Gather around the fire pit and stargaze with toasted marshmallows, then cozy up on the cream corner sofa in front of a movie. Warm hardwood floors combine with chunky wooden furniture, historic beams, and elegant sash windows at this period retreat. This second floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the downstairs unit. Booked as just the second floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance. ALL NEW cozy, designer decorated, original VT farmhouse entire 2ND FL. apartment. King bed that can be split into twins and a queen bed. Plus small double size fold out sofa. Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. * LOWER APT. can be rented as well or whole house can be rented. (Title of listing: 1830 Farm House 1ST FLOOR APT.) No shared space except yard and driveway. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry. Some cabs if needed. CAN RENT WHOLE HOUSE AS WELL.

Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.
