Marie was absolutely fabulous! She was incredibly sweet and patient (we were caught in quite the crazy amount of traffic headed down to DC for the Women's March, and arrived quite late unfortunately...) She possessed an almost motherly air about her and quickly distracted us from our seven hour drive down from NY. Her apartment was clean, and the beds and couches were amazing! I wish my sister and I could've spent even more time there! I would recommend Marie, and her lovely apartment, to anyone and everyone.

Marie's place is in a great location- away from the noise of the city, but super easy to get to by metro & right across the street from the bus. Her home is clean, well-appointed, safe, very comfortable. Both Marie & her brother helped make my week in DC a wonderful vacation.

This apartment definitely is highly recommended . The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. She also has a balcony. The apartment inside was very clean and neat. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Location is about five-ten mins drive to everything you could possibly want (mall, food options, etc) or could take the bus easily too. Overall we had a great time and would recommend Marie's place to others!

The pictures of Marie's place does not adequately show the beauty of the apartment. It is ideal and great. Great bed. Great apartment. Nice location. She is also very helpful and pleasant and very willing to help and assist and does check up on you. I really felt at home and very comfortable. The place came with all features as advertised. A double bed in the room, excellent heating system in the house, very clean bathroom. The living room and Kitchen were also very neat and well organized. And the most important part was that Jeanne was very friendly and nice to us(my sister and I). I'll definitely come back here whenever I'm in town for a visit.

Jeanne is great host with fast communication. Clean and cozy bed room/bath room, plenty of parking spaces in apt complex. Will likely come back again next time.

Convenient location; good value. The room is on the small side with clean private bathroom. Good for someone without a car.

Jeanne is a sweet and gracious host who was very easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Her cute appartment is a perfect place to stay for those looking for somewhere to call home for a short trip in the Germantown/DC area. It was very quiet, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the location could not have been more perfect for highway access, various food options and shopping for those wanting to get a little retail therapy in. I came up to the area for a continuing education course and couldn't have been happier with my experience. :)

I had such a great experience with Jeanne! She is very kind and ready to answer questions about the neighborhood. In addition, her home is extremely clean and welcoming. She provides all the bathroom and kitchen supplies you need. I'm really really glad I chose to stay with her.

Just as advertised. It was great!!!

I was attracted to this stay because of the 2 beds in the bedroom as I was a traveling with my adult son to visit DC. The price was very good and when I arrived the sleeping area was exactly as described and the bathroom was spotless. The location is perfect, just 30 minutes from downtown and literally walking distance from a major shopping area with your choice of restaurants. My host Jeanne was very kind and made us feel at home right away. She is a quiet but warm person. It felt more like staying at a friend's or with a family member. My son was especially impressed with her as she spent some time with him in the morning, while I was away, and allowed him free use of her kitchen.

Iggy's place was very neat and clean. Public transportation was very convenient to mero station from/to his place. The communication was great and he was very responsible. Upon my arrival to their district GPS took me to the opposite direction and even though he was out of state that day, he sent his sister to pick me up. If there was an option in Airbnb, I would give him and his place 10 stars.

Awesome hosts! I was having a terrible 2 hours of sleep kind of day and they went out of their way to get me checked in sooner. After that, I slept very soundly. I heard a baby a couple of times, but I went right back to sleep. I would describe the accommodations as a hybrid motel / airbnb feel. The whole place was military inspection ready levels of clean and check-out instructions were extremely precise. They are very friendly people. The only other hotels were charging $100+ for the Inaugural weekend so this was a super value!

Marie is a dear sweet woman. The apartment for two is an incredible value and exactly as advertised, you get what you pay for.

Our stay at Marie's apartment was excellent. From her flexibility and willingness to answer all of our questions promptly, to the warm and hospitable welcome offered by her brother Raoul (including thoughtfully providing fresh fruit and drinking water on our arrival), to the clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment itself. We had a great time. We especially enjoyed spending time in the complex's pool. Overall it was a great place to stay and convenient for traveling to DC and various places in MD and VA. Highly recommend!

Great place and comfortable!

It is a very nice two-bedroom apt, equipped with everything (even more than) we need. It is just like a home away home. There is everything for daily life. The decoration of the apt. is modern and luxurious. There are TV, computer, and music player. The bedrooms are spacious with large an comfortable beds. Marie and her brother are friendly and helpful. We didn't have any problem with check-in and out. The parking is free.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting DC and want to escape from the hullabaloo of the city. Quiet, peaceful, spacious, and comfortable. Offers close to everything you need for a weekend stay. Close drive to the metro station red line, as well as standard shopping malls and restaurants.
