metro y autobús en pocos minutos llegas al centro. En definitiva, una habitación amplia y bien situada a un precio razonable y con unos anfitriones muy atentos.

SOMOS UNA PAREJA QUE HEMOS PASADO UNA SEMANA EN CASA DE CHRIS, Y HEMOS SIDO TRATADOS CON LA MÁXIMA ATENCION POR SU PARTE, ADEMÁS DE QUE EL PISO SE ENCUENTRA MUY PRÓXIMO AL METRO DE LA LINEA 6 (CIRCULAR). MUY RECOMENDABLE, NO SOLO PARA TURISTAS EXTRANJEROS (CHRIS DOMINA NADA MENOS QUE 6 IDIOMAS), SINO PARA CUALQUIER VISITANTE NACIONAL. UN 10.
