Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. With the brightness of the exterior as its main quality, this cozy apartment decorated with original photographs, has been recently renovated and has everything your guests may need to feel at home in this beautiful city. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a very spacious living room with air conditioning, a room with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and Smart TV, and another room with two single beds that could be joined at the request of guests, also has a wardrobe and Smart TV. It has a folding bed that can be placed in any room or living room. The kitchen has all the basic electrical appliances and large kitchenware. The air conditioning is located in the living room and in the master bedroom. The internet is 60MB fiber optic wifi. Guests can use all rooms in the house. The apartment is located in a building with a large interior patio and underground garage. The garage can be accessed in the elevator without having to climb any stairs. I will be available to guests for whatever they need me. I'll be happy to help with anything you need. Located in the east of Seville, a few minutes walk from the Congress Palace. It is close to all kinds of shops and bars in which to disconnect, as well as bus stops to move around the city and visit its main attractions. The apartment has a private underground parking lot included in the price. To go to the city center you need a transport, there are bus stops about 5 minutes walk. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center is 27 and 28. To go to the city center you need a transport, car or bus. The apartment does not have a television.

Although it is an apartment and is supposed to be small, it has a surface of 60 meters. It is an interior villa and will avoid traffic noises, local bars ...
