Great place to stay with super nice home owners!

This finished basement space has high ceilings. In addition to a full-size bed, there is a large living space, a private bathroom and a full-size fridge. Dave was a great host and everything was very clean.

Very nice accommodations. Quick communication was extremely helpful with planning a short stay.

this had to be the most spacious area for a private room its the whole basement which has its own private bath huge open area to lounge out on the couch a bedroom and a fridge. David was fun to talk to when we arrived and had his friendly dog Molly with him. Great place to stay if your in the area. Thanks again for everything

David was a very welcoming and kind host, as was his schnauzer Molly. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and convenient for our needs. Situated in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood with the occasional train horn sounding nearby; conveniently located minutes from many amenities-shopping, hiking, restaurants. My daughter and I were welcomed into a spacious, near-completed, carpeted basement, with large bright windows. Furnished with a few couches with throw blankets, a television, table & chairs, and the use of a refrigerator. The washroom was a comfortable size and complete with a shower. The bedroom was large with a comfortable double and single bed, dresser, and closet for use. Thank you for the use of your accommodations. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We had a great time. The location is great. The apartment is nicely furnished and very well kept. It was the perfect size for a family of four.

Nate was an excellent host and the place met all of my needs. The furnishings are stylish yet cozy. The location is great for access to attractions local to Racine and in the nearby cities.

Cute place in walking distance to the lake! We enjoyed our stay at Nate's home, he was very welcoming and was an easy contact in case we needed anything. The apt was big enough for our family of four. We admired the warm atmosphere and it made us feel at home. We highly recommend it :)

This is a great apartment a few blocks near the Lake. A few friends and I stayed here over our spring break, and it was perfect to just relax and catch up on sleep and watch movies. The place was extremely clean and well kept, and it's well decorated too. We loved that there was a small kitchen so we could eat in if we wanted to, and there were several basic pots and pans, so we didn't need to worry about that. Nate and his wife were both so nice and accommodating with any questions we had, and they gave us some suggestions of places to eat and things to do both in Racine and in Milwaukee. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside would maybe be that Racine doesn't seem like the most exciting town, and it's still a solid 30-45 min drive to Milwaukee. If you're looking for a nice, cute apartment for a getaway, then this place is perfect!

Great little place. Nate was proactive and available, felt very welcome. If you're doing the Racine Ironman, the place is very close to the swim start.

Nate and Dana are extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment has lots of architectural charm and has been very tastefully decorated. They have spared no expense with furnishings and artwork. Be prepared to enjoy the convenience of a stocked Kuerig in the kitchen, good honey, fine chocolates, half and half, teas, organic coconut oil and olive oil are also there for your convenience. If you use essential oils you will appreciate that they leave you a diffuser to use and a selection of their oils and products to try. The location was so convenient and the neighborhood was beautiful. If I were going back to that area I would definitely stay there again. Lovely neighborhood, lovely home, but best of all the blessing of lovely hosts.

Jeanette was very welcoming and accommodating to different arrival times between myself and another part of my group. She is very open with her home; she gave us access to her kitchen and offered coffee and snacks upon arrival.

This was my first experience with Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about our stay. The property is amazing--private beach and over an acre of manicured lawn. Perfect to just get away. Jeanette was delightful and immediately made us feel welcome, even when we arrived several hours later than expected. We were there less than 15 hours total, but I felt like I made a new friend who would welcome me back anytime.

Had a wonderful time. Jeanette is a great hostess. The home has a lot of character. The grounds offer bird watching and a lovely coast along Lake Michigan for a few private moments. Will stay again.

Jeanette welcomed me as soon as I arrived and was very hospitable and friendly. The house is marvelous! If you love to cook, that kitchen is perfect with two stoves and sinks and dancing room. The yard is big and private and the lake is right there with a very private beach. A restaurant and bar is within walking distance of about 200 yards. It is in a great location not far from the town of Racine, which is a festival meca. My room had a private bath with whirlpool tub. There are three levels to the house and the second one also has a living room and a deck on each level. Jeannette became my new friend, and when I return to Racine, I am staying there again! Don't hesitate to get a room in her private mansion, you'll love it!

Jeanette is the most gracious and lovely hostess ever! Very kind, full of good information and available to help. The location was quite ideal for our travel plans with a wedding in Racine. The waterfront location is stunning.

Jeanette is absolutely fabulous. The perfect hostess, and the most beautiful home. We totally enjoyed her. The lake was wonderful and Jeanette has just the perfect place to spend some time away and take a break. Romamtic for 2, and later we brought our 5 yr old daughter along and she had such a fun time. Nature abounds and it's such a wonderful sanctuary. Don't pass up the chance to spend some time here.

It was great finding a place to stay in Racine to vist family and friends.

We were pleasantly surprised. The location of the house is great, about 5-6 blocks from the shore, and in an idyllic neighborhood. The house has a rustic-beach-chic decor, spacious living areas, and cute little outdoor space with outdoor shower. The house was in tip-top condition, extremely organized and clean, and there was a small play area downstairs, which is an added bonus for those with small children. Most importantly, the host was extremely nice, and easy to work with in regards to booking and payments. They were helpful and answered all questions I had. We stayed in Racine for the IronMan race and I would definitely recommend the house in lieu of a hotel. Worth the extra money. If we ever came back to Racine, we would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonder private and quiet place to stay. It's a great location near the lake with a nice view from the patio. Would be great for a small family stay.

Christmas House is very nice place close to Racine downtown and lake. We have been in residential indipendent house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was nice and quiet, well equipped for our long term stay.
